Keputusan pembelian produk hortikultura : bagaimana attitude to brand memediasi pengaruh e-service quality dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui attitude to brand pada aplikasi Sayurbox. Data kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu wanita karir dan telah menikah dengan rentang usia 18- 60 serta berdomisili di Kota Denpasar. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 110 responden serta pada teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling. Temuan yang diperoleh yaitu Sayurbox mampu menyediakan kualitas pelayanan online yang sangat baik kepada konsumen sehingga dapat membangun sikap positif serta meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian produk segar melalui aplikasi Sayurbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude to brand, attitude to brand berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, e-service quality berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui attitude to brand dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05.

Efforts are made to the development of sectors of the economy, business, and tourism in promoting the needed strategy which aims to determine the effectiveness of the campaign that carried the Department of Tourism Village Besakih in improving return the number of visits wisatawannya to the village of Besakih post pandemic Covid 19 In this method of community service activities, namely using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Before the pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out offline with the guidance of teachers. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities were carried out online. In implementing online learning activities, Pedungan State Elementary School 11 can carry out online learning activities successfully, so it is necessary to study what factors influence the success of online teaching. This research was conducted to find out what factors influence the success of online teaching during the New Normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method where this study contains a description of the factors that influence the success of online teaching in the new normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and parents of students using incidental techniques. The factors that influence the success of online teaching during the new normal period at the 11 Pedungan State Elementary School are as follows: (1) Teacher readiness. Teachers are very ready and have the ability to use information technology. (2) School Readiness. The school has well facilitated this online teaching and learning activity. Such as the internet, computers, laptops, cellphones, special IT rooms. (3) Student Readiness. The students have followed the online learning activities well. according to the schedule determined by the teachers. (4) Readiness of Parents of Students. Parents of students have provided guidance and supervision to their sons and daughters so that online learning can run well.

Penyuluhan adalah suatu kegiatan mendidik sesuatu kepada individu ataupun kelompok, memberi pengetahuan, informasi-informasi dan berbagai kemampuan agar dapat membentuk sikap dan perilaku hidup yang seharusnya. Hakekatnya penyuluhan merupakan suatu kegiatan nonformal dalam rangka mengubah masyarakat menuju keadaan yang lebih baik seperti yang dicita-citakan. Pemasaran Produk adalah seluruh proses yang dimulai dari analisis pasar, mengantarkan produk ke pelanggan dan menerima umpan balik. UMKM adalah usaha atau bisnis yang dilakukan oleh individu, kelompok, badan usaha kecil, maupun rumah tangga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan penjualan Usaha Bokoran melalui pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam program kerja ini yaitu berupa penyuluhan dengan cara memberi brosur yang berisi materi mengenai cara pemasaran. Hasil dari program kerja ini memberi dampak yang positif antara lain mereka menjadi tahu bagaimana cara pemasaran yang baik, dan mereka juga bisa membuat akun penjualan di marketplace khususnya facebook. Dengan program kerja ini, pemilik bisa meningkatkan penjualan melalui pemasaran dengan cara menguploud produk yang dihasilkan di media sosial seperti Instagram, facebook dan lainnnya. Selain itu, juga bisa membuat konten yang menarik agar bisa memikat pelanggan.

LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu is a village financial institution in Jungutbatu Village, Nusa Penida Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency. However, public interest in the existence of LPD Jungutbatu village has not been maximized because the services of LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu are less competitive with other local banks in Jungutbatu Village by having superior quality of human resources. LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu needs to be more concerned about developing and existing in competition with local bank competitors, namely by enhancing the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study is to discover the competency based human resource management (CBHRM) implementation system in LPD Desa AdatJungutbatu. The system's implementation can increase staff performance, allowing for improved customer service. This study takes a qualitative approach to data collection, with techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation being used. The results revealed that the implementation of CBHRM in the LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu had not been properly implemented, owing to internal LPD parties' failure to pay attention to aspects of CBHRM, such as the recruitment process still referring to the official Banjar”, employee education is still low, and training and development employees cannot be implemented evenly, resulting in inequity in the implementation of CBHRM in the LPD Desa AdatJungutbatu. ABSTRAK LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu merupakan lembaga keuangan desa yang terletak di Desa Jungutbatu, Kecamatan Nusa Penida, Kabupaten Klungkung. Namun, tingkat ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu belum maksimal dikarenakan pelayanan dari LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu kalah bersaing dengan bank lokal lainya yang ada di Desa Jungutbatu dengan memiliki kualitas SDM serta pelayanan yang lebih unggul. Hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian lebih bagi LPD Desa Jungutbatu untuk berkembang dan eksis dalam persaingan dengan kompetitor bank lokal, yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem Penerapan Competency Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM) di LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu, adanya penerapan system dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada nasabah. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CBHRM di LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu belum dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal tersebut dikarenkan pihak internal dari LPD tidak memperhatikan aspek-aspek dari CBHRM, pada proses rekrutmen masih mengacu pada banjar dinas, pendidikan yang dimiliki karyawan masih rendah, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan belum dapat dilaksanakan secara merata, Sehingga kedepan LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu, diperlukan lebih memperhatikan serta memaksimalkan aspek-aspek penting pada CBHRM.

