The article is devoted to the development of methodological basis, methodological support and applied tools of digital administration of operational activities, development and transformations of management systems of construction companies. The results of the work together provide a modern methodological system for managing the transformation processes of construction companies in terms of digitalization of the economy. The methodology is implemented in scientific and applied tools for decision-making on the content, tools, diagnostic indicators and the expected result of the transformation of the operating system and organizational structure of the construction company, which carries out and adjusts its activities in a complex multi-project operating field. The conceptual principles of business process renewal, management systems for a construction company based on digitalization (digital administration), which are positioned as a means of achieving competitive advantages in the multi-project field of construction development, are substantiated. The paper identifies the impact of the transformation of modern global socio-economic processes on the methodology of managing innovative business development in a digital economy. The significance of innovations for increasing business efficiency is revealed and the concept of innovation is developed. The content of the main terminological definitions in the form of a terminological thesaurus "transformation of the operating system of a construction company" has been clarified. The influence of the institutional and organizational environment on the innovative development of business in Ukraine is determined. The author 's methodological approach to the formation of the conceptual foundations of the digital economy is substantiated. Principles and roadmap for digital business transformation have been developed. Theoretical and methodological approaches to modeling the information technology architecture of the organization are proposed. The methodology of digital administration of construction stakeholder enterprises introduced in the work combines modern principles of strategic and operational management of enterprises with "cloud" and BIM-technologies, applied embodiments of functional-economic diagnostics, cost-oriented management, object-functional and functional-functional and functional management. with the purpose of their integrated use for the implementation of qualitative transformations of enterprise management systems and the microenvironment of development projects.

Purpose of research. The purpose of this study is to assess the possibility of applying the methodology for centralized management of systems and information risks using the example of informatization of public departments of Republic of Tyva in order to optimize the cost of purchasing technical, software and hardware-software means of protecting information, as well as the payroll of maintenance technical personnel.Methods.One of the main research methods is the creation of an experimental model of the mechanism of a single information and computing network, combining various government departments located within the same administrative building, which allows working simultaneously with distributed or centralized applications, databases and other services, as well as centralized information risk management security. The next research method is the analysis and study of the principle of operation of information resources, information systems, databases, and the increase in the number of domain users if they are combined into a single data transfer network. The interaction and effectiveness of personnel, a specialized unit based on one government agency, ensuring the regular functioning of the network and the necessary level of information security for all government departments.Results. As a result, an economic effect is achieved by eliminating the acquisition of duplicate software and hardware information protection, increasing the efficiency of using unified information services, and creating a centralized structural unit that uses risk management tools and makes information security management decisions based on the principles of system analysis , structuring method and expert survey methods. The results of the study have been used in solving problems of improving the information security management system of the authorities of Republic of Tyva.Conclusion.We have developed the original information technology architecture of the information security management system and centralized use of information technologies for the government of Republic of Tyva. The distinctive features of the structure of software tools for the centralized approach are the multi-agent implementation of the control elements of the decision support system and the integration of various types of security management models into a single complex.

