[Objective] Plant resources of the Micang Mountain Nature Reserve in Shaanxi Province were identified through field survey. This investigation provided a theoretical basis for the study of the flora of Shaanxi Province, and was of great significance for the protection and utilization of plant resources in Shaanxi Province. [Methods] One newly recorded genus and four newly recorded plants in Shaanxi Province were determined by consulting the literature and comparing the specimens in collections. [Results] One newly recorded genus of the vascular plants, Gonocarpus Thunberg, and its newly recorded species Gonocarpus micranthus Thunberg in Shaanxi Province were determined. In addition, three newly recorded plants were found, including Viburnum atrocyaneum C. B. Clarke (Viburnaceae), Carpesium minus Hemsley (Asteraceae), and Euonymus oxyphyllus Miquel (Celastraceae). [Conclusion] This study improves the records of vascular plants in Shaanxi province. The voucher specimens are stored in the herbarium of Northwest A&F University (WUK).

Dengue viruses are the causative agents of dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever, and dengue shock syndrome, which are mainly transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes, and cost billions of dollars annually in patient treatment and mosquito control. Progress in understanding DENV pathogenesis and developing effective treatments has been hampered by the lack of a suitable small pathological animal model. Until now, the candidate vaccine, antibody, and drug for DENV have not been effectively evaluated. Here, we analyzed the pathogenicity of DENV‐1 in type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ interferon receptor‐deficient mice (AGB6) by intraperitoneal inoculation. Infected mice showed such neurological symptoms as opisthotonus, hunching, ataxia, and paralysis of one or both hind limbs. Viremia can be detected 3 days after infection. It was found that 6.98 × 103 PFU or higher dose induce 100% mortality. To determine the cause of lethality in mice, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, intestinal, and brain tissues were collected from AGB6 mice (at an attack dose of 6.98 × 103 PFU) for RNA quantification, and it was found that the viral load in brain tissues peaked at moribund states (14 dpi) and that the viral loads in the other tissues and organs decreased over time. Significant histopathologic changes were observed in brain tissue (hippocampal region and cerebral cortex). Hematological analysis showed hemorrhage and hemoconcentration in infected mice. DENV‐1 can be isolated from the brain tissue of infected mice. Subsequently, brain tissue transcriptome sequencing was performed to assess host response characteristics in infected AGB6 mice. Transcriptional patterns in brain tissue suggest that aberrant expression of pro‐inflammatory cytokines induces antiviral responses and tissue damage. Screening of hub genes and their characterization by qPCR and ELISA, it was hypothesized that IL‐6 and IFN‐γ might be the key factors in dengue virus‐induced inflammatory response. Therefore, this study provides an opportunity to decipher certain aspects of dengue pathogenesis further and provides a new platform for drug, antibody, and vaccine testing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on the data of multiple Chinese household finance surveys, the interactive relationship between mobile payment, inclusive digital finance, and household consumption is discussed. It is found that mobile payment can directly and effectively improve household consumption, and the impact on hedonistic and developmental consumption is greater than survival consumption, which is conducive to upgrading household consumption. At the same time, mobile payment can indirectly promote basic and developmental consumer spending through digital inclusive financial mechanisms and weaken hedonistic consumer spending. The heterogeneity analysis found that the impact of mobile payment on household consumption was affected by income level, dependency structure, and regional attributes, and the low-income and high-income groups benefited more significantly, and the consumption promotion effect in the eastern and central regions was greater than that in the western and northeastern regions. Further research finds that with the improvement of income status, the promotion effect of mobile payment on consumption shows a marginal decreasing trend. It is recommended to continue to promote the popularization and application of mobile payment, accelerate the matching of supply and demand in the consumer market, formulate financial inclusion policies according to local conditions, and form a good interaction mechanism between mobile payment, digital finance, and household consumption. Summary: Understanding the complexities of protein ubiquitination is crucial, as it plays a multifaceted role in controlling protein stability, activity, subcellular localization, and interaction, which are central to diverse biological processes. Deubiquitinases (DUBs) serve to reverse ubiquitination, but research progress in plant DUBs is noticeably limited. Among existing studies, UBIQUITIN‐SPECIFIC PROTEASE 12 (UBP12) and UBP13 have garnered attention for their extensive role in diverse biological processes in plants. This review systematically summarizes the recent advancements in UBP12/13 studies, emphasizing their function, and their substrate specificity, their relationship with E3 ubiquitin ligases, and the similarities and differences with their mammalian orthologue, USP7. By unraveling the molecular mechanisms of UBP12/13, this review offers in‐depth insights into the ubiquitin–proteasome system (UPS) in plants and aims to catalyze further explorations and comprehensive understanding in this field. During the early period of the Joseon Dynasty, the government undertook currency reform at both central and local levels to promote currency exchange and restructure market order. Drawing on historical sources and utilizing game theory methodologies, this study examines the challenges of state governance and the dynamics of central-local relations during this era. The findings suggest that the establishment of the Joseon Dynasty's governance system arose from the rulers' deliberate decisions; however, it was also driven by the necessity to reconcile the development of productive forces with the superstructure. The study highlights the impact of the "official" issue on communication efficiency between central and local authorities, which contributed to the currency reform's failure. Consequently, the central government's regulation and control over local regions, as well as its ability to govern the aspirations of grassroots populations, emerged as crucial factors for successful national governance. This research provides valuable insights into the academic value and significance of historical state governance practices and informs contemporary centrallocal relations and policy development.
