ObjectiveThis study aims to conducting a survey on the consumption of nine pilot edible and medicinal substances including Codonopsis pilosula and etc.， and provides a basis for supplementing the database of food safety assessment.MethodsNineteen cities in Guangdong Province were selected as sample sites from 2019 to 2021. Healthy individuals aged 18 years and above who had the habit of eating traditional local food such as soup ingredients were selected as candidate subjects. A food frequency questionnaire was applied for collecting information on the consumption of the nine pilot edible and medicinal substances over the past 12 months.ResultsThis study enrolled a total of 6 233 participants， with 49.2% male and 50.8% female. Among the study population， the consumption rates of the nine pilot edible and and medicinal substances ranged from 0.8% to 55.3%， The consumption rates from high to low are as follows： Codonopsis pilosula（Franch.）Nannf.（55.3%）， Astragalus membranaceus （Fisch.） Bge.var.mongholicus （Bge.） Hsiao （47.4%）， Panax quinquefolium L. （41.5%）， Ganoderma lucidum （Leyss. Ex Fr.）Karst. （dry） （30%）， Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo （24.1%）， Gastrodia elata B1. （16%）， Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo （wet） （4.8%）， Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma （2.6%）， Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. （1.3%）， Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc. （0.8%）. Among the consumer population， the primary mode of consumption for the nine pilot edible and medicinal substances is indirect， accounting for 82.6% to 95.1%. The average monthly consumption frequency ranges from 0.8 to 2.2 times per month. The mean consumption quantity per occasion for the selected dried food-medicinal substances ranges from 7.4 to 11.9 grams， However， the mean consumption quantity per occasion for Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo （wet） is 41.9 grams.ConclusionThere are significant differences in the consumption rates of the nine pilot edible and medicinal substances among adults in the 19 municipalities of Guangdong province. The consumption quantity per occasion is high in some substances such as Codonopsis pilosula（Franch.）Nannf.， Astragalus membranaceus （Fisch.） Bge.var.mongholicus （Bge.） Hsiao. It is recommended to further scientifically evaluate the usage and dosage of these food-medicinal substances and make public education on the correct consumption of food for residents.

In order to reduce costs and environmental hazards, this article explores a new synthesis method for preparing NaY zeolite using water quenching residue as the raw material. The effects of the crystallisation time, crystallisation temperature, n(SiO₂)/n(Al₂O₃) ratio and n(Na₂O)/n(Al₂O₃) ratio on the crystallisation of NaY zeolite were investigated, and an ideal synthetic route was obtained. The physical and chemical properties of the prepared NaY zeolite were characterised by XRD, SEM, STEM, FTIR and other methods. In order to understand the adsorption performance of the prepared Y zeolite, different adsorption isotherm models were studied at 30 °C, 60 °C, 90 °C and 0 to 1 bar. At these three temperatures, NaY zeolite has a much higher adsorption capacity for CO₂ than N₂. The Toth equation fits well the CO₂ adsorption of NaY zeolite. The BET test calculates that the micropore specific surface area of NaY zeolite is 838.88m²/g. The range of the zeolite micropores is mainly between 0.35∼0.45nm. The NaY zeolite obtained by the technical route reported in this study has high crystallinity, a uniform particle size, high thermal stability, and excellent CO₂ adsorption performance under flue gas conditions, and will have potential applications in the CO₂ capture in steel plant flue gas prospect