BACKGROUND: The Trial-Ready Cohort for Preclinical/Prodromal Alzheimer’s Disease (TRC-PAD) Informatics Platform (TRC-PAD IP) was developed to facilitate the efficient selection, recruitment, and assessment of study participants in support of the TRC-PAD program. Objectives: Describe the innovative architecture, workflows, and components of the TRC-PAD IP. Design: The TRC-PAD IP was conceived as a secure, scalable, multi-tiered information management platform designed to facilitate high-throughput, cost-effective selection, recruitment, and assessment of TRC-PAD study participants and to develop a learning algorithm to select amyloid-bearing participants to participate in trials of early-stage Alzheimer’s disease. Setting: TRC-PAD participants were evaluated using both web-based and in-person assessments to predict their risk of amyloid biomarker abnormalities and eligibility for preclinical and prodromal clinical trials. Participant data were integrated across multiple stages to inform the prediction of amyloid biomarker elevation. Participants: TRC-PAD participants were age 50 and above, with an interest in participating in Alzheimer’s research. Measurements: TRC-PAD participants’ cognitive performance and subjective memory concerns were remotely assessed on a longitudinal basis to predict participant risk of biomarker abnormalities. Those participants determined to be at the highest risk were invited to an in-clinic screening visit for a full battery of clinical and cognitive assessments and amyloid biomarker confirmation using positron emission tomography (PET) or lumbar puncture (LP). Results: The TRC-PAD IP supported growth in recruitment, screening, and enrollment of TRC-PAD participants by leveraging a secure, scalable, cost-effective cloud-based information technology architecture. Conclusions: The TRC-PAD program and its underlying information management infrastructure, TRC-PAD IP, have demonstrated feasibility concerning the program aims. The flexible and modular design of the TRC-PAD IP will accommodate the introduction of emerging diagnostic technologies.

Due to the global trend of spreading interconnectedness smart factories evolve and manufacturing entities become cyber-physical systems. This enables mass customization as it allows directing a product through manufacturing individually. However, customer demands can change quickly, and a rapid respond is vital for successful individualization. Therefore, a learning process from every iteration should not only take place in manufacturing but in product engineering as well. Still, there is hardly any interface allowing a bidirectional stream of data up and down the development process. In this paper an approach for realizing bidirectional interoperability between product engineering and manufacturing is developed. The state of the art regarding data exchange and the requirements that data and information systems must join are analysed. Based on the results, this paper elaborates a concept of an information technology architecture enabling bidirectional interoperability. Hence, two theoretical scenarios on the possible deployment of manufacturing information in product engineering are discussed.

The construction of an information technology architecture for the automated collection and processing of information about the student's condition is proposed; informational model of cause and effect relationships when making a decision; group of criteria for determining the level of correspondence of the student's functional state to the conditions of study in the chosen higher educational institution (including psycho-emotional state, physiological status, functional state as a whole). An experimental study of the proposed technology and criteria for a specialized user group was conducted.

Konsultointi ja suunnitteluliiketoiminta on erittäin projektiorientoitunutta ja työtehtävät toteutetaan suunnittelumateriaalia kehittäen lukuisten lähtötietojen ja suunnitteluiteraatioden pohjalta. Menestyminen projekteissa riippuu merkittävästi projektiorganisaation kyvystä hallita käytettyjä lähtötietoja, niistä johtuvia muutoksia ja niihin liittyviä töitä. Osaavan henkilökunnan ja toimivan prosessin lisäksi tehokkaat tietotekniset työkalut mahdollistavat tehokkaan lähtötietojen hallinnan. Aiemmin työtä ja lähtötietoja hallittiin kohdeyrityksessä kahdessa eri järjestelmässä, eikä yhtenäistä toimintatapaa ollut, eikä tietoja voitu tehokkaasti vaihtaa järjestelmien välillä. Tämä työ pyrki luomaan integraation toteuttamiskelpoisuutta esittelevän yksinkertaistetun toteutuksen, jossa kaksi järjestelmää integroidaan yhdeksi kokonaisuudeksi. Se toteutettiin rakentamalla itsenäinen verkkopohjainen sovellus, joka kommunikoi integroitavien järjestelmien kanssa ja jonka käyttöliittymä on toteutettu laajentamalla Jira Cloud -sovelluksen käyttöliittymää. Kaikki sovelluksen osat on tehty JavaScript-kielellä Node.js viitekehykselle, ja se käyttää muun muassa React ja Express -kirjastoja. Sovelluksen ja integraation avulla käyttäjät voivat määritellä työtehtävien vaatimat lähtötiedot sekä toimitettavat dokumentit yksittäisiin työtehtäviin, jolloin lähtötietojen hallinta helpottuu ja sen dokumentointi systematisoituu.

