The objective of the research done in the subdistrict of Medan Belawan is to quantify the extent of the disparity in fishermen's catch business revenue and examine the elements that contribute to it. The approach employed is a survey, including both secondary and primary data acquired from a variety of sources. This research use stratified random sampling and gini ratio analysis to achieve its objective. Using stratified sampling, responses from fishermen were collected. The income from fishing for motorized and non-powered boats in the Medan Belawan subdistrict was somewhat unequal, according to the study's findings. The moderate inequality indication in the group of fishermen who use boats with outboard motors can develop for a number of causes, including those listed below : The employment of more modern fishing equipment enables them to sail to more expansive fishing grounds/areas. Consequently, their catch rates are often substantially greater than those of non-motorized boat fishermen. There is a potential that if the Gini Ratio Index is computed for merging with groups of fishermen who have superior fishing means, then the Gini Ratio Index calculation results will be greater (income distribution is more unequal). The catch per trip of motorized boat fishermen in the Medan Belawan District has a beneficial impact on revenue. The catch has a substantial beneficial influence on the revenue of motorboat fisherman over the course of a year.; While it is negatively influenced by the expense of traveling to sea, the time spent going to sea, and the season, it is positively affected by the amount of fish caught. Positive influences on the revenue of motorbike-riding fisherman are the catch and the cost of traveling to sea, whereas negative influences are the number of employees, the time spent, and the season.

The Covid-19 virus is a deadly virus that is faced by almost all countries, without exception, in various parts of Indonesia. Our country Indonesia has been greatly affected by the spread of Covid-19. Various kinds of new variants are coming back, namely the Covid-19 variant of Delta, which forces the government to act quickly even though sometimes it's not right. All forms of policies are taken to suppress the spread of the virus. We call it Lock Down, Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), Micro-Scale Social Restrictions, there is also the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM in all provinces and DKI). Apart from health and mortality rates, Covid-19 does not also affect the economy. The middle to lower class society is greatly affected by this condition. Therefore, this research will review the impact of COVID-19 on the economic conditions of UMKM in the Tanjung Morawa area, Deli Serdang. The data collection process was carried out by means of interviews with several traders selling around the Tanjung Morawa Market area and documentation then carried out a qualitative descriptive research method approach. The results of this study show that there is a significant impact of the covid19 pandemic on UMKM.

The principal objective of government-led development is to revive community economy and standard of living. Village Funds is used to finance the entire village authority having priority to support village development programs and village community empowerment. The value of the Gross Regional Domestic Product, the result of gross added value arising from economic activity in the regions, is another means that can have an impact on advancing the economy and the standard of living of its people as well as to encourage villages to grow into prosperous villages. The research design used is quantitative research with time series as panel data analysis, where the variables in this study are Village Funds (X1), Gross Regional Domestic Product (X2), and Human Development Index (Y). The data is obtained by collecting secondary data through the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics for Aceh Province. The results show that the F-count value was 578.7339, and the village fund variable had a positive coefficient of 0.059486 and t-count of 6.294444, gross regional domestic product of 0.087382 with a t-count value of 10.25143 meaning that the two variables have a positive impact on the regional/municipal human development index in the Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. Therefore, it can be concluded that these two variables can increase the human development index in a region.

This research is motivated by bribery cases that have occurred both in North Sumatra. This indicates that there are problems that occur in the Investment Office so that officers have great potential to be bribed by the public. On that basis, the researchers tried to analyze socio-economic conditions, public understanding and service quality at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service Office of North Sumatra Province on the probability of bribery with licensing transparency seen as an indirect or intervening variable. The type of research that will be conducted is quantitative research. Quantitative methods are used to see the similarities in responses to perceptions of the probability of bribing that occur in the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service Office of North Sumatra Province. This research is also specifically an Explanatory Survey, namely research that explains the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study show that of the eight effects there are four hypotheses that have a significant effect, namely, public understanding of licensing transparency, public understanding of the probability of bribery, service quality towards licensing transparency and licensing transparency on the probability of bribery. In addition, there are three hypotheses that have no effect, namely socio-economic on the transparency of licensing, socio-economic on the probability of bribery and service quality on the probability of bribery. Furthermore, on the indirect effect, it can be seen that socioeconomics does not affect the probability of bribery through licensing transparency as an intermediate/indirect variable, public understanding affects the probability of bribery through licensing transparency as an intermediate/indirect variable and service quality affects the probability of bribery through licensing transparency as intermediate/indirect variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas mekanisme transmisi kebijakan moneter dengan melihat jumlah tenggat waktu yang dibutuhkan mencapai sasaran akhir inflasi dengan menggunakan jalur harga aset dan ekspektasi inflasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jalur manakah yang paling efektif dalam mewujudkan sasaran akhir inflasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi model Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR) dalam mengestimasi pengaruh mekanisme transmisi kebijakan moneter terhadap inflasi melalui jalur harga aset dan jalur ekspektasi inflasi dan juga melihat jumlah tenggat waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai sasaran akhir inflasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dengan rentan waktu kuartalan dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2021. Data sekunder yang digunakan bersumber dari laporan tahunan yang dipublikasi resmi dari situs Bank Indonesia, Biro Pusat Statistik dan Kementerian Investasi/BKPM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas mekanisme transmisi kebijakan moneter melalui jalur harga aset memerlukan tenggat waktu 6 (enam) kuartal dalam mencapai sasaran akhir inflasi. Sedangkan efektivitas mekanisme transmisi kebijakan moneter melalui jalur ekspektasi inflasi memerlukan tenggat waktu 4 (empat) kuartal dalam mencapai sasaran akhir inflasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan jalur ekspektasi inflasi lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan jalur harga aset dalam mewujudkan sasaran akhir inflasi.

