The article carries out a study of the theoretical foundations of marketing management of enterprise. The stages of development of marketing management have been studied, its three stages have been specified. A comparative analysis of the scientific definitions of the concept of «marketing management» is carried out, while it has been determined that there is no single understanding of the essence of the concept. Marketing management is understood as: a component of the overall management process at the enterprise; the process of analysis, planning, implementation and control; the process of identifying target markets in order to implement pricing policies, promote and distribute ideas, products, and services; the process of coordination and formation; planning process; social process; the process of achieving goals, managing all functions of the enterprise; a dynamic system with modern features and trends in development. The components of marketing management have been defined as follows: management, marketing, economics. It is noted that marketing management is manifested in the management of the enterprise’s activities, in demand and function. It is proved that the interconnection of management and marketing functions occurs in the process of functioning of enterprise through the implementation of marketing management functions. Methods of marketing management are classified into economic; organizational and administrative, social. The subject, object and main tasks of marketing management are defined. It is noted that marketing management is based on a certain group of principles: general (on which any management is based) and specific (belonging only to marketing management). It is also noted that the essence of marketing management is disclosed in its goals, which are divided into qualitative (formed in accordance with the company’s activities in order to satisfy the consumer) and quantitative (which are set to achieve the financial results of the enterprise, they are indicators of performance).

Summary. Objectives: to analyze the immediate results of the complex treatment of complicated forms of erysipelas. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the immediate results of complex treatment of 67 patients with complicated forms of erysipelas was conducted. There were 29 (43.3%) men, 38 (56.7%) women. The average age was 65.1 years. Results: The duration of symptoms of the disease before hospitalization varied from 3 to 14 days. The erythematous form of erysipelas was found in 7 (10.5%), erythematous-hemorrhagic – in 14 (20.9%), erythematous-bullous – in 21 (31.3%), bullous-hemorrhagic – in 25 (37.3 %). According to the localization, erysipelas of the head was found in 5 (7.5%), upper limbs - in 3 (4.5%), lower limbs - in 59 (88%). Primary erysipelas was present in 39 (58.2%), recurrent – in 28 (41.8%). In the picture of peripheral blood, leukocytosis is determined with a shift of the leukocyte blood formula to the left. The level of C-reactive protein is 18 - 100 times higher than the upper limit of normal. According to the results of cultures of scrapings of affected tissues, the dominance of Staphyloccus haemolyticus in associations with other gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms was revealed. High polyresistance of Staphyloccus haemolyticus strains to antibacterial drugs with preservation sensitivity to Clindamycin, Vancomycin, Linezolid, and Teicoplatin was inserted. Conclusions: Complicated forms of erysipelas are found in 89.5% of patients who are being treated in the surgical department for erysipelas. The most frequent localization is erysipelas of the lower limbs, which is found in 88%. Staphylococcus haemolyticus is dominant among the causative agents of erysipelas in various associations with other gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. A high polyresistance of Staphylococcus haemolyticus strains to antibacterial drugs is determined, while sensitivity to clindamycin, vancomycin, linezolid, and teicoplanin is preserved. Treatment of erysipelas is complex, including antibacterial therapy, surgical treatment of complications, local treatment of wounds, drug corrective therapy of concomitant chronic pathology.

In this review, the current state of ZnO-Cd based materials for photocatalytic applications is summarized. Relevant technological synthesis methods such as pulsed laser deposition, magnetron sputtering, electrodeposition, sol-gel, metalorganic chemical vapor deposition, evaporating, spray pyrolysis, reflux are considered, and recent developments in effective and reproducible synthesis technology of nano- and microstructured zinc oxide, doped with cadmium and solid solutions of Zn1‑xCdxO for photodecomposition of organic pollutant molecules are discussed. The synthesis technology and level of Cd doping has a significant effect on the structure and morphology of zinc oxide and, as a result, on the optical and photocatalytic properties. The figures of merit, the theoretical limitations and rational control of the concentration of the cadmium alloying impurity is necessary to create a material with balanced optical properties and photocatalytic activity. Lastly, the importance of doping ZnO by isovalent Cd impurity significantly improves its photocatalytic properties due to a narrowing of the band gap, a decrease in the rate of recombination of electron-hole pairs, which increases the efficiency of spatial charge separation, the formation of active oxide radicals and an increase in the specific surface area. Thus, ZnO-Cd based materials are the most promising photocatalytic materials for organic pollutants.