To improve healthcare delivery quality and to reduce medical cost of elderly care, healthcare organisations have increasingly adopted smart personal health monitoring system. However, anecdotal accounts of smart personal health monitoring systems’ potential benefits realisation are rare. This paper aims to develop a smart personal health monitoring system with the design principles of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). An EDA is a design method of information technology architecture that uses to detect and monitor asynchronous events and respond to them intelligently by a publish/subscribe mechanism. We define Event-Driven Architecture capacity as Information Systems capabilities triggered by implementation of Event-Driven architecture. Understanding smart personal health monitoring systems by EDA is needed and desirable. We identify four capacities of smart personal health monitoring system: flexibility capacity, sensing capacity, interoperability capacity, and responding capacity that are generated from an event-driven architecture.

In modern conditions, the solution of the complex tasks of the strategic development of innovative business raises the status of information, shifts the priority in managing information resources to the structural and strategic management levels. Thereby, there is a need to create a proactive corporate information space of the corresponding information and analytical level. A flexible and adaptive management information system is becoming one of its main components. The life cycle of such a corporate information system should correspond to the life cycle of a business. This work considers the questions of formation and actualization of enterprise architecture based on a three-dimensional strategic model of the continuous integration of its components (3D-architecture of enterprise): information technology architecture (data architecture and application architecture) and business architecture. The static structure of the model is made up of a multi-layer enterprise architecture. The dynamic part of the model is built using digital twin information technology (Digital Twin) and the Internet of things (IoT).

Sea Toll implementation provides opportunities to promote and improve welfare amongst the people of Indonesia, especially those living in the underdeveloped, remote, outer region, and the bordering areas. A study undertaken by the Ministry of Transportation in 2017 shows that Sea Toll faces challenges of low return cargo load factor of 9.5 percent. The low return cargo load factor in turn contributed to high operational cost of the Sea Toll. Physical Internet (PI) is as global logistics system based on the interconnection of logistics network by a standardized set of collaboration protocols, modular containers and smart interfaces for increased efficiency and sustainability. One of the objectives of invention of PI is to solve inefficiencies of logistics chains, including underutilized transports and distribution centers. A project exploiting PI, called Modulushca, has already been completed by the European Union (EU). Project outcomes include finalization of PI framework to enable interconnected FMCG logistics system, and identification of obstacles and success factors of a PI-enabled system. The purpose of this research is to propose high-level information technology architecture for implementation of PI in Indonesia with the objective of increasing effectiveness of Sea Toll logistics operations. The proposed architecture is modelled after that of EU’s Modulushca and will exploit existing Indonesia’s National e-Logistics Architecture, specifically the Indonesia National Logistics Ecosystem.

Business processes are indicating how to handle and deal with different business situations. Companies focus on the flexibility of information technology architecture as their main business strategy for decision making. Their systems should satisfy the adaptability criteria. In this paper, we propose a framework to measure the quality of the existing workflow by using the quality of services criteria. Based on the results of quality of services measurements, an enhancement of the framework should be obtained using the concepts of graph theory such as min-cut and max-cut algorithms and some re-factoring techniques. To reduce the bugs that could occur and to reach the long lifespan for an organization workflow, we proposed, designed, and implemented a new mainframe that takes a workflow as an input to check whether it meets the specific quality of services measurements. If the workflow is not qualified, it will be enhanced automatically using our proposed algorithms to meet the quality of services rules and check for the consistency within the system. The main frameworks components are the quality measurement, determination, parsing, and code adaptation. We presented and discussed a real case study to help in understanding, illustrating and analyzing the proposed framework behavior and its approach applicability, in addition to, analyzing different related scenarios.

