We investigated the combined impact of convective boundary conditions, thermal conductivity, and magnetohydrodynamic on the flow of a tangent hyperbolic nanofluid across the stratified surface. Furthermore, the ramifications of Brownian motion, thermophoresis, and activation energy were considered. Heat generation, chemical reactions, mixed convection, thermal conductivity, and other elements were considered when analyzing heat transfer phenomena. The governing equations were converted via similarity transformations into non-dimensional ordinary differential equations in order to analyze the system. Using the shooting method, the problem's solution was determined. We showed the mathematical significance of the temperature, concentration profiles, and velocity of each fluid parameter. These profiles were thoroughly described and shown graphically. The findings demonstrated that as the Weissenberg number and magnetic number increased, the fluid velocity profile decreased. Higher heat generation and thermophoresis parameters resulted in an increase in the temperature profile. Higher Brownian motion and Schmidt parameter values resulted in a drop in the concentration profile. Tables were used to discuss the numerical values of skin friction ($ {C}_{fx} $), Nusselt number ($ {Nu}_{x} $), and Sherwood number ($ S{h}_{x} $). For the greater values of Weissenberg number and mixed convection parameters, skin friction numerical values fell while Nusselt numbers rose.

This research explores how technology has changed teaching methods in the classroom through a blended learning approach. The research method used in this study is literature studies, which look for references appropriate to the research context. The study's findings suggest that technology can increase student engagement, facilitate access to a wider range of learning activities, and improve learning outcomes through more interactive and flexible methods. When strategically integrated into the learning process, technology improves teaching efficiency and prepares students with the skills needed for the digital age. The implications of these findings are important for education stakeholders in designing and implementing teaching practices that harness the potential of technology to improve the learning process in the classroom. Further research is suggested to conduct empirical studies involving experiments in real classrooms to measure the direct impact of technology and blended learning approaches on student engagement and learning outcomes.

Dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman, tidak hanya ayah yang bekerja, namun banyak ibu yang akhirnya memutuskan untuk bekerja juga. Bahkan tidak jarang diantara mereka memutuskan tinggal berjauhan karena tuntutan pekerjaan atau disebut dengan commuter Marriage dan sebagian besar anak akan tinggal bersama dengan ibunya sementara ayahnya berada di kota lain. Dengan keputusan tersebut, peran dalam pengasuhan anak tidak serta merta lepas dari keduanya. Baik ayah maupun ibu, harusnya tetap mempunyai peran dalam mengasuh anaknya. Penelitian ini bersifat literatur riview , dimana akan membahas terkait peran ayah dalam mengasuh anak pada pasangan commuter Marriage . Tujuan dari tulisan ini, untuk memberi edukasi akan pentingnya peran ayah dalam mengasuh anak meskipun memilih tinggal secara terpisah dari anaknya. Hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ayah bukan hanya sosok pemberi bantuan finansial bagi anaknya, namun peran ayah sangat diharapkan dalam mengasuh anak terutama pada pasangan komuter nikah . Beban pengasuhan anak, tidak hanya diberikan pada ibu saja namun ayah juga harus mengambil bagian sesuai cucurannya karena peran ayah akan berpengaruh pada perkembangan kognitif, emosi, kesejahteraan psikologis, sosial dan kesehatan fisik pada anak.

This article exhibits a brief study of magneto ternary hybrid nanofluid flow with thermophoretic particle deposition and porous medium based on the extended version of model, known as the Yamada-Ota and Hamilton Crosser models. Thermophoretic particle deposition, which is important in both aero-solution and electrical engineering, is one of the most fundamental methods for transferring small particles across a heat gradient. This suggested model's goal is to evaluate how well Hamilton-Crosser and Yamada-Ota, two trihybrid nanofluid models, perform. Advanced heat transfer systems, in particular the creation of effective cooling and heating technologies, may benefit from this research. Researchers can develop more efficient heat exchangers, boost thermal management in electronic devices, and increase energy efficiency in industrial processes by better understanding how thermophoretic particles behave in complicated nanofluid systems under various conditions. By using the required similarity variables, the MATLAB solver bvp4c package handles the system of ODEs acquired from the leading PDEs to arrive at the numerical solution. The relevant parameters' effects on the relevant fields have been graphically explained. The results show that when inter-phase heat transfer parameter value grows, thermal profile and rate of heat transfer decrease of liquid phase. With regard to heat and mass transfer effectiveness, the Yamada-Ota model performs better than the Hamilton Crosser trihybrid nanofluid model.

Science is dynamic so it continues to develop over time. A number of figures contributed to coloring scientific dynamics, one of which was S.R Ranganathan who dedicated his life to the world of libraries. His name is well known as the Father of Libraries in India and his ideas spread throughout the world. His magnum opus Prolegomena to Library Classification and Colon Classification stimulated the birth of the Dewey Decimal Classification. Apart from that, his work as outlined in the Five Laws of Library Science had a major impact on the development of the world of libraries. This research uses a qualitative research method with a type of literature study (library research), then the data that has been obtained will be followed by reading and note-taking techniques and then processed the data analytically and descriptively. This article aims to find out the contextualization of S.R Ranganathan's five laws in the development of today's library world. These five laws read: Books are for use, Every reader his or her book, Every book its reader, Save the time of readers, and The library is a growing organism are still relevant today which is synonymous with technology and digitalization.

The abundance of literature reviews in Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) poses a challenge to making objective, evidence-based decisions due to information diffusion. Few studies systematically summarize these reviews to address this challenge. This study aims to conduct an umbrella review, analyzing existing reviews to identify current trends and enhance our understanding of the GSCM adoption process. A sample of 70 review papers was collected using a systematic approach. Quantitative findings reveal growing publication trends, with China leading in contributions, the Journal of Cleaner Production as the top journal, and Joseph Sarkis as the leading author. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer identifies Srivastava's study as the most impactful review paper. Qualitative analysis using NVivo 12 classifies reviews into systematic, narrative, and integrative categories. Additionally, the study presents an integrated framework for understanding GSCM adoption and a green innovation cycle model for sustaining green practices. This research contributes to the literature by providing an umbrella review in the GSCM area, offering classifications based on methodology, and developing practical models for GSCM adoption and sustaining it. The study concludes with implications and identifies areas for future research.