Global prevalence of HCV infection was 0.9% in 2015. With the comprehensive rollout of viral hepatitis elimination efforts, the global prevalence of HCV infection has been reduced to 0.7% by 2020. However, there are still approximately 58 million people living with HCV globally and 15 million newly-diagnosed infections annually ，with 300 000 deaths per year. In 2019, the number of reported newly-diagnosed HCV cases in China reached 625 000, with an age-adjusted incidence rate of 55(47.5－63.2) per million. An epidemiological survey of serum samples in China in 2006 showed that the prevalence of HCV infection in the country was about 0.43%. Data in 2016 indicated that there were 45 300 HCV-related deaths in China, which was the region with highest mortality risk globally. Objective·To investigate the effect of F-box only protein 38 (FBXO38) on the ocular melanoma proliferation and the potential regulatory pathway.Methods·Human skin cutaneous melanoma A375 and human uveal melanoma OMM2.3 cell lines with FBXO38 knockdown and overexpression were constructed by FBXO38 short hairpin RNA (shRNA) and FBXO38 overexpression plasmids respectively. Knockdown and overexpression efficiency of FBXO38 at transcription and protein levels were verified by using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blotting. The effects of FBXO38 on melanoma cell proliferation were detected through clonal formation assay, BrdU immunofluorescence staining and CCK8 cell proliferation assay. By using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, differentially expressed genes were analyzed in the high and low expression groups of FBXO38. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment was performed to reveal the signaling pathways associated with FBXO38. The yield of three disinfection byproduct formation potentials (DBPFPs), including trichloromethane, dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid formation potential (TCMFP, DCAAFP and TCAAFP), by Microcystis aeruginosa under the nitrate and phosphate inhibition conditions was investigated. The results showed that excessive nitrate could inhibit the growth of M. aeruginosa, but the concentration of DBPFPs in the five fractions of algal metabolites, including hydrophilic extracellular organic matter (EOM), hydrophobic EOM, hydrophilic intracellular organic matter, hydrophobic intracellular organic matter and cell debris, only decreased slightly. Accordingly, the productivity of DBPFPs by M. aeruginosa increased by approximately 40% under the nitrate inhibition condition and the increased productivity of DBPFPs mainly came from EOM. The phosphate inhibition also performed a similar pattern with a lesser extent. The nutrient inhibition did not change the proportion of these three DPBFPs, and TCMFP accounted for approximately 87% of the total DBPFPs. The inhibition could promote M. aeruginosa to secrete more metabolites. However, the cyanobacteria tended to secrete more DBPFPs under the nitrate inhibition condition, which resulted in an increased specific DBPFP, while they tended to secrete more non-DBPFPs under the phosphate inhibition condition, which resulted in a decreased specific DBPFP. HIGHLIGHTS DBPFPs mainly came from a hydrophilic fraction in extracellular organic matter and a hydrophobic fraction in intracellular organic matter.; Nutrient inhibition enhanced the productivity of DBPFP by M. aeruginosa.; Nutrient inhibition promoted M. aeruginosa to secrete more metabolites.; Specific DBPFPs increased with nitrate inhibition and decreased with phosphate inhibition.;

To further standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions of radioiodine refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (RAIR-DTC) in China, it is urgent to establish clinical diagnosis and treatment management guidelines based on evidence-based medical data to scientifically guide the diagnosis and treatment of RAIR-DTC. By referring to the World Health Organization Guidelines Development Manual andfollowing the protocol of devising evidence-based guidelines, we have registered and written the prospectus of Guidelines for the Diagnosis, Treatment, and Management of Iodine Refractory Differentiated Thyroid Cancer. We will also develop and release official guidance documents. This guidelines prospectus mainly introduces the significance, purpose, target population, user population, guidelines formulation team members, collection and determination of clinical issues and outcome indicators, acquisition, evaluation, and synthesis of evidence, as well as generation of recommendations and other guidelines formulation methods and processes of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis, Treatment, and Management of Iodine Refractory Differentiated Thyroid Cancer.

To improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges and universities, it is necessary to reform and innovate their education management mode, and education can truly promote social development only by promoting the harmonious development of personality. This paper constructs a personalized education management and top talent cultivation model based on the framework of multiple intelligences theory and establishes an evaluation index system to assess its implementation effect. The hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the weights of the indicators, and then the implementation effect of the management and cultivation model is assessed through the multilevel gray comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation of the implementation effect of the higher vocational colleges and universities found that the average score of the implementation effect evaluation of the four higher vocational colleges and universities is between 3.94 and 4.59 points, which is at a high level, indicating that the implementation effect of personalized education management and top talent cultivation model is better. It is also found that students in higher vocational colleges and universities are more satisfied with the teaching method, management method, curriculum, and cultivation objectives. The model improvement suggestions put forward in this paper from the perspective of students provide valuable references for educational administrators and teachers of higher vocational colleges and universities so that students in higher vocational colleges and universities can achieve the desired effect of cultivating top-notch talents.

