Background As a chronic age-related disease known as "silent killer" in medical academic circle, osteoporosis is manifested by slow and insidious development, and obvious age-related physiological changes in muscle, bone and fat. There are few studies on the relationship of osteoporosis with muscle, bone, and fat indices. Objective To assess the relationship of osteoporosis with muscle, bone, and fat indices. Methods A total of 108 patients with primary osteoporosis were recruited from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria from July 19, 2019 to January 5, 2021. Data were collected, including general data (height, weight and BMI) , T-score, fat mass, muscle mass and bone mineral content measured by the dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, bone formation indices, such as serum calcium, bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP2) and osteoproteintin (OPG) detected by ELISA. Background: Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most common malignancies of the urinary system. Cuproptosis, a newly discovered form of cell death. The relationship between cuproptosis-related long non-coding RNAs (ClncRNAs) related to PCa and prognosis remains unclear. This study aimed to explore the clinical significance of novel ClncRNAs in the prognostic assessment of PCa. Methods: ClncRNAs and differentially expressed mRNAs linked to these ClncRNAs were identified using Pearson's correlation and differential expression analyses. A prognostic signature (risk score) comprising three ClncRNAs was established based on multivariable Cox regression analysis. The predictive performance of this ClncRNAs signature was validated using receiver operating characteristic curves and nomograms. Finally, further in vitro cell experiments were conducted for validation, including quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), western blot (WB), cell proliferation assays, cell migration assays, cell invasion assays, apoptosis, and cell cycle analysis. Results: We constructed a prognostic signature of ClncRNAs for PCa comprising three key differentially expressed ClncRNAs(AC010896-1, AC016394-2, and SNHG9). Multivariable Cox regression analysis indicated that clinical staging and risk scores of the ClncRNAs signature were independent prognostic factors for PCa. Compared to other clinical features, the ClncRNAs signature exhibited higher diagnostic efficiency and performed well in predicting the 1-, 3-, and 5-year progression-free intervals (PFIs) for PCa. Notably, in terms of immune activity, PCa patients with high-risk scores exhibited higher tumor mutational burden (TMB) levels, while their Tumor Immune Dysfunction and Exclusion (TIDE) scores were lower than those of PCa patients with low-risk scores. Additionally, in vitro cellular functional experiments, we knocked down SNHG9 that is the most significantly differentially expressed ClncRNA among the three key ClncRNAs. SNHG9 knockdown resulted in a significant increase in G1 phase cells and a decrease in S and G2 phases, indicating inhibition of DNA synthesis and cell cycle progression. Colony formation assays showed reduced clonogenic ability, with fewer and smaller colonies. Western blot analysis revealed the upregulation of the key cuproptosis-related mRNAs FDX1 and DLST. These findings suggested that SNHG9 promotes PCa cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Conclusion: Building on the three ClncRNAs, we identified a novel prognostic signature of PCa. My country’s coal seam permeability is generally low, and it is difficult to carry out large-scale development and utilization. For different coal seam blocks, the use of abundant field data to predict gas production can not only provide effective guidance for on-site construction, but also significantly save development costs. This paper presents a prediction model of coalbed methane production based on radial basis function network. According to the field data of X area, the correlation analysis of the factors affecting the gas production is carried out, and the main control factors with significant correlation are selected. Then, taking these main control factors as input and gas production as output, a series of radial basis function networks with different precisions were constructed through trial calculation of different expansion coefficients. Finally, with the goal of maximizing precision, a highly accurate fitting was obtained. The optimal network with good prediction effect.

Strong light–matter interaction has attracted great interest due to its potential applications in photonic and plasmonic devices. So far, many studies focus on micro‐ and nanocavities with three‐dimensional confinement of light. Here, we investigate the coupling between the surface waves supported by a dielectric‐metal heterostructure and the excitons in a two‐dimensional material. It is revealed that the transverse‐electric (TE) polarized waves excited in the dielectric‐metal heterostructure possess significantly enhanced in‐plane electric field on the surface of the dielectric layer. This unique property makes it possible to realize strong photon–exciton coupling with the excitons in a two‐dimensional material. By using a tungsten disulfide (WS2)/silicon nitride (Si3N4)/silver (Ag) heterostructure, we demonstrate the strong coupling of the TE polarized waves with the two excitons (both A and B excitons) in the WS2 monolayer, creating TE polarized polaritons propagating in the heterostructure. The strong photon–exciton coupling is revealed in the angle‐resolved reflection or scattering spectra with a Rabi splitting larger than the average damping rate of the TE polarized wave and the exciton. Our findings open new horizons for manipulating light–matter interaction in two‐dimensional nanostructures and indicate the potential applications of such propagating polaritons in photonic and plasmonic devices.