The mosque is one of the most visited public places. Currently, the sanitary conditions of the mosque are still not a concern of the community. There are still mosques that do not meet the sanitation requirements of public places. Poor mosque sanitation can cause various diseases in society caused by a polluted environment. This dedication aimed to present an overview of the sanitation condition of mosques in Mata Air, increase knowledge, and increase public awareness of the importance of mosque sanitation. The method used was data collection with sanitation inspection forms and personal hygiene questionnaires, interviews, dissemination of information through focus group discussion, and administration of the intervention of the book of pocket guides, poster, sanitary mosque SOPs, and garbage disposal in the Masjid of the Mata Air Village. The results of the sanitation assessment found that four of the eight mosques still have not met the sanitation requirements. Through this community dedication, an increase in the knowledge and awareness of mosque administrators regarding improving mosque sanitation was obtained. In this case, improved sanitation is essential to avoid the potential for disease transmission due to environmental pollution.

ABSTRACTNipa is one of the palm family, and 60% of the fruit is biomass waste. One of the utilizations of the waste is to be converted into activated carbon. In the present research, the nipa waste was pyrolyzed, and the biochar, a by-product of the pyrolysis process, was activated using HCl. The nipa’s fruit waste activated carbon (NWAC) was then experimentally used to remove the distinct odours of Noni and Mangosteen herbal drinks. The characteristics of the NWAC produced in this study have a water content of 15.08%, ash content of 8.77%, volatile matter of 8.51%, carbon content of 67.6%, yield of 95.49%, iodine adsorption of 966.98 mg/g, and surface area of 1066.39 m2/g. The characteristics of the Noni herbal drink after NWAC adsorption showed that the highest total dissolved solids of 6.97 °Brix was treated with 25% NWAC addition. The lowest IC50 value was 4.4 ppm, and it was gradually increased with the addition of the NWAC. The addition of NWAC decreased the total phenol in the Mangosteen peel herbal drink, but the effect was insignificant in the Noni herbal drink. Antioxidant activity values ranged from 16% to 37% in the Mangosteen herbal drink, and 30% to 55% in the Noni herbal drink. The total dissolved solids ranged between 4 and 7 °Brix in both herbal drinks. Overall, the addition of NWAC improved the quality of the herbal drinks, but the optimum condition needs to be quantified.

The utilization of phthalates and bisphenol A (BPA) as the major component in plastic and its derivative industry has raised concerns among the public due to the harmful effects caused by these organic pollutants. These pollutants are found to exhibit unique physicochemical properties that allow the pollutants to have prolonged existence in the environment, thus causing damage to the environment. Since phthalates and bisphenol A are used in a variety of industrial applications, the industry must recover these compounds from its water before releasing the pollutants into the environment. As a result, these materials have a promising future in industrial applications. Therefore, the discovery of new quick and reliable abatement technologies is important to ensure that these organic pollutants can be detected and removed from the water sources. This review highlights the use of the adsorption method to remove phthalates and BPA from water sources by employing novel modified adsorbent magnetite functionalized covalent organic frameworks (MCOFs). MCOFs is a new class of porous materials that have demonstrated promising features in a variety of applications due to their adaptable structures, significant surface areas, configurable porosity, and customizable chemistry. The structural attributes, functional design strategies, and specialized for environmental applications before offering some closing thoughts and suggestions for further research were discussed in this paper in addition to developing an innovative solution for the industry to the accessibility for clean water.

Objectives: This study sought to assess the prevalence of persistent COVID-19-related symptoms in patients with mild, severe, and critical disease. Methods: We conducted a bidirectional cohort observational study that included all adult patients ≥ 18 years, admitted to Armed Forces Hospital, Muscat between July 2020 and June 2022, with COVID-19 infection and discharged alive. Patients were requested to attend outpatient clinic at weeks six and 12 post-discharge, where they filled out a questionnaire and underwent a chest X-ray. Additionally, blood tests were performed if necessary. Healthcare workers with mild infections were also requested to fill out a questionnaire about their initial symptoms, persistent symptoms, and comorbidities. Results: The study included 468 patients, comprising 261 hospitalized patients and 207 healthcare workers. On follow-up, 39.7% of patients presented with residual symptoms, such as cough, breathlessness, and joint pain. These symptoms were more common in patients with medical comorbidities, particularly hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia. Notably, these symptoms were also observed in patients with mild disease. Post-COVID-19 pulmonary fibrosis was observed in 21 patients, mainly among those admitted to the intensive care unit or requiring prolonged hospitalization. Conclusions: This study highlights the persistence of symptoms and the prevalence of post-COVID-19 syndrome at two months post-discharge, especially among patients with severe and critical disease during the acute phase. Various predictors of post-COVID-19 syndrome were identified, including female gender, older age, presence of comorbidities, disease severity, and hypertension. Therefore, patients in these categories require thorough evaluation and long-term follow-up to manage residual symptoms.

Pengembangan kesehatan tradisional di masyarakat dapat dilakukan dengan upaya pembinaan asuhan mandiri pemanfaatan obat tradisional. Kegiatan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) dan tanaman obat herbal penting dilakukan sebagai upaya pengembangan Kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan penyuluhan tentang jenis Tanaman untuk Obat Herbal dan cara pengolahannya. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh ibu-ibu PKK sebagai kelompok antara yang nantinya dapat meneruskan program ini lebih lanjut sampai dengan tingkat keluarga. Untuk menilai keefektifan penyuluhan, maka dilakukan pretes dan postes dengan soal sebanyak 20 pertanyaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengolahan dan pemanfaatan TOGA dan tanaman herbal. Tersosialisasinya pemanfaatan tanaman sebagai herbal dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan berpotensi meningkatkan nilai ekonomi masyarakat.

