Objective Taking the course "Military Epidemiology" as an example to evaluate the effect of online teaching, and explore suitable online teaching methods for military medical colleges based on the students' perspective.Methods We conducted an anonymous questionnaire survey among the undergraduate students who participated in online teaching of “Military Epidemiology”. The content of questionnaire included online teaching effectiveness, challenges and advantages of online teaching, online teaching methods, assessment and evaluation of online teaching, and the application of online teaching in daily teaching. SPSS 20.0 software were used for statistical analysis.Results 235 students were included in the survey. The results demonstrated that most students were satisfied with the online teaching (89.4%). Most students believed that online and offline teaching had similar effects in terms of focused learning (51.1%), teacher-student interaction and communication (38.3%), course content understanding (61.7%), homework completion (61.7%), and classroom atmosphere (44.7%). Lack of awareness of self-directed learning was the biggest challenge faced by students in online teaching (62.6%). "Live + online communication " was the most favorite teaching method for students (33.6%). Stuck and delay were the main reasons for distraction (68.9%). Most students believed that taking a break after watching for 40 minutes was more conducive to concentration (69.8%). 49.4% of students believed that the final exam should still be the most important assessment content of online teaching. 47.7% of students believed that some courses could be taught online in the future.Conclusion Students generally have high satisfaction with the effectiveness of online teaching, but online teaching poses certain challenges to students. Strengthening online communication, classroom supervision, and optimizing related technologies will be beneficial for further improving the effectiveness of online teaching.

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the potential of plasma cfDNA methylation patterns in reflecting tumour methylation changes, focusing on three candidate sites, cg02469161, cg11528914, and cg20131654. These sites were selected for verification, with a particular emphasis on their association with breast cancer. Methods: We conducted a comprehensive analysis of 850k whole-methylation sequencing data to identify potential markers for breast cancer detection. Subsequently, we investigated the methylation status of the genes Ran-binding protein 3 (RANBP3), Lymphocyte cytoplasmic protein 2 (LCP2), and GRB2 related adaptor protein 2 (GRAP2), situated at the specified sites, using cancer and canceradjacent tissues from 17 breast cancer patients. We also examined the methylation patterns in different molecular subtypes and pathological grades of breast cancer. Additionally, we compared the methylation levels of these genes in plasma cfDNA to their performance in tissues. Results: Our analysis revealed that RANBP3, LCP2, and GRAP2 genes exhibited significant methylation differences between cancer and cancer-adjacent tissues. In breast cancer, these genes displayed diagnostic efficiencies of 91.0%, 90.6%, and 92.2%, respectively. Notably, RANBP3 showed a tendency towards lower methylation in HR+ breast cancer, and LCP2 methylation was correlated with tumour malignancy. Importantly, the methylation levels of these three genes in plasma cfDNA closely mirrored their tissue counterparts, with diagnostic efficiencies of 83.3%, 83.9%, and 77.6% for RANBP3, LCP2, and GRAP2, respectively. Conclusions: Our findings propose that the genes RANBP3, LCP2, and GRAP2, located at the identified methylation sites, hold significant potential as molecular markers in blood for the supplementary diagnosis of breast cancer. This study lays the groundwork for a more in-depth investigation into the changes in gene methylation patterns in circulating free DNA (cfDNA) for the early detection not only of breast cancer but also for various other types of cancer