The hospital is one of the health service units for the community that functions health services, the hospital must pay attention to employee motivation so that good work discipline is realized, thereby creating work harmony that will later have an impact on productivity. The research objectives are to find out 1) The Effect of Motivation on Work Discipline at Udayana University Hospital; 2) The Effect of Motivation on Employee Productivity at Udayana University Hospital; 3) The Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Productivity at Udayana University Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods with SEM PLS analysis techniques. This study shows the results of 1) The significant positive effect of motivation on employee discipline of 0.573 with a t-statistic value of 6.615; 2) The significant positive effect of motivation on productivity is 0.307 with a t-statistic value of 3.730; 3) The significant positive effect of employee discipline on productivity is 0.621 with a t-statistic value of 8.875.

Companies are constantly trying to maintain customer trust and loyalty in an effort to preserve business sustainability. Implementing environmental concerns in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is expected to achieve both of these aims. This study aims to analyze the roles of CSR, customer trust, and customer loyalty in business sustainability. Questionnaires were filled by 10 customers from each of 100 Rural Banks spread over 9 districts/cities in Bali, Indonesia. Data analysis was performed with SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The research found that CSR, customer trust, and customer loyalty have a significant impact on business sustainability. The results also found that customer trust and customer loyalty function as mediation in the relationship between CSR and business sustainability. Implementasi kepedulian lingkungan dalam bentuk Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) diharapkan dapat mencapai kedua tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran CSR, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam keberlanjutan bisnis. Kuesioner diisi oleh 10 nasabah dari masing-masing 100 BPR yang tersebar di 9 kabupaten/kota di Bali, Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa CSR, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan berfungsi sebagai mediasi dalam hubungan antara CSR dan keberlanjutan bisnis. The readiness of Human Resources is an important element of the success of the Hospital organization in providing good health services to Covid-19 patients. Non-Health Workers are competent workers who must be ready to face the Services in the New Era. The purpose of this study is to see how the readiness of non-health human resources in supporting hospital services in the New Era is normal. The type of research used is a case study using a qualitative descriptive research approach with data collection techniques: in-depth interviews and documentation. Data processing in this study uses thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that socialization or fair information about the Covid-19 disease intensively, carrying out continuous evaluations and ensuring the implementation of the Director's policy regarding the application of health protocols at work and the budgeting policy for the provision of Personal Protective Equipment greatly affect the Readiness of Non-Health Human Resources in supporting services. Hospitals in the New Era are normal. This is in accordance with the technical guidelines for hospital services during the adaptation period of new habits issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2020 that hospital administrators prepare service management according to national health protocol standards by prioritizing health and safety by preventing and controlling the transmission of COVID-19 so that can provide protection for human resources in hospitals. It is recommended that regularly socialize the application of health protocols on an ongoing basis, carry out monitoring and evaluation in stages.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awereness, online consumer review dan e-service quality secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pembelian kembali. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada aplikasi tiket online yaitu traveloka dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap pembelian kembali adalah 56,7%. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Traveloka diharapkan terus secara konsisten melakukan promosi melalui media sosial ataupun website, menambah vitur-vitur baru yang dapat memberikan banyak manfaat serta kemudahan bagi konsumen membuat sistem yang selalu dapat memberikan respon cepat dan tepat waktu. This research was conducted to analyze the role of leadership, work environment, and work motivation in increasing satisfaction a nurse's job at the Ganesha General Hospital. The number of nurses in the hospital was 135. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents namely all nurses totalling 35 nurses so that it included the saturated sample method. Data analysis techniques were performed using path analysis, hypothesis testing was performed at a significance level of 5 per cent. Data processing is done using computer applications. The results showed that work motivation, leadership and work environment were positively significantly able to increase nurse job satisfaction. Work motivation acts as a partial mediator in the relationship of leadership to job satisfaction and works environment to job satisfaction.

