The Sovereignty Principle in the Plantations Law legalizes dynamics that disproportionately empower plantation companies while disenfranchising indigenous peoples. Under this principle, plantation permits are granted to companies, not indigenous communities, limiting the latter's involvement in mandatory deliberations set by the law. Consequently, indigenous peoples are coerced into relinquishing their lands in exchange for compensation, leading to the erosion of their collective land rights. This practice is at odds with the protections intended under Article 28D Paragraph (1) and Article 28H Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia, which safeguard collective rights to property. The lack of political will to recognize and protect these rights suggests a troubling disregard for the existence and sovereignty of indigenous peoples.

Abstract: Food resilience is a critical aspect of national sustainability programs. with large and diverse population, Indonesia needs to prioritize food resilience as a primary focus of government programs. Empowering Indonesia's predominantly farming population is one way to achieve food resilience. In this regard, the government can utilize absentee land to achieve food resilience goals and improve the welfare of farmers. However, regulations restricting land ownership to civil servants under Article 3 of Government Regulation No. 224 of 1961 hinder the utilization of absentee land. These regulations pose a significant obstacle to farmers who seek to engage in or expand agricultural endeavors. The conflicts arising from these regulations constitute the most substantial barrier to farmers' efforts to realize food resilience programs in Indonesia. This research uses a normative legal research method, focusing on the absent land through statutory and case approaches. The results of this research suggest that absentee land regulations are no longer relevant given the current state of affairs, as they impede the maximization of food resilience, particularly for farmers in the agricultural sector. Higher Education (PT) as a provider of higher education has an important role in efforts to implement religious moderation, unfortunately, in recent years universities have become fertile fields for regeneration of groups that seek to undermine the existence of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). In its implementation, the Ministry of Religious Affairs established a Moderation House in PTKIN, while in PTU there has been no special attention related to this. In particular, this study aims to find out the concept of implementing diverse moderation in Unwahas, which is a PTU under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Research and Technology. This research is a qualitative research using data collection including documents, interviews, and observations. This study found that the implementation of religious moderation at Wahid Hasyim University was carried out in at least two strategic steps, namely through structured and academic programs. The structured program is a program that has been planned and implemented by the Aswaja Center Management and Young Aswaja Activists, Wahid Hasyim University, while academic means through the curriculum of the General Basic Course (MKDU), implemented in the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) of Islamic Religious Education Courses, to Aswajaan, Pancasila and Citizenship and also Compulsory Curriculum Courses (MKWK).

This research aims to explore the factors that contribute to increasing the competitive advantage of educational institutions through implementing an effective governance system. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used in this research. The location of the research was MI Gedanganak and SD Hj. Isriati Moenadi, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. Data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify governance patterns in the two educational institutions. The research results show that the two institutions, MI Gedanganak and SD Hj. Isriati Moenadi is included in the category that excels in its management. MI Gedanganak is recognized as having excellence in madrasa management, including curriculum, student, teaching staff, finance, and infrastructure management. Meanwhile, SD Hj Isriati Moenadi Ungaran is also known for its excellence in school management, including curriculum management, students, teaching staff, finances, and infrastructure. Both institutions use a holistic Islamic learning approach, emphasizing integrating Islamic concepts, knowledge, and skills. The implication of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the governance practices of educational institutions and their contribution to increasing the competitive advantage of Islamic educational institutions.

Islamic life insurance is a rapidly growing economic product in the Islamic economic environment. Although there are regulations and fatwas that regulate the mechanism and law of Islamic life insurance, scholars still have differing opinions about its permissibility. This paper aims to analyze Islamic fiqh about the law and mechanism of Islamic life insurance. The research method used is qualitative research with an empirical juridical approach. The analysis results show two main views among scholars regarding the permissibility of Islamic life insurance. Opinions allowing sharia life insurance refer to the principles of sharia and see it as a means of protection that can benefit the community. On the other hand, some opinions reject Islamic life insurance because it is considered to violate the fundamental principles of Islam, such as belief in God's destiny and avoidance of the elements of usury, gharar, and maisir. In the Indonesian context, the National Sharia Council (DSN) of MUI has issued fatwas and regulations related to the mechanism and law of Islamic life insurance. This fatwa is a solution to the two views of fiqh scholars and follows the principles of maqasid sharia.