The current information systems for the registration and control of electronic medical records (EMR) present a series of problems in terms of the fragmentation, security, and privacy of medical information, since each health institution, laboratory, doctor, etc. has its own database and manages its own information, without the intervention of patients. This situation does not favor effective treatment and prevention of diseases for the population, due to potential information loss, misinformation, or data leaks related to a patient, which in turn may imply a direct risk for the individual and high public health costs for governments. One of the proposed solutions to this problem has been the creation of electronic medical record (EMR) systems using blockchain networks, however, most of them do not take into account the occurrence of connectivity failures, such as those found in various developing countries, which can lead to failures in the integrity of the system data. To address these problems, HealthyBlock is presented in this paper as an architecture based on blockchain networks, which proposes a unified electronic medical record system that considers different clinical providers, with resilience in data integrity during connectivity failure and with usability, security, and privacy characteristics. On the basis of the HealthyBlock architecture, a prototype was implemented for the care of patients in a network of hospitals. The results of the evaluation showed high efficiency in keeping the EMRs of patients unified, updated, and secure, regardless of the network clinical provider they consult.

Information technology architecture is an essential element of an enterprise’s strategy and impacts competitive advantage. The management of information technology architectures is unexplored in theory and confused in practice. In particular, the roles of information technology architects are interpreted in various ways. The purpose of this study is to examine the roles of information technology architects by investigating the required activities and skills demanded in the human resources market. In-depth content analysis was applied on job advertisements. Categories were inductively developed by allocating meaning units until saturation: 2438 meaning units were assigned to 37 task categories and 49 skill categories. As a result, three types of architects with distinctive profiles were identified. In addition to technological expertise, all architects must provide outstanding social and methodological skills. Knowledge of particular frameworks is rarely required. Skills and architect types from The Open Group Architecture Framework were disproved in parts. Attributes specific to e-commerce architects and digital architects were elaborated. The found task and skill categories may be used as catalogs for recruiting purposes in practice.

En el marco de la política de Gobierno Digital liderada por el Ministerio de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación de Colombia, se ha propuesto el marco de referencia de Arquitectura de Tecnologías de la Información para que sea implementado por las entidades públicas. Este marco define como uno de sus seis dominios, el de Sistemas de Información (SI) por ello las entidades públicas del orden regional y territorial requieren definir o mejorar sus procesos de gestión de SI. Este articulo presenta una caracterización de buenas prácticas asociadas a la gestión de SI respecto al marco de referencia de Arquitectura TI Colombia. Se presenta el contexto general del modelo de arquitectura empresarial de Colombia, seguido de la identificación de 18 buenas prácticas de gestión de SI para finalmente proponer recomendaciones que puedan ser consideradas por entidades públicas colombianas del orden territorial para la elección de prácticas a implementar.

The digital divide and derivative of it discrimination are not limited by the lack of access to telecommunication networks for a significant part of the population. In terms of digital divide, human rights are subjected to restriction on the ground of value’s absence in the specific person for a developing information economy. The policy of overcoming the digital divide in modern society requires the coordinated efforts of the international community in the harmonization ofstate and business information policy.

This paper reports an investigation and assessment of the digital information, provided via multiple channels, for the 2015 World Exposition (Expo) in Milan. Using emerging theoretical constructs in cross-channel information architecture as a lens, the researchers examined aspects of the digital information ecology that supported the Exposition event. This study focused, firstly, on how well information and its structure maintain a coherence that is useful and meaningful to its target audience across various technologies and platforms. Secondly, it attended to the means and mechanisms for moving from one information artefact to another and it comments on the ease with which global audiences traversed the multiple channels that formed the information environment of Expo 2015.

Technology roadmapping is a planning tool that plays a key role in technology, innovation and R&D decisions in range of business, industry and national levels and shows the path for development of required skills. As technology development engine in late industrialized countries is technological learning rather than innovation, we observe that the considerations and requirements of technology development in developing countries have been neglected in current published literature on technology roadmaps. In this paper, by introducing technological learning as an appropriate analysis level for technology roadmapping in developing countries, the main components of technological learning including technological capabilities (TCs) and catch up strategy have been identified and efforts have been made to integrate these components in the ordinary technology roadmap architectures and thereby introduce an appropriate architecture for industries in developing countries. Finally to validate the proposed architecture, technology roadmapping is applied for social banking in Iran based on the architecture.