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects of ginseng total saponins (GTSs) on cognitive impairments in astronauts caused by prolonged exposure to microgravity environment. Methods: Fifty specific pathogen-free (SPF) male Wistar rats were randomized into control, hindlimb suspension (HLS), Huperzine A (HLS-Hup A 0.1 mg/kg), low-dose GTSs (HLS-GTSs 100 mg/kg), and high-dose GTSs (HLS-GTSs 200 mg/kg) groups, based on the completion time of reward-directed conditioning tasks. Except for rats in the control group, the others were subjected to HLS and treated with drugs (day 20 – 58), received reflex test under the condition of rewarding, and underwent Nissl body staining and Western blot detection on hippocampal. Results: After modeling, rats in HLS group exhibited a reduction in the number of lever presses and an increase in the completion time of the reward-directed operant conditioning task Ⅰ (P < 0.05) when compared with the control group, which were not substantially altered in the HLS-GTSs 100 and 200 mg/kg groups (P > 0.05). In the reward-directed operant conditioning task Ⅱ, the HLS group rats demonstrated a marked decrease in the number of lever presses (P < 0.05) and nose pokes (P < 0.01) when compared with the control group rats; the HLS-GTSs 100 mg/kg showed a significant increase in the number of lever presses and nose pokes (P < 0.05), while the HLS-GTSs 200 mg/kg demonstrated a significant reduction in completion time and an elevation in the number of lever presses (P < 0.05) when compared with the HLS group rats. In visual signal discrimination task, compared with the control group rats, the HLS group rats showed decrease in the indexes of the visual signal discrimination (P < 0.01), while HLS-GTSs 100 and 200 mg/kg groups exhibited manifest increase in it (P < 0.01). In reward extinction experiment, the number of lever presses in HLS rats significantly increased when compared with the control group (P < 0.01); compared with the HLS group, HLS-GTSs 100 and 200 mg/kg groups demonstrated a marked descrease (P < 0.05). The expressions of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor 1 (NR1) and phosophorylated N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor 2B (p-NR2B) proteins were markedly decreased in rats in the HLS group (P < 0.05 and P < 0.01, respectively), while that of NR2B protein maintained the same (P > 0.05). GTSs increased the expression levels of p-NR2B (P < 0.01). Conclusion: GTSs improved the learning and memory ability of complex operations by regulating the NR1/NR2B phosphorylation pathways in rats.

Abstract To study the differences in VASH2 expression in pediatric medulloblastoma (MB) tumor tissues of different molecular subtypes, to analyze the correlation between VASH2 and the molecular subtypes of medulloblastoma, clinicopathological data, and prognosis, and to explore the specific mechanism of VASH2’s role in SHH medulloblastoma cell lines DAOY. We analyzed 47 pediatric medulloblastoma cases admitted to the Department of Pediatric Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2011 to December 2019, and the expression levels of YAP1 and GAB1 in these tumor tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and molecularly typed (WNT-type, SHH-type, and non-WNT/SHH-type). The correlation between VASH2 and molecular typing of medulloblastoma was analyzed. We also analyzed the medulloblastoma dataset in the GEO database (GSE30074 and GSE202043) to explore the correlation between VASH2 and the prognosis of medulloblastoma patients, as well as performed a comprehensive GO enrichment analysis specifically for the VASH2 gene to reveal the underlying biological pathways of its complex molecular profile. We used vasopressin 2 (VASH2) as a research target and overexpressed and knocked down VASH2 in SHH medulloblastoma cell lines DAOY by lentiviral vectors in vitro, respectively, to investigate its role in SHH medulloblastoma cell lines DAOY cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion and biological roles in the cell cycle. Mitochondria generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) during respiration. Low levels of ROS are conducive to signal transduction, whereas excessive accumulation of ROS can lead to protein oxidative modification. Cytochrome c (cyt c) is a multifunctional metalloprotein located in mitochondria. The oxidative modification of cyt c, especially the Met80 has been found to result in conformational change, but the mechanism is still unclear. In this study, the terminal methyl group of methionine on cytochrome c was selectively labeled with 13C, and the modification of the methionine in cytochrome c under oxidative environments was tracked by NMR. It was observed that under oxidative environments, the protein was first converted from reduced state to oxidized state, then oxidatively modified. The oxidative modification of Met80 occurred under relatively high content of ROS, but did not result in distinctive conformation transition. The result suggests that the protein has high activity to resist ROS damage, therefore, plays a regulatory role in inhibiting apoptosis.