The secondary and tertiary alcohols of terpenes were synthesized from aldehydes, and ketones using allyl magnesium chloride by the continuous metal flow reactor method. The flow process was conducted using metal plate reactors of 10 ml capacity in the presence of solvent mixtures, instead of large amounts of pure solvent like tetrahydrofuran. The products were isolated, and confirmed using gas chromatography and Nuclear magnetic resonance techniques respectively. Subsequently, the optimization studies were conducted to obtain mild, and economical reaction conditions, by varying the amount of allyl magnesium chloride, temperature, pressure, retention time, and flow rates. A comparison between batch processes and flow processes proved the advantages of the flow process in terms of reproducibility and product yield without the requirement of excess reagents compared to the batch process. The product yield was found to be excellent (60–97 %) and reproducible at (1–50) gram scale through flow process. The scope of the reaction was studied by synthesizing terpene alcohols using different carbonyl compounds at optimized reaction conditions, which resulted in high product yield. This research addresses a crucial gap in terpene alcohol synthesis, offering a scalable and environmentally friendly approach with broad applicability.

This research aims to synchronize the misalignment between local wisdom-based and contemporary management of Bunaken National Park, focusing on strengthening the rights of indigenous peoples in the Bunaken National Park area. This study employs a socio-legal approach, supported by sociology, culture, and tourism studies. The results show that the position of indigenous communities in the management of Bunaken National Park remains marginalized, while they cannot participate in formulating and discussing essential policies related to the management of tourism in Bunaken National Park. Additionally, issues often arise related to conflicts over the use of natural resources. These conflicts are mainly related to the management of specific zones within the national park crucial for the traditional activities of the indigenous communities, such as forest utilization, fishing, or collecting marine products. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate management policies incorporating traditional values without diminishing the international standards of Bunaken National Park's tourism management. It is hoped that the synchronization of these policies will enhance Bunaken National Park as a Super Priority Tourist Destination in Indonesia.

Purpose – This study intends to unravel aspects related to education in local religions. There are three (3) intercorrelated things regarding education in local religions, namely discrimination, value education, and social movements. Design/methods/approach – This study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data source was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews and observations of members and traditional elders of three (3) local religions in Indonesia. The analysis used was a descriptive one. Findings – The three local religions studied often experience discrimination, especially in the aspect of education. This discrimination encourages them to spread the values education so that its existence continues to survive. The values education is an essential vehicle in carrying out social movements. Research implications/limitations – This study was limited to three local religions in Indonesia. The diversely abundant local religions in Indonesia allow for different dynamics between each other, related to discrimination in religious education, values education they uphold, and new social movements they bring about. Originality/value – The majority of scholars have studied various local religions to uncover their diverse religious teachings. Additionally, numerous studies also have discussed varied discriminations against religion. However, they are mostly related to discrimination in the aspect of citizenship rights that they should have. This research is more focused on discrimination in education, as well as the related elements, namely values education and new social movements, to overcome this discrimination.

The research aims to analyze the gap between teachers' and students' understanding of language literacy and mathematical symbols. The study was designed with a concurrent triangulation strategy. The research respondents consisted of 20 teachers and 120 class VII students. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and cognitive tests. Qualitative data was analyzed descriptively, and quantitative data was analyzed inferentially. The results of the analysis of quantitative data show that there is a linear (significant) relationship between understanding language and mathematical symbols and mathematical literacy skills. The results of the qualitative data analysis describe that the teacher's understanding of language and mathematical symbols (high criterion) does not necessarily support the students' understanding of language and mathematical symbols. We confirm the suspicion that there is a gap in the ability of teachers and students to understand language and mathematical symbols. Students need to improve their understanding of mathematical language and symbols. The pattern of errors is based on the teacher's conception of learning in the previous class, so the process of transitioning the teacher's knowledge to students' understanding of mathematics experiences obstacles. The implication is that the process of transitioning meaning from mathematical symbols to written and spoken language must be carried out when the teacher introduces or teaches new topics to students, and the context in which mathematical symbols are used must be followed by clarification.