In this study, the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies with performance analysis software facilitates the selection of optimal indoor space layouts for settlement buildings. This is achieved through the use of information modeling and visualization tools to assess various aspects such as sunlight exposure, lighting conditions, architectural parameters, and energy consumption across different building layouts. A virtual environment was created using BIM and VR, within which the collision detection algorithm was refined using a chime-playing test scenario to enhance the quality control of 3D models. At 5000 triangular slices, the detection algorithm optimized in this study demonstrated a real-time performance that is 19 milliseconds faster than that of the comparative algorithm. Furthermore, in scenarios involving micro-speed air exchange, an open window area of 30 square meters facilitated an air volume of 250,168, indicating both economic and practical benefits. The overall satisfaction with interior design and spatial arrangement achieved through BIM and VR integration consistently exceeds 80%, underscoring the synergistic potential and future-oriented trajectory of combining these technologies.

The development of the transportation industry can effectively accelerate the speed of economic development, in which bridges occupy an important position in transportation. The safety of the bridge design and construction process is a key part of bridge construction, and relying on human resources to investigate safety hazards greatly affects efficiency. In this paper, we combine deep learning technology and the BIM model to explore the synergistic effect of both on the quality management of the bridge construction phase and analyze the measured data. The results show that the application of the BIM model can improve efficiency by 35% compared with the traditional 2D CAD drawings, and the accuracy of data analysis can be improved by 12.51% and 14.26% for DNN and DBN models based on deep learning, respectively. The addition of the GSO algorithm leads to a further 19.19% improvement in the training accuracy of the coupled model. Finally, the optimization model was used to analyze the load factors and force majeure factors that affect the safety of the bridge, and to find the structural factors that affect the safety of the bridge design, which guides to ensure the quality of the bridge during the construction process.

This article examines the syntactic structure of long gei passives in Mandarin Chinese and argues against the prepositional analysis of gei in long passives. Refining the ditransitive verb analysis of Lin and Huang (2015), we propose that gei is an object-control verb which selects a vP complement rather than a CP or IP complement. By providing supporting evidence for the vP analysis through drawing a parallel from object preposing, we show that long gei passives behave on a par with sentences with verbs involving vP complementation like changshi ‘try’, not with those involving IP complementation like jihua ‘plan’. We also show that the ditransitive analysis is supported by syntactic parallels between long gei passives and typical ditransitive sentences in terms of transformation into pseudo-clefts and topicalization of the outer object. The result of this research suggests that two types of object-control structures should be distinguished. One of them involves an IP complement taken by verbs like qiangpo ‘force’, while the other involves a vP complement taken by gei/bei in long passives.

The high-precision time synchronization of each node in the power distribution field network is an important technical support for realizing real-time and refined business. For the power distribution field network based on high-speed power line broadband carrier communication, a step-by-step precision time synchronization strategy is designed. Firstly, the clock of the central node is calibrated in real-time by the communication master station through the long-distance communication network and used as the master clock of the field network. Secondly, relying on the low latency, the broadcast mechanism, and the network time base of the field network, the time and frequency of the clocks of each node in the network are accurately monitored and their deviations are obtained. Thirdly, the clock frequency is adjusted by re-calibrating the temperature compensation coefficient of the node clock, so that the node time is gradually synchronized within a timing cycle. Finally, the time synchronization performances of the field network are tested in the laboratory and job site. The test results show that the time synchronization accuracy of the field network is within ±0.23 s during a day, which is 28% higher than that of the power distribution field network based on narrowband power line carrier, and these phenomena of time gap or time repetition are avoided in the time synchronization process.