Coffee has become a favorite drink worldwide for centuries, and demand for healthier coffee has increased. Rose coffee milk is a novel innovation combining coffee and rose flavor with its anthocyanins, known for their antioxidant properties. This study aimed to investigate the effect of different milk and coffee concentrations on rose milk coffee’s physicochemical and sensorial evaluation. The research has shown that the combination of milk types and coffee concentrations significantly affected the physicochemical properties of coffee milk. Furthermore, the type of milk and coffee concentration also significantly influenced the coffee milk’s color and aroma. On the contrary, the coffee concentration determined the coffee milk taste. Panelists preferred higher coffee concentrations, and the best rose milk coffee was obtained on UHT milk and 30 % coffee concentration. The sensorial properties of the sensorial evaluation showed that the coffee milk was engaging, with a slightly dark color, aromatic aroma, and delicious taste. Overall, rose milk coffee is a promising innovation in the coffee industry, and this study provides important insights into the effects of milk type and coffee concentration on coffee milk characteristics.

Aceh Province's main export is lobster. This commodity commands a high economic price in Simeulue Regency, which boasts exceptional commodities in the fisheries industry, particularly lobster. The purpose of this study is to describe the composition of the catch and the productivity of the catch of six different varieties of lobster in the Simeulue water. The research methods employed include field surveys to collect data directly from fishermen. The study was carried out in Simeulue waters in numerous areas in 2023, including Busung, Kampung Air, Teupah Selatan, and Alafan. The types of samples taken were six species consisting of Panulirus homarus, P. longipes, P. penicillatus, P. versicolor, P. ornatus and P. polyphagus. The research results showed that the catch comprised lobster species such as Panulirus homarus, P. longipes, P. penicillatus, P. versicolor, P. ornatus, and P. polyphagus. The catch composition was dominated by Panulirus penicillatus (44%) and P. versicolor (23%). The length and weight growth of the six varieties of lobster is allometric, which is vital for sustainable fisheries management. The research findings also show oscillations in the supply of Simeulue lobster shipments, with peak delivery in 2022 (246,157 ind) and a fall in 2023 (57,654 ind). It is critical to underline the need for sustainable management in maintaining a balance between usage and conservation of fishing resources.

The available guides in chemical kinetic’s learning only explain the adsorption equation, do not explain the type of adsorption and the practical guide is not related to the value of local wisdom. Therefore, it is necessary to have a practical guide on the concept of adsorption isotherm based on local wisdom. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the laboratory work’s guide and student responses. This research employs a research and development (R D) using ADDIE’s model. The subject in this study was a lab work’s guide for the plant-based isotherm adsorption topic Indigofera tinctoria L utilizing a guided inquiry approach which was tested to 13 students in a limited scale and 34 students in the main scale. The experiment was conducted to chemistry education students of FKIP Untan on academic year 2018-2020 who had learned chemical kinetics courses. Data collection techniques used are direct and indirect communication techniques. Data collection tools used are the feasibility assessment sheets and student response questionnaire. The results of the feasibility assessment in terms of content, graphic and language aspects obtained an average of 91% with very feasible criteria. The results of the limited trial obtained an average of 89% and the results of the main trial of 89% each obtained very good criteria. Based on the results of the feasibility assessment by experts and student responses’ questionnaire that the lab work’s guide can be used in learning process to support students’ understanding of chemical kinetics’ concepts

This article was descriptive qualitative research. The data is collected through interviews, observation, triangulation, documentation, and analyzed by descriptive analysis. This article aims to determine the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating strategic management in improving the quality of education at a Boarding School. This article on strategic management in improving the quality of education at Boarding School shows that: (1) Strategic planning at Boarding School includes four activities, namely developing the school's vision, mission, and goals, short-term planning, long-term planning, and medium term, identification of internal and external factors, and strategy formulation. (2) The implementation of strategic management includes four activities determining school policies, motivating education staff and educators, allocating human resources appropriately, and developing a strategic culture. (3) Evaluation of strategic management includes three activities: monitoring from planning to implementation, measuring individual and madrasa performance, and taking corrective steps.

Synthetic acid-base indicators possess some disadvantages. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a natural acid-base indicator made from a mixture of plant extracts, which has a strip form, is safe, eco-friendly, has a wide pH range, and has clear color changing. This research aims to determine the pH range, make a pH indicator in the strip form, and produce a biodegradable acid-base indicator made from a mixture of Melastoma malabathricum flower, Dioscorea alata rhizome, Syzygium paniculatum leaves, Garcinia fruit peel, Eleutherine bulbosa rhizome extracts. Plant extracts were obtained using the maceration method. pH range was evaluated using the visual method by sensing the color changing in the pH range from 1 to 14. pH indicator strip was made by applying filter paper in the strip form into the extract mixture for 2 hours. The biodegradable property of acid-base indicator strips was established by measuring indicator strip degradation after planting it in the ground for 20 days at room temperature. The results showed that the acid-base indicator strip made from a mixture of plant extracts was able to give a color change from pink to light green in the pH range of 3-8 and can be decomposed completely after planting it in the ground for 20 days. Thus, it indicated that a natural pH indicator strip based on West Kalimantan plants has the potential to be developed as a safe and effective acid-base indicator to substitute synthetic acid-base indicators.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil tingkat kemampuan literasi kimia mahasiswa pendidikan kimia mengenai hand sanitizer dengan berdasarkan pada empat aspek literasi sains yang dikemukakan oleh PISA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sebanyak 173 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan kimia FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Pernyataan yang disajikan di dalam angket sebanyak 18 buah dengan tipe angket tertutup dan memiliki 4 opsi jawaban berdasarkan skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil pada aspek konteks, pengetahuan, kompetensi, dan sikap berturut-turut 83%, 77%, 73%, dan 82%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 79% mahasiswa berada pada level literasi kimia “tinggi”.