This article explores the limitations of using physical force in educating children in Indonesia. It examines the prevalence of violence by parents and teachers in education. Increased public awareness and concern for children's rights have made the use of violence in education a taboo. This research uses a qualitative method with secondary data using literature and analysing court decisions from the human rights perspective. This study aims to determine the limits of tolerance for violence and corporal punishment. The court decisions have been taken as the data to be analysed from various locations where decisions have been issued were taken into consideration to depict the similarities and differences in deciding matters related to corporal punishment towards children. This article examines historical, cultural, and religious factors that influence the use of physical force, including interpretations of Islamic teachings. This paper also presents arguments for and against corporal punishment as an educational tool. This research sheds light on the complexities surrounding the permissibility of physical force in children's education and the conflicting views in society, providing insight into evolving understandings and legal perspectives on the subject.

The rules of Islamic fiqh and sharia are built on the aim of realizing human benefit in this world and the hereafter, there is not a single law of Allah that does not carry out the mission of universal human benefit. This research examines the practice of Female Circumcision in light of Islamic tradition and law. This research aims to describe female circumcision, analyzing female circumcision according to Islamic tradition and law. This research is a type of field research with an anthropological approach. Data collection methods use interview techniques, observation and documentation studies as well as qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. This research shows that the majority of people in the Pantura region including Kendal, Semarang, Demak and Kudus regarding female circumcision interpret female circumcision textually and contextually. Female circumcision is a tradition and symbol to make one's daughter a good person. Female circumcision aims to get rid of suker which according to Javanese philosophy is interpreted as a bad character and parents hope that one day their child will become a virtuous human being. Abstrak Kaidah fiqh dan syari’at Islam dibangun atas dasar tujuan untuk mewujudkan kemaslahatan manusia di dunia dan akhirat, tidak satu pun hukum Allah yang tidak mengemban misi kemaslahatan manusia secara universal. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang praktik Khitan Perempuan dalam tinjauan tradisi dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan khitan bagi perempuan, menganalisis khitan perempuan menurut tinjauan tradisi dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan antropologis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi serta metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat kawasan pantura meliputi Kendal, Semarang, Demak dan Kudus terhadap khitan perempuan memaknai khitan perempuan secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Khitan perempuan merupakan salah satu tradisi dan simbol untuk menjadikan anak perempuannya sebagai pribadi yang baik. Khitan perempuan bertujuan untuk membuang suker yang menurut filosofi Jawa dimaknai sifat buruk dan orang tua berharap kelak anaknya menjadi manusia yang berbudi luhur.

This study aims to analyze Islamic education policies in Muslim minority countries (Thailand). The research method used is a case study. Data was collected through interviews and documentation and then analyzed using NVivo 12. The results of this study illustrate that there are three primary forms of Islamic Education policy models in Muslim minority countries (Thailand), namely (1) laws or government regulations, (2) Islamic Education Curriculum, and (3) Provision of Islamic Education budget. This model of Islamic Education policy shows that the Thai government pays attention to the Muslim population, even though they are a minority population. There was turmoil in the Muslim region of Thailand, so the government made laws or regulations, created an Islamic education curriculum, and created a budget for the development of Islamic education. So that there is a change in culture and language, open accessibility of Islamic education, and support for the implementation of worship in the Thai Muslim community.

In essence, a learning process involves students interacting with teachers, other students, and the learning environment in an educational setting. This study aimed to explore student learning experiences and the long-term impact of learning mathematics outside the classroom. This research is a longitudinal study, in which the research subjects change after a certain period of time. This study involved subjects as 208 male and female students. The author collected data through tests, questionnaires, and interview methods. The author then analyzed the data by comparing the same data over two periods. The results suggested that learning by utilizing learning resources outside the classroom in learning mathematics may help increase student engagement in the cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. Changes shifted from learning inside classroom to learning outside classroom have created a different learning atmosphere and provided a lot of learning experiences for students, and also increased student engagement in the cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. It indicated that learning mathematics outside the classroom has a long-term impact on student interaction in three dimensions, namely (1) the cognitive dimension; students can develop such as critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and reasoning abilities; (2) affective dimensions; students’ positive disposition towards mathematics increases while students' mathematics anxiety levels decrease; and (3) the conative dimension; such as improvement in social skills, cooperation, better communication, confidence, and diligence in learning mathematics.

