Dette er en oppgave i samarbeid med verdens ledende sjømatselskap, Mowi. Formålet med oppgaven er å utføre en RCM-analyse på fiskemerden Midgard system, og deretter foreslå et vedlikeholdsprogram. Mowi ønsker å bruke oppgaven og analysen som en "pilot" for framtidige analyser, samt til å utfordre vedlikeholdsprogrammet som er satt av leverandør av Midgard system. For å oppnå dette har gruppen jobbet mot fire resultatmål: 1. Gjennomføre ståstedsanalyse på eksisterende vedlikeholdskonsept 2. Evaluere vedlikeholdsprogram på fiskemerden Midgard system 3. RCM-analyse på fiskemerden Midgard system 4. Suksesskriterier og suksessfaktorer for vellykket implementering av vedlikeholdsprogram Midgard system består av flytekrage og not. Etter forespørsel fra Mowi ble det også inkludert bunnring og vinsj i analysen. Analysen skulle derfor ta for seg de overordnede enhetene flytekrage, not, bunnring og vinsj. For å kunne besvare resultatmålene ble kvalitative metoder benyttet under innhenting av informasjon. Dette inkluderte intervju, befaring og analysering av relevante dokument. Gjennom oppgaven diskuteres det flere gjennomføringsmetodikker for RCM-analyse. Gruppen valgte å gjennomføre analysen ved hjelp av standard NEK IEC 60300-3-11. Det ble analysert totalt 27 enheter i RCM-analysen, og til sammen 122 svikter. Antall svikter som fikk kritikalitet lav var 43, middels 62 og høy 17. Det er 49 svikter som er blitt tildelt vedlikeholdsaktivitet A - Periodisk test/inspeksjon, 0 svikter fikk B - Evaluering, 3 svikter fikk C - Periodisk overhaling/service, 0 svikter fikk D - Periodisk utskifting, 4 svikter fikk E - Tilstandskontroll og 66 svikter fikk F - Planlagt korrektivt vedlikehold. Sviktmekanismene og/eller sviktårsakene som forekommer flest ganger i RCM-analysen er slitasje, overlast, korrosjon og mekanisk skade/eksterne krefter. Gjennom oppgaven har gruppen besvart resultatmålene. Resultatmål 3 er direkte knyttet opp mot problemstillingen. Basert på RCM-analysen har gruppen foreslått et vedlikeholdsprogram, samt kritikalitetsvurdert alle svikter som ble analysert. Vedlikeholdsprogrammet er noe ufullstendig pga. mangel på dokumentasjon. Dette gjelder for oppgaveintervall på vedlikeholdsaktivitetene. Samtidig gir oppgaven Mowi forutsetninger for å sette oppgaveintervall når de får samlet nok dokumentasjon. Dokumentasjonen gjelder avvikshistorikk, levetid på enheter, midlere nedetid og PF-intervall. Dette blir presentert som videre arbeid og anbefalinger til Mowi. This bachelor thesis is written in collaboration with the world's leading seafood company Mowi. The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to conduct an RCM-analysis of the net pen Midgard system, and then propose a maintenance program. Mowi wants to use the thesis and the analysis as a "pilot" for future analyses, as well as challenge the maintenance program, set by the supplier of the Midgard system. To achieve this, the group has worked towards four performance objectives: 1. Create a situation analysis on the existing maintenance concept 2. Evaluate the maintenance program for the net pen Midgard system 3. RCM-analysis of the net pen Midgard system 4. Success criteria and success factors for successful implementation of a maintenance program Midgard system consists of a buoyancy ring and a net. At the request of Mowi, the winch system and sinker tube were also included in the analysis. The analysis should therefore include the superior units bouyancy ring, net, sinker tube and the winch system. To answer the performance objectives, the group used qualitative methods in gathering information. This included interviews, site inspection and document analysis. In the thesis, several methodologies for RCM analyses were discussed, and the group chose to carry out the analysis using Standard NEK IEC 60300-3-11. A total of 27 units were analyzed in the RCM analysis, this included a total of 122 failures. Number of failures that received criticality low were 43, medium 62 and high 17. There were 49 failures assigned to maintenance activity A - Periodic test/inspection, 0 failures received B - Evaluation, 3 failures received C - Periodic overhaul/service, 0 failures received D - Periodic replacement, 4 failures received E - Condition monitoring and 66 failures received F - Scheduled corrective maintenance. The failure mechanisms and/or causes of failure that occur most often in the RCM analysis are wear, overload, corrosion and mechanical damage/external forces. Through the thesis, the group have answered the performance objectives. Performance objective 3 is directly linked to the main purpose. Based on the RCM analysis, the group have proposed a maintenance program, as well as assigned all failures in the analysis with a criticality rating. The maintenance program is somewhat incomplete due to a lack of documentation. This applies to the task interval for the maintenance activities. At the same time, the thesis gives Mowi the prerequisites to set task intervals when they have collected enough documentation. The documentation applies to deviation history, lifespan of units, average downtime and PF-interval. This is presented as further work and recommendations for Mowi.
