The article considers the synthesis procedure for multidimensional digital controller embedded into industrial artificial microclimate systems. The methodology is proposed for constructing the complex dynamic mathematical model for industrial air conditioners represented in the state space of a combined multidimensional controlled system. An analysis of possible control system optimization criteria is performed. Also, the synthesis procedure for an optimal multidimensional digital linear quadratic controller is given. The feedback matrix is synthesized that determines the control vector optimal trajectory using controlled system states by minimizing the quadratic quality criterion. The proposed multidimensional linear digital controller has a feature of logical selection for elements of industrial equipment for performing the optimal control of a microclimate conditioner. The proposed approach allows for reconfiguring the synthesis procedure for the industrial conditioners automatic control system on the basis of delimiting the mutual influence of control parameters., Рассмотрена процедура синтеза многомерного цифрового регулятора для промышленных систем искусственного микроклимата. Для промышленных кондиционеров предложена методика разработки комплексной динамической математической модели в пространстве состояний как единого многомерного объекта управления. Выполнен анализ критериев для оптимизации системы управления кондиционером. Рассмотрена процедура синтеза оптимального многомерного линейно-квадратичного цифрового регулятора и синтезирована матрица обратной связи, которая по параметрам состояния объекта управления определяет траекторию движения вектора оптимального воздействия и минимизирует квадратичный критерий качества. Такой многомерный линейно-квадратический цифровой регулятор отличается наличием логического выбора оборудования для осуществления оптимального управления климатическим оборудованием кондиционера. Такой подход позволяет переосмыслить процедуру синтеза автоматической системы управления для промышленных кондиционеров на основе разграничения взаимного влияния регулирующих параметров., Розглянуто процедуру синтезу багатовимірного цифрового регулятора для промислових систем штучного мікроклімату. Для промислових кондиціонерів запропоновано методику розроблення комплексної динамічної математичної моделі в просторі станів як єдиного багатовимірного об'єкта управління. Виконано аналіз критеріїв для оптимізації системи управління кондиціонером. Розглянуто процедуру синтезу оптимального багатовимірного лінійно-квадратичного цифрового регулятора та синтезовано матрицю зворотного зв'язку, яка за параметрами стану об'єкта управління визначає траєкторію руху вектора оптимального впливу і мінімізує квадратичний критерій якості. Запропонований багатовимірний лінійно-квадратичний цифровий регулятор відрізняється наявністю логічного вибору обладнання для здійснення оптимального управління кліматичним устаткуванням кондиціонера. Такий підхід дозволяє переосмислити процедуру синтезу автоматичної системи управління для промислових кондиціонерів на основі розмежування взаємовпливу регулювальних параметрів.

The article discusses an approach that allows you to move from a discrete model of a digital controller to its analog representation, which provides analysis and synthesis of digital systems in the continuous domain, taking into account the quantization period. In the proposed method for the control system, a transition is made from the discrete z-region to the Laplace region. This approach makes it possible to consider the quantization time as an additional parameter of the digital control system settings, evaluate the influence of the selected quantization period not only on the behavior of the set for discrete at the moments of quantization, but also in between, to evaluate the temporal characteristics of the control system at any time. The analog representation of the digital controller enables the calculation of transients using MatLAB. The article provides examples of the synthesis for a digital control system in the frequency domain based on the frequency response characteristic of an open-loop control system taking into account the quantization period. The method can be used by automation specialists to analyze and setting digital control systems

A dynamic model of processes heat-mass exchange for a spray-type humidifier, which is used in artificial microclimate systems, is obtained. Based on the analysis of the equations of material and thermal balances, a dynamic model is obtained, which is presented in the form of a system of differential equations, in the state space, in the form of transfer functions. The dynamic model makes it possible to analyze the properties of transients for the spray-type humidifier along the main channels of influence in the coordinates of temperature and air moisture content. Using the example of an industrial air conditioner VEZA KCKP-80, a numerical simulation of transient processes for a spray-type humidifier was carried out. The obtained dynamic model is an integral part for a complex mathematical description of the industrial air conditioner. An essential advantage of the model in the state space is the possibility of using a vector-matrix mathematical apparatus for the synthesis, research, and optimization of a multidimensional control system.

The dynamical model of heat exchange for a water heater with lumped parameters, which can be used for synthesis of control systems by inflowing-exhaust ventilation installations, or industrial complexes of artificial microclimate, is considered. A mathematical description that represents the dynamical properties of a water heater concerning the main channels of regulation and perturbation is presented. Numerical simulation of transient processes for the VEZA VNV 243.1 heater according to the influence channels was carried out. The resulting dynamical model of a water heater can be the basis for the synthesis of automatic control systems and simulation of transients. A significant advantage of a mathematical model in the state space is the possibility of synthesis and analysis of a multidimensional control system.
