[ES] Este Trabajo Final de Máster tiene como principal objetivo analizar las vibraciones producidas por diferentes tipos de pavimentos para conocer la comodidad de las personas que utilizan Vehículos de Movilidad Personal (VMP) en la ciudad de Valencia a través de toma de datos mediante vehículos instrumentados. Para ello, se diseñará la instrumentalización de un patinete eléctrico mediante una unidad inercial de medida (IMU) y GPS conectados a una Raspberry Pi y programados con Python. Las variables a estudiar son: el estado y tipología del pavimento de la vía ciclista, la velocidad de circulación y la localización continua. Tomando como base los resultados de este estudio se analizará el pavimento de los carriles bici del distrito de Pla del Real de Valencia y se propondrán medidas de mejora., [EN] This Master Thesis aims to analyse the vibrations generated by different kind of pavements in order to assess e-scooter users' confort in the city of Valencia by gathering data with an instrumented vehicle. Thus, the design of the instrumentation of an electric scooter should be done using an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and a GPS connected to a Raspberry Py and programmed on Python. The studied variables are both the material and the status of the pavement on the cycling infrastructure, the riding speed and continuous location. Taking into account the results of this investigation, an analysis of the cycling infrastructure on the district Pla del Real will be carried out before proposing improving measures.

[EN] Mobility patterns and lifestyles have changed in recent years in cities worldwide, thanks to the strong rise in modes of travel commonly referred to as micromobility. In this context, e-scooters have experienced a great rise globally which has led to an increase of crashes involving this type of micromobility vehicle in urban areas. Thus, there is a need to study e-scooter users¿ behaviour and their interaction with cyclists. This research aimed at characterizing the meeting manoeuvre between micromobility users along diverse typologies of two-way bicycle track by using an in-strumented e-scooter. As a result, bicycle tracks having concrete or vegetated curb presented lower clearance distance (¿0.8 m) than those without edge elements (>1 m), with no statistically signif-icant differences found between the interaction with bicycles and e-scooters. Additionally, an online questionnaire was proposed to assess users¿ perceived risk during the meeting manoeuvre, concluding that micromobility users feel safer and more comfortable riding on pavements away from parked or moving motorized traffic, and on protected bicycle tracks., FundingThis research is part of the research project PID2019-111744RB-I00, funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033.