The inevitable environmental degradation resulting from rapid economic development is a crucial factor. Economic development is closely tied to the demand for energy, and sustainable development reduces environmental pollution and alleviates energy shortages. The environmental benefits brought about by sustainable development, in turn, positively impact economic growth. Therefore, sustainable development is indispensable. The strategic approaches to sustainable development in China and the United States differ due to their respective national conditions. This article also delves into the disparities in the sustainable development strategies between China and the U.S. China’s sustainable development leans towards technological advancement, energy conservation, and environmental protection, while the U.S. prioritizes addressing social inequality. Post-COVID-19 pandemic, the sustainable development strategies of China and the U.S. have become increasingly apparent. The article explores what sustainable development strategies China and the U.S. have chosen post-pandemic to swiftly recover their economies. It also analyzes the characteristics of social inequality in China and the U.S., noting that China’s economic inequality is regional, whereas the economic inequality in the U.S. stems from differences in educational attainment. The article further proposes solutions for these economic inequalities. In sustainable development strategies, despite differing national conditions, addressing economic inequality is a crucial component. China requires balancing the allocation of resources across its regions, while the U.S. needs to alleviate wealth disparities resulting from educational differences and address the issue of higher education accessibility.

The rise and fall of the Chinese stock market has been the subject of many studies since its inception. However, the recurring uncertainty of the broad market and individual stocks has overturned many people’s perceptions of the financial market. This paper explores the principles of the rise and fall of individual stocks under certain conditions, starting from Samuelson’s phenomenon of backward bending of the price supply curve for oil and labour, and proposes a methodology for stock market investment based on this principle. The results of the study show that the rise of stock prices is often characterized by a rapid jump. An important factor related to this is the interest rate of private lending. The rise and fall of private lending rates affect the expected return on stock market investment funds and has an important impact on stock market investment. Therefore, in the absence of a qualitative change in the stock’s texture, the medium-term rate of increase is the key to judging the stock price’s later trend. The results of this study provide a new direction to think about when judging the short- and medium-term stock price movements.

ObjectiveTo provide data basis for improving the accuracy of food safety risk assessment in China， the cooking coefficients of five toxic metals in marine fish was studied.MethodsBased on the consumption of 19 kinds of marine fish in Guangdong province， samples were divided into steamed， fried， roasted group and a control group （raw fish）. ObjectiveTo evaluate the chronic and acute exposure risk of the 13 commonly used pesticides in local tea samples in Guangdong Province， so as to provide the basis and technical support for production supervision and consumption， and provide data for the revision of maximum residue limits （MRLs）.Methods110 local tea samples were collected from the year 2017—2020， and 13 pesticide residues were detected and quantified following the GB 23200.113-2018 method based on GC-MS/MS. Acute and chronic cumulative risk assessment were calculated using hazard index （HI） approach.Results8 kinds of pesticides in 110 local tea samples were detected in which the detection rates and the residue levels of bifenthrin， fenpropathrin and cypermethrin were the highest. The cumulative chronic and acute exposure levels of bifenthrin， fenpropathrin and cypermethrin to tea intake of Guangdong residents were 4.87×10-5 mg/（kg bw·d） and 4.79×10-3 mg/（kg bw·d）， accounting for 89.09% and 86.01% of the total pesticide exposure， respectively. The chronic and acute exposure level of males were higher than females， and urban residents were higher than rural residents. For all the pesticides detected， their chronic and acute cumulative hazard indexes were 3.69×10-3 and 4.66×10-1， respectively， which indicated that the risk was low.ConclusionThe chronic and acute dietary exposure risk of pesticide residues from local tea were both low， but pesticide residues in Guangdong province were common， so the application and management of pesicides in local tea should be further strengthened.

ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemiological characteristics of Bongkrekic Acid poisoning due to contamination of nonfermented rice noodle products in Guangdong Province, and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control of Bongkrekic Acid poisoning.MethodsEpidemiological characteristics of Bongkrekic Acid poisoning in Guangdong Province were analyzed using descriptive epidemiological method.ResultA total of 5 Bongkrekic Acid poisoning events due to contamination of nonfermented rice noodle products were reported in Guangdong Province, including 21 cases and 9 deaths. The case fatality was 42.9%. The major clinical manifestation included vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. The Bongkrekic Acid poisoning events mainly occurred during the third and fourth quarters. The food products involved in the 5 events were wet starch products or wet rice products mass-produced by food processing plants. Different from traditional nonfermented rice noodle products in Guangdong Province, these involved food products were added with a large amount of starch, using sodium dehydroacetate, and stored at room temperature for more than 24 hours, but there was no noticeable spoilage.ConclusionThe 5 nonfermented rice noodle products poisoning events were rare Bongkrekic Acid poisoning events caused by processed foods. It is urgent to further analyze the corresponding potential risks in the production and operation of nonfermented rice noodle products, as well as propose the targeted control measures. At the same time, the food safety education should be strengthened. Wet rice noodles and wet starch products should be stored in cold storage and should be sold or consumed within the shelf life.

ObjectiveTo analyze the intake and source of fat and fatty acids of urban residents in Guangdong Province.MethodsResidents aged 3 years and above were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method in 5 cities in Guangdong Province from 2017 to 2018, and non-continuous 3 d-24 h retrospective survey was conducted to collect the dietary intake information of the respondents.ResultsThe average daily energy intake and fat intake of urban residents in Guangdong Province were 1671.9 kcal and 69.2 g, and the energy proportion contributed from fat was 39.4%. The energy proportion contributed from fat of urban residents in big cities was higher than that in small and medium-sized cities (39.9% vs 39.0%, P < 0.05). 1.6% of the residents’ energy proportion contributed from fat was lower than 20%, 14.8% of the residents' proportion met the standard, and 83.6% of the residents’ proportion was 20%-30%. Fat intake mainly came from animal food (52.8%) and vegetable oil (30.9%). BackgroundFibrosis of the myocardium is one of the main pathological changes of adverse cardiac remodeling, which is associated with unsatisfactory outcomes in patients with heart disease. Further investigations into the precise molecular mechanisms of cardiac fibrosis are urgently required to seek alternative therapeutic strategies for individuals suffering from heart failure. SMOC2 has been shown to be essential to exert key pathophysiological roles in various physiological processes in vivo, possibly contributing to the pathogenesis of fibrosis. A study investigating the relationship between SMOC2 and myocardial fibrosis has yet to be conducted.MethodsMice received a continuous ISO injection subcutaneously to induce cardiac fibrosis, and down-regulation of SMOC2 was achieved by adeno-associated virus-9 (AAV9)-mediated shRNA knockdown. Neonatal fibroblasts were separated and cultured in vitro with TGFβ to trigger fibrosis and infected with either sh-SMOC2 or sh-RNA as a control. The role and mechanisms of SMOC2 in myocardial fibrosis were further examined and analyzed.ResultsSMOC2 knockdown partially reversed cardiac functional impairment and cardiac fibrosis in vivo after 21 consecutive days of ISO injection. We further demonstrated that targeting SMOC2 expression effectively slowed down the trans-differentiation and collagen deposition of cardiac fibroblasts stimulated by TGFβ. Mechanistically, targeting SMOC2 expression inhibited the induction of ILK and p38 in vivo and in vitro, and ILK overexpression increased p38 phosphorylation activity and compromised the protective effects of sh-SMOC2-mediated cardiac fibrosis.ConclusionTherapeutic SMOC2 silencing alleviated cardiac fibrosis through inhibition of the ILK/p38 signaling, providing a preventative and control strategy for cardiac remodeling management in clinical practice.

