Ovanliga förändringar uppstår från faktorer som inte går att förutspå, som den rådande ekonomiska kris som är aktiv i samhället idag. I dagens läge står organisationer inför en alltmer komplex och dynamisk omvärld där alla möjliga oförutsägbara krissituationer kan uppstå från en dag till en annan. Effektiv krishantering och effektiv kriskommunikation är numera avgörande byggstenar i en organisation för att mildra negativa effekter på en organisations rykte, marknadsposition eller anställda. Begreppet krishantering innebär en process vars mål är att minimera de potentiella skador som kan uppstå vid oväntade förändringsprocesser eller oväntade kriser. Processen är eller bör vara en integrerad del av företagsledningens ansvar och innefattar planering och genomförande av strategier för att hantera en kris på ett effektivt sätt, både före, under och efter en krissituation. Genom att förbereda sig och agera snabbt och adekvat kan företag minska omfattningen av en kris på organisationen och dess anställda. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att öka förståelsen och belysa på vilka sätt utvalda livsmedelsbutiker arbetar med krishantering och kriskommunikation vid rådande ekonomiska situation. Forskningsfrågor: På vilka sätt har krishantering och kriskommunikation påverkat livsmedelsbutikernas interna relation? Hur har livsmedelsbutikerna anpassat sin kommunikation till sina intressenter under den rådande inflationen för att upprätthålla deras förtroende för varumärket Hur har livsmedelsbutikerna utnyttjat erfarenheter och kunskaper från tidigare krissituationer? Metod: De metodval som nyttjats under studien är baserat på det tolka

Monetary policy has been suggested to show a fading impact on domestic inflation. Based on this, the study tests whether this has occurred with Swedish monetary policy over the period January 2000 – January 2020. This is done by studying the impact of monetary policy on consumer price inflation and real estate prices in Sweden, comparing the results to the United States. The used method consists of local projections for computing the impact of monetary policy shocks on the economy. Furthermore, the measure of monetary policy shocks is developed by using the measure constructed by Romer & Romer (2004). The results for Swedish consumer price inflation support the general findings of the literature, asserting that the impact of domestic monetary policy on domestic consumer price inflation has decreased. However, the responses of U.S. consumer price inflation differ. The impact on changes in both Swedish and U.S. real estate prices is less clear. There is a potential presence of a Cantillon Effect in the developments of the responses of consumer price inflation and real estate prices. Yet, the unclear findings for real estate prices reduce the effect's feasibility as an explanatory factor.

This paper investigates the dynamic evolution of the conditional correlation between the stock markets of China, Japan and South Korea by using the DCC-MGARCH model and investigates the key determinants of regional stock market integration by using a linear equation framework. The sample period is from January 1995 until December 2012. We first derive the dynamic conditional correlation between the pairwise countries’ stock markets and then DCC is regressed on bilateral trade intensity, bilateral FDI intensity and the absolute difference of rate of inflation and short-term interest rate. We find that there is weak stock market integration between the three countries and that Chinese stock markets are very attractive markets to invest in for investors in order to benefit from the diversification effect according to asset allocation theory. The key determinant of stock market integrations for Japan-South Korea is interest rate; for China-Japan are interest rate and bilateral FDI intensity and for China-South Korea are bilateral FDI intensity and bilateral trade intensity.

Since 2001 there has been an increase in oil price and unlike other times there is nothing indicating a major persistent decline. As oil is a limited resource and since current production capacity can not fully meet the growing demand the price on oil is kept high. A high oil price will not only result in higher price on fuel and thereby a higher cost of transport. It will also affect areas such as electricity, heating and oil based products. These and other indirect effects will have an impact on the private individual, companies as well as on the society as a whole. Since the products of the Volvo Group are linked to oil it is necessary for the company to have a good insight in the effects both concerning specific products as well as on a more aggregated level. Objective The objective of this master thesis was to develop a scenario based on collected and interpreted information on how a high oil price can affect the society in 2015. In order to exemplify a high oil price the fictive price of $300/barrel was used. The price was predicted to have a steady climb from today’s price of about $60/barrel up to $300/barrel. Method Since the purpose of this master thesis was to create a scenario for 2015, a predictive approach was chosen. A qualitative scenario technique has been used since it intends to clarify connections, identify key players, insecurities and potential questions which were the intent of this master thesis. A qualitative scenario technique was also appropriate as it generates descriptions on possible future developments and not predictions of the exact development. Conclusions The final conclusions of this thesis are expressed in a scenario: The oil price will have a steady increase from 2006 until it reaches the level of $300 per barrel in 2015. The decreased availability of oil will push forward an increased use of foremost natural gas and coal. However, the correlation in price between oil and natural gas will come to push even the gas prices upwards

Ce rapport de recherche a pour objet l’étude du coût budgétaire attendu et des effets économiques probables d’un programme ambitieux d’allocations-loyers en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale (RBC) selon 3 scénarios :(1) allocations-loyers versées à 5000 ménages demandeurs de logements sociaux ;(2) allocations-loyers pour les bénéficiaires du revenu d’intégration (R.I. ancien « minimex ») ;(3) allocations-loyers à tous les ménages les plus pauvres de la RBC (revenus inférieurs à la moitié du revenu médian en RBC). Comme dans d’autres pays, l’allocation couvrirait la différence entre un loyer plafond et un tiers du revenu environ. Cette étude est exploratoire puisque depuis la seconde guerre mondiale il n’y pas eu de système général d’allocation-loyer en Belgique. Les fourchettes du subside total calculées donnent néanmoins une idée de l’ordre de grandeur du coût budgétaire selon les différents scénarios. Celui-ci serait de l’ordre de 40 millions d’euros dans le scénario 1. Face au double constat d’un déficit excessif de l’offre de logements décents dans le segment « faibles revenus » à Bruxelles et de danger d’inflation des loyers, nous ne recommandons pas la mise en œuvre d’un programme d’allocations loyers dans cette ville. Avant d’y envisager une telle politique de stimulation de la demande, il faudrait d’abord accroître l’offre de logements sociaux et/ou subventionner la construction en général. This paper presents a first set of variables that possibly play a role in the uneven development of the microfinance sector in Latin America. A cross-country regression is applied by using a unique dataset on the outreach of microfinance institutions in the year 2001. Results indicate that microfinance is more present in high-inflation areas and in countries that receive a higher proportion of international support. Moreover, human capital and population density play a positive role in explaining the differences. Investice do bydlení převyšuje mnohonásobně naše příjmy, proto je nutné, abychom se při výběru typu bydlení, správně rozhodli o jeho samotném způsobu financování.Ze statik, které jsou v České republice k dispozici, vyplývá, že z celkových výdajů českých domácností, tvoří náklady na bydlení až 1/4. Srovnám jednotlivé produkty vyskytující se na českém trhu, které jsou určeny k financování bydlení (stavební spoření, hypoteční úvěry,...).