Актуальність дослідження. Нагальною науковою та прикладною проблемою комплексної підготовки спортсменів є модернізація планування техніко-тактичного навантаження спортсменів, що враховує сучасні вимоги та наявний досвід його впровадження для проведення тренувань річного циклу. Базовим видом спорту обрано академічне веслування. Мета роботи – обґрунтувати структуру організаційного планування комплексної функціональної підготовки спортсменів на основі річного тренувального циклу. Матеріал і методи дослі- дження: теоретичний аналіз та узагальнення, систематизація та вивчення літературних джерел, аналіз практичних результатів, методи комплексного та системного аналізу, анкетування. Результати дослідження. Інноваційні розробки та представлені підходи до сучасного планування техніко-тактичного навантаження спортсменів мають основне значення в системі підготовки спортсменів. Аргументовано, що організаційне планування визначається комплексним підходом і складним об’єднанням головних факторів впливу на результати підготовки. Організаційне планування базується на практичних результатах впровадження такого алгоритму у процес підготовки спортсменів. Результати, що одержані в досліджені, формують індикативний підхід до планування техніко-тактичного навантаження спортсменів, що включає базові індикатори, індикатор ефективності та корисності. Базові індикатори включають модернізацію системи планування техніко-тактичного навантаження спортсменів та підготовку конкурентоспроможних спортсменів на основі професійних компетенцій. Індикатор ефективності показує які необхідно зробити зміни в системі підготовки до тренувальних занять з урахуванням сучасних спортивних вимог. Індикатор корисності дозволяє спрогнозувати особистісні складові спортсмена, його робото здатності, що суттєво впливають на результати підготовки спортсмена. Висновки. На теоретичному та методологічному рівні доведено що організаційне планування комплексної підготовки спортсменів створює передумови для підвищення ефективності розвитку спорту. Аналіз результатів впровадження організаційного планування показав, що можливі гнучкі зміни техніко-технологічного навантаження відповідно до етапу підготовки. Комплексний підхід дає змогу реалізувати алгоритм планування підготовки спортсменів на основі базових індикаторів.

Today, one of the most important problems for humanity is the pollution of the environment with various organic compounds that worsen the health of the peoples. The most dangerous pollutants are complex compounds that do not degrade under natural conditions. One way to solve the problem of pollution is to use photocatalysis to degrade harmful compounds. Zinc oxide nanostructures exhibit attractive photocatalytic and antibacterial properties due to the increased reactivity of the nanoparticle surface, which allows the efficient decomposition of organic pollutants. In this review, various methods for enhancing the photoefficiency of ZnO nanostructures are considered. It is shown that ZnO nanoparticles with specific surfaces (spherical, nanowires, nanoflowers), which are characterized by a high surface area, have a high removal rate of various pollutants. Such methods of improving the photocatalytic properties of ZnO as the band gap engineering, doping with metal/nonmetal, the combination of ZnO with other materials, formation of hybrid structures are considered.

The fullerene like Zn32Al4O36 clusters were investigated and the oxygen interstitial Oi acceptor intrinsic defect formation energy as well as Al ionization energy were calculated. The effect of lattice packing defects on the electroactivity of Al impurity was investigated. Analysis of the defects formation energies shows the smaller formation energy of interstitial Oi in a comparison with a formation of Zn vacancy. This allows us to formulate recommendations of technological conditions for films deposition, with improved electroactivity of Al donor.

Background. Actually sepsis is one of the main causes of high lethality among surgical patients. The purpose of this study. Is improvement of Sepsis severity evaluation Score based on available clinical and laboratory indicators. Materials and methods. 140 patients with surgical sepsis and purulent focuses localized in skin and subcutaneous tissue, abdominal cavity, lung, urogenital system were included to investigation. Results. Improved Sepsis severity evaluation Score includes clinical characteristics (estimation of consciousness, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, daily diuresis, body temperature), blood system`s reaction, indicators of acute physiological disorders of kidneys and liver. Evaluation score includes localization of purulent focus, pathogen type, patient`s age, accompanied chronic pathology. Conclusions. Use of Improved Sepsis severity evaluation Score, based on available clinical and laboratory indicators, allows to estimate severity and unfavorable outcome risk in patients with having sepsis with reasonable accuracy.

Chronic pain reduces patients’ life quality, affects their social and productive function in the state for a long period of time, or even for a whole lifetime. For the chronic pain treatment analgesic medications of symptomatic action are prescribed. According to international guidelines, paracetamol is one of the first line drugs. Aim – сonducting an assortment analysis of pharmaceutical medicines of Ukraine that can be used for the treatment of сhronic pain. Search for combined analgesics with hepatoprotective activity for the treatment of сhronic pain. Information sources: State Register of Medicines of Ukraine, Compendium web site. The analysis was conducted using content analysis and marketing research. Data processing and graphical analysis were performed in MS Excel software. During the marketing analysis of the registered in Ukraine medicines that can be used for mild and moderate сhronic pain treatment, the international non-proprietary names, listed in the national protocol of Ukraine, were selected. According to the ATC classification, these are groups N02B (non-narcotic analgesics) and M01A (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic agents). N02B group has 245 registered drugs, 53.06% of which are produced domestically. Group M01A consists of 392 trade names that can be used for сhronic pain therapy. The ratio of Ukrainian manufacturers is only 39.80%, while foreign ones – 60.20%. For the treatment of сhronic pain tablet or capsule dosage forms are used. The market of analgesic products of Ukraine that can be used for сhronic pain therapy has been analyzed. It is established that the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine is import-dependent and promising for domestic enterprises. In Ukraine there are no drugs with paracetamol in combination with hepatoprotective ingredients and preparations directed exceptionally to сhronic pain treatment. In addition, there are practically no drugs of this direction in modern dosage forms (orally disintegrating tablets, soluble tablets, modified-release tablets, etc.) that improve patient compliance. All this is the basis for increasing the assortment of products in modern dosage forms.

