Non-associtive algebras is a research direction gaining much attention these days. New developments show that associative algebras and some not-associative structures can be unified at the level of Yang-Baxter structures. In this paper, we present a unification for associative algebras, Jordan algebras and Lie algebras. The (quantum) Yang-Baxter equation and related structures are interesting topics, because they have applications in many areas of mathematics, physics and computer science. In this paper, it is shown that the experimental values of the nonextensive scattering entropies $S_L (p)$ and $S_\theta (q)$ for the pion-nucleus ($\pi^0 He, \pi^0 C, \pi^0 O, \pi^0 Ca$) scatterings, in the energy region corresponding to $\Delta (1236)$ resonance in the elementary pion-nucleon interaction, are well described by the entropic optimal resonance predictions $S_L^o1 (p)$ and $S_\theta^o1 (q)$ and when the nonextensivities indices are correlated by a Riesz-Thorin-like relation: 1/2p+1/2q=1., Comment: 14 pages, 6 figures, 3 tables

In this paper the kinematical correlations from the phase conjugated optics (equivalently with crossing symmetric spontaneous parametric down conversion (SPDC) phenomena) in the nonlinear crystals are used for the description of a new kind of optical device called SPDC-quantum mirrors. Then, some important laws of the plane SPDC-quantum mirrors combined with usual mirrors or lens are proved only by using geometric optics concepts. In this paper a short review of the theoretical problems of the pionic radioactivity as a new nuclear mode is presented. The essential theoretical and experimental results obtained in the 25 years from the prediction of the nuclear pionic radioactivity are reviewed. Using the fission-like model it was shown that most of the SHE-nuclei lie in the region where the pionic fissility parameters attain their limiting value X=1 (see Fig.2-3). Hence, the SHE-region is characterized by the absence of a classical barrier toward spontaneous pion emission. Consequently, both decay modes, the pionic fission and the spontaneous fission of SHE nuclides, essentially will be determined only by shell effects. Then, it was seen that the usual predicted SHE-island of stability around the double magic nucleus 298-[114], which is not confirmed experimentally, can be explained by the dominant pionic radioactivity of the SHE-nuclei from this region. The bimodal symmetric (see Figs. 5ab) as well as, the supergiant radioactive halos (see Fig. 6) as two important signature of the nuclear pionic fission are evidentiated., Comment: 11 pages, 6 figures, 1 table; accepted for publishing in Romanian Reports

In this paper the essential theoretical predictions for the nuclear muonic radioactivity are presented by using a special fission-like model similar with that used in description of the pionic emission during fission. Hence, a fission-like model for the muonic radioactivity takes into account the essential degree of freedom of the system: muon-fissility, muon-fission barrier height, etc. Using this model it was shown that most of the SHE-nuclei lie in the region where the muonic fissility parameters attain their limiting value X=1. Hence, the SHE-region is characterized by the absence of a classical barrier toward spontaneous muon and pion emissions. Numerical estimations on the yields for the natural muonic radioactivities of the transuranium elements as well numerical values for barrier heights are given only for even-even parent nuclei. Some experimental results from LCP-identification emission spectrum are reviewed. Also, the experimental results obtained by Khryachkov et al, using new spectrometer for investigation of ternary nuclear fission, are presented. The OPERA-experiment proposed to perform search for muonic radioactivity from lead nuclei, in the low background conditions offered by the Gran Sasso underground Laboratory (LNGS), is discussed., Comment: 10 pages, 7 figures; accepted for publishing in Romanian Reports

Generalized mesonic Super-\v{C}erenkov Radiations (S\v{C}R) are investigated. The energy behavior of the pionic refractive index in the low energy pionic SCR-sector is presented. We estimated that the true coherent SCR-pion emission is possible mainly in the SCRS-energy bands 190-315 MeV for all pions; 910-960 MeV only for positive pions, and 80-1000 GeV for all pions, in certain nuclear reactions. We predicted that S\v{C}R-pionic band will be enlarged for the pion energies higher than 80 GeV. The strong correlations between angle of SCR-pion emission and (meson and projectile)-energies are evidentiated. The spectral distributions of the SCR-pions are presented and the position of their maxima are estimated. In this paper it is proved that the key to understanding the ghost imaging mystery are the crossing symmetric photon reactions in the nonlinear media. Hence, the laws of the plane quantum mirror (QM) and that of spherical quantum mirror, observed in the ghost imaging experiments, are obtained as natural consequences of the energy-momentum conservation laws. So, it is shown that the ghost imaging laws depend only on the energy-momentum conservation and not on the photons entanglement. The extension of these results to the ghost imaging with other kind of light is discussed. Some fundamental experiments for a decisive tests of the [SPDC-DFG]-quantum mirror are suggested., Comment: 11 pages, 9 figures

