The article is devoted to the study of the dispute resolution procedure by the EAEU Court in the context of creating a single information space of the member countries of this integration association. Within the framework of the theoretical and practical orientation of this study, special attention is paid to conceptual problems related to the description of key social and digital phenomena that arise in the process of implementing the digital agenda and its impact on the judicial method of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and business entities. The transition to digital or electronic justice will increase the efficiency of the EAEU Court and create the most attractive conditions for the parties to the dispute to protect their rights and legitimate interests. Digitalization provides for large-scale changes in the field of justice, the emergence of new means of proof, the introduction of an electronic form of cases, remote court sessions all this leads to a change in the fundamental principles of legal proceedings. The solution to this problem should begin with the creation of a comprehensive program of legislative changes to the judicial method of protecting rights related to their digital transformation within the EAEU. Entering the era of information and free trade, PT. Samudera Mulia Abadi requires a certain advantage in order to face national and international competition. For this reason, every company strives to provide the best service facilities for customers through the accuracy, precision and effectiveness of information. These things must be supported by the development of information technology at this time. An organization that has a well-designed information system will generally have a competitive advantage over an organization with a weaker system. However, the facts show that the implementation of an information system is not easy. The more departments related to the information system, the more complex the information system will be and the higher the risk of failure. This research takes a case study of the effectiveness of information system implementation at PT Samudera Mulia Abadi (SMA) and what factors influence it. The method use in this study is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to all respondents who use an integrated information system at PT SMA. From the research results, it was found that several factors influence the effectiveness of information system implementation, including : user interaction with information systems, IT support, involvement of consultants and features of information systems. Without the above factors, it is very unlikely that companies that implement integrated information systems can take maximum advantage of integrated information systems that are applied to their companies. The main purpose of this work is to establish and analyze the perception that students of the Degree in Industrial Engineering (GIOI) have about the subject Integrated Information Systems (IIS) in relation to the Task Value, and how this perception varies by taking a subject of the subject-matter analyzed. To achieve the objective, two surveys have been carried out on the students of the subject “Integrated Information Systems in Industrial Organizations” of GIOI. The first survey was passed to the students at the beginning of the course, prior to taking the classes of the subject. The survey was repeated at the end of the course, once the subject was completed, to see the changes in the assessment of the students. GIOI Students have a relatively low initial assessment of IIS subject, especially when compared to other subjects of the degree. However, after taking a subject in this area, its relative assessment increases, and its perception of Utility and Cost improves significantly. The course gets the students to perceive the IIS as something key for their future work. This did not happen before the course. Consequently, it can be concluded that taking the subject changes positively the perception of the students about IIS. Once this result is obtained and validated that it is positive, the research should deepen in which activities, contents or methodologies of the course help to achieve this result, with the objective of enhancing them with respect to those that are not so effective. This work allows teachers to find out the students' perception of a particular matter-subject, and its variation after taking a subject in that matter-subject. With this information, it will be possible to design and carry out the most appropriate teaching-learning actions to the given situation, to develop, as far as possible, a deep learning of the subject.

SUPPLY chains ,INFORMATION sharing ,WASTE management ,FRUIT quality ,VEGETABLE quality - Abstract
Traceability, namely the ability to access information about a product and its movement across all stages of the supply chain, has been emerged as a key criterion of a product's quality and safety. Managing fresh products, such as fruits and vegetables, is a particularly complicated task, since they are perishable with short shelf lives and are vulnerable to environmental conditions. This makes traceability of fresh produce very significant. The present study provides a brief overview of the relative literature on fresh produce traceability systems. It was concluded that the commercially available traceability systems usually neither cover the entire length of the supply chain nor rely on open and transparent interoperability standards. Therefore, a user-friendly open access traceability system is proposed for the development of an integrated solution for traceability and agro-logistics of fresh products, focusing on interoperability and data sharing. Various Internet of Things technologies are incorporated and connected to the web, while an android-based platform enables the monitoring of the quality of fruits and vegetables throughout the whole agri-food supply chain, starting from the field level to the consumer and back to the field. The applicability of the system, named AgroTRACE, is further extended to waste management, which constitutes an important aspect of a circular economy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The necessity of service-oriented architecture application in an integrated information system design is substantiated. It is proposed to use a multi-layer data bus for the interaction of independent applications. An object-process data model is considered that implements information support for process control. A distinctive feature of the proposed model from the relational one is that the data are stored not in the form of tables, but are organized in the form of hierarchical and network structures. The data source is represented by the indicators of business processes. Business processes determine the order and procedures for the use of applications of the integrated information system. A formal mathematical description is given for the basic models of objects and processes on the basis of the predicate calculus in the form of an algebraic system. The structure of a specialized language is presented for describing and manipulating of data in an integrated information system with a Service-Based Data Manipulation Language (SBDML). The SBDML language has two components: a language for data structure describing, and a language for data retrieving and updating. The first language component contains a description of simple and complex data types. Complex types are represented in the form of tree structures. The second language component contains a description of data manipulation functions that support the interaction of applications with the data bus.