ObjectiveTo investigate the factors of 30-day survival in ECMO patients, establish a nomogram model, and evaluate the predictive value of the model.MethodsA total of 105 patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) were admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine, The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, from January 2018 to March 2021. Cox regression analysis screened out the risk factors. Based on the results of multivariate analysis, the nomogram model was established by using R software, and the discrimination of the model was verified by bootstrap and calibration.ResultsThe results showed that sex, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE) II score, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) score before ECMO initiation and average daily dose of norepinephrine were independent risk factors for prognosis. Verify that the nomogram model is verified by bootstrap internally, and the corrected C-index is C-index: 0.886, showing a good degree of discrimination. The calibration curve (calibration) showed that the nomogram model had good agreement. The decision curve analysis(DCA) curve shows good clinical validity above the two extreme curves. Kaplan–Meier curves were drawn for patients in the tertile and compared with the first and second groups. The third group predicted the worst 30-day prognosis for ECMO patients.ConclusionThe nomogram prediction model constructed based on the sex, APACHE II and DIC score, average daily dose of norepinephrine can effectively screen out the factors affecting the prognosis and provide a reference for individualized treatment of ECMO patients.

The band gap of two-dimensional (2D) materials become a hot issue for photoelectric detection. Recently, public attention is thoroughly aroused as to the remarkable electrical transport characteristic and super photoresponse of 2D graphdiyne. The simulation results show that the photoresponse can be adjusted in various solutions based on the graphdiyne nanosheets with different sizes and thicknesses. Based on few-layered graphdiyne nanosheets prepared by a liquid-phase exfoliation method, a photoelectrochemical (PEC)-type few-layered graphdiyne photodetector is demonstrated in this paper. A group of PEC tests are carried out in neutral solution to verify the simulation results. The as-prepared graphdiyne photodetector possesses high photocurrent density, effective responsivity and excellent cycle stability in condition of KCl electrolyte and solar illuminance. The detectivity of the PEC-type graphdiyne photodetector can be easy to adjust by altering electrolyte concentration and other corresponding parameters, which indicates the proposed equipment can be a good candidate for photoelectric detection.

In order to improve the quality of quinoa noodles and inhibit the negative effect of rancid taste caused by oil oxidation on noodles in processing quinoa powder,the defatting treatment of quinoa powder was introduced,and the volatile substances in common noodles,quinoa noodles,defatted quinoa noodles and their soups were analyzed.In experiment,n-hexane was used as the leaching solvent for defatting,while the volatile flavor compounds in quinoa noodles and defatted quinoa noodles were detected by solid-phase microextraction technology and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS).Results show that repeated defatting for three times could effectively reduce the oil content of quinoa.Compared with wheat flour,the aldehydes,furans and ketones in the volatile flavor substances of quinoa noodles were increased.The grass and wine taste of quinoa flour products could be reduced by defatting treatment.The ketones and esters in the volatile flavor substances of defatted quinoa flour products showed significant difference.Defatting treatment can improve the flavor of quinoa,and has little effect on the structure of protein and starch in quinoa flour.Thus,it can be applied as a processing method for quinoa in the future.

In this paper, a transcritical carbon dioxide power generation system based on a vortex tube is studied, which has the advantage of the self-condensation of carbon dioxide. The thermodynamic performance of the system was investigated by establishing a mathematical model. The results showed that under fundamental working conditions, the system could output a net power of 271.72 kW, and the thermal efficiency as well as the exergy efficiency of the system could reach 7.38% and 27.09%, respectively. Exergy analysis showed that the turbine had the greatest exergy loss among the system’s components, followed by the vortex tube, pump, heater and cooler. Parameter analysis showed that increasing the outlet pressure and inlet temperature of the vortex tube can improve the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of the system. In addition, the improvement in the turbine component’s efficiency is the most beneficial to the system’s performance, among which the turbine’s efficiency has the greatest impact. Carbon dioxide can be effectively liquified by expanding it in the vortex tube, and its liquefaction ratio increases with the decrease in the vortex tube’s inlet temperature and the increase in the vortex tube’s inlet pressure.