Purpose The aim of this paper is to report on the adaptive e-contract information management reference architecture using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Enterprises need to effectively design and implement complex adaptive e-contract information management architecture to support dynamic service interactions or transactions. Design/methodology/approach The SLR method is three-fold and was adopted as follows. First, a customized literature search with relevant selection criteria was developed, which was then applied to initially identify a set of 1,573 papers. Second, 55 of 1,573 papers were selected for review based on the initial review of each identified paper title and abstract. Finally, based on the second review, 24 papers relevant to this research were selected and reviewed in detail. Findings This detailed review resulted in the adaptive e-contract information management reference architecture elements including structure, life cycle and supporting technology. Research limitations/implications The reference architecture elements could serve as a taxonomy for researchers and practitioners to develop context-specific service e-contract information management architecture to support dynamic service interactions for value co-creation. The results are limited to the number of selected databases and papers reviewed in this study. Originality/value This paper offers a review of the body of knowledge and novel e-contract information management reference architecture, which is important to support the emerging trends of internet of services.

Purpose Science and technology policy plays an important role in promoting the development of economic and social development in China. At present, the research on science and technology policy is mainly focused on the basic theories and some quantitative research. The analyses for contents of massive science and technology policies are relatively less. This paper makes use of semantic technologies to extract and analyze the relatively important information from massive science and technology policies. The purpose of this paper is to facilitate users to quickly and effectively obtain valuable information from the massive science and technology policies. The key methods and study results are presented in the paper. The study results can provide references for further study and application in China. Design/methodology/approach The paper presented the analysis model and method for science and technology policy in China. The terms and sentences are the important information in the science and technology policy. The study adopted the technology of natural language processing to analyze the linguistics characteristics of terms and combined with statistical analyses to extract the terms from Chinese science and technology policy. Then, the authors designed an algorithm, calculated and analyzed the important sentences in Chinese science and technology policies. The experiments were run on the Java test platform. Findings This paper put forward the analysis model and method for science and technology policy in China. The study obtained the following conclusions: term extraction of science and technology policy: the paper analyzed characteristic of terms in Chinese science and technology policy and designed a method of extracting a term that was suitable for the science and technology policy. The calculation of important sentences for science and technology policy: the paper designed an algorithm and calculated the importance of the sentences to obtain valuable information from the massive science and technology policies. Research limitations/implications In our methods, there are some defects to be improved or solved in the future. For example, the precision of algorithm needs to be improved. The significance of this paper is to propose and use the analysis model to process Chinese science and technology policy; we can provide an auxiliary tool to help policy beneficiaries. Enterprises and individuals can be more effective to extraction and mining information from massive science and technology policy and find the target policy. Practical implications To verify the effectiveness of the method, the paper selected the real policies about the new energy vehicles as experimental data; at the same time, the paper added uncorrelated policies. It used the proposed analysis model of science and technology policy to calculate and find out the relatively important sentences. The results of study showed that the proposed method can obtain better performance. It verified the validity of this method. The model and method have been applied to actual retrieval system. Social implications The proposed model and method in the paper have been applied to actual retrieval system for users. Originality/value The paper proposed the new analysis model and method to analyze science and technology policies in China. The presented model and method are a new attempt. According to the experimental results, this exploration and study are valuable. In addition, the idea and method will give a good start for improving information services of massive science and technology policies in China.

