Статья посвящена совершенствованию системы управления учебным дата-центром «Виртуальная Компьютерная Лаборатория» на основе концептуальной модели операционных рисков. Виртуальная Компьютерная Лаборатория представляет собой интегрированный комплекс аппаратных и программных средств виртуализации и контейнеризации, в форме облачных сервисов с интегрированной системой управления знаниями. Виртуальная Компьютерная Лаборатория используется для освоения многокомпонентных информационных систем и формирования набора сложных знаний, умений и навыков у учащихся в области ИТ в рамках аудиторной и самостоятельной практической работы. Система управления знаниями и принципы самоорганизации, заложенные в основу Виртуальной Компьютерной Лаборатории, позволяют сформировать однородную образовательную среду. Для надежного функционирования Виртуальной Компьютерной Лаборатории с минимальным количеством простоев выполнен анализ влияния рисков на ее работу, а также предлагается подход к созданию системы управления рисками. Рассматриваемый в статье подход позволяет лучше оценивать узкие места Виртуальной Компьютерной Лаборатории и комплексно решать ключевые проблемы, увеличивать время доступности, улучшать качество ее работы и уменьшать количество сбоев за счет использования превентивных механизмов, успешно выявлять риски, которые в наибольшей степени влияют на результаты ее работы и разрабатывать эффективную систему мероприятий по их минимизации. В статье подробно рассматриваются такие элементы риск-менеджмента, как определение и оценка рисков, стратегическое управление рисками, мониторинг и анализ рисков, обеспечение безопасности и управление изменениями., The article presents the results of a research on improving the management system of Virtual Computer Lab educational data center based on the conceptual model of operational risks. Virtual Computer Lab is an integrated assembly of virtualization and containerization hardware and software tools in the form of cloud services with an integrated knowledge management system. Virtual Computer Lab is used to master multicomponent information systems for developing students’ complex knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of IT in a classroom context and as part of independent learning. The knowledge management system and the principles of self-organization, which are the integral parts of Virtual Computer Laboratory, make it possible to create a homogeneous educational environment. For the reliability and durability of using the Virtual Computer Laboratory with a minimal downtime, an analysis of the impact of risks on its operation was carried out, and an approach to designing a risk management system was proposed. The approach considered in the article enables better assessment of performance bottlenecks of the Virtual Computer Lab as well as its key problems in a comprehensive manner, increase service uptime, enhance performance quality and reduce the number of failures by means of preventive mechanisms, successfully identify the risks that significantly affect its output and develop an effective system of measures to minimize them. Развитие информационных технологий, сопровождаемое продвижением цифровых средств связи, побудило компании изменить способ распространения информации о продукте. Роль цифрового маркетинга значима для роста бизнеса в наши дни, так как с помощью него мы рекламируем свой бизнес. Интернет-продвижение – это новая эра в развитии маркетинга. Мы можем наблюдать свои особенности интернет-маркетинга, что говорит о значимости данной стратегии продвижения продукта в наши дни. За последний год наблюдается резкий рост спроса на IT-специалистов, что непосредственно связано с цифровизацией бизнес-процессов. Вследствие этого подогревается интерес к IT-образованию, что ведет к востребованности образовательных онлайн-платформ. Именно в данный момент чувствуется высокая конкуренция среди онлайн-образования, т. к. становится важным не только привлечь к себе как можно больше клиентов, но и оправдать их ожидания качеством предоставляемых услуг. Образовательные IT-продукты продолжают набирать обороты в интернет-пространстве, а их продвижение является неотъемлемой частью онлайн-бизнеса. The development of information technology, accompanied by the advancement of digital communications, has prompted companies to change the way they disseminate product information. The role of digital marketing is essential to business growth these days, as we use it to advertise our business. Online-promotion is a new era in marketing development. We can observe our own characteristics of Internet-marketing, which indicates the importance of this product promotion strategy today. Over the past year, there has been a sharp increase in demand for IT-specialists, which is directly related to the digitalization of business processes. As a result, interest in IT-education is heating up, which leads to the demand for educational online-platforms. It is at this moment that high competition is felt among online education, since it becomes important not only to attract as many customers as possible, but also to justify their expectations with the quality of the services provided. Educational IT-products continue to gain traction in the Internet space, and their promotion is an integral part of online business.