The people of Kampung Linung Bulen II have a way of regulating their behavior and daily social arrangements by Islamic Shari'a values. One of them is Edet Sumang. This study aims to identify the history of the birth of Edet Sumang and its influence on the understanding of the people of Linung Bulen II, Bintang District, Central Aceh Regency. This is field research that uses descriptive research methods and a qualitative approach. primary data is obtained from interviews with predetermined informants, secondary data is obtained from the relevant literature. The results of the study show that Edet Sumang's philosophy is seen in the morals that govern people's lives, this rule is useful for guiding people's attitudes and behavior. Edet Sumang as pemeger (fence) and protector of society from things that are considered inappropriate (inappropriate). Efforts to maintain Edet Sumang are very important because Edet Sumang can have a positive influence on the lives of the people of Linung Bulen II, Bintang District, Central Aceh Regency. Abstrak Masyarakat Kampung Linung Bulen II mempunyai adat istiadat untuk mengatur pola perilaku dan tata pergaulan sehari-hari sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syari’at Islam. Salah satu adat istiadat masyarakat yang dimaksud adalah Edet Sumang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah lahirnya Edet Sumang serta pengaruh Edet Sumang dalam pemahaman masyarakat Linung Bulen II, Kecamatan Bintang, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari wawancara dengan para informan yang telah ditentukan, sementara data sekunder adalah kutipan-kutipan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh para peneliti sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan filosofi Edet Sumang berupa pesan yang mengatur dan mengukur aspek kehidupan masyarakat, aturan ini berguna untuk menuntun sikap, perilaku pada masyarakat itu sendiri. Edet Sumang sebagai pemeger (Pagar) dan pelindung dirinya dari hal yang dianggap gere pantas (tidak pantas). Usaha untuk mempertahankan Edet Sumang sangat penting karena Edet Sumang dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kehidupan masyarakat Linung Bulen II, Kecamatan Bintang, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah.

ObjectiveA fall after a stroke is common but the consequences can be devastating not only for the stroke survivors, but also for caregivers, healthcare, and the society. However, research on falls prevention among the stroke population are limited, particularly on home hazards assessment and home modifications, demanding for a study to be conducted. The aim of the study is to validate the protocol and content of a home hazard management program guided by the Person-Environment-Occupation (PEO) Model for falls prevention among community dwelling stroke survivors.MethodResearchers developed their own questionnaire for content validation which consist of 23 items that covers two domains, namely justification for telehealth home hazard management practice and the protocol's overall methodology. Occupational therapists with at least one year of experience in conducting a home hazard assessment were consulted for the content validation of a two-group clinical controlled trial protocol utilizing a home hazard assessment, home modifications and education over the usual care. Written consent was obtained prior to the study. The occupational therapists were given a Google Form link to review the protocol and intervention based on the questionnaire and rated each item using a four-point Likert scale for relevance and feasibility. Open-ended feedback was also recorded on the google form. Content Validity Index (CVI), Modified Kappa Index and Cronbach's Alpha was calculated for the content validity and reliability analysis.ResultsA total of sixteen occupational therapists participated in the study. 43.7% of participants had a master's degree, 93.7% worked in the government sector and 56.2% had six years and more experience on conducting home hazard assessments. Content validity of the protocol is satisfactory for relevancy and feasibility (CVI = 0.84, ranging from 0.5 to 1.00), and for the reliability (α = 0.94 (relevance) and α = 0.97 (feasibility), respectively. The Modified Kappa ranged from 0.38 to 1.00 for all items. Feedback was also received regarding the design and procedure of the study protocol which included participant's selection criteria, sample size, equipment provided, cost, location, and care for the participants during the intervention.ConclusionsIntroducing a home hazard management program to prevent falls among the stroke population is viewed relevant and feasible. Practical suggestions from the consultation panel were adopted, and minor adjustments were required to strengthen the protocol's overall methodology. This study established a rigorous and robust experimental protocol for future undertaking.

This research was aimed to produce a valid electronic graphic novel on free radical reaction subject and to find out the student’s response to the developed product. This research employed Research Development (RD) method by using Thiagarajan’s 4D model with modification, in which applied only three of four steps in 4D model. The developed product was validated by experts. The responses toward developed product were collected from the students of Chemistry Education FKIP Untan who have taken organic chemistry course. Data collection tools used were validation sheets and student’s response questionnaires on the developed product. The validation’s result from the experts showed that the developed product was very proper in terms of content, presentation, linguistic, and graphic aspects with consecutive total scores of 94.0%, 95.0%, 89.0%, and 100,00% respectively. The results of the student’s responses in small group trials and in large group trials were of 82.5% with high category and of 83.2% with very high category, respectively. Thus, this electronic graphic novel on radical reaction has very good potential as a learning media to attract students to learn free radical reaction and its application in daily life.

Smartphone technology can be applied not only to establish communication needs but also to support other purposes. One of them is related to personal safety and security functions. It is undeniable that criminal acts can occur anytime and anywhere. Even in a private or residential area, theft could happen. Smartphone and sensor technology can be used as a solution to encounter this problem. In this case, it can be utilized to improve the security control system of the gate or garage door at home. This research presents a prototype of a gate and garage door control and security system that operates through an application on an android smartphone. The application of HC-05 Bluetooth is used to send signals from the smartphone to the Arduino Uno microcontroller, while the micro servo acts as a locking mechanism on the gate itself. The buzzer function is presented to notify homeowners when the gate or garage door is open for more than 15 seconds. This prototype can control gates and garage doors with an average connection time of only about 5 seconds. Thus, this prototype is feasible to use as an alternative to control and improve housing security systems.

The focus of this paper was on Amazon product reviews. The goal of this is to study is two (NLP) for evaluating Amazon product review sentiment analysis. Customers can learn about a product's quality by reading reviews. Several product review characteristics, such as quality, time of evaluation, material in terms of product lifespan and excellent client feedback from the past, will have an impact on product rankings. Manual interventions are required to analyse these reviews, which are not only time consuming but also prone to errors. As a result, automatic models and procedures are required to effectively manage product reviews. (NLP) is the most practical method for training a neural network in this era of artificial intelligence. First, the Naive Bayes classifier was used to analyse the sentiment of consumer in this study. The (SVM) has categorized user sentiments into binary categories. The goal of the approach is to forecast some of the most important characteristics of an amazon-based product reviews, and then analyse Customer attitudes about these aspects. The suggested model is validated using a large-scale real-world dataset gathered specifically for this purpose. The dataset is made up of thousands of manually annotated product reviews gathered from amazon. After passing the input via the network model, (TF) and (IDF) pre-processing methods were used to evaluate the feature. The outcomes precision, recall and F1 score are very promising