Collecting zakah funds through conventional banks is vulnerable to elements of usury. Whereas, Islamic legal norms have strictly regulated that all assets must be protected from the element of usury, including Zakah funds. This research analyzes the collection of zakah funds by zakah fund collection institutions which is carried out by giving muzaki (zakah givers) the option to transfer zakah funds using conventional bank accounts. This paper discusses two schemes,i.e: first, the mechanism for collecting zakah funds through conventional bank accounts; second, analyzing the collection of zakah funds from the perspective of Muamalah Fiqh, namely using the Tabarru agreement. The research method uses empirical juridical with a qualitative approach. The results show, the mechanism for collecting zakah funds through conventional bank accounts is that muzakki are given the option to transfer zakah funds to a conventional bank account or sharia bank, which is owned by the institution collecting zakah funds; then the institution collecting zakah funds separates the bank interest from conventional banks for the public needs, such as building roads, public toilets, bridges, etc; and finally distributing it to Mustahiq. According to Fiqh Muamalah, the factors that cause a transaction to be haram are haram because of its substance, haram in addition to its substance and the cancellation of the contract. Meanwhile, the permissibility of a haram transaction must be channelled for social benefit, because this action is better than entrusting non-halal funds to a Sharia Bank.

AbstractThe protection of halal products in Indonesia refers to consumer protection laws based on the Article 1 Number 10 of Law Number 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Guarantee (JPH) Law. This paper describes the description of law enforcement in three phases, the law enforcement period which refers to the Consumer Protection Act, the law enforcement phase which refers to the period of the Halal Product Guarantee Act, and the phase after the issuance of the work copyright law. The method used in this paper is normative qualitative, which refers to statistical data from the police, related institutions such as governments and consumer protection foundations, also refers to court decisions. For the overview, the obstacles in the enforcement of the law is obtained through interviews. The novelty of this research is an effort to make understanding of halal products in Indonesia based on protecting the Indonesian Muslim community, which is different from other countries which make it a superior halal tourism material. In addition, there are efforts to strengthen the application of the JPH Law in legal court cases, because the law is not used because it is frail. These data are presented in a descriptive form that can provide an overview of law enforcement related to Halal Product Guarantee in the practical level.

Superheater is one of the boiler components that works to heat the saturated steam coming out of the steam drum, by utilizing hot gases from combustion. In this study using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and using SA-213 grade T91 and SA-213 grade T22, these two materials require Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT). One of the crucial factors in PWHT is holding time, because holding time aims to obtain a homogeneous temperature and homogeneous microstructure and can affect the mechanical properties of the material. This research was conducted to find out how the effect of PWHT holding time on SA-213 grade T91 and SA-213 grade T22 materials on the microstructure and hardness values. The results of the micro test show that the dominance of pearlite and martensite will decrease with increasing holding time, there is also a difference in microstructure grain size that will increase with increasing holding time which is associated with a decrease in value. The test results show that the hardness value will decrease with increasing holding time, especially in the weld metal area, getting the highest hardness value on the weld metal is in the specimen with a holding time of 15 minutes with a hardness value of 237.67 HVN and the lowest hardness value is in the specimen with holding time 45 minutes which is 201.1 HVN.

Fakta bahwa isu global tentang pendidikan inklusi untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus sedang mengalami perubahan revolusioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian investigasi berbasis survey dengan tujuan untuk (1) menemukan tantangan yang dialami guru di kelas inklusi untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, (2) menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi, dan (3) mendeskripsikan kebutuhan pelatihan guru yang mendukung pembelajaran di kelas inklusi. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 18 sekolah dasar inklusi di kota Semarang. Melalui teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 5 sekolah dasar inklusi. Responden terdiri dari 20 guru, dan 5 kepala sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data melalui analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi, diantaranya: faktor sikap guru, pengetahuan guru tentang pendidikan inklusi, komunikasi dan interaksi guru dan siswa, dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi meliputi: (1) tingkat keparahan dan jenis kecacatan siswa (35%), (2) membuat kegiatan yang melibatkan semua siswa (20%), (3) tidak memiliki cukup guru pembantu untuk mengatasi rencana pelajaran individual, (4) membutuhkan banyak waktu dan kontrol kelas menjadi sulit (10%), dan (5) menghadapi tuntutan orang tua dari siswa (10%). Sedangkan kebutuhan guru adalah pelatihan untuk memodifikasi kurikulum, pelatihan khusus untuk siswa di kelas inklusi, dan pelatihan pengajaran kolaboratif.

