The study proves relevance of specialized software use to solve problems of emergencies prevention of radioactive liquids spills to teach students and graduate students. Main assessment criteria of accidents at radiation-hazardous objects associated with radioactive liquids spillage is identified. A model of radioactive substances transport in emergency rooms is developed. It takes into account physical features of radioactive liquid spill from the source, air pollution during transition of radioactive liquid from the spill surface into the air and subsequent scattering in the emergency room under influence of local air flows. It is determined that the existing software tools for radiation exposure assessment do not comprehensively cover features of such events and possess number of shortcomings regarding accidents modeling with spillage of radioactive liquids indoors. Computer modeling and forecasting examples for hypothetical event related to liquid radioactive spill in the JRODOS system are presented. The training process of future specialists, specialties 183 “Environmental Protection Technologies”, 143 “Nuclear Energy”, 103 “Earth Sciences”, and 122 “Computer Science” should be based on application of powerful scientific and methodological training base using modern achievements in the field of digital technologies. It is advisable to supplement curricula for students` and postgraduate students’ preparation in the mentioned above specialties by studying issues related to: development of mathematical models and software for solving problems of emergencies prevention in case of radioactive liquids spills; usage of features of specialized decision software of emergencies prevention during spills of radioactive liquids.

This article presents an overview of the construction principles, routing protocols, quality of service parameters, traffic models, and characteristics of WTN. The article also explores the application of dynamic routing protocols for constructing a self-organizing network of autonomous IoT systems. Known dynamic routing protocols for mobile radio networks are reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of proactive and reactive approaches are discussed.

The article contains research on use of open and specialized geoinformation systems to prepare students and postgraduates on specialties: 101 “Environmental Sciences”, 103 “Earth Sciences”, 122 “Computer Sciences”, 183 “Environmental Technologies”. Analysis of the most common world open geoinformation systems is done. Experience of geoinformation systems use for students and postgraduates teaching for different specialties is described. Predominant orientation towards the use of geoinformation systems in educational process is determined based on the analysis of scientific publications and curricula of the most popular Ukrainian universities. According to the authors the material that is given narrows knowledge and skills of students and postgraduates, particularly in computer modeling. It is concluded that ability of students and postgraduates to use geoinformation systems is interdisciplinary. In particular, it develops knowledge and skills in computer modeling of various processes that may arise in the further professional activity. Examples of professional issues and ways to solve them using geoinformation systems are given. Recommendations are given on the use of open and specialized geoinformation systems in the educational process. It is recommended to use both proprietary (ArcGis, MapInfo) and open GIS (uDIG, QGIS, Whitebox GAT) to teach students. The publication explores the features of the digital technologies’ usage to organize the work of the Young Scientists’ Councils and describes the best practices. The digital transformation of society and the quarantine restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have forced the use of various digital technologies for scientific communication, the organization of work for youth associations, and the training of students and Ph.D. students. An important role in increasing the prestige of scientific activity and encouraging talented young people to participate in scientific projects belongs to the Young Scientists’ Councils, which are created at scientific institutions and higher education institutions. It is determined that the peculiarities of the work of Young Scientists’ Councils are in providing conditions for further staff development of the institution in which they operate; contribution to the social, psychological and material support of young scientists and Ph.D. students; creating an environment for teamwork and collaborative partnership; development of leadership and organizational qualities; contribution to the development of digital competence. The advantages of using electronic social networks in higher education and research institutions are analyzed, namely: general popularity and free of charge; prompt exchange of messages and multimedia data; user-friendly interface; availability of event planning func- tions, sending invitations, setting reminders; support of synchronous and asynchronous communication between network participants; possibility of access from various devices; a powerful tool for organizing the learning process; possibility of organization and work of closed and open groups; advertising of various events, etc. Peculiarities of managing the activity