Identification of the effect of the tribological characteristics in lubricant application is a critical part of the experimental process. A correlation study is used to identify the effect of temperature, load and biodegradable additive on the coefficient of friction (COF) and specific wear (Ws) from the experimental data. Pearson correlation coefficient (r) and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are the statistical analysis used to identify the relationship between the parameters and the significant difference in response variable which are COF and Ws. Based on the result, there is a positive moderate linear relationship between temperature to both COF and Ws with a score of r between 0.354 to 0.676. In contrast, there is a negative linear relationship between load towards COF and Ws with a -0.285 to -0.460 score of r. There is approximately no correlation with the percentage of biodegradable additives respecting COF and Ws. The result also shows that there is no significant difference between COF and Ws using ANOVA testing with a p-value is more than 0.05. This work may facilitate improvements for other researchers to identify the variable in the experimental design process.

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) are synthetic compounds, which have been widely produced, used, and recently identified as extremely toxic chemicals, and are responsible for serious environmental and human health risks. In this study, the removal efficiency of MIEX® GOLD resin was tested against six PFAS compounds including perfluorobutanoic acid (PFBA), perfluorobutanesulfonic acid (PFBS), perfluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA), perfluorohexanesulfonic acid (PFHxS), perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS). The removal of PFASs and the regeneration of resin (NaCl-saturated methanol) were achieved via adsorption and desorption mechanisms. In all cases, the removal efficiency was greater than 99% where the volume ratio of 1 ppm PFAS to resin was maintained at 50-bed volume. Furthermore, the adsorption capacity of MIEX® GOLD resin was studied for PFOA and PFHxS and achieved 1.05 ± 0.01 g PFOA adsorption and 1.01 ± 0.04 g PFHxS adsorption per gram of resin. In addition, a detailed study on the interference of natural organic matter (NOM) and inorganic matter was carried out against PFHxA, PFOA, and PFOS. The presence of 10 ppm NOM (5 ppm tannic acid + 5 ppm humic acid) and 25 ppm inorganic matter (5 ppm nitrate + 20 ppm sulfate) showed no noticeable interference in the removal of selected PFAS compounds. Compared to sulfonic acid-containing PFASs, the interference of organic and inorganic matter on carboxylic acid-containing PFASs was slightly higher. The regeneration of PFAS-adsorbed resin was studied using a mixed solution containing 70% methanol and saturated NaCl. Desorption of PFHxS, PFOS, and PFOA was found to be 98.3, 100, and 43.3%, respectively. The results again indicate that the resin regeneration is strongly affected by the functional group of PFASs; i.e., resin with sulfonic acid-containing PFAS is much easier to regenerate than carboxylic acid-containing PFAS compounds. All the PFAS analyses were performed by using mass spectroscopy and liquid chromatography–mass spectroscopy. In conclusion, this study confirms the remarkable efficiency of MIEX® GOLD resin in removing PFAS compounds, even in the presence of a high concentration of organic and inorganic interferences, and its capacity to be regenerated for repeated usage. These advantages make MIEX® GOLD a promising product for the remediation of PFAS-contaminated water. This study in the broader sense proves that MIEX® GOLD is a promising adsorbent and provides the ground for future study to treat contaminated groundwater.

Background: Cervicogenic headache (CGH) is termed as headache symptoms arising from the cervical spine. Postural deviation is a term used when any segment of the spine deviates from its normal alignment. The most common postural deviations are kyphosis, lordosis, and scoliosis Objective: To determine the effects of ponytail versus modern Hijab wear on cervicogenic headache and postural deviation. Methods: : A cross-sectional study was conducted on 280 university female students of age range between 18-30 years. Non-probability convenient sampling technique was used for data collection. Study included those females who used to make ponytails or modern hijab wears/headscarves. Rest of subjects were excluded with history of any other type of headache like migraine, tension type headache, cluster headache, cervical radiculopathy, neck muscle spasm, trauma history, whiplash injury or road accident history and with any systemic illnesses. Study was completed within three months and data were analyzed in SPSS version 21.0. Results: There were 280 females of mean age 23.28±3.03 years. Pain intensity was measured using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and mean pain score was 4.56±2.4.About 59.6% subjects had moderate cervicogenic headache and overall headache worsened more with tight ponytail making habit in 55.4% females, regardless of the fact that majority (52.1%) of the population was wearing modern hijab/ headscarf than making ponytail (44.3%). Postural deviations were also prominently present in which forward head posture and rounded shoulders were mostly present in 56.8% and 55.7% females. Conclusion: Wearing tight ponytail or making hair bun causes cervicogenic headache more than wearing headscarf or Hijab. These trigger postural deviations including forward head and rounded shoulders in addition with cervicogenic headache. This study aimed to increase students' problem-solving skills through problem-solving learning with a booklet on the concept of reduction and oxidation reactions. This research used the pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-postest design which was conducted in SMAN 5 Pontianak. Participants consist of 37 students of tenth-grade (Class IPA 4). The research instrument was used containing two valid and reliable essay questions. Data analyst was done descriptively and statistically, including n-gain and Wilcoxon test. Students' problem-solving skills were measured before and after being given treatment. The research results showed that the N-Gain (0,62) value with medium category of students problem-solving skills. These results were supported with the Wilcoxon test obtaining a significance value of 0,00 (

This paper introduces a family of shape-preserving binary approximating subdivision schemes by applying a shape-preserving variant on the Lane-Riesenfeld algorithm. Using the symbols of subdivision schemes, we determine convergence and smoothness, Hölder continuity, and support size of the limit curves. Furthermore, these schemes produce monotonic and convex curves under the certain conditions imposed on the initial data.

