Formal systems of mathematical logic are reviewed, and inter alia, the system of finite predicates algebra, with regard to solution of problems of electronic document flow management systems (EDMS). The substantiation of selection of the mathematical apparatus for description and study of automatic processes of formalized documents processing in EDMS is given taking into account specific features of human intellectual activities. The description of the reviewed formal systems is presented in comparison table. Conclusion is made to the effect that it is necessary to describe processes in EDMS in the language of mathematics logics theories enabling researches to take account not only the content but also the structure of a formalized electronic document. The total procedure of the process of automatic classification of documents with application of the finite predicates algebra is demonstrated. Fundamental conclusions have been made: application logical models in description of automatic classification of documents in electronic document flow makes it possible to cut costs for computing capacities and to reduce the machine time for processing documents. The most adequate approach for describing automatic processes in EDMS is to apply the finite predicates algebra to be used to obtain the most accurate and complete description of formalized electronic documents, their properties and relations between them, and the system for users’ access rights differentiation in EDMS. It is also possible to obtain a mathematical description and research of automatic processes for processing formal documents in EDMS.

To optimize diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with primary hyperparathyroidism.Retrospective comparative analysis of diagnosis and surgical treatment included 444 patients who were treated at the specialized department of endocrine surgery of Pirogov National Medical Surgical Center in 2012-2017. Archival materials and electronic databases of the clinic were applied.It was developed the algorithm which may be used in most patients for minimally invasive parathyroidectomy. Minimally invasive surgery reduces the risk of complications and is associated with reliable efficacy and good cosmetic effect.Точное предоперационное установление локализации аденом(ы) околощитовидной железы (ОЩЖ) имеет решающее значение для успешного выполнения минимально инвазивной операции. Совершенствование имеющихся и активное внедрение в клиническую практику новых методов топической диагностики с различной эффективностью ставят перед клиницистом задачу выбора оптимального метода и/или их сочетания. Проведен ретроспективный сравнительный анализ диагностики и хирургического лечения 444 пациентов, находившихся на лечении в специализированном отделении эндокринной хирургии стационара ФГБУ НМХЦ им Н.И. Пирогова с 2012 по 2017 г., использованы архивные материалы и электронные базы данных клиники.

A significant proportion of the costs and downtime for repairs are on transmission units, and especially on the gearbox (GB). Based on the research results presented in the work, up to 76% of all transmission failures fall on the gearbox of a KamAZ 6540 automobile under ordinary operating conditions. The purpose of the study is to justify the repair and maintenance cycle (RMC) of the gearbox of the KamAZ 6540 automobile, taking into account the pre-repair operating time. The proposed methodology for assessing the pre-repair resource allows you to select the resource elements of the gearbox, taking into account the value of their resource and coefficient of variation. The structure of the RMC proposed in the work provides for: the first current repair during running hours - 125940 km; first overhaul during running hours - 251880 km; second current repair during running hours - 377820 km; second overhaul during running hours - 503760 km. Thus, changing the structure of the gearbox REC allows increasing the gearbox resource from 380 to 500 thousand km.

The article presents a developed electromechanical motion control system for wheeled tractors using GPS and GLONASS satellite navigation systems, a transmission system of differential corrections of the satellite signal, the results of laboratory and field tests of the control system.

The article discusses the theoretical foundations of automation of operation procedure of a wheeled mobile machine. The basis of equations system describing the performance “lane change” maneuver is a combination of the main types of maneuvers: correction of sidewise displacement and angularity deviation, as well as trajectory curvature. The equations system describes the entire process of executing “lane change” maneuver, taking into account peculiarities of entering and recovering from the maneuver. On the basis of the proposed equations system, the recommended form of the control action is presented when performing the “lane change” maneuver. The proposed algorithm for the control activity implementation was tested in the process of field-control tests’ performance of the К- 701wheel-tyre tractor with the hinged frame. The results of field-control tests show that the proposed control model can be used when carrying out certain types of field-control tests that do not require the significant precision of performance.

A method of parametric synthesis of linear multivariable systems based on the solution of the Lyapunov differential equation is developed. The method makes it possible to take into account the constraints on the parameters of the plant and the regulator, to carry out the synthesis of static and dynamic feedback of the measurement vector, and to simultaneously perform parametric synthesis of the plant and regulator.

Theoretical analysis of flexible-chain polymer crystallization was carried out over a wide temperature range from glass transition temperature Tg to melting temperature Tm. Temperature dependence of dynamic behavior manifesting in the decrease of crystallizing length with decreasing temperature was taken into account. The dependence of crystallizing length on temperature was obtained using chosen values of it at Tg and Tm. The crystallization with the formation of folded-chain crystals (type I) and uncoiled-chain crystals (type II) was considered. The analysis of thermodynamical favorability of both types of crystals with respect to temperature made it possible to obtain a flexible-chain crystallizing polymer phase diagram. This diagram shows the existence of two ranges where type II crystal formation is more favorable: a narrow range near Tm and the wider one near Tg, separated by the temperature range of crystallization with chain folding. The crystallization of flexible-chain polymers capable of forming different polymorphous modifications was considered by using the thermodynamic approach and taking into account kinetic factors. Taking as examples poly(caproamide) and poly(vinylidene fluoride), the changes in free energies in the generation of different crystalline forms were calculated and phase diagrams were plotted in the coordinates degree of coiling of macromolecules and temperature. it was thus possible to establish the thermokinetic conditions for the formation of equilibrium and metastable modifications and the transitions between them. Die Kristallisation von flexibelkettigen Polymeren, die unterschiedliche polymorphe Modifikationen bilden konnen, wurde unter thermodynamischen Aspekten und unter Berucksichtigung kinetischer Faktoren betrachtet. An den Beispielen Poly(caproamid) und Poly(vinylidenfluorid) wurden die Aderungen der freien Energie bei der Bildung unterschiedlicher kristalliner Modifikationen berechnet, und Phasendiagramme in den Koordinaten Knauelungsgrad der Makromolekule und Temperatur wurden dargestellt. Auf diese Weise war es moglich, die thermokinetischen Bedingungen fur die Bildung der Gleichgewichts- und der metastabilen Modifikationen sowie fur die Ubergange zwischen ihnen anzugeben.