of the Young Scientists’ Council with the use of digital technologies are determined. The crisis of the system of professional development and personnel training in the energy sector exists not only in Ukraine but also all over the world. The article describes the concept of development and functioning of the industry system of personnel training in the energy sector of Ukraine. The importance of using modern web-oriented technologies to improve the skills of operational and dispatching personnel in the energy sector of Ukraine is substantiated. The methods of distributed power system operating modes modelling are presented. Development and software tools for the construction of distributed simulating systems and particular features of cloud technologies application for the creation of a virtual training centers network in the energy sector, as well as the ways to automate the process of simulating scenarios development are described. The experience of introducing remote training courses for energy specialists and remote web-based training simulators based on a comprehensive model of the energy system of Ukraine is presented. An important practical aspect of the research is the application of software and data support for the development of personnel key competencies in the energy sector for rapid recognition of accidents and, if necessary, accident management. This will allow them to acquire knowledge and practical skills to solve the problems of analysis, modelling, forecasting, and monitoring data visualization of large power systems operating modes., Криза у системі підвищення кваліфікації та навчання персоналу в енергетиці існує не лише в Україні, але і у всьому світі. У публікації описано концепцію створення і функціонування галузевої системи підготовки персоналу в енергетиці України. Обґрунтовано важливість використання сучасних веб-орієнтованих технологій для підвищення кваліфікації оперативно-диспетчерського персоналу в енергетичні галузі України. Представлено методи моделювання режимів роботи розподілених електроенергетичних систем. Описано інструментальні та програмні засоби побудови розподілених тренажерних систем та особливості застосування хмарних технологій до створення мережі віртуальних навчальних центрів в енергетиці та шляхи автоматизації процесу побудови сценаріїв тренувань. Представлений досвід впровадження дистанційних курсів для підготовки кадрів в енергетиці та дистанційних веб-орієнтованих режимних тренажерів на базі повної моделі енергетики України. Важливим практичним аспектом є використання інформаційно-програмного забезпечення для стійкого формування у персоналу енергетичної галузі ключових компетентностей із швидкого розпізнавання умов виникнення аварій та, при необхідності, їх швидкої ліквідації наслідків. Augmented reality is one of the most modern information visualization technologies. Number of scientific studies on different aspects of augmented reality technology development and application is analyzed in the research. Practical examples of augmented reality technologies for various industries are described. Very often augmented reality technologies are used for: social interaction (communication, entertainment and games); education; tourism; areas of purchase/sale and presentation. There are various scientific and mass events in Ukraine, as well as specialized training to promote augmented reality technologies. There are following results of the research: main benefits that educational institutions would receive from introduction of augmented reality technology are highlighted; it is determined that application of augmented reality technologies in education would contribute to these technologies development and therefore need increase for specialists in the augmented reality; growth of students' professional level due to application of augmented reality technologies is proved; adaptation features of augmented reality technologies in learning disciplines for students of different educational institutions are outlined; it is advisable to apply integrated approach in the process of preparing future professionals of new technological era; application of augmented reality technologies increases motivation to learn, increases level of information assimilation due to the variety and interactivity of its visual representation. Main difficulties of application of augmented reality technologies are financial, professional and methodical. Представлено методи моделювання режимів роботи розподіленої енергосистеми. Описано інструменти розробки та програмне забезпечення для побудови розподілених моделюючих систем та особливості застосування хмарних технологій для створення віртуальної мережі навчальних центрів в енергетичному секторі, а також описано шляхи автоматизації процесу моделювання сценаріїв розробки. Представлено досвід впровадження дистанційних навчальних курсів для енергетиків та дистанційних навчальних тренажерів на основі всебічної моделі енергетичної системи України. Важливим практичним аспектом дослідження є застосування програмного забезпечення та підтримки даних для розвитку ключових компетенцій персоналу в енергетичному секторі для швидкого розпізнавання аварій та, при необхідності, управління аваріями. Це дозволить їм отримати знання та практичні навички для вирішення проблем аналізу, моделювання, прогнозування та моніторингу візуалізації даних режимів роботи великих енергосистем.

