The construction of a new type of power market system structure with new energy as the main body is the direction and goal of China’s power development, and the continuous implementation of the “dual-carbon” goal highlights its importance and urgency. The article is focused on the development stage of the new energy power market and establishes a multidimensional synergistic power market system to adapt to large-scale access to renewable energy sources. A coordinated control strategy for facilitating new energy access to the distribution network is established through the calculation of transient currents in the power grid and the uncertainty of new energy output. Based on the calculation results of the power trading offer and load-side uniform tariff, a clearing and pricing mechanism for large-scale access to new energy sources in the power market is designed based on the consideration of the constraints of energy storage. Example data verify the effectiveness of the mechanism. When the new energy output is 5GW or 10GW, the voltage fluctuation of the power system ranges from 0.5 to 1.5, and the PV new energy output remains unchanged after the fluctuation. The subject benefit obtained from the clearing pricing scenario considering storage charging and discharging rights and capacity rights can be up to 9,428.45 yuan, which is 1.67 times higher than the subject benefit considering only storage charging and discharging rights. The clearing pricing mechanism in the multidimensional synergistic power market system helps to analyze pricing strategies under the new energy access power market and improve the economic benefits of various stakeholders.

Focusing on the complex market environment of Guangdong Province, this research pioneers a model for assimilating external power sources into the intra-provincial power market, a critical move to support the region’s high demand for electricity driven by robust economic activities. Our study innovatively tackles the province’s fluctuating power supply and demand by employing a novel power supply equivalence and co-modulation technique, enhancing system modeling efficiency and computational effectiveness. Comparative evaluations demonstrate that our approach significantly reduces the power market’s purchase costs by 15% while safeguarding power supply stability and security. The proposed model presents a breakthrough in optimizing Guangdong’s power market’s economic and reliability aspects, offering a promising pathway for future market clearing practices.

The access of a high proportion of renewable energy has posed new challenges to the supply reliability of the power system. The system must have sufficient capacity credit to cope with the output fluctuation and randomness of renewable energy. Due to the nonlinear relationship between energy storage capacity credit and power planning results, it is difficult to establish accurate capacity adequacy constraints for traditional power planning methods. Therefore, a generation expansion model is established, in which thermal power, renewable energy, energy storage, and demand response resources are incorporated, with the full-year hourly production simulation to ensure adequate operation flexibility and improved capacity adequacy constraint to incorporate the capacity value of energy storage and demand response resources. An iterative algorithm is designed to solve the nonlinear problem of energy storage capacity credit, and the validity of the model is verified by some regional grid in China. The results show that in the high-proportion renewable energy system, the system capacity is surplus, and the main factor affecting the system cost is the flexibility constraint. The introduction of a small amount of demand response resources can greatly reduce the system cost, which provides new ideas for power system planning at a high proportion of renewable energy.

Influenza, a severe respiratory disease caused by the influenza virus, has long been a prominent threat to human health. An increasing number of studies have demonstrated that oral administration with probiotics may increase the immune response to lung infection via the gut-lung axis leading to the alleviation of the pulmonary disease. In this study, we evaluated the effects of oral administration of Pediococcus pentosaceus MIANGUAN2 (MIANGUAN2) on influenza infection in a mouse model. Our results showed that oral administration of MIANGUAN2 significantly improved weight loss, lung index, and lung pathology, and decreased lung viral load of influenza-infected mice. Additionally, MIANGUAN2-treated mice showed significantly lower levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IFN-γ, and IL-12p70 and higher production of IL-4 in the lung. In accordance with this, the transcriptome analysis of the lung indicated that MIANGUAN2-treated mice had reduced expression of inflammation markers, such as TNF, apoptosis, and the NF-Kappa B pathway. Furthermore, the administration of MIANGUAN2 restored the SCFAs profiles through regulating the gut microbiota. SCFA-producing bacteria, such as p_Firmicutes, f_Lachnospiraceae, and f_Ruminococcaceae, were enriched in the MIANGUAN2-treated group compared with PBS-treated group. Consistently, the concentrations of SCFAs in the MIANGUAN2 group were significantly higher than those in the PBS-treated group. In addition, the concentrations of SCFAs were positively correlated with SCFA-producing bacteria, such as Ruminococcus, while being negatively correlated with the virial titers and proinflammatory cytokines. In conclusion, this animal study suggests that Pediococcus pentosaceus MIANGUAN2 may alleviate the influenza infection by altering the gut microbiota composition and increasing the levels of gut microbiota-derived SCFAs. Dynamic load produced in the working process of ultra-high pressure compressor is an important factor affecting the strength and life, and the coupling between thermal load and mechanical load is very serious. Based on the finite element method, this paper establishes the dynamic model of thermal load of ultra-high pressure cylinder up to 52 MPa in working cycle, predicts the functional relationship between dynamic response and steady-state response, and gives its action rule through the simulation analysis of cold start and hot start. The model can also be used to check the dangerous area of cylinder and optimize the structure of cylinder.

To investigate effects of precise millisecond time delay detonation on the layered blasting in a single well completion, the millisecond time between holes within the layer was determined by theoretical calculation, and the JH-2 rock model was used in LS-DYNA software to simulate the precise delayed layered detonation in a single well completion blasting of large-diameter deep holes. Blasting effects of two types of delay time were compared, and the process of rock damage evolution in the wellbore was analyzed, finally field tests were conducted to verify the delay time parameters. The numerical calculation results revealed that through considering a comprehensive analysis of the dynamic rock damage process, the characteristic cross-sectional area of the blasting chamber, and the extent of rock damage, a delay time of 18 ms between layers of blasting proved to be more effective. The optimal delay time was determined by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations. Both field tests and numerical simulations demonstrated that the wellbore formation closely matched in the selected cross-sectional area characteristics, with a similarity ranging from 83.4% to 96.6% and an average similarity of 92.4%. This study highlights that the precise millisecond time delay layered blasting method, obtained through the combination of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and field tests (referred to as the "trinity analysis method"), providing reliable and accurate results. With the growth of electricity consumers purchasing green energy and the development of digital energy trading platforms, the role of digitalized retail electricity markets in the low-carbon transition of electric energy systems is becoming increasingly crucial. In this circumstance, the research work on retail electricity markets needs to be further analyzed and expanded, which would facilitate the efficient decision-making of both market players and policymakers. First, this paper introduces the latest developments in the retail electricity market under low-carbon energy transition and analyzes the limitations of the existing research works. Second, from three aspects of power trading strategy, retail pricing methodology, and market risk management, it provides an overview of the existing operation and mechanism design strategies of the retail electricity market; then, it provides a systematic introduction to the evaluation system and monitoring methodology of electricity markets, which is not sufficient for the current digitalized retail electricity markets. Finally, the issues regarding operation evaluation and platform optimization of the current digitalized retail electricity market are summarized, and the research topics worth further investigations are recommended.