В данной статье поднимается вопрос о необходимости иметь методологический подход к сравнению, оценке и актуализации учебных планов при подготовке специалистов в области информационных технологий. В качестве объекта выбрана специальность «Информатика и вычислительная техника», преподаваемая в университетах Российской Федерации. Сведены данные и проанализированы 73 учебных плана. В качестве подхода по концентрации данных и визуализации выбран метод Unified Graphic Visualization of Activity (UGVA). Предложена модель балансировки нагрузки в структуре учебного плана рассматриваемой специальности. На графических образах учебных планах выявлены особенности подготовки студентов и лучшие практики. Для программ подготовки оценен баланс и рассмотрены проблемные аспекты. В частности, было показано, что почти все программы подготовки имеют недостаточный объем учебной нагрузки по направлению общей и фундаментальной информатике, а также недостаточно плотно сотрудничают с региональными отраслевыми партнерами. Опираясь на сравнение выбранного учебного плана с другими, представленными в виде образов в нотации UGVA, предложен ряд рекомендаций, относящийся к изменению структуры вклада дисциплин, развивающих ключевые профессиональные умения., In these article deals with a methodological approach to comparing, evaluating and updating curricula in software engineering and computing. We describe the results of an analysis of seventy-three curricula for the Russian academic major «Informatics and Computing». For data concentration and visualization, we used the Unified Graphic Visualization of Activity (UGVA) method. We propose a model of balancing the learning load in the curricula. The images created using the described method allowed us to summarize curricula evaluation data, identify the differences in teaching students and best practices. In particular, it was found that most of the curricula have an insufficient number of hours devoted to courses for general and fundamental information theory and the cooperation with regional employers is low. Based on a comparison of the selected curriculum with others presented in the form of images in UGVA notation, we developed recommendations on changing the curriculum structure regarding courses developing key professional skills., Международный научный журнал "Современные информационные технологии и ИТ-образование", Выпуск 3 2021, Pages 684-696

В работе описан метод проектированияиллюстративного материала, используемого при обучении студентов технического направления подготовки, с использованием систем компьютерной математики (Mathematica, Matlab, MatCad и др.). Обсуждаются его основные методические характеристики. Рассматриваемый метод отличают вариативность достигаемых целей обучения, персонифицированность процесса обучения, градация материалов по уровням освоения, возможность простого и быстрого создания дополнительных материалов, допустимость использования как для аудиторной, так и внеаудиторной работы. Данный метод используется авторами в Московском государственном техническом университете им. Н.Э.Баумана при подготовке студентов факультета Специальное машиностроение . В качестве примера применения метода приведен код системыMathematica, используемый для создания интерактивных учебных материалов по одной из тем, изучаемых в начале курса математической статистики, посвященный описанию и представлению выборочных данных., The paper presents the method of designing of illustrative materials, used in teaching students of the technical training program, supported by computer algebra systems (Mathematica, Matlab, MatCad, etc.). Its main didactics characteristics are considered. The method under consideration characterizes by variability of the achieved learning goals, personification of the learning process, grading of materials by the grasping levels, ability to easily and quickly create additional materials, the possibility of using both for classroom and extracurricular work. This method is used by the authors at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in teaching students of the Faculty Special Engineering. As an example of the application of the method, we present the Mathematica code which was used to create interactive education materials on one of the topics studied at the beginning of the course of mathematical statistics, devoted to the description and presentation of sample data., №2 (2019)

