Novel (Cr,V)-ZrSiO4 jewel green pigments were synthesized by in situ mineralization at 900°C. The effects of Cr/Si molar ratio were investigated via DTA-TG, XRD, FE-SEM, TEM, UV-Vis-NIR, colorimeter and etc. The obtained results referred that the colour of pigment exhibits blue to jewel green, and then to dark green as the Cr/Si molar ratio increases from 0 to 0.4. When the Cr/Si molar ratio is 0.2, the (Cr,V)-ZrSiO4 pigment exhibits a jewel green hue (L* = 56.69, a* = −18.52, b* = −9.28), showing good rendering performance. In addition, the obtained pigment shows good thermal stability in the base glaze synthesized at 1200°C and near-infrared reflection performance. The results of this study show great potential for using the pigments for heat insulation.

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activity in improving the preparedness for hospital discharge among breast cancer patients. Methods The problem-solving QCC method was adopted to understand the present condition and influencing factors of poor preparedness for hospital discharge among breast cancer patients. Targeted interventions were carried out to improve the preparedness for hospital discharge. Results The qualified rate of preparedness for hospital discharge increased from 71. 50% before implementation of QCC activity to 90. 87% after implementation of QCC activity. Conclusion The QCC activity is potentially effective to improve the preparedness for hospital discharge and enhance the self-care ability of breast cancer patients. (目的 探讨品管圈活动提高乳腺癌患者出院准备度达标率的效果。方法 开展问题解决型品管圈活动, 进行计划拟定、现况把握、原因分析、拟定对策并组织实施, 分析效果。结果 乳腺癌患者出院准备度达标率从71. 50%提升至90. 87%。结论 通过品管圈活动, 能够改善乳腺癌患者出院准备度, 提高乳腺癌患者自我照护能力。)

ObjectiveAn analytical method was developed for the qualitative screening of 52 illegally adulterated weight-losing compounds in foods by ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry.MethodsThe samples were extracted by methanol. Waters CORTECS T3 column （100 mm×2.1 mm， 2.7 μm） was used with acetonitrile -0.1% formic acid aqueous solution as mobile phases by gradient elution. The compounds were detected by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and Q-TOF-MS detector in positive and negative ion mode. A standard spectrum library was established by reference standards， and the qualitative analysis was finished by the comparison of the retention time， parent ion and fragment ion accurate molecular mass of each compound in the sample and the library.ResultsThe method was specific without interference of blank matrix， and repeatable in sextuplicate. The detection limits of 52 compounds in 5 matrix were 1‒100 mg‧kg-1. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of actual samples，and 16 compounds were checked out in 246 samples.ConclusionThe method is accurate， specific and sensitive， which can be used to combat the illegal adulteration behavior effectively.

Novel yellow to blackish green Ni-doped aluminium titanate (Al2TiO5) ceramic pigments were synthesized by solid-state reaction method at 1400 °C. Effects of nickel doping content on phase composition, microstructure, optical properties and stability were studied. The results show that the higher content of Al2TiO5 phase and the reduction of the lattice distortion of aluminium titanate could be attributed to the entry of nickel ions into aluminium titanate lattice resulting in the formation of solid solution. Ni-doped aluminium titanate ceramic pigments show exceptional glaze colouring and are expected to be promising high-temperature pigments.

The research progress on determination of free-base nicotine in tobacco and tobacco products in the past 30 years was reviewed and discussed, including solvent extraction method, headspace solid-phase microextraction method, 1H NMR, Henderson-Hasselbalch method and spectroscopy method, etc. Advantages and limitations of each method were summarized and discussed and the development in this field was prospected.

The response of β-amylase in early stage germination of wheat seeds to Bacillus subtilis QM3 was mainly focused on to elucidate the promotion mechanism of B. subtilis QM3. The results showed that the changes in apparent activity of amylase and endosperm liquefaction after the strain QM3 treatment were much more obvious than that of the control group; the activity of β-amylase treated with the different concentrations of the strain QM3 increased significantly (P < 0.05) by 4% (107 CFU/mL) and 18.5% (106 CFU/mL) at the germination 6 h. Moreover, after presoaking with α-cyclodextrin, the activity of β-amylase increased significantly (P < 0.05) by 18.5% (107 CFU/mL) and 23.4% (106 CFU/mL) at the same stage of germination; the electrophoretogram of β-amylase isoenzymes showed that there is a growing trend in brightness and width of the band during the early germination from 3 to 6 h of wheat seed treated by the strain QM3 (106 CFU/mL). The increase in activity and isoenzyme expression of β-amylase may be one of the important reasons to promote the germination of wheat seeds after being treated by B. subtilis QM3.

