Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumors of the uterus. They primarily occur in women aged 30-50 years old, rarely in adolescents. In this article, the diagnosis and treatment of a 16-year-old teenager with recurrent submucosal fibroids were reported. The patient underwent hysteroscopic myomectomy due to abnormal uterine bleeding （AUB）, whereas failed to receive postoperative follow-up on a regular basis. At 18 months after the operation, she was admitted to hospital again due to AUB. Transvaginal ultrasound detected a space-occupying mass of 5.2 cm×4.6 cm×3.8 cm in the uterine cavity. She repeatedly underwent hysteroscopic partial myomectomy. Postoperative pathological biopsy indicated the diagnosis of submucosal uterine fibroids. The diagnosis and treatment of this case suggests that in the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent uterine fibroids in adolescents, it is necessary to differentiate fibroids from sarcomatosis. Meantime, the patient’s fertility should be preserved to the largest extent and postoperative follow-up should be strengthened.

It is difficult for a single robot to perform tasks in a complex environment, so Unmanned Air/Ground Vehicle(UAV/UGV) cooperative systems have been widely concerned. In order to improve the efficiency of UAV/UGV cooperative systems, a global path planning for UGV under the target recognized by UAV was proposed. Firstly, SURF algorithm was studied in identify targets and image segmentation was applied to build a map. Then, the optimized A* algorithm was proposed in global path planning for UGV based on the information acquired by UAV. Finally, simulations were performed in a typical rescue scenario. Experiments show that SURF algorithm can achieve the accuracy, real-time and robustness of target recognition. The optimized A* algorithm can achieve the feasibility and real-time of global path planning.

To overcome the challenges arising from the weakness of wireless communication, this paper presents a distributed [H.sub.[infinity]] control method for multi-AVs connected by an uncertain and switching topology in a platoon. After compensating for the powertrain nonlinearities, we model the node dynamics as a linear uncertain system. By applying the eigenvalue decomposition and linear transformation, the platoon system is decomposed to multiple low order subsystems depending on the eigenvalues of the topological matrix. The sufficient condition ensuring the robust performance of the platoon is presented by using the invariant of signal amplitude of the linear transformation. Then a numerical method is provided to solve the state feedback controller by using the LMI scheme. Only the bounds of the topological eigenvalues are necessary for this new synthesis method and the designed controller can govern the platoon composed of disturbed nodes and interacting by uncertain even switching topologies in a satisfactory way. The purpose of this paper is to further derive different types of bilateral series for the third-order mock theta functions. As applications, the identities between the two-group bilateral series are obtained and the bilateral series associated to the third-order mock theta functions are in fact modular forms. Objective: To assess the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of microRNA-146a (miR-146a) with clinical features of rheumatoid arthritis (RA)., Methods: In 126 patients with RA and 102 matched healthy controls, SNPs of miR-146a rs2910164 locus were determined with a high-resolution melting method. The association of such polymorphisms with disease activity score in 28 joints (DAS28) and clinical features of RA was assessed., Results: The distribution of SNPs of miR-146a rs2910164 among RA patients did not differ from that of the control group. No significant association was found between miR-146a rs2910164 polymorphism with DAS28. However, RA patients with a GG genotype had a greater chance to develop extra-articular manifestations (P<0.01)., Conclusion: Polymorphisms of miR-146a rs2910164 locus is not an independent risk factor for RA, though its GG genotype may be associated with extra-articular manifestations of RA.