У даній дипломній роботі розглядаються питання стосовно мотивів вибору ІТ сфери української молоді, як сфери професійної освіти, а також проблеми професійної самоідентифікації, особливості професійної адаптації ІТ-спеціалістів, тенденції та перспективи розвитку ІТ-ринку. В даній роботі за допомогою методу історично-порівняльного аналізу було проаналізовано процес виникнення вищої та професійної освіти, та досліджено соціологічні теорії професійного вибору у науковій літературі. Розкрито поняття «професійної самоідентифікації». Результати наукового дослідження засвідчують про застарілість системи вищої освіти в Україні на думку молодих українців, а також, що основними мотивами вибору ІТ сфери є перш за все матеріальна складова, можливість працювати віддалено, престижність професії, комфортні умови праці тощо. Оскільки тема дослідження є досить актуальною, отримані результати можуть бути використані для майбутнього прогнозування розвитку як ІТ- сфери, так і ІТ-освіти. In this diploma thesis considers questions regarding the motives for choosing the IT sphere of Ukrainian teenagers, as a vocational education sector, as well as problems of professional self-identification, features of professional adaptation of IT specialists, trends and prospects for the development of the IT market. In this paper, using the method of historical - comparative analysis, the process of the emergence of higher and vocational education was analyzed, and sociological theories of professional choice in the scientific literature were investigated. The concept of "professional identity" is disclosed. The results of scientific research indicate the obsolescence of the higher education system in Ukraine, according to the young Ukrainian, and also that the main motives for choosing the IT sphere are primarily the material component, the ability to work remotely, the prestige of the profession, comfortable working conditions, etc. Since the research topic is highly relevant, the results can be used for future forecasting of the development of both the IT sphere and IT education.

Возрастающие требования к содержанию и форме высшего образования в условиях цифровой экономики ставят перед преподавателями новые задачи: по формированию прикладных компетенций, вовлечению студентов в проектную деятельность, обеспечению онлайн-поддержки студентов, их самостоятельной и проектной работы. Удовлетворение данных требований усложняется возрастающей нагрузкой на преподавателей университетов. Развитие сетевого взаимодействия преподавателей позволяет перераспределить нагрузку по методическому обеспечению дисциплин. Статья раскрывает возможности сетевого взаимодействия преподавателей при использовании инновационных методов обучения включая, игровые формы обучения и онлайн-курс. Научная новизна исследования заключается в реализации сетевого взаимодействия преподавателей и экспериментальном применение инновационных методов обучения в ИТ-образовании. Сетевое взаимодействие осуществлялось в учебном процессе подготовки студентов по направлениям: информационная безопасность, прикладная информатика, бизнес-информатика., Increasing requirements to the content and form of higher education in conditions of digital economy set new tasks for professors: formation of applied competences, the involvement of students in project activities, provision of students’ online support, their individual and project work. The growing load on university professors complicates satisfaction of these requirements. The development of the professors’ network interaction makes it possible to redistribute the load for disciplines methodological provision. The article reveals possibilities of professors’ network interaction by using innovative teaching methods including gaming forms and online courses. The research scientific novelty is to implement the professors’ network interaction and experimental application of innovative teaching methods. В настоящей статье рассмотрены основные принципы работы системы дистанционного обучения QNet+; раскрыты основополагающие идеи платформы и реализующие их инструменты, направленные на повышение эффективности обучающего процесса. Первая часть статьи рассказывает об используемых подходах в организации виртуальных лабораторий на базе разнородных модельных сетей для проведения лабораторного практикума по различных курсам инфокоммуникационного направления. Во второй части представлена разработанная подсистема оценки знаний, заключающаяся в комплексной проверке действий обучающихся при работе с сетевым оборудованием во время прохождения лабораторных работ. Третья часть подчеркивает эффективность не менее важной интеллектуальной подсистемы взаимодейтсвия обучающихся с оборудованием модельных сетей; раскрыта концептуальная идея интеллектуального доступа как абстрактного интерфейса взаимодействия и рассмотрены три ключевых аспекта концепции. Здесь более подробно описано использование гибких команд управления через систему псевдонимов и шаблонов поведения. Представлены примеры и статистика использования платформы в реальных лабораторных работах., The article describes the basic principles of the distance education system QNet+, reveals the fundamental ideas of the platform and the developed tools for improving the effectiveness of the learning process and the quality of laboratory works. The first part tells about approaches used in the organization of the virtual laboratories, which are based on the heterogeneous model networks for conducting a laboratory workshop on different courses in the infocommunication area. The second part presents the developed knowledge assessment subsystem, which consists in a comprehensive verification of the students actions working with the network equipment during the passage of a laboratory work. And the third part emphasizes the effectiveness of the equally important intellectual subsystem of students’ interaction with the network equipment. It discloses the concept idea of intellectual access as an abstract interface and describes three key aspects of the idea. Using of flexible management commands through a system of aliases and behaviour patterns is described in more details. Finally some statistics and examples of using the platform in real laboratory are given.