This study investigated the relationship between the perceived authentic leadership of college students and their innovation behavior according to social cognitive theory and further explored the mediating effect of trust climate and creative self-efficacy on this relationship. A questionnaire survey was conducted, and more than 847 samples were collected from college students in China. The results revealed that the perceived authentic leadership of college students had a significant and positive impact on their innovation behavior. Trust climate had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between college students' perceived authentic leadership and innovation behavior. In addition, creative self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between college students' perceived authentic leadership and innovation behavior. Furthermore, trust climate and creative self-efficacy had a serial mediating effect on the relationship between college students' perceived authentic leadership and innovation behavior. These results provide theoretical and practical evidence of college students' innovation behavior.

The present research examined the perceived teachers' charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Based on the theory of emotional contagion, this study proposes a mediating model of entrepreneurial passion between college students' perception of teachers' charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial intentions. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 420 college students in Jiangsu Province, China. The results showed that college students' perceived teachers' charismatic leadership had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial passion. Moreover, perceived teachers' charismatic leadership of college students was found to have a significant positive predictive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and entrepreneurial passion had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The mediation model analysis indicated that entrepreneurial passion played a partial mediating role between college students' perception of teachers' charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial intentions. The study results deepened our understanding of the inner influence mechanism of college students' perception of teachers' charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial intentions, in addition to providing a practical basis for college educators.

Previous studies have demonstrated that high-performance human resource practice (HPHRP) can reduce employees' turnover intention (TI). However, only a few studies have investigated this relationship in the context of Chinese culture. Using a sample of 740 teachers from five colleges and universities in Hebei Province, China, this study assessed the effect of HPHRP in colleges and universities on teachers' TI in the context of Chinese culture. Furthermore, the mediating effects of teachers' organizational commitment (OC) and the moderating effects of teachers' organizational justice (OJ) were investigated. The results revealed that HPHRP in colleges and universities had a significant negative effect on teachers' TI. Teachers' OC played a partial mediating effect in the relationship between HPHRP in colleges and universities and teachers' TI. In addition, the moderation analysis indicated that HPHRP in colleges and universities enhanced OC for teachers with high levels of OJ. This study contributed to a better understanding of the role of HPHRP in colleges and universities in reducing teachers' TI, suggesting that HPHRP implementation and improving teachers' OC and OJ can reduce teachers' TI.

This study explores the relationship among the internal locus of control, entrepreneurial alertness, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and entrepreneurial intentions of college students. The scales of internal locus of control, entrepreneurial alertness, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and entrepreneurial intention have been used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 921 undergraduates from four universities in China. The results show four key findings. First, the internal locus of control has a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intention. Second, entrepreneurial alertness plays a mediating role in the relationship between internal locus of control and entrepreneurial intention. Third, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition plays a mediating role in the relationship between the internal locus of control and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition have a chain mediation effect on the relationship between the internal locus of control and entrepreneurial intention. The study proposes suggestions and future research directions based on the research results, serving as a reference for entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurship planning of college students.

As one typical form of play, play center activities are commonly used in early childhood education programs in China. This study used the Activities Sub-scale of the Chinese Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (CECERS) to measure the quality of the play center activities in K2 (4-5 years old) classroom, which based on a stratified random selection of 48 classrooms in Guangdong Province in China. Results found that the overall quality of play center activities was slightly below qualified (5 points), and there are significant differences between urban and rural, private and public, high and low level of kindergartens. Quality of three dimensions (material and space, opportunity and time, design and organization) also showed a medium level (above 4 points), and significant differences of three dimensions are found between urban and rural, private and public, high and low level of kindergartens. Findings and implications will help teachers to better support and enhance children's play center activities and early learning.

The aim of this study is to explore the relationship among college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy, career adaptability, and entrepreneurial intention. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study adopted the entrepreneurial self-efficacy scale, career adaptability scale and entrepreneurial intention scale to investigate 1039 college students from a university in ShanDong province, China. The results indicated the following: (a) entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college student significantly and positively affected entrepreneurial intention; (b) entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college student significantly and positively affected career adaptability; (c) career adaptability significantly and positively affected entrepreneurial intention; and (d) career adaptability partially mediated the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study can serve as a reference for universities wishing to implement career education and provide entrepreneurship guidance.

This study explored the relationship between motivation for artistic activity engagement and happiness in college students, the mediating role of perceived stress in this relationship, and the moderating role of gender in the relationship between motivation for artistic activity engagement and perceived stress. We administered a questionnaire to 445 students from 4 colleges in China. The results revealed that motivation for artistic activity engagement had a significant positive effect on college students' happiness. Moreover, our mediation model analysis revealed that perceived stress partially mediated the relationship between motivation for artistic activity engagement and happiness in college students. Finally, the moderated mediation model analysis revealed that gender played a moderating role in the relationship between motivation for artistic activity engagement and perceived stress; specifically, the relationship was stronger for women than for men. The results of this study have value for further enhancing the happiness of college students. Furthermore, the study concluded with a discussion of the contributions and limitations.
