Integrated Plant Management Technology (IPMT) is currently applied by farmers in the village of Rimbo Kedui Seluma District. In the context of agricultural technology adoption, farmers' perception of innovation characteristics becomes very important because it becomes the basis of decision making to accept or reject an innovation. The purposes of this research were to analyze the perception of farmers on innovation, the level of adoption of innovation in farmers in understanding the technology component contained in Integrated Plant Management, analyzing what variables affect the level of Technology adoption on rice farmers in Seluma district. The method used in this study was the method of analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Model). Variables used were the characteristics of internal farmers, the perception and level of adoption of integrated plant management technology. The respondents used in this study were 140 people. The results of the research showed that farmers' perception of integrated plant management technology was.in.medium.category,.farmer adoption rate was in medium category, and variable that affects farmers adopt plant management technology was integrated characteristics of the farmer's internal at 0.44 and the perception of farmers at -0.11, internal characteristics of farmers through the perception of farmers that is equal to 0.00. This paper is concerned with their description, as well as a few examples of their applications in financial models. For this reason, two types of data tables are taken into account: one-variable data tables and two-variable data tables. We will look at how these can be structured in order to show us the effect that a loan could have on our yearly budget, by experimenting with different values for the interest rate and total number of payments. We will also employ the use of PMT and IPMT functions.

Abstract: Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) of the pancreas represent a relatively “new”, but increasingly recognized entity. The emergence of this entity is due primarily to the widespread use of modern imaging methods, but also to a heightened awareness of physicians regarding this cystic neoplasm of the pancreas. No signs or symptoms are pathognomonic of IPMNs, but frequently, patients have a pancreatitis-like abdominal pain. Fully one-third of patients with IPMN are asymptomatic at the time of diagnosis. Cross-sectional imaging (ultrasonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, and endoscopic ultrasonography are the diagnostic and staging methods of choice in the evaluation of patients with IPMNs. IPMNs show a wide spectrum of histologic changes, ranging from adenoma to invasive neoplasm, even within the same neoplasm, suggesting a “field defect” predisposing major segments or even the entire ductal epithelium to the development of IPMN. Fine-needle aspiration/cytology and/or analysis of the cystic fluid may be useful diagnostic tools; however, these examinations are associated with high false-negative rates. Complete surgical resection is the therapeutic method of choice. The extent and type of pancreatectomy remain somewhat controversial but should be based on morphologic changes of the pancreas. Even the role of adjuvant therapy remains unclear; however, being “duct-derived” neoplasms of potential malignant character, some form of adjuvant chemo- or ratio-therapy seems indicated in the presence of invasive disease, despite a “curative” resection. In the absence of invasive disease, prognosis after R0 resection is highly favorable with recurrences of 5–10%. However, invasive IPMNs behave quite similar to ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas when analyzed stage-by-stage, with a slightly better prognosis; however, even after an R0 resection, recurrence is common. We used positron emission tomography with 2-deoxy-2-[[sup 18]F]fluoro-d-glucose (FDG-PET) in the diagnosis of two cases of malignant intraductal papillary mucinous tumor (IPMT) of the pancreas. A 56-year-old man and a 72-year-old man, both with tumors in the pancreatic head, were referred to Akita University Medical Center. Computed tomography revealed tumors with multiple cystic components in both patients. FDG-PET images showed markedly high FDG uptake in the area corresponding to a solid component found in one patient and diffuse faint uptake, higher than that of the surrounding tissue, in the other patient, who had no solid component. Histological examination of the resected specimens after pancreatectomy showed invasive carcinoma involving the pancreatic parenchyma in both patients. Although our experience is limited and preliminary, FDG-PET seems to be useful for the detection of malignancy in IPMT, especially in patients not showing any solid component on conventional diagnostic images such as computed tomography.
