Common prosperity is the essence of the superiority of the socialist system and the basic feature of Chinese path to modernization. The most arduous and onerous task of promoting common prosperity still lies in rural areas. Promoting the reform of rural collective property rights system is an important means to enhance the property income of farmers and achieve common prosperity for them. Taking property rights as the starting point, this paper explores the significance of realizing farmer property rights in promoting common prosperity for farmers. Through analyzing the current difficulties faced by granting more property rights to farmers, it attempts to provide practical countermeasures and suggestions for empowering farmers with property rights to achieve common prosperity, in order to provide feasible ideas for accelerating the realization of common prosperity in rural areas of China. Introduction: Corn farming faces various challenges from economic, ecological, and institutional aspects. For effective agricultural extension, it is crucial to optimize the role of social capital, which catalyzes optimizing corn farming, particularly concerning the extent to which farmers become innovative in increasing income. Methods: This research employed a quantitative approach. The data were collected through primary sources via the distribution of questionnaires to 175 farmers as per sampling requirements, as well as interviews and field observations. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results: (1) The effectiveness of extension services significantly and positively influences corn farmers' social capital, with a coefficient value of 43.00%. (2) The effectiveness of extension services significantly and positively affects innovative behavior in increasing income among corn farmers, with a coefficient value of 22.80%. (3) Social capital significantly and positively influences innovative behavior in increasing income among corn farmers, with a coefficient value of 74.80%. (4) The effectiveness of extension services through social capital significantly and positively influences innovative behavior in increasing income among corn farmers, with a coefficient value of 32.20%, resulting in a total effect of 55.00%. Conclusion: Social capital serves as a significant intervening factor, as its enhancement facilitates agricultural extension workers in their tasks by encouraging farmers to become more innovative in increasing both production and income from corn farming in the Bone Bolango Regency.

The digital economy has promoted the income growth of rural residents in China, but it has also widened the income gap within rural areas. The excessive income gap will lead to the uneven distribution of social resources and the decline of efficiency, thus threatening the sustainable development of the rural economy. This study utilizes the 'Circumstances-Efforts' analytical framework, the skill-biased technology change theory, and data from the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) in 2018 to examine the impact of digital literacy on income growth among rural residents and the resulting income gap within rural areas. The findings indicate that digital literacy positively contributes to the income growth of rural residents. Moreover, the mechanism analysis reveals that improved access to digital devices and more effective information play a significant role in enhancing the income of rural residents. Furthermore, the analysis of income structures demonstrates that digital literacy has a greater impact on increasing wage income and agricultural income for both high-income and low-income rural residents. However, it is important to note that digital literacy also contributes to the widening income gap within rural areas, particularly impacting high-income rural residents. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The rural industry is the foundation for promoting farmers' income and rural development, and adhering to the green development of the rural industry is the internal requirement for comprehensively promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy (RRS) in China. Firstly, the article explains the three aspects of China's rural eco-industries' development logic: the rural eco-industries have the historical inevitability of action under the Ecological Civilization (EC), academic rationality of development under the theory of urban-rural integration development, and strategic action under ecological poverty alleviation. Secondly, it establishes the six components of the Chinese rural eco-eco-industries' scientific connotation: one guiding concept, three theoretical foundations, three development carriers, two practical paths, a 3*3 development model, and two fundamental goals. Thirdly, Suggestions to encourage the development of rural eco-industry in the three dimensions of ''space, organization, and subject'' from primary mode to advanced mode.

Currently, agriculture and rural economy have entered a new development stage. According to market demands and comparative advantages of regional resources, strategic adjustment of agricultural structure and realizing transformation from traditional agricultural to modern agricultural have become primary tasks. Land is the essential element of agricultural production, making innovation upon rural land use system and establishing flexible and effective land circulation system concern efficiency and optimization of agricultural resource allocation and development of rural element market. With more and more farmers engaged in secondary and tertiary industries, land left by those farmers is circulated to those farmers willing to do farming. Rural land circulation is inevitable trend of economic and social development, but it is a progressive process. To realize smooth land circulation, there must be standardized system.