After analysis of scientific literature, we defined that concept of “augmented reality” has following synonyms: “advanced reality”, “improved reality”, “enriched reality”, “mixed reality” and “hybrid reality”. Analysis of scientific literature and own practical experience of the use of augmented reality technologies application in educational practices allowed to state next: augmented reality technologies have a great potential for application in education; there are some cases of augmented reality use for school education; positive aspects of augmented reality technologies application in higher education institutions are confirmed by experiments (isolated cases); only few universities in Ukraine apply augmented reality technologies to educate students; only few universities in Ukraine have special subjects or modules in schedule to teach students to develop augmented reality technologies; various scientific events, mass events, competitions are held in Ukraine, and specialized training on the augmentation of augmented reality technologies is carried out, but this is non-systematic and does not have special state orientation and support. Features of introduction of virtual and augmented reality technologies at Sumy State University (Ukraine) are identified: “e-learning ecosystems” was created; in 2019, augmented and virtual reality research laboratory was established. Advantages and disadvantages of project activity in education are described: project activity is one of the most important components of educational process; it promotes creative self-development and self-realization of project implementers and forms various life competencies. Currently, it is important in Ukraine to harmonize cloud technologies application with European and world scientific initiatives. Need to modernize preparation of future PhDs is caused by challenges of new information, globalized society and digital transformation of all spheres of life, including education and science. The research was aimed to determine features of cloud services application in preparation of future PhDs. Concepts of “cloud computing”, “cloud technologies”, “cloud learning technologies”, “cloud services”, “cloud oriented environment” were analyzed. Experience of cloud technologies and their services application in educational and scientific space in researches of foreign and Ukrainian students was considered. Ukrainian experience in preparation of future PhD of various specialties with cloud services application was analyzed. It was emphasized that approaches improving to preparation of future PhDs based on cloud services application would increase their level of digital competence. It is recommended to include a separate course or module of specific discipline on work with cloud technologies and services during preparation of future PhDs. It is important to improve disciplines and tools content to support education process. It can be learning of disciplines using cloud technologies or services by future PhD’s. Also, cloud services application to support scientific and scientific-organizational activities will increase level of organization and implementation of scientific research. It is important to create cloud-oriented environment for preparation of future PhDs in higher education and research institutions. Making cloud-oriented educational and scientific environment should be based on principles of open education. It is recommended to use cloud-based platforms and services (G Suite for Education; Microsoft Office 365; specialized SaaS (CoCalc or other))., В даний час в Україні важливо гармонізувати застосування хмарних технологій з європейськими і світовими науковими ініціативами. Необхідність модернізації підготовки майбутніх докторів філософії викликана проблемами нової інформації, глобалізованого суспільства і цифрової трансформації всіх сфер життя, включаючи освіту і науку. Мета дослідження - визначити особливості застосування хмарних сервісів при підготовці майбутніх докторів філософії. Були проаналізовані поняття «хмарні обчислення», «хмарні технології», «хмарні технології навчання», «хмарні сервіси», «хмарна середовище». Розглянуто досвід застосування хмарних технологій і їх послуг в освітньому і науковому просторі в дослідженнях закордонних і українських науковців. Проаналізовано український досвід підготовки докторантів різних спеціальностей із застосуванням хмарних сервісів. Було підкреслено, що підходи, які поліпшують підготовку майбутніх докторів філософії на основі застосування хмарних сервісів, підвищать рівень їх цифрової компетенції. Рекомендується включити окремий курс або модуль конкретної дисципліни по роботі з хмарними технологіями та сервісами при підготовці майбутніх докторів філософії. Важливо поліпшити дисципліни і інструменти змісту для підтримки навчального процесу. Це може бути вивчення дисциплін, що використовують хмарні технології або послуги, майбутніми докторами філософії. Також застосування хмарних сервісів для підтримки наукової і науково-організаційної діяльності підвищить рівень організації та проведення наукових досліджень. Важливо створити хмарну середу для підготовки майбутніх докторів філософії у ЗВО та дослідницьких інститутах. Створення хмаро орієнтованого освітньо-наукового середовища повинно грунтуватися на принципах відкритої освіти. Рекомендується використовувати хмарні платформи і сервіси (G Suite for Education; Microsoft Office 365; спеціалізований SaaS (CoCalc або інші)).