In the last five years, Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has continued to grow positively and followed by an increase in general healthcare services. Thus, Indonesia has reached a new record of life expectancy rate of more than 70 years old.[1] However, health facilities especially home health care for geriatrics are still very limited. [2] Therefore in this paper, we propose an architecture and a scheme of modern geriatric home health care (GHHC) in order to overcome the disadvantages of the present GHHC such as paper-based transaction, lack of patient activity monitoring, and uncontrolled personal health record (PHR) data. In this research, we collaborated with the Medical Faculty of Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya, and using the case of North Jakarta Region. This architecture accommodates four key technologies, namely Data Science, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The multidimensional assessment carried out with interRAI tools constitutes an operationalization of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and is adapted to the specificities of each place of care. From a single assessment, the interRAI approach makes it possible to conduct a multidimensional assessment of functional autonomy and to produce a series of indicators (health, areas of intervention, quality of care and consumption of resources). It helps to identify clinical needs to be the subject of a personalized care plan and the strengths and weaknesses of health organizations to modify the professional practices. Compared to standardized geriatric assessment, interRAI tools consider the person's expectations and resources, offer a universal common language, produce a multidimensional synthesis and facilitate the construction of an integrated information system. The basis for their development is scientificity based on evidence.

Wood was the most common source of energy on earth, being gradually replaced by fossil fuels. Given that the wood used in the generating stations comes from properly managed forests, then the carbon emitted from the chimneys can be annihilated by the carbon that is absorbed and used by the freshly planted trees. Wood can therefore be considered as carbon neutral. It remains to be seen if this theory is actually verified. Once it was decided to classify wood as a renewable source, its consumption increased exponentially. According to data provided by the International Wood Markets Group, a Canadian company, Europe consumed 13 million tons of wood briquettes in 2012. Based on the current trend, European demand for lighters will increase to 25-30 million tons per year by 2020. As a result, the price of wood is steadily increasing. Wood is not an exhaustible resource and it does not have a single price: a price statistic from Argus Biomass Market shows a price increase of lighters from 116 euro / ton in August 2010 to 129 euro / ton at the end of 2012. The regional supply of energy from renewable energy sources closes not only ecological but also economic circuits. Using biomass for energy provides significant environmental benefits: plants in the natural growth process consume CO2 from the atmosphere; while fold fuel generates GHG (their combustion represents about 2/3 of total carbon dioxide emissions). Advantages of using wood as a source of energy compared to fossil fuels: is a renewable resource; is available continuously and not intermittently; is a more environment-friendly energy resource than coal, being carbon neutral, as emissions to the atmosphere through combustion processes are offset by the absorption of carbon dioxide in the photosynthesis process of the forest. Romania's forests have a very high potential for biomass production for energy and industrial use. Until a few years ago, the use of biomass was mainly limited to household use by direct burning for home heating, cooking and water heating, accounting for about 95% of current biomass exploitation, while industrial biomass use was only 5% according to the 2010. Energy supply from renewable energy sources includes not only ecological but also economic circuits, making wood a safe and inexpensive fuel, an indigenous raw material, which brings added value to the exploitation area by creating new jobs. In this context, a sustainable management of the forestry fund is required through the implementation of the integrated forest management system integrated SUMAL. The main objectives of SUMAL are: a) increase the effectiveness of control as part of public policies to reduce crime in the forestry field, to prevent and combat illegal activities, by controlling the origin of the wood and ensuring its traceability; b) obtaining statistical information at national level on the volume of timber exploited and the resulting wood materials; c) unitary practice in the management of wood materials by providing a free IT application to professionals in the field. In carrying out this work we used qualitative research methods considering that qualitative research is based more on textual interpretation, requiring proper definition of the concepts or their scientific substantiation, highlighting the importance of the theme addressed. A visualization of comprehensive data on health care enhances performance of decision-making in health promotion programs. We describe the design and prototype of a Dashboard Decision Support System (DDSS) as a web-based advanced tool for executives and health officers to plan and generate effective programs in health promotion and disease prevention. Data were obtained from 10 communities surrounding oil refinery, using Family and community Assessment Program (FAP), in operation since 2010. The system was developed using web-based technology and open standards, i.e., MySQL, PHP, Highcharts JS, and Google Maps. Perception of the system and its effectiveness were evaluated using a questionnaire after participants had had an approximately one month period of experience of using the system. The responses to the questionnaire were positive about the system features and system process. Using the DDSS, executives and health officers can deploy effective and appropriate programs to enhance health care in their communities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Under a computerized society, technological resources become a source of identification for any community, institution or country. Globalization of information becomes a reality, all the resources having entered into a relationship of subordination with the World Wide Web, the information highways and the Internet. "Information technology - with its most important branch, data management computer science - enters a new era, in which the computer leads to the benefit of a navigable and transparent communication space, focusing on information". Therefore, in an information-based economy, information systems have been established which, based on management systems through the methods of algebra, with applications in economic engineering, have come to manage and process large volumes of data, especially in public institutions. Consequently, the Ministry of Public Affairs has implemented the “Increasing the public administration’s responsibility by modernising the information systems for generating the reports of the financial situations of public institutions” project (FOREXEBUG)”, cod SMIS 34952, for which it received in 2012 non-refundable financing from the European Social Fund through the Operational Program for Developing the Administrative Capacity 2007-2013, based on which this paper will analyse the usefulness of implementing such a program in public institutions. Such a system aims to achieve a new form of reporting of budget execution and financial statements (including information related to legal commitments) submitted monthly by each public institution in electronic, standardized, secure form, with increasing the reliability of data collected by cross-checking data from the treasury and providing reliable information for use by the Ministry of Finance, public institutions, other relevant institutions and the public, both at the level of detail and the consolidation possibilities at various levels, in parallel with their use for multi-criteria analysis and time series by creating a specialised computer system and one that is also integrated with the information system of the Ministry of Finance. The objective of this paper is to analyze the importance of such a system in the management and processing of large volumes of data in public institutions.1