The aim of the research is to learn more about the concept of beneficial ownership (BO) as an approach for criminal liability in lieu of spatial planning crimes for corporations that lack assets or corporations that can only pay a portion of the crime. Several regions of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia have experienced widespread violations of spatial planning, according to some experts, as a result of substantive weaknesses, including the UUPR’s criminal sanction system’s philosophical, theoretical, and legal flaws, particularly its criminal sanctions for corporations. Theoretically, several theories of corporate criminal responsibility have not been able to reach corporate convicts in spatial planning crimes. The research method uses normative juridical methods. This research method is a legal research method that bases its analysis on applicable laws and regulations that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that the UUPR on corporate criminal sanctions is incomplete, and the formulation of the norms does not address substitute punishment for corporate criminals who lack assets or who can only afford a part of their sentence. The UUPR’s corporate criminal sanctions were not functional as a result of the incompleteness of the norms’ formulation, preventing the achievement of the law’s goals. The term “beneficial ownership” (BO) refers to natural persons who ultimately own or control (ultimately owns or controls) clients and/or people whose transactions are executed on their behalf. The BO concept and regulations regarding BO transparency indicate that it can be used as an approach to reach alternative criminal liability for corporations. In terms of philosophy, the BO concept is consistent with the goal of criminal punishment for corporations; specifically, by imprisoning the actual beneficiary, the payment of the penalty can be used to return the space’s damage to its original state, or at the very least, it can have a deterrent effect on those who use the space in an improper manner. So, for the Ius constituendum it is proposed to formulate criminal norms in lieu of fines for corporations by expanding accountability through the beneficial ownership (BO) concept approach.

Pada tahun 2021, Dinas Kelautan Provinsi (DKP) Lampung hanya mencatat data volume dan produksi ikan pada unit pelaksana tugas Kota Agung saja. Hal ini akan mempersulit nelayan diluar unit pelaksana tugas Kota Agung dalam menentukan lokasi penangkapan dan akan mempersulit peneliti untuk mengetahui potensi seluruh wilayah perairan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan nilai distribusi suhu permukaan laut (SPL) dan klorofil-a, hasil zona potensi penangkapan ikan, serta menganalisis peraturan yang berkaitan dengan penangkapan ikan di perairan lampung. Penentuan lokasi berpotensi ikan pelagis dibuat berdasarkan parameter SPL, klorofil-a, dan boat detection. Data tersebut didapat dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit AQUA-MODIS dan SNPP-VIIRS Level 3. Metode yang digunakan adalah Interpolasi Invers Distance Weighting (IDW) dan Kernel Density Estimation (KDE). Di bulan Maret-April 2022, wilayah berpotensi tinggi ikan pelagis dengan SPL 27-28°C dan klorofil-a 1,1-1,9 mg/m³ berada di perairan Kabupaten Tanggamus, Lampung Selatan, Lampung Timur, dan Kota Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan pada wilayah perairan Kabupaten Lampung Barat memiliki potensi yang rendah dengan SPL 29-30°C dan klorofil-a 2,2-3,1 mg/m³. Hasil wawancara dengan nelayan dan DKP Provinsi Lampung didapatkan informasi bahwa masih terdapat pelanggaran penerapan RZWP3K pada Jumlah Tangkapan di Bolehkan (JTB) yang dilakukan nelayan, dengan jumlah tangkapan melebihi JTB (5-10 ton perhari). Penerapan Surat Izin Penangkapan Ikan (SIPI) pada nelayan kecil 5-15 GT dan Surat Izin Usaha Penangkapan (SIUP) perlu ditegaskan lagi, khususnya pada wilayah yang berpotensi.

