Objective To investigate the effect of collateral-dredging tendon-strengthening exercise on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods A convenience sample of 140 patients undergoing spinal surgery under general anesthesia were included as research objects. According to the ward distribution, 77 cases (55 cases of lumbar surgery and 22 cases of cervical spine surgery) from east area of wards were recruited as the observation group, and 63 cases (50 cases of lumbar surgery and 23 cases of cervical spine surgery) form west area of wards were included as the control group. The routine 5-step manual exercise was adopted in the controlgroup, and collateral-dredging tendon-strengthening exercise combined with 5-step manual exercise was carried out in the observation group. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of postoperative pain and Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score were compared between two groups. Results The VAS score was decreased at two weeks after surgery, and VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The JOA score was increased at two weeks after surgery, and JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The collateral-dredging tendon-strengthening exercise is effective to relieve the postoperative pain, symptoms and signs of patients undergoing spinal surgery. It is a cost-effectiveness and easy-to-operate exercise for postoperative recovery of spinal surgery. (目的 探讨通络强筋护脊操在脊柱术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法 采取便利抽样方法, 选取科室2022年1月—12月行全麻下脊柱手术患者140例为研究对象。根据病区划分, 东区55例腰椎手术患者和22例颈椎手术患者设为观察组, 西区50例腰椎手术患者和13例颈椎手术患者设为对照组。对照组术后按常规指导卧床患者五步徒手锻炼法, 观察组在常规基础上指导行通络强筋护脊操锻炼。于入院时、术后2周分别行疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分和日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分, 比较两组患者疼痛改善情况和功能障碍恢复情况。结果 术后2周, 两组疼痛VAS评分均下降, 且观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。术后2周, 两组患者JOA评分均上升, 且观察组患者JOA评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 通络强筋护脊操对脊柱手术患者术后疼痛、专科症状及体征均有较好的改善作用, 既能节约治疗费用, 又简便易行, 值得借鉴。)

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and inflammatory indicators of hospitalized patients infected with Omicron BA.5.2 variant, and screen for possible prognostic diagnostic markers. Methods We retrospectively collected clinical data from hospitalized patients with Omicron BA.5.2 variant infection admitted to the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from August 1 to November 30, 2022. The patients were divided into mild, common, severe, and critically ill patient groups based on the severity of the disease. The differences in clinical data between the four groups were compared, and binary logistic regression was used to analyze inflammation indicators related to the severity of the disease. Multiple logistic regression method and receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve were used to analyze the correlation between various indicators and patient prognosis, as well as the evaluation value for disease severity and prognosis. Results A total of 3006 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included, including 1522 males (50.63%) and 1484 females (49.37%), with an average age of (58.72±18.01)(14-96) years. According to the severity of the disease, they were classified into mild (40.98%, 1232/3006), ordinary (52.56%, 1580/3006), severe (4.26%, 128/3006), and critically severe (2.20%, 66/3006) groups.There were a significant differences(all P < 0.01) in the merging of underlying diseases including cardiac disease, diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, lung disease, malignant tumor, brain disease, viral hepatitis and autoimmune disease among each group. During the hospitalization period, a total of 74 cases (2.43%) died, including 46 cases of severe illness (63.01%), 19 cases of severe illness (26.03%), 7 cases of ordinary illness (9.60%), and 2 cases of mild illness (2.74%). The proportion of death patients aged≥70 years old was 75.68%(56/74), and all deaths were among those with underlying diseases. C-reactive protein(CRP) and albumin levels were independent risk factors for disease severity, and CRP was significantly positively correlated with disease severity(P=0.002), while albumin levels were significantly negatively correlated with disease severity (P < 0.001). CRP, systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI), and systemic immune inflammation index (SII) were independent risk factors for disease prognosis, and CRP(P=0.027) and SIRI(P=0.025) were significantly positively correlated with disease prognosis, while SII was significantly negatively correlated with disease prognosis (P=0.021). CRP, interleukin-6 (IL-6), D-dimer, and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) had high diagnostic value for disease severity classification with the corresponding area under the aurve(AUC) > 7.0, while CRP, IL-6, procalcitonin (PCT), D-dimer, troponin T(TnT), troponin Ⅰ(TnⅠ), NLR, SII, platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR), the monocyte to lymphocyte ratio (MLR) had a high prognostic diagnostic value for death or survival with the corresponding AUC > 0.70. Conclusions There were significant differences in clinical characteristics among hospitalized patients infected with Omicron BA.5.2 variant strains with different disease severity. Combining CRP, IL-6, D-dimer, PCT, D-dimer, TnT, TnⅠ, NLR, SII, PLR, and MLR prediction models may enable early identification of high-risk populations among hospitalized patients infected with Omicron BA.5.2 variant strains, and provide timely diagnosis and treatment.

Based on analyzing the curriculum of teacher education in colleges and universities, this paper proposes the key factors of the innovative curriculum system of teacher education, i.e., the innovation of teacher curriculum and teaching materials. Based on the method of correlation analysis to construct a curriculum system oriented to teacher education innovation, the systematic cluster analysis method is used to study the proper classification of the curriculum system by calculating the Euclidean distance for R-type clustering, showing the clustering process and results of the whole curriculum system. The similarity coefficient of student achievement is used to measure the degree of similarity between the variables, and according to the results of clustering analysis of teachers’ educational research situation, it is proposed to meet the needs of teachers’ educational research. The values of educational research results of teachers with external influence are 3.63, 2.32, 2.45, 3.56, 3.34. i.e., the degree of influence of the educational research results of teachers with external influence on the school and outside of the school is much greater than the degree of influence on the classroom team and grade team.

With the advancement of science and technology, the relationship between vocal singing training methods and big data technology is getting closer and closer. The application of training methods is a means of expressing vocal compositions. Emotional expression is the ultimate purpose and meaning of method optimization. Training methods and emotional expression are equally important in vocal singing, and both are indispensable. In this paper, a VSSA-separation model is established based on the Vocal Signal Separation Algorithm (VSSA). Focus on optimizing the training method of vocal singing. Through in-depth discussion of existing works, I try to find its inner influence and outer connection. In order to better understand the grasp and application of vocal singing method and emotional expression balance. It can be seen from the calculation that the image shaping in the song language accounts for 83% of the optimization of the training method. Inverse word processing in song language has a different proportion of the optimization of the training method. It accounts for 71% of English operas. It accounts for only 13% of Chinese operas. Artistic effects have the highest average optimization difficulty among the training methods. Its optimization difficulty is as high as 89%.