Civil engineering (General) ,TA1-2040 ,Technology (General) ,T1-995 - Abstract
Unsustainable anthropogenic activities such as agriculture and urbanization have caused excessive erosion rates that exceed soil formation rates. The Mediterranean region has and continues to experience severe erosion because of the inappropriate agricultural management, overgrazing, deforestation, wildfires, land abandonment, intense road construction and other construction activities. The forecasted increase of intensive rainfall events and prolonged drought periods due to climate change, will enhance surface runoff and sediment transport capacity. The objective of this study was to develop new tools to help land managers mitigate erosion in the country of Greece. One of the tools was a new sensor (ASEMS) that is based on the physical properties of ultrasound to detect erosion locally with great accuracy (1 mm), while simultaneously measuring precipitation, soil moisture, and soil and air temperature. The other tool was the development of the Soil Erosion Integrated Information System (SE-I2S) that enables land managers through a series of questions to understand if they are facing erosion problems and what type of erosion. This tool can be applied to large areas. Overall, both new tools are user friendly and help land managers mitigate soil erosion cost-effectively.

The multiplicity of stakeholders in urban contexts can greatly increase the complexity of transportation systems. Since all stakeholders depend, to varying degrees, on the same data to get the information for their mobility, this work considers that an integrated information system, focused on their different needs, will significantly improve the efficiency of transportation systems. A stakeholder-focused system makes the provided information more relevant, while an integrated system fosters the sharing of the data that generates this information. To build such a system, a conceptual framework focused on stakeholders and their decision processes was developed. This new framework takes advantage of existing ones, such as the Zachman framework, the Enterprise Architecture Design, and the Multilevel Service Design. The proposed multidisciplinary approach, putting together information systems (IS) and service design concepts, has considerable potential in ensuring that the right information reaches each stakeholder at the right time.

In 2019 a Scientific Research & Demonstration Platform was deployed near islands and reefs in South China Sea by a joint research group of 7 institutes and universities in China. It is a simplified small model of a two-module semi-submersible-type VLFS. The test on site has continued for more than one and half years since then for long-term observations to validate the developed key technologies for design and behavior predictions of floating structures deployed near islands and reefs. An integrated information system was set up to continuously collect and inspect the data of the encountered waves, structure responses, connector forces, mooring line forces, anti-corrosion status of the platform, the performance efficiencies of a floating breakwater nearby and a wave energy converter attached on the breakwater. In this paper, the status of the on-site measurements and validations of the key technologies are briefly described.

The flood disaster management system (FDMS) is a platform developed to provide ongoing disaster reduction capabilities that cover the entire process of flood management. The ontology-based approach links environmental models with disaster-related data to support FDMS-constructed workflows with suitable models and recommend appropriate datasets as model input automatically. This automated activity for model selection and data binding reduces the time-consuming and unreliable operations involved in traditional management techniques, which rely on manual retrieval through simple metadata indices—typically when flood management personnel are overwhelmed with large quantities of observed data. The OpenMI-based modular design used in the system unifies interfaces and data exchange to provide flexible and extensible architecture. Subsequent 3D visualization improves the interpretability of disaster data and the effectiveness of decision-making processes. This paper presents an overview of the design and capabilities of FDMS that provides one-stop management for flood disasters. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Under the severe competition of globalization and the rapid expansion of higher education institutions, educational quality has become an important research issue. Although the studies have been conducted extensively on the content of educational quality, mechanism design, and educational quality indicators, little attention has been paid to the deployment of educational quality management and support of information system. In this study, we discuss the design, implementation, enforcement, and initial results of an integrated information system designed around the concept and theories of educational quality. The proposed system has been deployed in a university for four years. Some conclusions of this study are explored. Based on the theory of educational quality and outcome-based education, we can design a framework to guide the design and integration of information systems related to teaching and learning. The initial results indicate that such a system can improve educational quality. This study can serve as a reference design for educational institutions that want to build information systems related to teaching, learning, and educational quality assurance.