Objective To assess the effect of caries management based on risk assessment in children and to provide the basis for the government to develop strategies to prevent and treat oral diseases. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 512 3-year-old children and 502 6-year-old children were selected by cluster sampling from kindergartens and primary schools, respectively, in the Minhang district of Shanghai, and oral examinations and questionnaires were carried out to assess baseline status. Then, the children were divided into 3 groups, including low-, middle- and high-risk groups, according to caries risk assessment. In each caries risk group, the children were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental groups were managed by risk assessment, and the control groups were provided basic oral public health services by the Shanghai government. The effect of caries prevention was evaluated 12 months later. Results Among the children with a high risk of caries, the incidence of caries was 51.22% in the 3-year-old control group, 34.17% in the experimental group, 51.27% in the 6-year-old control group and 33.15% in the experimental group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Among the children with a middle risk of caries, the incidence of caries was 38.71% in the 3-year-old control group and 7.32% in the experimental group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in caries incidence between the control group and the experimental group for the children with low risk in the 3-year-old or 6-year-old groups and middle risk caries risk in the 6-year-old group. Both 3-year-old and 6-year-old children in the experimental group had a lower risk of caries than those in the observation group in 2019. Conclusion The caries prevention effect is remarkable in high-risk children, and caries management by risk assessment is probably recommended for children with high caries risk.

Abstract Background Valid instruments for measuring physical activity at the low end of the physical activity range and producing quantitative results are required among dialysis patients who are extremely inactive. This study aimed to translate and adapt a Chinese version of the low physical activity questionnaire (LoPAQ) and to examine its reliability and validity among hemodialysis patients. Methods This was a cross-sectional study. The LoPAQ was translated into Chinese and culturally adapted following the standardized questionnaire adaptation process. Participants wore an ActiGraph for seven consecutive days and were asked to complete the Chinese version of the LoPAQ (C-LoPAQ) following the ActiGraph monitoring period. The criterion validity of the C-LoPAQ was examined with accelerometers using Spearman’s correlation coefficients. Bland-Altman plots were adopted to determine the absolute agreement between methods. The test-retest reliability was analyzed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Results Eighty-five hemodialysis patients had valid accelerometers and C-LoPAQ data. Objective To explore the clinical value of new high-throughput drug sensitivity (HDS) screening technology in the individualized medication of relapsed refractory acute myeloid leukemia patients. Methods We collected bone marrow samples of 19 patients with relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia, enriching and culturing leukemic cancer cells by HDS technology. In vitro efficacy evaluation of 15 single drugs and 17 chemotherapy regimens was carried out according to the blood peak concentration corresponding to clinical dose. The drugs and programs were divided into four levels: high, medium, low and insensitive, according to the inhibition rate of cell activity detected and calculated by Celltiter-Glo based chemiluminescence, then we observed the clinical remission rate. Results Among the 19 patients, there were 4 cases of non-remission (NR), 4 cases of complete remission (CR) and 11cases of partial remission (PR), and the overall remission rate was 78.94%. The sensitivity frequency of DAE, DAC, HAD and HD-DA schemes were higher than 68%. Conclusion The high-throughput drug sensitivity screening technology is a rapid, efficient and low-cost detection technology, with good clinical application value in individualized medication of relapsed refractory AML patients, worthy of clinical promotion in the post genomic era.

Buckwheat is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and many other nutrients, especially has higher content of bioflavonoids, chiral inositol, high activity protein and other hypoglycemic factors than other food crops. The purpose of this experiment is to develop health food with hypoglycemic effect for diabetic population so that yogurt and buckwheat can get a better combination. Bulgarian lactobacillus and Streptococcus thermophilus were mixed at 1∶1 as production strains. Single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the yogurt fermentation conditions. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions of fermented yogurt with Tartary buckwheat milk was 30% of tartary buckwheat pulp, 8% of xylitol and 3% of production strains with a 4 hours’ fermentation. The compounding ratio of stabilizer was 0.15% of CMC, 0.10% of carrageenanand 0.05% of xanthan. At the same time, the hypoglycemic factor including 6.55 μg/mL of chiral inositol was, 0.526 mg/mL of flavonoidsand 0.12 g/mL of buckwheat protein was added in the post-ripening process.