This work reports the use of mesoporous silica rods as templates for the step-wise preparation of multifunctional Fe3O4 NPs filled polydopamine hollow rods (Fe3O4@PDA HR). The capacity of as-synthesized Fe3O4@PDA HR as a new drug carrier platform was assessed by its loading and the triggered release of fosfomycin under various stimulations. It was found that the release of fosfomycin was pH dependent with ~89% of fosfomycin being released in pH 5 after 24 h, which was 2-fold higher than that in pH 7. The magnetic properties of Fe3O4 NPs and the photothermal properties of PDA enabled the triggered release of fosfomycin upon the exposure to rotational magnetic field, or NIR laser irradiation. Additionally, the capability of using multifunctional Fe3O4@PDA HR to eliminate preformed bacterial biofilm was demonstrated. Upon exposure to the rotational magnetic field, the biomass of a preformed biofilm was significantly reduced by 65.3% after a 20 min treatment with Fe3O4@PDA HR. Again, due to the excellent photothermal properties of PDA, a dramatic biomass decline (72.5%) was achieved after 10 min of laser exposure. This study offers an alternative approach of using drug carrier platform as a physical mean to kill pathogenic bacteria along with its traditional use for drug delivery.

This study aims to determine the Labour Force Participation Rate (LFPR), Employment to Population Ratio (EPR), Open Unemployment Rate (OUR), Underemployment Rate (UER), labour force and open unemployment based on education, gender, and rural-urban areas. It examines the employment conditions of Lampung Province before COVID-19 based on the years 2017-2019, while during COVID- 19 based on the year 2020. The analysis carried out is a quantitative and qualitative descriptive method using secondary data from SAKERNAS 2017-2020. The results show that Lampung Province's LFPR level has an insignificant upward trend from 2017-2020 with an average increase of 0.77%. The EPR tends to increase from year to year except in 2019 which decreased by 0.56%. OUR decreased by 0.29% in 2018, was constant in 2019, and increased dramatically in 2020 by 0.64%. The workforce according to the highest education has increased in 2017-2020. The number of workforce 2017-2020 in rural areas is twice as much as in urban areas, with the characteristics of the growth of the workforce always being accompanied by an increase in the number of unemployed. The population of the Lampung Province workforce in 2017-2020 is still male dominated, a gap in job opportunities for the female population still exists.

BackgroundThe technological intervention is considered as an adjunct to the conventional therapies applied in the rehabilitation session. In most high-income countries, technology has been widely used in assisting stroke survivors to undergo their treatments. However, technology use is still lacking in Southeast Asia, especially in middle- and low-income countries. This scoping review identifies and summarizes the technologies and related gaps available in Southeast Asia pertaining to stroke rehabilitation.MethodsThe JBI manual for evidence synthesis was used to conduct a scoping study. Until September 2021, an electronic search was performed using four databases (Medline, CINAHL, Scopus, ASEAN Citation Index). Only the studies that were carried out in Southeast Asia were chosen.ResultsForty-one articles were chosen in the final review from 6,873 articles found during the initial search. Most of the studies reported the implementation of technological intervention combined with conventional therapies in stroke rehabilitation. Advanced and simple technologies were found such as robotics, virtual reality, telerehabilitation, motion capture, assistive devices, and mobility training from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The majority of the studies show that technological interventions can enhance the recovery period of stroke survivors. The consultation session suggested that the technological interventions should facilitate the needs of the survivors, caregivers, and practitioners during the rehabilitation.ConclusionsThe integration of technology into conventional therapies has shown a positive outcome and show significant improvement during stroke recovery. Future studies are recommended to investigate the potential of home-based technological intervention and lower extremities.

The bone-cartilage unit (BCU) is a universal feature in diarthrodial joints, which is mechanically-graded and subjected to shear and compressive strains. Changes in the BCU have been linked to osteoarthritis (OA) progression. Here we report existence of a physiological internal strain gradient (pre-strain) across the BCU at the ultrastructural scale of the extracellular matrix (ECM) constituents, specifically the collagen fibril. We use X-ray scattering that probes changes in the axial periodicity of fibril-level D-stagger of tropocollagen molecules in the matrix fibrils, as a measure of microscopic pre-strain. We find that mineralized collagen nanofibrils in the calcified plate are in tensile pre-strain relative to the underlying trabecular bone. This behaviour contrasts with the previously accepted notion that fibrillar pre-strain (or D-stagger) in collagenous tissues always reduces with mineralization, via reduced hydration and associated swelling pressure. Within the calcified part of the BCU, a finer-scale gradient in pre-strain (0.6% increase over ~50μm) is observed. The increased fibrillar pre-strain is linked to prior research reporting large tissue-level residual strains under compression. The findings may have biomechanical adaptative significance: higher in-built molecular level resilience/damage resistance to physiological compression, and disruption of the molecular-level pre-strains during remodelling of the bone-cartilage interface may be potential factors in osteoarthritis-based degeneration.

Objective. This study is aimed at translating the Home Falls and Accidents Screening Tool (HOME FAST) into the three main languages spoken in Malaysia and investigating its reliability through an alternative technology-based evaluation. Methods. Translation into three languages and cross-cultural adaptation of the HOME FAST was conducted via the five steps adopted from the Mapi Institute. For interrater reliability, occupational therapists who attended a face-to-face home hazard workshop were recruited. Each therapist rated the HOME FAST by using the provided combination of videos and photographs of stroke survivors manoeuvring in their home. For test-retest reliability, the same occupational therapists were invited to rate the same combination of photographs and videos again. Reliability was analysed using Gwet’s AC1 and Bland and Altman’s plot to describe agreement. Results. The translation challenges were minimal and rectifiable. A Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and Tamil versions of the HOME FAST were developed. Overall interrater reliability for both video (AC1=0.91) and photograph (AC1=0.91) were good. The test-retest reliability yielded similar outcome (video: overall AC1=0.92 and photograph: overall AC1=0.93). Conclusion. Using alternative technology (video and photograph) to do a home hazard assessment was feasible. However, the asynchronous nature of these methods has limitations in clarifying certain aspects in the home. Moving forward, potential investigation on other technologies such as telehealth for synchronous and real-time interaction is warranted.

