Цель работы – разработка плана внедрения SCM-системы в металлообрабатывающую компанию ООО «Анкор». Задачи работы: - Анализ текущего состояния предприятия, изучение бизнес-процессов и информационной Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹.- Определение требований к системе и анализ рынка.- Формирование команды, планирование этапов.- Оценка коммерческой эффективности проекта.- Оценка и управление возможными рисками проекта. Работа выполнена на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ Ð¾ деятельности ООО «Анкор». Использованные методы: моделирование бизнес-процессов, Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ð¾Ðµ моделирование Archi, сравнительный анализ, методы оценки коммерческой эффективности проектов. Результаты работы:- Модель AS-IS определила уязвимость в текущем информационном обеспечении предприятия и подтвердила Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒ внедрения.- Проведен сравнительный анализ SCM-систем, выбрано решение «Галактика АММ» от разработчика «Корпорация Галактика».- Сформирована команда для управления проектом, составлен план проекта и диаграмма Ганта.- Определена коммерческая эффективность проекта внедрения – проект является экономически эффективным, приносит 6,64 рубля дополнительной прибыли в год и окупается за 1,8 месяца.-                Определены основные риски проекта и способы реакции на Ð½Ð¸Ñ . Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами автоматизации: снижение себестоимости продукции за счет снижения затрат на логистику, улучшение конкурентоспособности. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов., The purpose of the work – development of an SCM system implementation plan in the metalworking company Ankor LLC. Methods used: business process modeling, architectural modeling, comparative analysis, methods for evaluating the commercial effectiveness of projects.Work results:- The AS-IS model identified a vulnerability in the current information support of the enterprise and confirmed the need for implementation.- A comparative analysis of SCM-systems was carried out, the solution "Galaktika AMM" from the developer "Corporation Galaktika" was chosen.- A project management team was formed, a project plan and a Gantt chart were drawn up.- The commercial efficiency of the implementation project was determined - the project is cost-effective, brings 6.64 rubles of additional profit per year and pays off in 1.8 months.- The main risks of the project and ways of responding to them are identified. The practical significance of the work is due to the automation results: reducing the cost of production by reducing logistics costs, improving competitiveness.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.

The use of computer based solutions for data management in biology and clinical science has contributed to improve life-quality and also to gather research results in shorter time. Indeed, new algorithms and high performance computation have been using in proteomics and genomics studies for curing chronic diseases (e.g., drug designing) as well as supporting clinicians both in diagnosis (e.g., images-based diagnosis) and patient curing (e.g., computer based information analysis on information gathered from patient). In this paper we survey on examples of computer based techniques applied in both biology and clinical contexts. The reported applications are also results of experiences in real case applications at University Medical School of Catanzaro and also part of experiences of the National project Staywell SH 2.0 involving many research centers and companies aiming to study and improve citizen wellness.

В статті розглядаються основні питання розробки структури інформаційної системи оцінювання ефективності підприємств хімічної промисловості. Запропонована інформаційна система включає бази даних технологічних та економічних показників функціонування хімічного підприємства, блок оцінювання ефективності на основі застосування теорії нечітких множин, а також інтелектуальну підсистему прийняття рішення, що забезпечить прийняття стратегічного рішення на основі оцінювання поточного стану підприємства. The article discusses the basic issues of structure development of informative system estimation of chemical industry enterprises efficiency. The informative system includes bases of technological and economic indexes of functioning chemical enterprise, block of efficiency estimation by application of fuzzy sets theory, and also intellectual subsystem of decision-making, that will provide the acceptance of strategic decision by evaluation of enterprise current status. On earths of the agricultural setting monitoring of soils, which is component part of the state system of monitoring of environment and shows by itself the system of supervisions, collection, treatment, transferrableness, maintainance and analysis of information, about the changes of indexes of the high-quality state of soils, their fertility, development of the scientifically grounded recommendations, in relation to making decision about a distraction and liquidation of consequences of negative processes, is conducted. Conclusions of the research. Consequently, presently monitoring of earths and state landed cadastre is the main sources of receipt of state information the landed resources, which allow to get objective information on all territory of country. The justification of functional quality index of the informational security system in Government service structural departments of emergency situations of Ukraine is carried out. Basic parameters which can influence on qualitative work of SSI are determined. These parameters assess the cost of its projecting and allow making such its variant of realization which will be better for constant functioning of is of rescue service. Охарактеризовано основні функції кожної з підсистем інформаційної системи, наведено перелік програмних продуктів, які використовуються в процесі діяльності підприємств і забезпечують реалізацію завдань для кожної підсистеми. Визначено проблемні питання процесу інформатизації, вирішення яких є предметом подальших наукових досліджень., The article grounds the necessity of construction, improvement and introduction of an effective informative system of the oil- and gas-production enterprises and proposes the creation of the informative system on the basis of analysis of informative environment, in which the oil- and gas-producing enterprises function. Basic functions of each of the subsystems of the informative system have been characterized, the list of software products which are used in the process of functioning of enterprises and provide realization of tasks of every subsystem has been given. Problematic questions of the process of informatization, solutions for which are a topic of future scientific researches, have been defined.

Background: On ISTAT website the informative system Health for All – Italia is available. It collects indicators on health coming from various sources to make up a basis for constructing an organic and joint framework on the country’s health reality. The system includes more than 4000 indicators about: demographic and socioeconomic context; causes of death; life styles; disease prevention; chronic and infectious diseases; disability; health status and life expectancy; health facilities; hospital discharges by diagnosis; health care resources. The database-related software was developed by the World Health Organization to make it easier for any user to access the information available either as tables, graphs and territorial maps.Methods: The system has been built considering data coming from different sources and using, if possible, the same definitions, classifications and desegregations. Time series goes from 1980 to the last year available (which can differ among the different sources). Indicators are calculated by provinces (if possible), regions, big areas and Italy. In order to compare indicators over time and space, standardised rates are calculated, using the same population reference. For each indicator metadata are available to give users additional notes necessary to correctly read and use the data, and publications or internet websites to examine more in-depth the argument.Results: Different kind of users find Health for All – Italia very useful for their aims: students, researchers, doctors, socio-sanitary operators, policy makers. Some examples of official reports from public institutions are briefly described in the paper.Conclusions: The increasing number of users of Health for All – Italia make necessary the online version and an English version for international comparisons.

The research will be done using an informative system of personal management, which was created by me, and which now is succesfuly used by JSC „Teledema“. After creation of informative system programmable model of staff management (service, the purpose of which is to encode the data, which were written in the informative system of staff management and to send the encoded data into the system of bases handling, or to decode the data, received from the system of data handling, and to provide them by the form required by a user, the system of staff management will become a safe and reliable informative system of staff management, which would allow to gather an exhaustive, exact data in real time, would allow to systemize them and provide for users of the system, who have rights to familiarize, manage and handle such information, also would ensure, that protected data of a person are kept in the encoded form, thus data could be reviewed, managed and handled not only by these people, who have permission from the manager of data. After realisation of the project an informative system of staff management: will be safe and reliable, because data of person will be saved in the encoded form; thus it will be ensured, that data could be reviewed, managed and handled not only by these people, who have permission from the manager of data.

The proposal regards algorithms previously studies and selected as candidate for the study object of the contract.
