The study focuses on valid and invalid sacramental absolutions and their criminal legal implications in the Catholic Church. The first part analyzes absolutions considered invalid, focusing on attempted absolution of accomplices in acts against the sixth commandment and simulated sacramental absolution. Reasons for invalidity related to the minister, the form or the minister's lack of intention are examined. The second part explores valid absolutions considered criminal acts. The absolution of those who cannot receive the sacraments is analyzed, including the absolution of the accuser of false solicitation and the forbidden communicatio in sacris, in addition to the cases provided for in Canon 844 of the Code of Canon Law. Finally, the issue of simony in the celebration of the sacrament of penance is explored. The work provides a panoramic on legal and theological issues related to sacramental absolution, offering a critical analysis of canonical practice. These days witness the start of the psychiatric care reform in the Czech Republic, which contains lots of changes including establishing Centres of mental health. Although the authors of this paper do not presume direct cooperation of the Medical assessment service and the Centres, the Medical assessment service is irreplaceable thanks to its role in assessing the disability evaluation applications and the care allowance ones. The presented article points out the changes in disability and care allowance for mental illnesses assessment while showing changes in the number of applications over several years, from the year when the last significant change of assessment criteria was implemented through year 2018. The authors of the paper state that a swift incorporation of the medical assessment service into the psychiatric care reform could be achieved by including it into the Centres of mental health. The authors consider the inclusion of a physician of the Medical assessment service in the multidisciplinary team of Centres of mental health to be desirable especially from the viewpoint of the assessment process in assessing disability, but it would also be beneficial for Centres of mental health clients' applications for social benefits from non-insurance benefits schemes such as care allowance. This would create a truly effective and userfriendly approach that would increase the comfort of persons with mental disorders when applying for social benefits conditioned by an adverse health condition. The concept of disability has its historical development and is based on the theory of social insurance. From the former three, later four types of disability referred to in the contribution, in modern pension insurance schemes, a general invalidity prevailed, allowing for a dynamic response to changes in the relevant facts. The article introduces the medical assessment paradigm for assessing the invalidity of diabetes .The assessment criteria for assessing invalidity that are particularly specified in the Promulgation No. 359/2009 Coll. The Chapter IV of the Annex to the Promulgation on Invalidity Assessment deals with the disorders of endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases with regard to functional disruption and its impact on the quality of life. The assessment method enables to assess the functional capabilities of an individual, their health disability, as well as to provide targeted compensation for the decrease in capability of work. The number of diagnosed diabetes in the population is growing every year, but the number of an invalidity for diabetes from 2010 to 2015 declined by 24%. Disability for DM1 (E10) in the last five years belongs however within the ten most common causes of disability. The authors analyse the recorded data and in the discussion they consider the possible causes of the decline of disability for diabetes. The article presents basic statistical indices in the area of assessment of health state for the sake of invalidity in 2015 as well as a survey for the period of the last five years. Attention is also drawn to diseases, which most frequently cause individual degrees of invalidity. The article deals with the fate of patients after implantation of total hip endoprosthesis in the system of insurance and non-insurance benefits of social security of the Czech Republic. The author presents basic information about total hip endoprosthesis including new trends and alloplasty of hip joint. The statistics of TEP including the description of the National Registry of joint replacement of the Czech Republic is described. The article also includes statistical evaluation of the number of acknowledged (granted) invalidity cases, the certificate of persons with health handicap and a car allowance for getting a motor vehicle since 2011 till 2015 in subjects affected by hip osteoarthrosis including the condition after hip joint replacement. The communication deals with assessment of invalidity in mental disorders and behavioral disorders according to valid legal regulations with emphasis to specificities in determination of the origin of invalidity up to 18y years of age and in validity after 18 years of age. It emphasizes the possibilities of more effective practice of Medical-Preventive Care in connection with a higher quality and completeness of medical data from particular physicians-specialists, especially reports from psychiatrists and clinical psychologists. Fatigue is considered as one of the main symptoms burdening patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). The objective of the research was to investigate the impact of fatigue on physical, cognitive and psychosocial areas of MS patientęs life, and also to focus on the importance of physiotherapy in the management of this symptom. An evaluation of the impact of fatigue on physical, mental and psychosocial areas of MS patientęs life was assessed using the Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS). Patients completed by the authors prepared questionnaire that includes questions for investigation of the sociodemographic and clinical data. Total number of investigated responders was consisted of 94 patients with MS. The average age was 46.22 years (SD Ī 10.54 min.21 max. 66), from that 18 men and 76 women. In the studied groups of patients the lowest fatigue was experienced by the patients who regularly participated in physiotherapy. In the work has not been confirmed a statistically significant positive effect of regular physiotherapy to the level of fatigue. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The pain of vertebrogenic origin is the most frequent complaint bringing the patient to the physician. The overload of the axial systém begins as early as around the age of 13 years and culminates about the age of 40 years. It originates in repeated lifting of load, bending, uncoordinated movements and unusual positions. The other risk factors for origin of vertebrogenic pains include overweight, sedentary jobs or, on the contrary, physically requiring occupations and work in imposed positions. In statistical surveys, vertebrogenic disorders occupy first positions in morbidity as well as in invalidity/disability pension. The communication presents a short out line of evaluating incapacity to work, invalidity, contributions to care and exceptional advantage in the Czech Republic and at the Medical Evaluation Service of Litomĕřice. Although these obligations are well known, there were frequent amendments to laws governing the social area, so doctors sometimes hesitate how to select the correct procedure.