Abstract Background Lower-grade glioma (LGG) is a highly heterogeneous disease that presents challenges in accurately predicting patient prognosis. Mitochondria play a central role in the energy metabolism of eukaryotic cells and can influence cell death mechanisms, which are critical in tumorigenesis and progression. However, the prognostic significance of the interplay between mitochondrial function and cell death in LGG requires further investigation. Methods We employed a robust computational framework to investigate the relationship between mitochondrial function and 18 cell death patterns in a cohort of 1467 LGG patients from six multicenter cohorts worldwide. A total of 10 commonly used machine learning algorithms were collected and subsequently combined into 101 unique combinations. Ultimately, we devised the mitochondria-associated programmed cell death index (mtPCDI) using machine learning models that exhibited optimal performance. Results The mtPCDI, generated by combining 18 highly influential genes, demonstrated strong predictive performance for prognosis in LGG patients. Biologically, mtPCDI exhibited a significant correlation with immune and metabolic signatures. The high mtPCDI group exhibited enriched metabolic pathways and a heightened immune activity profile. Of particular importance, our mtPCDI maintains its status as the most potent prognostic indicator even following adjustment for potential confounding factors, surpassing established clinical models in predictive strength. Conclusion Our utilization of a robust machine learning framework highlights the significant potential of mtPCDI in providing personalized risk assessment and tailored recommendations for metabolic and immunotherapy interventions for individuals diagnosed with LGG. Of particular significance, the signature features highly influential genes that present further prospects for future investigations into the role of PCD within mitochondrial function.

Purpose: Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) cases caused by hypertension often have poor prognoses. The use of dehydrant agents, such as mannitol, is common to reduce intracranial pressure and alleviate cerebral edema, but they may also pose a risk of worsening kidney function. This study aimed to investigate the impact of impaired kidney function on the outcomes of surgically treated hypertensive ICH patients. Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of a consecutive cohort of patients who underwent surgical intervention due to hypertension-related ICH at our institute between December 1, 2017, and January 31, 2022. Demographic, clinical, radiological, and prognostic data were collected. Patients were categorized into two groups based on 90-day mortality: group A [overall survival (OS) ≤3 months] and group B (OS >3 months). Survival analysis was performed to identify factors associated with poor outcomes. Results: Among the 232 eligible patients, group A exhibited significantly impaired kidney function, as indicated by mean estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at admission, postoperative, 3-day postoperative, and 7-day postoperative time points (91.9, 82.5, 73.5, 75.2 ml/min/1.73 m2). In contrast, group B did not show significant changes in kidney function (mean eGFR for the corresponding time points: 108.1, 106.5, 111.5, 109.6 ml/min/1.73 m2). The 3-day postoperative eGFR showed the strongest predictive ability for assessing prognosis [areas under the curve (AUC): 0.617, 0.675, 0.737, 0.730]. Univariate and multivariate analyses identified low Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score (3–8), ventricle intrusion of hematomas, cardiac failure, larger hematoma volume, infection, and lower 3-day postoperative eGFR as adverse factors for survival. Conclusions: Preserving kidney function is crucial for achieving favorable outcomes in hypertensive ICH cases. Impaired 3-day postoperative eGFR emerged as an independent risk factor for overall survival. Patients with cardiac failure, infection, and larger hematoma volume should receive careful management to improve outcomes.

Objective·To examine the level change of serum renalase in the patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS), and analyze its role in evaluating disease.Methods·A total of 118 AIS patients admitted to the Department of Neurology, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2020 to November 2021 were enrolled in the case group (AIS group). The patients were assessed for neurological deficits according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and were classified as mild and moderate-severe neurological deficits. Another 133 healthy people who participated in physical examination in the physical examination center of the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum renalase levels of the two groups were detected by ELISA. Spearman's rank correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the levels of serum renalase and gender, age, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and NIHSS scores in the patient with AIS. The predictive value of renalase expression level in AIS diagnosis was analyzed by receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve. The factors that were statistically significant in the results of the univariate Logistic regression analysis were included in the multivariate Logistic regression model.Results·The level of serum renalase in the AIS group was 2 960.01 (1 557.99, 4 053.70) pg/mL, which was higher than 821.02 (391.29, 1 752.70) pg/mL in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P=0.000). Spearman's rank correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum renalase in the patients with AIS were negatively correlated with the NIHSS scores (r=-0.216, P=0.019), positively correlated with the serum fasting glucose (r=0.200, P=0.030), and not significantly correlated with gender, age, low-density lipoprotein levels, total cholesterol levels, and the presence of hypertension, diabetes, or coronary heart disease. Serum renalase levels were higher in the AIS with mild neurological deficit patients than those in the moderate-severe deficit patients, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.034). The ROC curve showed that the cut-off value of serum renalase level to diagnose AIS was 1 856.49 pg/mL, the area under the curve was 0.777±0.030 and its 95%CI was 0.718‒0.836 (P=0.000). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated serum renalase level [>1 856.49 pg/mL, odds ratio (OR)=6.980, P=0.000], hypertension (OR=5.382, P=0.000), and diabetes (OR=2.453, P=0.040) were risk factors for AIS.Conclusion·Serum renalase level is significantly elevated in AIS patients, and negatively correlated with NIHSS score. Serum renalase might be a potential biomarker for the auxiliary diagnosis and assessment of AIS, providing new ideas for the assessment of stroke disease progression and precise treatment.