Belum optimalnya keterlibatan generasi muda Nahdlatul Ulama dalam melakukan syiar Ahlussunnah wal jama’ah di media sosial. Kecenderungan mereka masih sebagai penikmat, pendengar dan penonton dari kajian keislaman yang tersaji di youtube, Instagram dan beberapa aplikasi media sosial lainnya, dan belum sampai pada upaya untuk menghasilkan sebuah kontek dakwah. Meski memiliki kemampuan cukup, namun perlunya dorongan dan pembinaan bagi mereka untuk lebih berani dalam menghasilkan konten positif. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih peserta dalam mengembangkan kompetensi dan keterampilan dalam menghasilkan produk atau konten dakwah Islam sebagai ikhtiar dalam melakukan syiar Islam ruang digital. Di sisi lain, upaya ini juga memberikan ruang dan memberdayakan generasi muda dalam mengaktualisasikan kemampuan dalam berdakwah, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Desain kegiatan berupa pelatihan yang ditujukan bagi 20 dan peserta merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Wahid Hasyim yang tergabung dalam komunitas Pegiat Muda Aswaja (PMA). Kegiatan dilaksanakan bulan Juni – November 2022 yang bertempat di laboratorium Aswaja Universitas Wahid Hasyim. Program melibatkan dosen dan praktisi yang memiliki keahlian di bidangnya. Materi yang diisajikan berupa keislaman, konten kreatif, pemanfaatan media sosial dan beberapa materi relevan lain. Diskusi, mentoring, penugasan menjadi bagian metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan program. Hasil dari pengadian antara lain, 1) konten penulisan; 2) Konten pemberitaan; dan 3) Konten video keislaman.

The rapid advancement of computing technology has facilitated the implementation of AIED (Artificial Intelligence in Education) applications. AIED refers to the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies or application programmes in educational settings to facilitate teaching, learning or decision-making. This research aims to identify the role of AI in education. This research utilises a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using PRISMA analysis to identify AI’s role in education. An important finding of this research is that with the help of AI technology, which simulates human intelligence to make inferences, judgements, or predictions, computer systems can provide personalised guidance, support, or feedback to students as well as assist teachers or policymakers in making decisions. These findings indicate the important role AI can play in education to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. However, it is important to note that AI is not a substitute for teachers. The role of teachers as facilitators and supporters of learning remains important in the context of AI use. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Education, Systematic Literature Review (SLR).

This research aims to find out the governance of zakat from the perspective of institutional economics in Pangkalpinang City. This research uses qualitative-descriptive method. Data collection methods through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study are the management of zakat in BAZNAS Pangkalpinang City every year continues to increase, although there is still a lack of public awareness in Pangkalpinang City in paying zakat. In its journey in the third year of BAZNAS leadership, the progress has been seen where public trust in BAZNAS began to emerge. BAZNAS Pangkalpinang City has made many programs covering education, humanitarian and poor people's programs to provide welfare to the community with professional and trustworthy zakat management.

Rendahnya kreatifitas guru sekolah dasat dalam pembelajaran matematika menjadi dasar dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan teka-teki silang sebagai sarana pembelajaran matematika dan peningkatan kreativitas guru sekolah dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh 52 guru dan kepala sekolah. Di akhir kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi dan feedback. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan teka-teki silang matematika bagi guru sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan kreativitas pembelajaran, kemampuan mereka dalam pemahaman topik matematika, dan memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang positif. Semoga kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan kemampuan professional guru sekolah dasar.

This research aims to determine if legal protection is available for the use of forests, which are the customary rights of Adat and Indigenous Community from the mineral mining sector, which demands the use of extremely large territories. Fulfillment the utilizes state-controlled forest land, including protected forests, and industrial forests could be challenges. By considering environmental sustainability, legal protection ensures sustainable growth. To legally maintain customary forest rights, this study employs normative-juridical research utilizing primary and secondary legal sources about the acquisition of land for the mining sector, particularly for mineral mining. Agrarian, forestry, mining, and environmental protection and preservation legislation and decisions of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia on mining are examples of authoritative primary legal texts. All legal publications—including books, dictionaries, journals, and comments on court judgments—are considered secondary legal sources. This study finds that the legal protection of Adat and Indigenous Community’s customary forest rights over the availability of land for mining firms must be profitable, prosperous, and fair for Adat and Indigenous Community members. Adat and Indigenous Community are community associations that live and grow happily together in a hereditary region based on ancestry and similarity of habitation. Forest use for this purpose requires a Borrowing and Use Permit, which must include criteria for periodic, quantitative, and transparent environmental management, and preservation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the critical role of equilibration in organizing and building students' cognitive structure in the practice of learning mathematics. This qualitative research was designed using a phenomenological study approach. Participants in this study were 30 high school students of XI level. The main research instrument was the interview guide format and the document of cognitive test questions with the circle equation material. Research data obtained were tested for the validity of the data by triangulation. Method triangulation was done by comparing student work data and interview data. Theory triangulation is done by comparing the descriptions of the data obtained with the relevant theoretical sources. The results showed that in the context of knowledge construction (cognitive structure), there is a strong relationship between the process of assimilation and accommodation with equilibration. The role of balance in forming cognitive structures is to guide students to organize previous knowledge (schemas) and new knowledge and create thinking structures to become more complex by considering the socio-cultural dimension (environment) in mathematics learning. Further studies suggest that when selecting topics for equilibration-based activities, teachers should provide an effective learning environment to support the formation of cognitive structures to become more prosperous and complex.

