Employers must administer legal psychological tests for applicants to determine inherent potential delinquent behavior. The four-part Reid Report is widely used and consists of 80 questions that could be answered by a yes or a no. The applicant must provide biographical data and supply a list of thefts or theft-related acts previously committed.