The research aims to examine and analyze effects of economic growth, human development index (HDI), population, unemployment, and investment on poverty levels in the North Sumatra Province. The research uses quantitative data type, while the data source is obtained from secondary data in the quarterly form of 2010-2019. The data are analyzed with the model of Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) analysis. The results of ARDL analysis of economic growth variables and HDI have negative and significant effects on poverty levels in the short term and long term. Unemployment variable has a significant positive effect on poverty levels in the short term however insignificant in the long term and investment variable has an insignificant positive effect on the poverty level in the short and long term. Economic growth can also be interpreted as a process of continuous change towards better conditions in a country/region. The rate of economic growth in the province of North Sumatra has increased. The increase in economic growth is indicated by the value of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the investment workforce, employment in the agricultural sector on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of North Sumatra Province. This study uses Time Series data with a time span of 2000-2020. Parameters are estimated using the 2 SLS (Two Stage Least Squares) method. Data processing using the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) Program version 9.2. The results of the study explain that (1) the population of North Sumatra is increased by 10 units, it will encourage an increase in the North Sumatran Workforce by 1.84 units per year. An increase in the number of employed by 10 units will increase the labor force in the agricultural sector by 4.4 units, an increase in labor absorption by 10 units has an impact on increasing the labor force by 2.9 units per year, and if the labor force in the agricultural sector last year increased by 10 units, it will increase the labor force in the sector. agriculture by 2.0 units, (2) North Sumatra Regional minimum wage is increased by 10 units it will encourage a decrease in labor absorption by 8.0 units per year. An increase in investment in the agricultural sector by 10 units will have an impact on increasing employment by 0.031 units. An increase in the number of undergraduate education by 10 units has an impact on increasing labor absorption by 19.7 units, for last year's employment in the agricultural sector by 10 units, it will result in an increase in employment in the agricultural sector by 0.3 units, (3) If interest rates are increased by 10 units will reduce investment in the agricultural sector by 9.3197 units. An increase in inflation of 10 units has an impact on an increase in investment of 2,640,178 units per year. An increase in Gross Regional Domestic Product in the agricultural sector by 10 units will have an impact on an increase in investment in the agricultural sector by 160.58 units per year, an increase in the total number of employees working over 15 years of age by 10 units, it will have an impact on an increase in investment in the agricultural sector by 35.96 units, and an increase in investment. last year by 10 units will have an impact on increasing investment by 1.5 units. (4) local taxes are increased by 10 units, it will increase the gross regional domestic product of the agricultural sector by 203.5407 units. The increase in domestic investors by 10 units has an impact on the increase in gross regional domestic product in the agricultural sector of North Sumatra by 0.19 units per year. An increase in foreign investors by 10 units will have an impact on an increase in gross regional domestic product in the agricultural sector by 0.82 units per year. will increase the Gross Regional Domestic Product of the agricultural sector by 6.0 units.

Poverty is one of the problems that become the center of attention in any country including Indonesia, especially North Sumatra Province. In poverty alleviation, the government is required to supervise supporting policies that can alleviate the poverty level. Factors that can alleviate poverty are economic growth, government expenditure, and investments made. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of economic growth, government expenditure, and investment on poverty levels in North Sumatra Province. This type of research is ex post facto and associative. The type of data used is quantitative in the form of secondary data. The population of this study is variable data in districts/cities in North Sumatra Province, namely as many as 33 districts/cities during 2014-2018 and sample withdrawal used is cluster sampling so that the sample as many as 165 observations. The data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regressions using Eviews10.0 software. The results showed economic growth, government expenditure and simultaneous investment negatively and significantly affected the poverty rate in North Sumatra Province with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.9938 or 99.38%. Partial economic growth has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in North Sumatra Province while government expenditure and investment have an insignificant negative effect on poverty in North Sumatra Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh jumlah penduduk, IPM, PDRB, dan pengangguran terhadap kemiskinan di wilayah Aceh Bagian Timur periode 2010–2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kabupaten Aceh Timur, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, dan Kota Langsa. Ketiga wilayah tersebut merupakan kabupaten/kota yang terletak di bagian timur Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder yaitu data yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel, yang menggabungkan data time series dan cross-section selama 10 tahun, dari tahun 2010 hingga 2019 menggunakan alat analisis Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, semakin tinggi jumlah penduduk maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kemiskinan suatu daerah; (2) IPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan, IPM tinggi dan rendah tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan; (3) PDRB berpengaruh negatif terhadap kemiskinan, semakin tinggi PDRB daerah maka tingkat kemiskinan akan semakin terkendali; (4) Pengangguran tidak mempengaruhi kemiskinan, tinggi rendahnya pengangguran tidak selalu menunjukkan tinggi rendahnya tingkat kemiskinan di daerah tersebut.