Monopolies and stockpiling in business are clear evidence of human greed stemming from capitalist individualism. Despite the bad impact, the majority of people will prefer and support individual freedom without being limited by regulations. Thus, amid intense competition in the capitalist economy, Islamic ethics is present in the business environment to provide guidance and offer approaches that are in line with the ethical values ​​adopted by society. This study aims to find out: 1) the similarities and differences between individualism in capitalism and Islam, 2) the moral views of Islamic economics on capitalist individualism. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and the main variables in this study are capitalist individualism and Islamic economic ethics. Based on the results of the research analysis shows that: 1) Mostly, the dimensions of individualism in capitalism and Islam are different. 2) The biggest difference lies in the orientation, where the capitalist is oriented to the quantity of material (materialistic) and rationality, while Islam is oriented to the balance of the world and the hereafter. 3) Islam is very synonymous with ethics or morals that are oriented to the Qur'an and Hadith, while capitalists adhere to the principles of self-interest and rationality. 4) While the similarities between the two lie in the recognition of individual ownership and enthusiasm in working or doing business.

This study aimed to analyze the obstacles to the settlement of inheritance disputes in the Kajang indigenous people and the efforts to settle inheritance disputes in a just manner in the Kajang indigenous peoples. The type of research used in this study was empirical juridical with an anthropological approach—sources of data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of this study indicated that the obstacles to the settlement of inheritance disputes in the Kajang indigenous people were the parties making false confessions, insisting on defending their rights and social status, tending to be emotional, and lacking firmness from the mediator. Efforts to settle inheritance disputes that were fair to the indigenous people of the Kajang tribe are carried out based on local wisdom based on pasang ri kajang through three stages, namely deliberation at the hamlet head level, mediation by the village head, and the customary justice institution.

The purpose of the service activity is to provide insight and improve the professionalism of teachers in Central Java in making interesting and interactive teaching materials for students, especially in making digital comics with the Canva for Education application. In general, the difficulties experienced by teachers in making digital comics are how to make comic designs easy and attractive. The Canva for Education application is one application that can be used to overcome these problems. Teachers can create digital comics using a wide selection of available templates. The implementation of this service is carried out online using Zoom Meeting and Google Classroom. The training was attended by approximately 100 participants from various regions in Central Java. The final result of the training activity is that teachers can create digital comics published on social media Instagram. It is intended that the results of digital comics that have been made by teachers can be useful for the general public, especially students who get related material.

Abstract The year 2020 is a year that worries people all over the world with the outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), and Indonesia is no exception. The rapid spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) has caused various problems in all aspects of life, including the issue of holding public worship. This study aims to analyze the Central Java MUI Tausiah Number: 02/DP-P.XIII/T/IV/2020 related to the implementation of Friday prayers and worship at the mosque in the Covid-19 emergency response situation. This research is a type of literary research (library research). , using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to the analysis of Islamic law, namely describing and studying the problem using the study of Islamic law, then analyzing it. The results of the study conclude that the Central Java MUI Tausiah Number: 02/DP-P.XIII/T/IV/2020 is not only based on naqli and aqli arguments, but also through several considerations, including an appeal from WHO which is a world health organization and also the decision of the Regional Government through its Covid Cluster, so that in distributing tausiah, it has been carefully discussed and not arbitrarily circulated. Differences of opinion in accepting decisions are sunnatullah that cannot be avoided, so there needs to be a wise attitude in dealing with this. Penyebaran Virus Corona (Covid-19) ini yang begitu cepat menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan di segala aspek kehidupan, tak terkecuali dalam masalah penyelenggaraan ibadah di muka publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tausiah MUI Jawa Tengah Nomor: 02/DP-P.XIII/T/IV/2020 terkait penyelengaraan shalat jumat dan ibadah di masjid dalam situasi tanggap darurat covid-19, Penelitian ini merupakan Jenis Penelitian literer (library research), menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis hukum Islam, yakni mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji permasalah menggunakan kajian hukum Islam, kemudian menganalisisnya. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwasannya Tausiah MUI Jawa Tengah Nomor: 02/DP-P.XIII/T/IV/2020 tidak hanya berdasarkan dalil-dalil naqli dan aqli, dan juga melalui beberapa pertimbangan, diantarannya adalah himbauhan dari WHO yang merupakan organisasi kesehatan dunia dan juga keputusan Pemerintah Daerah melalui Gugus Covidnya, sehingga dalam mengedarkan tausiah memang sudah digodok secara matang dan tidak sembarangan untuk diedarkan. Perbedaan pendapat dalam menerima keputusan memang merupakan sunatullah yang tidak bisa dihindari, sehingga perlu adanya sikap yang bijaksana dalam menyikapi hal tersebut.