To ensure public safety and security, it is vitally important for governments to collect information from businesses and analyse it. Such information can be used to determine whether transported goods might be suspicious and therefore require physical inspection. Although businesses are obliged to report some information, they are reluctant to share additional information for fear of sharing competitively sensitive information, becoming liable and not being compliant with the law. These reasons are often overlooked in the design of software architectures for information sharing. In the present research, we followed a design science approach to develop a software architecture for business-to-government information sharing. Based on literature and a case study, we elicited the requirements an architecture that provides for the sharing of information should meet to make it acceptable to businesses. We then developed the architecture and evaluated it against the requirements. The architecture consists of a blockchain that stores events and rules for information sharing that are controlled by businesses. For each event, two parties use their private keys to encrypt its Merkle root to confirm that they know the data are correct. This makes it easy to check whether information is reliable and whether an event should be accepted. Access control, metadata and context information enable the context-based sharing of information. This is combined with the encryption and decryption of data to provide access to certain data within an organisation.

Purpose There has been a lack of meaningful information systems architecture, which comprehensively conceptualise the essential components and functionality of an information system for fire emergency response addressing needs of different job roles. The purpose of this paper is to propose a comprehensive information systems architecture which would best support four of the key firefighter job roles. Design/methodology/approach The study has built on the outcomes of two previous preliminary studies on information and human-computer interaction needs of core firefighter job roles. Scenario-based action research was conducted with firefighters in a range of roles, to evaluate human-computer interaction needs while using various technology platforms. Findings Several key themes were identified and led us to propose several layers of an integrated architecture, their composition and interactions. Research limitations/implications The selected fire scenarios may not represent every type of fire expected in high-risk built environments. Practical implications The current paper represents a shared discussion between end users, system architects and designers, to understand and improve essential components. It therefore provides a reference point for the development of information system architecture for fire emergency response. Originality/value The proposed information system architecture is novel because it outlines specific architectural elements required to meet the specific situation awareness needs of different firefighters job roles.

The present paper is devoted to analyze the appropriate recommendations to increase the effectiveness of technology transfer centers from Romanian National Network for Innovation and Technology Transfer - ReNITT, hosted by universities. The study is focused on the definition of a conceptual frame to develop specific business models, by the specialized compartments from technology/knowledge transfer entities, and using the specific instruments of business modeling process. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the 8 steps scheduling of pairing the building blocks of the Business Models Canvas, corresponding to the specific technology transfer models, and taking into account the elements of the value chain of technology transfer and making connections with technology readiness level, allows a clarification of this relative “fuzzy” and complicated modeling process of university’s Technology Transfer Offices activities, gathering in a concentrated format all necessary information. According to their mission, objectives and strategies, universities decide upon a certain business model for the Technology Transfer Offices, adaptable to client segment and value proposition to attain, by the offered services portfolio. In conclusion, during their activities, Technology Transfer Offices identify, validate and exploit the opportunities originated from applicative research results, by “technology push” methods. Also, there are necessary specific competences (human and material) to develop externally aware business models starting from real needs of the clients, by “market pull” techniques, that would contribute to enhance the endogenous innovation potential of firms.

Mobile communication through 5G technology is the key objective of this work. Existing research works in mobile communication through 5G technology in world submitted a great necessary development towards 5G technology in different work approaches including hardware and software. 4G technology includes several standards under a common umbrella, similar to previous generations of communication technologies. Actually 4G is good for now, however if look at it in five or ten years, 4G will obviously not be able to meet requirements for new applications coming up in the next few years. With 5G will increase the data rate, reduce the end-to-end latency, and improve coverage. These properties are particularly important for many applications related to IoT and D2D, which they are recognized as ones of the technology components of the evolving 5G architecture. The major contribution of this paper is the key provisions of mobile communication through 5G (Fifth Generation) technology of which is seen as consumer oriented. In 5G technology and mobile consumer has given top priority over others. 5G technology is to make use of mobile phones within very high bandwidth. The consumer never experienced the utmost valued technology as 5G.The 5G technologies comprise all types of sophisticated features which make 5G technology most governing technology in the vicinity of future.

