Aiming at the demand of electric cinch and release priority function of high-end vehicle door latches, a cam swing linkage and spring linkage combined mechanism is proposed, and a combined mechanism of double cam single swing linkage and spring four bar mechanism is constructed. Combined with the characteristics of limiting blocks, contact states, cam intermittent movement, profile abrupt change and other components, it can realize three motion modes of flexible and adaptive rolling, rigid pushing, avoiding and releasing, and switch among them. Embedded into the ratchet and pawl locking mechanism, the combined mechanism is transformed into electric cinch and release branches, corresponding to the three working conditions of the vehicle door latch: electric cinch, manual or power release and reset, and cinch branch reset. Based on the corresponding driving modes and motion boundary conditions, the compatible function of the cinch motion and the existing branches in the latch, the release priority function, and the half-lock release function in the case of the cinch pinch are studied and analyzed. The mechanism and the drive are embedded in the door latch for simulation, and the contact force between the release cam and the swing linkage, the swing linkage and the ratchet, and the ratchet and the paw are studied in all working conditions. The time of the mechanism to realize each function matches the design requirements of the vehicle door latch, the time of the electric cinch process is 420.97 ms, the reset time is 29.03 ms, and the manual release time is 622 ms.

In view of the demand for quick releasing of the side door latch of an automobile in an emergency, an emergency quick releasing mechanism based on spring linkage is proposed. Based on the singular configurations, the contact states of ratchet and pawl and the limit contact states, the variable topology and multiple motion modes of the emergency releasing branch chain under different working conditions are studied. The necessary conditions for emergency releasing are obtained by the static analysis. The feasibility of quick releasing of emergency releasing branch chain in door latch is verified by the Adams software simulation. The control variable method is used to study the releasing time and the consistency of the releasing time of the emergency branch chain. When the stiffness of the main spring is within 5-7 N/mm and the preload is within 75-85 N, the maximum energy storage position of the main spring has a small offset, which meets the consistency of the releasing time. The emergency quick releasing mechanism based on the spring linkage is embedded in the side door lock of the car, meeting the requirements of small releasing force, high priority and releasing time, and providing important theoretical basis and practical value for the design and performance optimization of emergency quick releasing branch chain.

Objective To explore the status quo of ICU nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice of physical restraints use in general hospitals in Guangxi, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical training and quality control. Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select ICU nurses from Grade III and Grade II hospitals in Guangxi, including 2 Grade III hospitals and 3 Grade II hospitals, with a total of 201 ICU nurses. The knowledge, attitude and practice status of nurses on physical restraints use were investigated by using a physical restraints knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The total score and scores of knowledge dimension, attitude dimension, and behavior dimension were (135. 08±18. 07), (68. 70±9. 49), (20. 73±4. 82), (45. 66±8. 95), respectively, indicating a low-to-medium level awareness of physical restraints among ICU nurses in general hospitals in Guangxi. There were statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of ICU nurses with different hospital levels, ICU working years, and ICU specialist qualifications (P＜0. 05). Conclusion ICU nurses in Guangxi have a more positive attitude towards physical restraint, and their knowledge and behavior level need to be strengthened urgently. ICU managers should improve the physical restraint training mechanism, types and teams of ICU nurses, strengthen relevant knowledge and skills training according to the different characteristics of nurses, build positive attitudes and emotions through enhanced knowledge, promote behavioral changes, and improve the development of physical restraint specialization. Homocysteine (Hcy) is a risk factor for multiple chronic diseases, and vascular endothelial cell injury has been regarded as the initiating step for this process. miRNAs are involved in Hcy-induced endothelial dysfunction, while the underlying mechanism and roles of miRNAs in pulmonary endothelial dysfunction induced by homocysteine are unknown. Here, we find that miR-205-5p alleviates pulmonary endothelial dysfunction by targeting FOXO1 in CBS+/‒ mice to protect against Hcy-induced pulmonary endothelial dysfunction. Mechanistically, we show that Hcy can lead to DNA hypermethylation of the miR-205-5p promoter due to the increased binding of DNMT1 to its promoter, which contributes to reduction of miR-205-5p expression. In summary, miR-205-5p promoter hypermethylation causes downregulation of miR-205-5p expression, resulting in a reduction in miR-205-5p binding to FOXO1 during homocysteine-induced pulmonary endothelial dysfunction. Our data indicate that miR-205-5p may be a potential therapeutic target against Hcy-induced pulmonary injury.

The aircraft cabin door is a passage channel of the cabin. The center line of the fuselage guide groove shall coincide with the movement track of the guide wheel at the end of the lifting mechanism, ensuring the reliable opening/locking of the cabin door. Based on the ordered single open chain method, the trajectory synthesis kinematic equations of two single open chain units of the lifting mechanism are established; the variables of the equations are grouped into homogeneous groups and the Bezout number is only 320, which reduce the homotopy tracking path; by constructing the initial equations and solving the homotopy equations, six sets of non-negative real number configuration solutions of rod length are obtained, and the corresponding configuration of single open chain element combination is drawn. Based on the motion space of the mechanism and the force transmission efficiency of the lifting mechanism, the door lifting mechanism to realize the movement of the aircraft door according to the desired trajectory is obtained.