Objective To investigate the effect of IFN-γ combined with IDO1 inhibitor Epacadostat(Epa) on the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer cell lines 4T1 and MDA-MB-231. Methods Following treatment with IFN-γ, Epa or IFN-γ combined with Epa on 4T1 and MDA-MB-231 cells for 48 h, the apoptosis of cells in each group was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of IDO1 was detected by Western blot and the yield of Kyn in 4T1or MDA-MB-231 cell lysate was detected by ELISA. The IDO1 was knocked out by using CRISPR-Cas9 system and knockout efficiency was examined by Western blot. Results IFN-γ showed a weaker killing effect on triple-negative breast cancer cells; IFN-γ significantly up-regulated the expression of IDO1 in triple-negative breast cancer cell lines (P＜0.001), and the level of Kyn in cell lysate was also significantly up-regulated (P＜0.01); cell apoptosis of IDO1 knock-out 4T1 (P＜0.01) or MDA-MB-231 (P＜0.01)cells treated with IFN-γ for 48 h was also significantly increased; IFN-γ combined with IDO1 inhibitor Epa promoted the apoptosis of 4T1 and MDA-MB-231 cells, and also prolonged the survival time of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusions The IDO1 inhibitor Epa might significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of IFN-γ on triple-negative breast cancer.

Choriocarcinoma (CC) is a malignant trophoblastic tumor that occurs in women of childbearing age. Its cure rate could be over 90% following single drug or multidrug chemotherapy with methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil and etc. Chemoresistance is the main cause of treatment failure in CC, and the mechanisms have yet to be elucidated. Most of the previous works on the chemoresistance of CC focused on the transcript and protein levels, and much less attention was put on the metabolic level. In this study, the metabolomic phenotypes of two lines of CC cell, methotrexate-resistant cell (JEG3R) and methotrexate-sensitive cell (JEG3), as well as the medium extracts, were investigated using an NMR-based metabonomics method. The results showed that the chemoresistance of CC was likely related to disturbed glucose metabolism. Glucitol accumulation was observed only in the JEG3R cell line, suggesting the involvement of aldose reductase in the development of chemoresistance. In addition, methotrexate chemoresistance was also associated with lactate accumulation and stimulated alanine synthesis to fuel the Krebs cycle. The levels of amino acids, nucleotides and phosphocholine in the resistant line showed significant differences from the non-resistant line, and positive correlations with the proliferation rate of CC. This study provided insights into the chemoresistance of CC from the metabolism aspect.

N,N-dihydroxybenzene-1,3-dicarboximidoyl dichloride was synthesized from benzene-1,3-dicarboxaldehyde and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR). The elastomer was prepared through the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of reaction between liquid polybutadiene (LPB) and isophthalonitrile oxide in this work. The tensile strength of different elastomer was enhanced from 0.14 MPa to 0.33 MPa as the elongation at break decreased from 145% to 73%, and the modulus increased from 0.09 kPa to 0.47 kPa. The parameters of kinetic indicated that the curing reaction was fi rst order reaction and the apparent activation energy of each curing system was less than 10.10 kJ/mol when the content of N,N-dihydroxybenzene-1,3- dicarboximidoyl dichloride was increased from 7% to 12%. These results suggested that nitrile oxides achieved curing of polymer binders at room temperature and this work had defi nite guiding signifi cance for the application of nitrile oxides in polymer binders.

The collapse of the lead-zinc mine tailing dam in Sidi village (Yangshuo, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and SW China) led to the spread of mining waste spills on the farmland along the river. Past reports concentrated on environmental pollution caused by metal mining process, and were less focused on the special pattern of heavy metal pollution caused by the dam collapse. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA)was employed to reveal the relationship between heavy metal contamination and soil properties in different land use types around the polluted area. 12 soil samples from rice paddy fields, 12 from corn fields and 9 from citrus orchards were collected from the surface layer (0-20 cm) to analyze SOC, AN, AP, AK, CEC, C/N, pH, total and DTPA-extractable Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd. The results show that Pb-Zn mine tailing sand is a multi-mineral orebody of which Pb, Zn and Cd are the main pollutants and Cd is the environmental risk key factor controlling the soil quality. The spatial distribution pattern of Pb and Zn affected by land use type is more obvious. Moreover, from the arrow distribution of heavy metals, it can be seen that the heavy metal pollution was relatively more serious in the rice paddy fields than in the corn fields and citrus orchards. From the distance between the heavy metals arrow and the soil properties point, the combined pollution of Pb, Zn, Cu and Cd decreased CEC content and increased SOC concentration, but had only small effects on soil pH value and available nutrients (AN, AP, AK). There existed positive significant correlations between heavy metals and SOC.The SOC content in rice paddy fields was 18.14 g/kg, and had the significant statistical differences with other land use types. In summary, Pb-Zn tailing sands as the sustained release source of heavy metals have the consecutive inputting mechanism into the soil, which inhibited microbial communities' metabolism, resulting in carbon accumulation, and then influenced the carbon cycle in the area.

In view of problem that core temperature of cable joint cannot be measured directly, the paper applied finite element method to establish a model of steady temperature field distribution of cable joint, used ANSYS software to simulate and analyze the temperature field distribution, obtained the relationship between the core temperature and surface temperature of the cable joint. It proposed a design scheme of temperature monitoring system for cable joint based on temperature field according to simulation result, gave design of power supply and data processing of the system, so as to provide a theoretical basis for monitoring of joint temperature and running status of cable in engineering.