Technology has evolved at an increasing pace over the decades. This advancement in technology has compelled organizations to include technology as a key component in their overall strategy. The proliferation of information technology tools aimed at making decision making more efficient and faster has also impacted the role intuition plays in an organization. Intuition was once a core part of decision making however with the ease of access to information on demand, organizations have begun to shift to become more data centric in decision making. Research in the areas of intuition and information technology remains limited, with no research as yet connecting the two areas. This is largely due to the inconsistency in defining intuition and the difficulty in measuring it. Furthermore, understanding the role of information technology and its influences is a challenge due to the misunderstanding of where information technology actually fits. This study aims to establish a link between the advancement of information technology and its associated impact on human intuition. This investigation is accomplished through the use of eight in-depth interviews using the hermeneutic phenomenonology approach to develop rich textual content so as to understand intuition in this information age and how its use has been impacted. The resulting themes provide keen insight into how information technology has influenced the emerging workforce, priming individuals to be more analytical in nature. Individuals are being shaped by the changing dynamics of organizations to more collaborative and data driven by nature hence are conducive of analytical skills. While this is spearheaded by information technology the full effects are only evident in mature markets were organizations can take full advantage of their information technology tools. Finally, cognitive computing is seen to be the next break through era for information technology which is set to further reduce the need for human intuition due to computer's being able to mimic a human's brain to a certain extent. Organizations need to begin reskilling and redeploying their human resources in order to take advantage of these advancements in information technology. However, while advances in technology significantly reduce the use of intuition in the workplace, it will always retain some standing as long as people are involved because information technology alone cannot produce results, human begins need to be the guiding force enabled by it.

This study presents a framework to guide managers in the ICT industry in assessing the factors that inform the decision to participate in the development of technology standards. Using multi-criteria decision analysis and judgment data from panels of experts, a robust model is developed that comprehends the essential criteria and outcomes within the context of computer interconnect technologies. The resultant, generalizable model is validated against the case of the extant Universal Serial Bus (USB) interconnect standard and found to be congruent with the assessment of the experts.

There is an increasing need for an interoperable healthcare data system that provides a shared common view of the essential data for a person to any healthcare provider involved in the circle of care regardless of where provider or person are physically located or what organization they belong to. This paper introduces a framework that characterizes the essential elements of such a system: minimal data set, information technology architecture, and legal governance. We evaluate related work and propose a cloud-based portal and a web-service API for accessing and managing shared data. The proposal is evaluated and compared using a representative usage scenario from community care.

In view of growing importance of data, information and knowledge in companies has become very actual issue of the quality of their processing through the information system modules. Using of modules of the management information systems for qualified analyzes conducted over primary data stored in companies in the Czech Republic is not too widespread. The aim of this article is based on a long-term investigation conducted to analyze the situation and propose for agricultural holdings architecture management information system for farmers to support their decision-making activities.

The article considers the problems of improvement of process control system design of buildings and structures in the conditions of its decentralization. Practice shows that the labor organization in modern design organizations in them in most cases, the remote system that uses the work of designers and engineers working at home on her computer. With this approach, there is the problem of ensuring the required quality of design and estimate documentation. This is due to the fact that most designers use when calculating the specifications and scope of work their "calculators", written in different programming languages. During assembly drawings and specifications, performed "homeworkers" in a central database, there is a huge number of non-conformities related to: using rounding systems; transfer systems from one unit to another; description of the individual materials and products, etc. To overcome this problem, the article proposes to use single reference material resources and WEB interface that allows you to remotely design based on this framework.

Based on the introduction of the IOT system architecture, key technology and existing problems and the three layer general framework, combined with the actual characteristics of the hospital, an IOT-based medical equipment management system architecture, and application of Internet technology, sensing technology, communication technology and software information technology, analyzes the related key technologies of building in, including intelligent gateway, middleware, information management platform etc. in order to achieve intensive, digital and informatized medical equipment management mode.