Experimental data on the pion-nucleus total cross sections are analyzed in terms of the optimal resonances predictions (OR). The OR-predictions are found in a good agreement with the actual experimental data in the region corresponding to the Delta(1236) resonance in elementary pi-N scattering. In this paper new nuclear and subnuclear exotic decays are investigated. The mathematician Leonhard Euler (1707-1783) appears to have been a philosophical optimist having written: "Since the fabric of universe is the most perfect and is the work of the most wise Creator, nothing whatsoever take place in this universe in which some relation of maximum or minimum does not appear. Wherefore, there is absolutely no doubt that every effect in universe can be explained as satisfactory from final causes themselves the aid of the method of Maxima and Minima, as can from the effective causes". Having in mind this kind of optimism, in the papers [1-16] we introduced and investigated the possibility to construct a predictive analytic theory of the elementary particle interaction based on the principle of minimum distance in the space of quantum states (PMD-SQS). So, choosing the partial transition amplitudes as the system variational variables and the distance in the space of the quantum states as a measure of the system effectiveness, we obtained the results [1-16]. These results proved that the principle of minimum distance in space of quantum states (PMD-SQS) can be chosen as variational principle by which we can find the analytic expressions of the partial transition amplitudes. In this paper we present a description of hadron-hadron scattering via principle of minimum distance PMD-SQS when the distance in space of states is minimized with two directional constraints. Then by using the available experimental (pion-nucleon and kaon-nucleon) phase shifts we obtained not only consistent experimental tests of the PMD-SQS optimality, but also strong experimental evidences for new principles in hadronic physics such as: Principle of nonextensivity conjugation via the Riesz-Thorin relation (1/2p+1/2q=1) and a new Principle of limited uncertainty in nonextensive quantum physics., Comment: 27 pages

In this paper an analytical description of the hadron-hadron scattering is presented by using PMD-SQS-optimum principle in which the differential cross sections in the forward and backward c.m. angles are considered fixed from the experimental data. Experimental tests of the PMD-SQS-optimal predictions, obained by using the available phase shifts, as well as from direct experimental data, are presented. It is shown that the actual experimental data for the differential cross sections of all principal hadron-hadron [nucleon-nucleon, antiproton-proton, mezon-nucleon] scatterings at all energies higher than 2 GeV, can be well systematized by PMD-SQS predictions., Comment: 18 pages, 10 figures

The properties of butane (C4H10) lubricants confined between two approaching solids are investigated by a model that accounts for the curvature and elastic properties of the solid surfaces. We consider the linear n-butane and the branched iso-butane. For the linear molecule, well defined molecular layers develop in the lubricant film when the width is of the order of a few atomic diameters. The branched iso-butane forms more disordered structures which permit it to stay liquid-like at smaller surface separations. During squeezing the solvation forces show oscillations corresponding to the width of a molecule. At low speeds (< 0.1 m/s) the last layers of iso-butane are squeezed out before those of n-butane. Since the (interfacial) squeezing velocity in most practical applications is very low when the lubricant layer has molecular thickness, one expects n-butane to be a better boundary lubricant than iso-butane. N-butane possessing a slightly lower viscosity at high pressures, our result refutes the view that squeeze out should be harder for higher viscosities, on the other hand our results are consistent with wear experiments in which n-butane were shown to protect steel surfaces better than iso-butane., Comment: 7 pages, 10 figures, format revtex. In this paper a measure of complexity of the system of angle-angular momentum quantum states produced in hadronic scattering is introduced in terms of the scattering entropies. We presented strong experimental evidence for the saturation of the entropic optimal limits in the pion-nucleon and kaon-nucleon scatterings. In this paper we prove a new optimal bound on the logarithmic slope of the elastic slope when: elastic cross section and differential cross sections in forward and backward directions are known from experimental data. The results on the experimental tests of this new optimal bound are presented in Sect. 3 for the principal meson-nucleon elastic scatterings: pion-nucleon, kaon-nucleon at all available energies. In this contribution the Super-Cerenkov radiation (SCR) as a new phenomenon which includes in a more general and exact form the usual Cerenkov effect is presented. The Super-Cerenkov effect at Cerenkov threshold in the radiators of RICH detectors is investigated. The results on the experimental test of the super- Cerenkov coherence conditions are presented. The SCR-predictions are verified experimentally with high accuracy chi/n_{dof}=1.47 by the data on the Cerenkov ring radii of electron, muon, pion and kaon, all measured with RICH detector. Moreover, it is shown that the Super-Cerenkov phenomenon can explain not only subthreshold CR but also the observed secondary rings (or anomalous Cerenkov radiation) observed at CERN SPS accelerator. The influence of medium on the particle propagation properties is also estimated and the refractive properties of electrons, muons, pions, in the radiator C4F10Ar are obtained. So, we proved that the refractive indices of the charged elementary particles in medium are also very important for the RICH detectors, especially at low and intermediate energies., Comment: 9 pages, 7 figures

In this paper, new results on the analysis in hadron-hadron scattering are obtained by using the nonextensive quantum entropy and principle of minimum distance in the space of quantum states (PMD-SQS). Using Tsallis-like scattering entropies, the optimality as well as the nonextensive statistical behavior of the quantum scattering systems are investigated in an unified manner. A connection between optimal states obtained from the principle of minimum distance in the space of quantum states and the most stringent (MaxEnt) entropic bounds on Tsallis-like entropies for quantum scattering, is established. The generalized entropic uncertainty relations as well as the correlation between the nonextensivities p and q of the scattering statistics are proved. New results on the experimental tests of the saturation of the optimality limit}, as well as on the test of optimal entropic bands obtained by using the experimental pion-nucleon, kaon-nucleon, antikaon-nucleon phase shifts, are presented. The nonextensivity indices p and q are determined from the experimental entropies by a fit with the optimal entropies obtained from the principle of minimum distance in the space of states. Strong experimental evidences for the p-nonextensivity index in the range p=0.6 with q=p/(2p-1)=3, is obtained from the experimental data., Comment: 17 pages, 3 figures

In this paper the optimal unitarity lower bound on logarithmic slope of the diffraction peak is investigated. It is shown that the unitarity lower bound is just the optimal logarithmic slopes predicted by the principle of least distance in space of states.
