Abstract

Pobedi str., 85, Belgorod, Russia, 308024 Bacteriological examination of cervical canal at 34 women in 38—40 weeks of gestation has been made before and after intravaginal usage of Gynoflor (“Medinova”, Switzerland), containing 50 mg of Lactobacillus acidophilius and 0,03 mg of estriol. It is established, that after usage of Gynoflor significant decrease of number of patients with Staphylococcus epidermidis and Peptococcus has been observed. Furthermore, lowering of number of women with other opportunistic bacteria and yeasts ( Staphylococcus aureus , Klebsiella pneumonia , Enterococcus , Enterobacter , Streptococcus , Bacteroides , Candida albicans ) has been appeared. It was accompanied with decrease of colony forming units number among all opportunistic species.

Abstract

The present research is devoted revealing of interrelations of genetic markers interleukines with clinical signs chronic glomerulonephritis. It is established that a marker of development of mixed type chronic glomerulonephritis at a disease aggravation are genotypes 4R/4R a gene of the antagonist of a receptor interleukin 1 and -592AA, -592AS gene IL-10. The positive association of genotypes 2R/5R, 4R/5R IL-1Ra with type chronic glomerulonephritis in a disease current is revealed.

Abstract

To meet the needs of the population and improve the diet, it is necessary to apply technologies using new raw materials. Non-traditional types of raw materials with biological and high nutritional value are one of the ways to expand the assortment of functional food products. The aim of the research is to study the effect of fruit powders from wild plants on the biological and nutritional value of farinaceous dishes. The objects of the research are the most promising fruits of wild plants of the foothill zone of the Republic of Adygea: oriental apple tree (Malus orientalis), cinnamon rosehip (Rosa cinnamomeal), hawthorn (Crataegus pentagyna W.K.). The article presents the results of the research of the use of fruit powder additives obtained from rose hips, hawthorn and oriental apple in the production of farinaceous dishes (crapes, flippers and pancakes). The influence of 5%, 10% and 15% dosages of fruit powders on the organoleptic and physical and chemical indicators of the quality of flour dishes has been established. The optimal dosages of fruit powders from wild plants when baking farinaceous dishes have been determined. Powders obtained from the fruits of wild plants are rich in biologically active substances, which will enrich farinaceous dishes (crapes, flippers and pancakes) and give them a functional focus.

5. Use of the public-and-private partnership agreements in the conditions of imperfection of legal regulations in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The objective of this research is to consider some controversial issues of the development of public-and-private partnership (and concession agreements as its most common form) in Russia. Some complaints made by Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation to some infrastructure projects are reviewed. The author studied dynamics of private investments into infrastructure projects in the conditions of imperfect legal regulation. The assessment of the validity of the position of Federal Antimonopoly Service is given. It is predicted whether the legislative collisions will prevent the growth of private investments into infrastructure. Recommendations on the development of the mechanism of public-and-private partnership with the observance of antimonopoly regulation, as well as recommendation on the improvement of the legislation in this area are developed. The results of the research can be used by both private participants of public-and-private partnership and the federal, regional and municipal authorities, and also by legislators working on the improvement of the legislative regulation in this area.

Abstract

Comparative study of quantitative anatomy of the epidermis in Syringa josikaea Jacq. leaf halves of different width was conducted in order to analyze the possible mechanism of formation of the value of fluctuating leaf asymmetry. A regular decrease in the density of main epidermal cells in the smaller leaf half compared with the bigger one was traced during leaf ontogeny. Stomatal index was equal in different-sized leaf halves. Adaptive response was found in fully formed leaves; it was aimed at reducing leaf blade fluctuating asymmetry by 23% on average and consisted of compensatory growth--further elongation of main epidermal cells in the smaller half of the leaf. It was concluded that the level of fluctuating leaf asymmetry in Hungary lilac is mainly due to a lower rate of cell division, as well as due to their greater elongation in the smaller half of adult leaf compared with the bigger half.