Navigation aids play a crucial role in guiding ship navigation and marking safe water areas. Therefore, ensuring the accurate and efficient recognition of a navigation aid’s state is critical for maritime safety. To address the issue of sparse features in navigation aid data, this paper proposes an approach that involves three distinct processes: the extension of rank entropy space, the fusion of multi-domain features, and the extraction of hidden features (EFE). Based on these processes, this paper introduces a new LSTM model termed EFE-LSTM. Specifically, in the feature extension module, we introduce a rank entropy operator for space extension. This method effectively captures uncertainty in data distribution and the interrelationships among features. The feature fusion module introduces new features in the time domain, frequency domain, and time–frequency domain, capturing the dynamic features of signals across multiple dimensions. Finally, in the feature extraction module, we employ the BiLSTM model to capture the hidden abstract features of navigational signals, enabling the model to more effectively differentiate between various navigation aids states. Extensive experimental results on four real-world navigation aid datasets indicate that the proposed model outperforms other benchmark algorithms, achieving the highest accuracy among all state recognition models at 92.32%.

Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of Shenyuan Gan (参远苷, SYG) on the inflammatory response in BV2 microglial cells induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods: The cytotoxicity of SYG to BV2 microglial cells was evaluated using a Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, and the effect of SYG concentrations on LPS-induced BV2 microglial cells was studied. The morphological changes were observed using an optical microscope. The nitric oxide (NO) concentration in cell culture supernatant was determined using Griess reagent. The expression of cytokines and inflammatory mediators were also measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Western blot analysis was used to determine the levels of inducible NO synthase (iNOS), nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) p65, alpha inhibitor of NF-κB (IκB-α), phosphorylation-IκB-α (p-IκB-α), NOD-like receptor 3 (NLRP3), and caspase-1 expression. Moreover, the expression of iNOS, NLRP3, and ionized calcium binding adapter molecule 1 (Iba1) was also observed using immunofluorescent staining. Objective To observe the effects of dihydromyricetin on mitophagy in vascular endothelial cells, and to clarify the underlying role of Prohibitin 2 in the process. Methods After human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were treated with different concentrations of dihydromyricetin (0, 0.1, 1, 10, 100 μmol/L) for 12 h, intensity of MitoTracker® Deep Red (MTDR, a widely used mitochondria-selective probe) was determined for mitochondrial staining by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry, and the expression of Prohibitin 2 at mRNA and protein levels as determined by qRT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. Furthermore, after treatment with of without control/Prohibitin 2 siRNA, HUVECs were incubated with dihydromyricetin for 12 h or carbonyl cyanide 3-chlorophenyl hydrazone (CCCP) for 6 h in the presence of the lysosomal blocker chloroquine, and then subjected to flow cytometry analysis to determine mitophagy. Results As compared with the non-dihydromyricetin group, dihydromyricetin (≥ 0.1μmol/L) treatment markedly decreased MTDR fluorescence levels (P < 0.05), and meanwhile, the treatment significantly increased the mRNA and protein levels of Prohibitin 2 (P < 0.05). After pretreated with chloroquine, dihydromyricetin (≥10 μmol/L) significantly enhanced mitophagy in HUVECs, which was consistent with the effect of CCCP (P < 0.05). After Prohibitin 2 siRNA transfection, mitophagy induced by dihydromyricetin was significantly suppressed when compared with the control siRNA treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dihydromyricetin enhances mitophagy in vascular endothelial cells by regulating Prohibitin 2.