The article analyzes the role of tourism industry in the economy of Ukraine. The place of tourism in the national economy of Ukraine and the constituents of tourism sphere, influencing the development of economy, are considered. The major directions and perspectives of development of tourism in Ukraine are identified. Among the main types of tourism that are popular and promising for our country are the following: educational, business, religious tourism. Business tourism is now on the decline, so it should be supported, because this type of tourism brings the State most revenue because business travelers often go on business trips at the expense of their companies and can afford to spend more than usual tourist. Educational tourism, too, can be considered promising, since foreign student not only learns in our country, he also travels around. Religious tourism is also growing, and it is not surprising, because Ukraine has a large number of religious institutions, known throughout the world. An analysis of the main indicators of the economic efficiency of tourism is carried out: contribution to GDP, employment, balance of payments, taxes.

The article shows the relevance of the development of information technology in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to find the most effective sources of search for personnel of different skills in the field of information technology in order to meet the needs of IT companies and the growth of this field in the foreign economic activity of the country as a factor of overall growth of the Ukrainian economy. The sources and ways of finding personnel in the IT sphere were analyzed. It is found that the most effective sources of search for IT professionals are job search sites; social networks; Freelancer sites; recruitment agencies. Marketing research has been conducted on websites and social networks to search for IT personnel, and the best sources for finding future candidates have been selected and analyzed. In the course of the marketing research, the work with the candidates for the position took place in three stages and lasted for 5 weeks. The results were obtained as a function of the search results of the required specialist from the initial number of potential candidates interested in obtaining the relevant position. The terms of the search of personnel in different social networks are defined. Comparisons were made between major search platforms for different specialists in terms of search duration and job closure rate. The probability of finding the right candidates from different job search sources is analyzed. The relationship between the specifics of the work to be done and the source of the search for IT specialists is established. To perform one-off projects, the most effective way to find IT personnel is to find freelance professionals on relevant websites. It is justified that in order to find a highly qualified candidate, the method of headhunting is most suitable, where the HR manager independently searches and closes the corresponding vacancy. The most effective sites for this are Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.

For the first time, Cu-Al-O films were grown using the reactive ion beam sputtering at temperatures ranging from 80 to 380 °C in 50 °C increments. Correlations between the properties of as-grown films measured by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and optical transmission measurements have been discussed. It was shown that the increase of substrate temperature caused formation of the CuAlO2 phase. Additional optimization of technological parameters of growth and post-growth temperature annealing are necessary to obtain single-phase CuAlO2 films.

The growth of high-quality ZnO layers with optical properties congruent to those of bulk ZnO is still a great challenge. Here, for the first time, we systematically study the morphology and optical properties of ZnO layers grown on SiC substrates with off-cut angles ranging from 0° to 8° by using the atmospheric pressure meta–organic chemical vapor deposition (APMOCVD) technique. Morphology analysis revealed that the formation of the ZnO films on vicinal surfaces with small off-axis angles (1.4°–3.5°) follows the mixed growth mode: from one side, ZnO nucleation still occurs on wide (0001) terraces, but from another side, step-flow growth becomes more apparent with the off-cut angle increasing. We show for the first time that the off-cut angle of 8° provides conditions for step-flow growth of ZnO, resulting in highly improved growth morphology, respectively structural quality. Temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) measurements showed a strong dependence of the excitonic emission on the off-cut angle. The dependences of peak parameters for bound exciton and free exciton emissions on temperature were analyzed. The present results provide a correlation between the structural and optical properties of ZnO on vicinal surfaces and can be utilized for controllable ZnO heteroepitaxy on SiC toward device-quality ZnO epitaxial layers with potential applications in nano-optoelectronics.

Quality polycrystalline NiO films are very attractive materials for different applications. The effect of substrate temperature on the structure, morphology, and optical properties of NiO films deposited on glass substrates by using magnetron sputtering in the layer-by-layer growth regime has been considered. XRD pattern showed reflection from (111), (200), and (220) planes of cubic NiO. It has been demonstrated that the O/Ni stoichiometric ratio tends to 1.0 with increasing the substrate temperature. The optical transmittance of the deposited NiO films is within the range of 20 to 35%, while the optical band gap varies from 2.76 up to 2.98 eV. AFM analysis of the surface morphology revealed that the average grain size of the NiO films varied from 25 to 30 nm and surface roughness from 1.1 to 1.5 nm, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