Abstract The use of digital-based learning media is very necessary for teachers. The existing limited media becomes the main reason why Ancermat (anthology of mathematical stories) learning media is developed and expected to be able to improve elementary school students’ problem solving skills. This study aims to describe the stages of the development of Ancermat learning media and find out whether it meets valid, practical criteria, and its effectiveness. The method used was the development research. The data analysis comprised of validity test analysis, practicality test analysis, and analysis of Ancermat media effectiveness using descriptive statistics and gain normalization test. The results showed that Ancermat learning media met the valid score of 4.53 with very high criteria and fulfilled the practicality test based on the students’ responses reaching an average score of 4.41 with very good criteria. Based on the gain test, it reached 0.580 with moderate criteria and met the minimum criteria of mastery learning with t count = 27.33> t table = 2.042, meaning that the average score of the problem-solving skill tests met the minimum criteria of mastery learning. So, it can be concluded that the Ancermat learning media meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective in improving the mathematical problem solving abilities of elementary school students.

This study aims to determine the distribution of the percentage of proportional reasoning tasks in the comparison chapter in task series book MANDIRI (Mengasah Kemampuan Diri) Mathematics Grade VII Curriculum 2013, Revised Edition, 2016 Publisher Erlangga, written by Kurniawan. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The task data from the book are documented and then analyzed based on indicators from each level of proportional reasoning. The tasks in the comparison chapter consist of two types of tasks, namely multiple choice tasks and essay tasks. There are 225 tasks in the comparison chapter. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the distribution of tasks based on the level of proportional reasoning found that tasks with level 1 (qualitative) were 31 (13.78%), tasks with level 2 (additive) were 22 items (9.78%), tasks with level 3 (pre-multiplicative) were 116 tasks (51.56%), tasks with level 4 (implicit multiplicative) were 24 items (10.67%) and tasks with level 5 (multiplicative) were32 items (14.22%).

Pelayanan operasional teknologi informasi pada PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki (PT. INS) merupakan tanggung jawab departemen IT atau Management Information System (MIS). Tugas ini adalah pelayanan terhadap pengaduan/keluhan dari user mengenai masalah kerusakan hardware, software dan jaringan dengan menerapkan sistem IT Helpdesk. Saat ini, manajemen pelayanan pengaduan masalah dapat dikatakan masih kurang bagus karena belum ada prosedur yang tersistematis dalam proses pengaduan kepada departemen MIS. Laporan kepada atasan tidak lengkap karena proses pendataan yang kurang baik. Hal ini disebabkan belum ada media atau sistem perekaman data yang baik. Pimpinan IT kesulitan untuk memonitor kinerja tim dalam menyelesaikan setiap keluhan dari user karena data tidak dapat dilihat secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi Helpdesk Ticketing berbasis Website pada PT. INS yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pengaduan/keluhan mengenai masalah operasional teknologi informasi. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Prototype sebagai bagian dari metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pemodelan proses bisnis sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi komputer yang dapat diakses secara realtime sehingga user dapat melihat status penyelesaian dari kasus yang mereka sampaikan. Teknisi juga dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya karena dapat dimonitor secara langsung oleh user maupun atasannya.