Orthopedic patients need to perform limb immobilization for several days to several weeks due to fracture or other special circumstances. When the function of a certain part or the whole body is restricted, the activity of osteoclasts will be enhanced and its life activity will surpass that of osteoblasts, so local or even whole body bone loss will occur. Acute bone loss usually occurs within a few weeks after the immobilization of limbs. At this stage, the patient’s bone mass will decrease sharply, and the patient is prone to osteoporotic refracture. After that, the bone mass will gradually recover, but the speed of bone formation and bone absorption is difficult to reach a balanced state, and the bone mass of patients will continue to decline after it has recovered to a certain degree. After acute progressive bone loss, a large number of bones were lost and the strength of bones decreased. It is often difficult to recover to the level before fracture for a long time, which undoubtedly increases the risk of osteoporosis and related refractures. According to this common phenomenon of bone loss, clinical treatment varies greatly. After a series of research and practice, clinicians summed up some rules and put forward some feasible suggestions, thus strengthening clinicians’ understanding of the treatment of acute bone loss, effectively improving the treatment effect of acute bone loss, having far-reaching significance for preventing and treating osteoporosis, reducing the risk of fracture, and improving the long-term prognosis of patients.

Metastasis is one of the important biological features of malignant tumors and one of the main factors responsible for poor prognosis. Although the widespread application of newer clinical technologies and their continuous development have significantly improved survival in patients with brain metastases, there is no uniform standard of care. More effective therapeutic measures are therefore needed to improve prognosis. Understanding the mechanisms of tumor cell colonization, growth, and invasion in the central nervous system is of particular importance for the prevention and treatment of brain metastases. This process can be plausibly explained by the “seed and soil” hypothesis, which essentially states that tumor cells can interact with various components of the central nervous system microenvironment to produce adaptive changes; it is this interaction that determines the development of brain metastases. As a novel form of intercellular communication, exosomes play a key role in the brain metastasis microenvironment and carry various bioactive molecules that regulate receptor cell activity. In this paper, we review the roles and prospects of brain metastatic tumor cells, the brain metastatic tumor microenvironment, and exosomes in the development and clinical management of brain metastases.

The communication system between the islands has the problems of high cost and the transmitted signal may require relay amplification. In order to solve this issue, a novel Free Space Optical (FSO) communication system using Manchester encoded and decoded signals is designed. It can support 10 Gbit/s optical signal transmission over 100 km submarine cable (using G. 654 standard single-mode fiber) cascaded with 1 km FSO wireless link. We evaluate the performance by measuring the time-domain waveform, optical spectrum, eye diagrams and Bit Error Rate (BER) in simulation with Manchester coded signals, under sunny, rainy and foggy day. The measured results show that the receiver sensitivity can reach -18.92 dBm at the back-to-back system. Under the 100 km submarine cable and 1 km FSO wireless link, the receiver sensitivity can reach -17.72, -16.66 and -11.16 dBm in the sunny, rainy and foggy day, respectively. The simulation results prove that the FSO communication system using Manchester code may have potential application in the field of islands information transmission in the future.

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism by which hepatitis C virus (HCV) core protein represses the expression of E-cadherin by interacting with zinc finger E-box binding homeobox 2 (ZEB2). Methods A HepG2 cell line stably expressing HCV core protein was constructed by transfecting the cells with pCore-3FLAG and G418 screening. The expression levels of ZEB2 and E-cadherin in the transfected cells were examined with RT-PCR and Western blotting, and the promoter activity of E-cadherin was assayed using a dual luciferase system. The interaction of HCV core protein with ZEB2 was detected by immunoprecipitation, and the binding of ZEB2 with E-cadherin promoter was determined by chromatin immuoprecipitation. Results Compared with the control cells, the cells transiently and stably expressing HCV core protein both showed significantly decreased expression of E-cadherin (P < 0.01) and increased ZEB2 expression (P < 0.05) at both the protein and mRNA levels. HepG2 cells transfected with HCV core protein exhibited obviously lowered luciferase activity driven by E-cadherin promoter (P < 0.01), while ZEB2 knockdown by RNA interference partly recovered the luciferase activity (P < 0.05). Immunoprecipitation results demonstrated that HCV core protein could bind directly to ZEB2. Chromatin immunoprecipitation assay showed that the presence of HCV core protein obviously enhanced the binding of ZEB2 to E-cadherin promoter. Conclusion HCV core protein increases the expression of ZEB2 and enhances its binding to E-cadherin promoter, and thus inhibits the expression of E-cadherin.