Hospital is a means of health efforts that carry out health service activities and is a service provider institution. Health services in a hospital have an important role in achieving success in hospital services. This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, leadership, supervision, intrinsic motivation on the satisfaction and loyalty of nurses in Ganesha General Hospital. The number of samples involved was 84 people using random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using smartPLS. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Supervision has a positive effect on job satisfaction in nurses. Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job loyalty. Supervision has a positive effect on job loyalty. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on job loyalty to nurses at Ganesha General Hospital.

This study aimed to determine how the implementation of human resource development to improve employee performance on Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort. Human resource development is the people or employee preparation to assume higher responsibilities in the organization or company. Performance is the work result/a process measurement or a person’s achievements regarding tasks assigned to them. The research design used in this study was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. It was conducted at the Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort located in Lovina, Singaraja Bali. The study results indicated that the Banyualit Spa ‘n Resort has developed human resources well. However, it needs to be improved.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat lebih lanjut Apakah strategi properti telah memaksimalkan pemanfaatan pemasaran digital dan mampu beradaptasi dengan era normal baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan agen properti yaitu Perusahaan Agen Properti Brighton Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pemilihan informan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel bola salju.Teknik data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara, dengan metode keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh para peneliti di Perusahaan Agensi Properti Brighton dapat menyatakan bahwa Perusahaan Agen Properti Brighton telah menerapkan strategi inovasi pemasaran digital dengan baik melalui satu sistem manajemen yang diterapkan dan mampu bersaing dengan yang sejenis. pada saat kondisi pandemi dan atau perusahaan membutuhkan saat dihadapkan pada kondisi orde baru normal (New normal).Salah satu perusahaan Brighton dalam menyesuaikan strateginya dan mampu bersaing di era normal baru adalah strategi menganalisis SWOT yang ada di perusahaan dan dianalisis secara langsung oleh masing-masing prinsipal dengan cara bertukar ide, menyampaikan masukan dan saran. sesuai dengan yang terjadi di bidang cabang yang dipimpinnya, sehingga tercipta inovasi strategis baru.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pemasaran Digital, Agen Properti, New Normal

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of ethics in entrepreneurial leadership, and its influence on organizational trust and organizational sustainability. This study also analyzes the role of organizational trust in mediating the relationship of ethical entrepreneurial leadership to organizational sustainability. This research was conducted at the Village Credit Institution (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa/LPD) in Bali. The total population of active LPD in Bali in 2018 was 1,422 units. The number of samples is determined based on the Slovin formula with a precision level of 10%. The calculation results obtained a total sample of 93 LPD. The determination of the number of samples in each group is done by stratified proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the leaders of the LPD. The data collected was analyzed with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the analysis show that ethics is significantly a part of entrepreneurial leadership, so leaders who reflect entrepreneurial leadership styles and prioritize ethical behavior can be referred to as ethical entrepreneurial leadership styles. The ethical entrepreneurial leadership style shows a significant positive effect on organizational trust, but not significantly on organizational sustainability. Organizational trust has a significant positive effect on organizational sustainability. The results also show that organizational trust acts as a full mediator in the relationship between ethical entrepreneurial leadership and organizational sustainability.

Weaving workers in Bali are inherited from generation to generation. The ability to weave is obtained without special education/training. The ability to work weaving is obtained independently of the environment. In addition, the difficulty of finding other jobs causes workers to keep working. These two things are important factors in determining the performance of weaving workers in Bali. This study aims to analyze the effect of work competence (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) on employee commitment and performance, the effect of a work commitment on employee performance, and the role of work commitment in mediating the relationship of competence with employee performance. This research was conducted on 168 weaving workers in Bali. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The data collected was analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results found competencies consisting of knowledge, skills, and attitudes showed a significant positive effect on employee commitment and performance, work commitment also had a significant positive effect on performance. Work commitments also act as mediators of the relationship of competence with employee performance.

Improving cooperative performance as one of the national and regional reconstruction teachers should be continuously carried out unlike the steps and anticipation by the many cooperatives that are bankrupt or disabled. The one aspect that needs to be improved was the aspect of Human Resources (HR) becomes manager and management of existing cooperatives. In order to realize it, the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Bali Province has implemented various programs to improve the performance of cooperatives human resources that have been registered. The present research was conducted to measure the success level of human resource development from cooperative and relate to the cooperative performance that collected by Department of Cooperatives and UMKM during in 2016 period. The result of the document study was obtained concluded that have been done competency certification program for the manager and cooperative management, program education and training was attended by 1200 managers and cooperative management in Bali Province during in 2012 until 2016 period. Based on the programs that have been done, the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Bali Province recorded a working realization of 218.89% or has exceeded the target set.