Introduction: This review aims to explore the factors influencing cervical screening uptake among women in low and middle-income countries. Methods: The studies were systematically identified by searching electronic databases with the keywords “cervical cancer AND screening AND low of income countries AND middle of income countries.” The results consisted of 94 articles from Scopus, 100 articles from Science Direct, 74 articles from EBSCO, and 32 articles from PubMed. Following this, 16 studies were included in this systematic review with the inclusion criteria being quantitative or qualitative studies exploring the factors influencing woman’s cervical cancer screening uptake covering women in low- and middle- income countries, a clear study outcome and details on the associated factors, barriers to, and facilitators of screening uptake. Results: Knowledge about the disease and its prevention, knowing someone with cervical cancer and someone who has ever been screened, attitude and perception, husband approval, advice from the health care providers, and the distance to health care service were all important factors related to cervical cancer screening uptake in low and middle-income countries. The uptake of cervical cancer screening services was poor in low and middle-income countries. There is a need to strengthen the knowledge and awareness of woman related to cervical cancer screening services. Conclusion: The available evidence shows that intrapersonal and organizational factors are the most important factors that influence woman to undergo cervical cancer screening.

Introduction: Elderly abuse appears to become an important public health concern and to be widely underestimated by health professionals. The cases are misunderstood and misreported, and often reported as fatal consequences of crimes toward elders. The aim of this review was to explore the factors in occurrence of elder abuse among healthcare workers in nursing homes. Methods: Seven databases, including Scopus, EBSCO, ProQuest, PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science and ScienceDirect, were explored to search relevant articles. The initial keywords were “elderly” “abuse” “healthcare workers” and “nursing homes”. The search was limited to English and the data sources were limited to articles published from 2015-2020. Results: The perspective of the WHO’s integrated care for older people was used as a lens to discuss the results. Fourteen articles were involved in the review. This review suggests that healthcare workers in nursing homes do elder abuse because of their high workload and lack of knowledge around the topic. Conclusion: This finding acts as a contributor to the paucity of study about elder abuse among healthcare workers. The available evidence suggests that elder abuse has become a significant problem in nursing homes. It is indicated that elder abuse was never been a popular topic among the health workers in nursing homes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami eksistensi dari Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah, memahami metode pengembangan pemikiran dalam Muhammadiyah, dan memahami pokok-pokok Manhaj Tarjih Muhammadiyah. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan melakukan penelusuran terhadap sumber bacaan yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap dinamika pemikiran hukum Islam kontemporer di Indonesia melalui fatwa-fatwanya, (2) Metode pengembangan pemikiran dalam Muhammadiyah dapat dilakukan melalui tiga prosedur yakni bayani, qiyasi, dan istislahi, (3) Manhaj pengembangan pemikiran Islam Muhammadiyah ini bersifat toleran dan terbuka. Melalui tulisan ini diharapkan pembaca dapat memperoleh wawasan mengenai Muhammadiyah sebagai salah satu organisasi besar di Indonesia.

The issue of Islamic education management governance in global education is the main objective of this secondary data review. To complete the discussion of this study, we have collected a series of data and literature on several data sources electronically in educational journal publications, book proceedings, and website databases that actively voice Islamic education issues in a global context. We cannot describe the data that we collect directly. We analyze it using various approaches, such as sharp evaluation coding and drawing conclusions that can answer the essence of the problems of this book review. The data we take online is as much as possible to look for the more up-to-date ones published in the last ten years. Finally, we can conclude that based on the findings and discussion data, among others, issues relating to the governance of Islamic religious education still leave problems and challenges, including the difficulty of achieving quality education due to issues of teacher resources that are still low in the mastery of technology that is still lacking. Straightforward access to education is still unequal, and issues related to leadership and school leadership in general education and the Islamic religion. We hope that these results will be a meaningful input in developing studies related to issues and governance of education management that will be held in the future.

Background: Studies on rehabilitation for falls after a stroke remain limited despite its impact being profound. This scenario justifies a deeper understanding of why falls in stroke rehabilitation received less attention. Current investigations on the perception of falls and stroke also proved inadequate. Therefore, this study aims to explore the perceptions and experiences of older Malaysian stroke survivors, spousal caregivers, and healthcare practitioners on falls in stroke rehabilitation.Method: A qualitative study of three focus groups with 18 individuals from one community-based stroke rehabilitation center was conducted. The discussions were audio-recorded, video-recorded, transcribed, summarized, and analyzed using thematic analysis.Results: Three themes emerged from the analysis: (i) perceived factors and consequences of falls after stroke, (ii) physical-based interventions predominate in rehabilitation for falls after stroke, and (iii) the role of home hazards in fall prevention is taken for granted. Although, awareness of falls is high, they are regarded as a peripheral issue in stroke. Rehabilitation interventions such as improved functionality are believed to be adequate and can indirectly prevent falls. Other interventions for fall prevention such as home hazards management are relatively less known.Conclusion: There is a need for more attention regarding home environment risk assessment and intervention among healthcare professionals, and more education for clients and caregivers is required. Although, other stroke interventions may also benefit stroke survivors, falls prevention should be a central component in stroke rehabilitation. As this study focused on a specific population, the findings should be validated with larger populations, and in diverse settings.

Since technology changed the world, all business activities have changed completely, especially in developed countries significantly. As a result, state leaders adopted a policy that had never happened, namely the application of technology in all fields so that almost all activities in the world used technology to continue activities even though they were not fully ready. Likewise, by incorporating technology into education, which is now increasingly digital, the education industry can continue to be sustainable, more affordable, and achieve maximum goals. In particular, this study wants to understand the application of technology in Islamic education governance. For this reason, our data search efforts are carried out with electronic assistance, Google Scholar, in other applications. Our analysis then involves coding the system, evaluating, and interpreting the data in depth to produce valid and reliable findings. We conducted this study in a qualitative data review design on publications published from 2010 to 2021 to find the most recent data. Based on the discussion of the findings data, it can be concluded that these findings have answered several questions, including that the management of Islamic education institutions appreciates and appreciates the use of digital technology or websites in graduate preparation programs that have the same knowledge and upskills balance between the interests of the world and the preparation for the hereafter.

We tested samples collected from camels, camel workers, and other animals in Sudan and Qatar in 2015 and 2017 for evidence of Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) infection. MERS-CoV antibodies were abundant in Sudan camels, but we found no evidence of MERS-CoV infection in camel workers, other livestock, or bats.