Abstract Background Although adiponectin is a major adipocytokine that affects the pathogenesis of various cardiovascular diseases, its clinical significance in stroke remains controversial. The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of serum adiponectin levels on functional prognosis in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods This was a prospective, observational cohort study. Consecutive first-ever ischemic stroke patients without any pre-morbid handicap admitted to our hospital were identified from December 2017 to December 2018. Serum concentration of adiponectin was routinely measured within the first 24 h after admission by a commercially available sandwich ELISA. Associations between adiponectin and either clinical severity at admission, poor outcomes or mortality at 3-month after admission were analyzed using logistic regression to obtain odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI). Soft X-ray imaging is a powerful tool to explore the structure of cells, probe material with nanometer resolution, and investigate the energetic phenomena in the universe. Conventional soft X-ray image sensors are by and large Si-based charge coupled devices that suffer from low frame rates, complex fabrication processes, mechanical inflexibility, and required cooling below -60 °C. Here, a soft X-ray photodiode is reported based on low-cost metal halide perovskite with comparable performance to commercial Si-based device. Nanothrough network electrode minimized the optical loss due to the shadowing of insensitive layers, while a multidimensional perovskite heterojunction is generated to reduce the photo-generated carrier loss. This strategy promoted a record quantum efficiency of 8 × 103% without cooling, several orders of magnitude greater than the previously achieved. Flexible and curved soft X-ray imaging arrays are fabricated based on this high-performance device structure, demonstrating stable soft X-ray response and sharp imaging capabilities. This work highlights the low-cost and efficient perovskite photodiode as a strong candidate for the next-generation soft X-ray image sensors.

Gliomas are complex and heterogeneous central nervous system tumors with poor prognosis. Despite the increasing development of aggressive combination therapies, the prognosis of glioma is generally unsatisfactory. Exosomal microRNA (miRNA) has been successfully used in other diseases as a reliable biomarker and even therapeutic target. Recent studies show that exosomal miRNA plays an important role in glioma occurrence, development, invasion, metastasis, and treatment resistance. However, the association of exosomal miRNA between glioma has not been systemically characterized. This will provide a theoretical basis for us to further explore the relationship between exosomal miRNAs and glioma and also has a positive clinical significance in the innovative diagnosis and treatment of glioma.

It is of important practical significance to reduce NOx emission and CO2 emission in China's cement industry. This paper firstly identifies key factors that influence China's future cement demand, and then uses the Gompertz model to project China's future cement demand and production. Furthermore, the multi-pollutant abatement planning model (MAP) was developed based on the TIMES model to analyze the co-benefits of CO2 and NOx control in China's cement industry. During modeling analysis, three scenarios such as basic as usual scenario (BAU), moderately low carbon scenario (MLC), and radically low carbon scenario (RLC), were built according to different policy constraints and emission control goals. Moreover, the benefits of co-controlling NOx and CO2 emission in China's cement industry have been estimated. Finally, this paper proposes a cost-efficient, green, and low carbon development roadmap for the Chinese cement sector, and puts forwards countermeasures as follows: first, different ministries should enhance communication and coordination about how to promote the co-control of NOx and CO2 in cement industry. Second, co-control technology list should be issued timely for cement industry, and the R&D investment on new technologies and demonstration projects should be increased. Third, the phase-out of old cement capacity needs to be continued at policy level. Fourth, it is important to scientifically evaluate the relevant environmental impact and adverse motivation of ammonia production by NOx removal requirement in cement industry. Free spanning submarine pipeline work in the harsh condition and has many failure modes. Vortex-induced vibration is a significant cause leading to its fatigue failure. In order to study the law about different spanning clearance ratio and flow rate impacting on VIV strength of free spanning pipeline,this paper applied the software FLUENT to simulate twodimensional flow around actual diameter pipeline at high reynolds number and obtained the data about vortex shedding shape,lift coefficient and drag coefficient curves. The result indicates that: the lift coefficient amplitude and drag coefficient mean value of free spanning submarine pipeline decrease with clearance ratio increasing and gradually stabilize at last. In the case of small clearance ratio,lift extreme value is inequality on both sides of the pipe caused by the pipe bottom flow rate increasing. The lift coefficient amplitude and drag coefficient mean value present a trend of increasing first then decreasing with flow rate increaing,which is consistent with the conventional flow around a cylinder. Lift coefficient frequency increases with flow rate increaing and less affected by the clearance ratio. In engineering practice,water areas of high current velocity and large submarine spans should be avoid as much as possible to lay submarine pipelines and vortex-induced suppression device should be provided in danger sections.