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of empirical research in Russia consistent with the methodology of network analysis. The article gives deals with software items and analytical cases, which show the application of the network analysis for both fully developed social networks and communities, as well as for identification and analysis of the network structures within the conventional channel of authority. The field of network research in Russia is circumscribed by the online space due to the availability and diversity of ways to identify, extract and record network data, which impedes transposition of online research findings into the whole social space. Besides, the authors of the article put a particular emphasis on the underworked area of mathematic methods used for network analysis, which is essential for a detailed interpretation of findings of the applied network research. The article also touches upon the issue of the forms of network analysis: principal form of network analysis in Russia is a structural network analysis, which allows an ultimate upgrade to network research., Статья посвящена особенностям проведения эмпирических исследований в России с использованием подходов сетевой методологии. Рассматриваются программные продукты и аналитические кейсы, демонстрирующие применение сетевого анализа как для сформированных социальных сетей и сообществ, так и для выявления и анализа сетевых структур в классической иерархии власти. Поле проведения сетевых исследований в России ограничивается online-пространством в виду доступности и многообразия форм фиксации сетевых данных, что безусловно затрудняет транспонирование результатов online-исследований на все социальное пространство. Помимо этого, авторы статьи обращают внимание на непроработанность математических методов сетевого анализа, необходимых для более детализированной интерпретации результатов прикладных сетевых исследований. В статье также затрагивается вопрос о том, что основной вид сетевого анализа, применяемого исследователями в России, – это структурный сетевой анализ, безусловно нуждающийся в дополнении культурными составляющими, позволяющими вывести сетевые исследования на качественно новый уровень.

236-240 В статье описан опыт разработки и проведения региональных викторин по математике "Математическая мозаика" для учащихся 5-6 классов Владимирской области. Материалы были разработаны сотрудниками Владимирского института развития образования имени Л.И. Новиковой. Викторины проведены в 2015-2016, 2016-2017 учебных годах на сайте проектной деятельности ВИКИ Владимир. The experience of development and carrying out of regional quizzes "Math Mosaic" for students of 5-6 forms of Vladimir region is being described in this article. All the materials were created by the stuff of Vladimir Institute of Devepolment of Education. Quizzes were held in 2015-2016, 2016-2017 years online, using the project activity WIKI-Vladimir.

This paper aims to identify the critical dominant incidents and key instigators that influence on usage or lack of usage of e-ticketing by Kosovo Air Passengers.The research at hand utilizes the Grounded Theory of Barney Glaser and Anselm Strauss, and the Critical Incident Technique in order to identify the factors that influence on the (diss) satisfaction of the travellers in using e-ticketing. For the purpose of this paper, the empirical data were gathered through interviews by using open ended questions. Among 93 interviews with the random selected passengers, 13 interviews were deemed as invalid.The empirical results highlighted the need for raising the consciousness regarding the efficacy and the advantages of eticketing. On the other hand, many other passengers cannot conceive the possibility of travelling without use of e-ticketing, given that in the past they spent much time in finding the right agent, desired destination, purchase difficulties in making reservation, confirmation, changes, or they had to carry large amounts of cash money to buy tickets which raised insecurity concerns.Research is limited only to the description of critical incidents that occurred in Prishtina International Airport. Majority of the respondents were highly-educated with high income status. These characteristics create a bias and constrain our ability to extrapolate from the findings. Nevertheless, the study serves as a point for more in-depth analysis and discussion on e-ticketing behaviour in Airline industry.