The structure formation during transition from the quenched into the crystalline state has been studied for isotactic polypropylene by wide-angle X-ray scattering. Based on the temperature dependence of the shape of the curve of amorphous scattering the composition of samples with different degrees of crystallinity and different content of paracrystalline form was determined quantitatively. By means of IR spectroscopy it was shown that stretching of quenched polypropylene leads to the freezing of the conformational array in macromolecules. This freezing hinders the transition into the crystalline state upon heating. Durch Rontgenweitwinkelstreuung wurde die Strukturbildung des isotaktischen Polypropylens beim Ubergang vom abgeschreckten in den kristallinen Zustand untersucht. Anhand der Temperaturabhangigkeit der Gestalt der amorphen Streukurve wurde die Zusammensetzung von Proben mit unterschiedlichem Kristallinitatsgrad und unterschiedlichem parakristallinen Anteil quantitativ bestimmt. Mit Hilfe der IR-Spektroskopie wurde gezeigt, das die Verstreckung des abgeschreckten Polypropylens das Einfrieren der Konformationsordnung der Makromolekule bewirkt. Dieses Einfrieren behindert den Ubergang in den kristallinen Zustand beim Erwarmen.

In isotactic polypropylene both crystallization and melting are always accompanied by a transition through the states characterized by the same structure with the presence of more or less large regions having the order of the liquid crystalline type. The appearance of these metastable structures is a consequence of the chain structure initially inherent in the macromolecules and should be expected in transitions of all isotactic polymers. Im isotaktischen Polypropylen wird sowohl bei der Kristallisation als auch beim Schmelzen stets ein Ubergangszustand mit gleicher Struktur durchlaufen, der durch die Anwesenheit von mehr oder weniger grosen Bereichen mit flussigkristalliner Ordnung gekennzeichnet ist. Das Auftreten dieser metastabilen Strukturen ist eine Folge der Kettenstruktur der Makromolekule und sollte bei den Ubergangen in allen isotaktischen Polymeren zu erwarten sein.

The steps of order formation during the polypropylene cooling from superheated to supercooled melt were determined by wideangle X-ray scattering. The symmetrical Gaussian halo at the temperatures higher than 280°C is the manifestation of intermolecular short-range order. Below 280°C the additional halo corresponding to the intramolecular short-range order connected with the helix fragments formation appeared. In the supercooled melt just before the beginning of the crystal formation process the diffractogram profile was similar to that of the paracrystalline form consisting of the long distance one-dimensional order domains. The existence of this metastable form with mesomorphous structure was confirmed by NMR and IR data.

The crystallization of flexible-chain molecules of different degrees of coiling is considered. The nature of the phase transition during crystallization is discussed. The revision of established notions on phase transitions in polymers leads to the concept of crystalline topomorphism, i.e., the existence of two crystalline types with different modes of packing of macromolecules in the macroscopic crystal though they belong to the same lattice class: folded-chain crystal (FCC) and extended-chain crystal (ECC). Phase diagrams in coordinates of degree of coiling vs temperature are plotted. The values of molecular orientation and temperatures at which each of both mechanisms of crystallization takes place are evaluated. The mechanisms of ECC growth under equilibrium conditions and under conditions of molecular orientation are discussed. It is shown that the melting of ECC obtained by the process of orientational crystallization is a second order phase transition, being analogous to a crystal-nematic phase transition. At the same time the melting of FCC provides all the features of a first order transition.

The existence of the specific metastable phase made it possible to carry out multistage electron microscopic investigation of the supermolecular structure formation in the crystallization of polypropylene in the oriented state. Comparison with the data of electron diffraction yielded a direct evidence of the fact that the formation of structural units of the supermolecular organization of crystalline PP, i.e. fibrils and lamellae, occurs in the stage of orientation, and crystallization itself only fixes these structures. Die Existenz einer spezifischen metastabilen Phase erlaubt es, mehrstufige elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchungen der Bildung der ubermolekularen Struktur bei der Kristallisation von Polypropylen im orientierten Zustand durch zufuhren. Der Vergleich mit Elektronenbeugungsaufnahmen liefert einen direkten Beweis dafur, das die Bildung von Struktureinheiten der ubermolekularen Ordnung im kristallinen Polypropylen, d. h. der Fibrillen und Lamellen, wahrend der Orientierung erfolgt und die Kristallisation diese Strukturen nur fixiert.