Case studies on PT XYZ companies show that the use of IS / IT has not been optimal in supporting the sustainability of its business processes. This is due to the absence of information technology architecture planning that is aligned with the company's business strategy, especially related to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) which consists of Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. Business processes and organizational activities. This study aims to design cloud computing-based Enterprise Architecture (EA) for PT. TELIN using the TOGAF ADM method as a framework. The integration between Enterprise Architecture (EA) and cloud computing brings great benefits to the company. Cloud Computing provides elasticity in software and hard solutions in organizations, while Enterprise Architecture (EA) guarantees compatibility between business strategies and IT strategies. This study produced the architectural design of the company PT. TELIN is done by looking at business strategies in the process of production and product distribution with the aim of supporting the implementation of the company's information system as a whole, resolving the problem of information system integration, and increasing effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of information technology infrastructure.

Rapid and profound changes in the technology used for data acquisition, computing and information management provides a framework that has the potential to allow communities to consider acquiring, analyzing and managing data in new ways. Improving the collection and management of data, immediately in post-disaster reconnaissance and in long-term impact assessments, is central to enabling knowledge of such events to be used and applied to improving community resilience to those disasters. This paper presents the development and applications of an integrated and extensible framework for the capture of attribute data that describes pre-disaster physical characteristics and post-disaster damage of assets within our communities. The framework, referred to as Real-time Individual Asset Attribute Collection Tool (RiACT) and its associated Asset Repository Web Portal, enables data capture by direct field observations of asset attributes. It also includes the real-time transfer of these field observations to the web portal and/or the download of previously acquired history and metadata of any specific asset of interest to the observer whilst they are in the field. The use of this framework enables improved understanding of asset portfolios within the context of risk reduction and readiness, as well as facilitating efficient and rapid capture of damage distribution across the affected region. This in turn supports better decision making for a quicker disaster response and recovery. This paper presents a review of the existing state-of-art data collection methodologies and describe the development of an improved tool and its Information Technology architecture. Experiences and challenges in applying the framework are highlighted through: (1) the capture of community data in Viet Nam for a multi-hazard assessment in 2014 and 2018, the refinement of asset data related to residential buildings in the Greater Wellington region in 2016, and a survey of building types in Tanna, Vanuatu in 2018; (2) facilitating training in field data capture processes in Indonesia in 2015, as well as in Samoa and Vanuatu in 2017; (3) collection of asset damage data following the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake in New Zealand, the 2016 Tropical Cyclone Winston in Fiji and the 2015 Illapel earthquake and tsunami in Chile.

Healthcare facilities use a number of information system/information and communication technologies. Each healthcare facility faces a need to choose sourcing strategies most suitable to ensure provision of information system/information and communication technology services, processes and resources. Currently, it is possible to observe an expansion of sourcing possibilities in healthcare informatics, which creates new requirements for sourcing strategies. Thus, the aim of this article is to identify factors influencing information system/information and communication technology sourcing strategies in healthcare facilities. The identification was based on qualitative research, namely, a case study. This study provides a set of internal and external factors with their impact levels. The findings also show that not enough attention is paid to these factors during decision-making.

The adoption and implementation process of information and communication technologies in health systems are highly complex and even today there is no guarantee of success; There are multiple determinants, along with their interrelationships and environment that influence this process. The objective of this paper is the presentation of modeling and simulation based on agents to adoption process of information technology in health systems. The study is based on a conceptual model based on the theory of complex adaptive systems, and empirical studies of the critical factors in the adoption process, then used the tool of agent-based modeling for the computer simulation in Netlogo 5.1.0. As a result, we have characterized and programmed three types of agents: technological, organizational, and human, as well as their interactions and environment. The simulation model allowed us to observe the predictive system response as a measure of success or failure in adoption, to possible variations in the initial conditions of the agents and the environment. The presented model is an excellent tool for the analysis of the interrelationships between the multiple stakeholders involved in the success or failure of the adoption of health information technology