In order to improve the electro-catalytic oxidation activity and stability of Sb-SnO2 /Ti electrode，the CNTs-Sb-SnO2 /Ti electrode was prepared by sol-gel-thermal decomposition method. The microstructure and electrochemical properties of the modified electrode was characterized via SEM electrochemical impedance spectroscope ( EIS) ，polarization curve and congo red degradation experiments. Furthermore，its the stability was investigated by accelerated life test. The results indicate that when the optimal doping amount of CNTs is 2. 0 g /L the congo red removal rate increases by 14. 7% using the CNTs-Sb-SnO2 /Ti electrode compared with the Sb-SnO2 /Ti electrode. Meanwhile pore structure appears and roughness increases on the surface of modified electrodes leading to larger specific surface area of electrode. Then the modified electrodes exhibit higher oxygen evolution potential and lower charge transfer resistance. High-quality perovskite films are essential for achieving high performance of optoelectronic devices; However, solution-processed perovskite films are known to suffer from compositional and structural inhomogeneity due to lack of systematic control over the kinetics during the formation. Here, the microscopic homogeneity of perovskite films is successfully enhanced by modulating the conversion reaction kinetics using a catalyst-like system generated by a foaming agent. The chemical and structural evolution during this catalytic conversion is revealed by a multimodal synchrotron toolkit with spatial resolutions spanning many length scales. Combining these insights with computational investigations, a cyclic conversion pathway model is developed that yields exceptional perovskite homogeneity due to enhanced conversion, having a power conversion efficiency of 24.51% for photovoltaic devices. This work establishes a systematic link between processing of precursor and homogeneity of the perovskite films.

The power system islanding problem aims to divide the power system into several different islands after serious disturbances occur. The objective of this problem is to minimize the total generation-load imbalance of all islands while placing the coherent generators in the same island and maintaining the connectivity of each island. Two main challenges of solving this problem are the large scale of the power system and the requirement of a short computation time. In this study, we propose a tailored tabu search algorithm to solve this problem, which employs a novel initial solution generation procedure and a neighborhood operation based on the movement of the boundary nodes. The numerical experiments on 15 test instances show that this algorithm can deal with the power systems with up to 3120 nodes within 0.7 s. Then, the comparisons with some existing islanding methods based on the IEEE 39-bus system and the IEEE 118-bus system prove the validity and accuracy of our method. Finally, time-domain simulations based on three power systems demonstrate the importance of our tabu search algorithm in minimizing the impacts of the disastrous disturbances. The computational results imply that our tabu search algorithm is very effective and efficient and satisfies the requirements of islanding power systems of various sizes.

By installing the balance valve in each user branch, the pressure at both ends of the balance valve is obtained in real time by using the pressure measuring instrument, and then the hydraulic balance calculation program is written by combining the fluid network matrix and MATLAB software to calculate the balance valve opening value under the design flow of each user branch. This calculation program only needs to input a few simple data to calculate the opening of each balance valve when each branch reaches hydraulic balance. Experimental results show that the method can achieve good results in hydraulic balance debugging.