Teacher professionalism is an important component that can determine success in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. In an effort to improve teacher professional competence there are several programs that can be done, one of them is by empowering Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) for PAI teachers. MGMP is an opportunity for teachers to be able to develop themselves and innovate in developing the quality of learning in the classroom. This research is a literature review that aims to understand MGMP management as an effort to improve the professional competence of PAI teachers. The results of this study are MGMP requires planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring so that the objectives of the MGMP programs can contribute positively to the development of professional competencies for PAI teachers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil kesadaran metakognisi siswa di salah satu SMA swasta di Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIA dan XI MIA yang berjumlah 240 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan stratified propotional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 siswa yang diambil dari kelas X dan XI MIA. Kesadaran metakognisi diukur menggunakan MAI (Metacognitive Awareness Inventory) yang dikembangkan oleh Schraw dan Dennison (1994). Indikator kesadaran metakognisi yang diukur meliputi pengetahuan tentang kognisi (knowledge about cognition) terdiri dari subindikator pengetahuan deklaratif, pengetahuan prosedural, pengetahuan kondisional dan indikator regulasi kognisi (regulation of cognition) terdiri dari subindikator perencanaan, strategi manajemen informasi, monitoring pemahaman, strategi prediksi dan evaluasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesadaran metakognisi siswa secara umum sebesar 73,94% (baik). Indikator pengetahuan tentang kognisi siswa dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 62,99% dengan subindikator pengetahuan deklaratif 76,25% (baik), pengetahuan prosedural 74,79% (baik), pengetahuan kondisional 37,92% (kurang). Indikator pengetahuan tentang regulasi kognisi dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 73,51% dengan subindikator perencanaan 69,64% (baik), strategi manajemen informasi 71,42% (baik), monitoring pemahaman 75,24% (baik), strategi prediksi 79,33% (baik), dan evaluasi 71,94% (baik).

Education is not only the effort to develop cognitive aspect of student but also it tries to develop aspect of affective and psycomotor. Students are expected to have good behavior that is shown by strong spirituality. In developing student’s religious character, school implement the management based on spiritual quotient to help students do religious values. The development of religious character for student is important because in this era there are many immoralities that caused by some factors especially in their environment. The researcher as a partisipative observer to collect data at SMAN 1 Grogol Kediri. The method of collecting data include observation, interview, and documentation. Then, the technique of analysis data use reduction and taking conclusion. The result of research shown that school implement management based on spiritual quotient through some religious programs that is introduced in student’s orientation, learning process in the class that is intregated by character value, and the existence of SKI and subject character of nation. The series of activity in the school can make them to have habitual to implement religious value, therefore it can develop their religious character. In implementing mangement based on Spiritual Quotient also appear some obstacles, therefore school commitee efforts to do straightening for achieving better result.

Background: Research on rehabilitation for falls after stroke is warranted. However, published evidence on fall interventions with stroke survivors is limited and these are mainly international studies that may be less relevant for Southeast Asia.Objective: This review aims to systematically identify literature related to stroke rehabilitation for falls and risk of falls in Southeast Asia.Methods: A scoping review with stakeholders' consultation was implemented. An electronic search was conducted up to December 2020 on 4 databases (Medline, CINAHL, Scopus, ASEAN Citation Index). Only original studies conducted in Southeast Asia were selected.Results: The initial search yielded 3,112 articles, however, only 26 were selected in the final analysis. Most of the articles focused on physical rehabilitation and implemented conventional therapies. While the literature may reflect practice in Southeast Asia, stakeholders perceived that the literature was inadequate to show true practice, was not informative and missed several aspects such as functional, cognitive, and psychological interventions in managing falls. Individual-centric interventions dominated the review while community-based and environmental-focused studies were limited. Majority of the articles were written by physiotherapists while others were from physicians, occupational therapists, and an engineer but few from other healthcare practitioners (i.e., speech therapists, psychologists) or disciplines interested in falls.Conclusions: Falls prevention among stroke survivors has received a lack of attention and is perceived as an indirect goal in stroke rehabilitation in Southeast Asia. More innovative research adopted from falls research with older people is needed to advance falls prevention and intervention practice with stroke survivors.

This study investigates the types of directive speech acts employed by English teachers in online classroom interaction with their students. In addition, the study details the frequency with which teachers in the third grade of SD IT Widya Cendekia use directive speech acts in the context of online learning and classroom interactions. As a descriptive research method, this analysis was designed. The information gleaned from the English class video recording through the Microsoft team application as a learning tool. According to Yule's theory of directive speech act, video recordings were used to capture data for analysis. The study employed Miles and Huberman (1994) qualitative approach to data analysis. According to the findings of this study of teachers' use of directive speech acts in online learning contexts, only 7 of 62 directive utterances were classified as commands, nine as requests, two as suggestions, two as invites, and one as a warning. Besides, the request kind of directive is employed by English teachers in online classroom interactions at a significantly higher frequency than any other form of directive speech acts.

Upacara ritual adat kelahiran merupan tindakan yang dilakukan sebelum maupun sesudah proses kelahiran yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat berdasarkan adat yang belaku di suatu daerah tertentu. Upacara ritual adat kelahiran dilakukan secara turun temurun oleh masyarakat setempat. Setiap kegiatan upacara adat yang dilakukan demi kesejahteraan keberlangsungan hidup bayi. Beragam tumbuhan digunakan dalam upacara adat kelahairan. Masyarakat Desa Banmati merupakan masyarakat yang masih menggunakan tumbuhan-tumbuhan sebagai bahan prosesi upacara ritual adat kelahiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tumbuh-tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan upacara adat kelahiran, cara penggunaan tumbuhan dalam upacara adat kelahiran, dan cara memperoleh tumbuhan yang digunakan dalam adat kelahiran oleh masyarakat Banmati. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui wawancara Semi-Stuctured. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 14 spesies tumbuhan yang digunakan pada prosesi upacara adat oleh masyarakat Banmati kabupaten Sukoharjo.
