Optical sensing technology based on mechanoluminescent (ML) materials offers advantages such as rapid response, real‐time monitoring, visual signal output, and multi‐functional sensing, making it promising for various applications. However, traditional sensing techniques based on the absolute intensity of ML suffer from issues of low accuracy and large errors, which have a significant impact on the reliability and visual effectiveness of the sensor. To address these problems, this study employs a ratiometric ML pressure sensing method. By utilizing the primary color recognition of human cone cells, transition metal ion Mn2+ and rare earth ion Tb3+ are selected as luminescent centers. The rich intermediate colors ensure a wide range of colors that are easily distinguishable by the human eye. Through studies involving mechanical stimulation and similar high‐energy radiation, it is confirmed that the differences in sensitivity between rare earth ions and transition metal ions, as well as the contributions of shallow trap states, are the reasons for the dynamic changes in the ratiometric ML intensity. Finally, a conceptual application of pressure sensing is realized by combining homogeneous gas compression with pipeline monitoring for dynamic visualization, self‐referencing, and high‐precision mechanical sensing. Background: Elevated lipoprotein(a) (Lp[a]) is a risk factor for first atherosclerotic thrombosis events, but the role of elevated Lp(a) in secondary prevention is controversial. This study aimed to retrospectively investigate the influence of elevated Lp(a) levels on the prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease., Methods: The team collected and compared clinical information of patients hospitalized during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). This study used a multivariate logistic regression model to evaluate the relationships between Lp(a) levels, cardiovascular risk factors, and the prognosis of coronary artery disease in patients undergoing PCI., Results: There were no statistically significant differences between patients grouped according to Lp(a) level in terms of sex; age; body mass index and obesity; hyperuricemia; smoking; cardiac insufficiency; acute myocardial infarction; multivessel lesion; in-stent restenosis; secondary PCI; apolipoprotein AI level; incidence of high total cholesterol or high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol; or family history of hypertension, diabetes, or coronary artery disease. The average Lp(a) concentration did not statistically significantly decrease after 1 year of statin treatment after PCI. One year after patients began statins, there were no significant differences between Lp(a) groups in the incidence of high triglycerides ( P = .13), high total cholesterol ( P = .52), or high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( P = .051). Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that diabetes ( P = .02) was associated with in-stent restenosis, whereas diabetes ( P = .02) and multivessel lesions ( P < .001) were associated with secondary PCI in patients who underwent coronary angiography 1 year after PCI. Compared with normal Lp(a) levels, high Lp(a) levels did not significantly increase the incidence of in-stent restenosis or secondary PCI in patients who underwent coronary angiography 1 year after PCI., Conclusion: Sustained high concentrations of Lp(a) did not significantly increase the incidence of in-stent restenosis or secondary PCI in patients who underwent coronary angiography 1 year after PCI., Competing Interests: Conflict of Interest Disclosure: None., (© 2024 The Authors. The solid-phase method is a common method for the industrial preparation of bismuth-based materials, but it is difficult to achieve efficient photocatalytic performance due to the serious agglomeration of the material after calcination. In this study, bismuth silicate (BSO), bismuth tungstate (BWO), and BWO-BSO bismuth-based photocatalysts are successfully prepared by the solid-phase method, and BiOBr is introduced by one-step and two-step modification processes, which can create a "bridging" effect on BWO-BSO to solve the interfacial transport problem. These processes enhance the oxygen vacancies (V O ) and adsorbed oxygen content, which facilitates the formation of a multi-Z heterogeneous structure and increases the electron (e - ) transport rate, improving the photocatalytic performance. In particular, although Bi 12 SiO 20 is completely converted to Bi 2 SiO 5 , more V O and adsorbed oxygen are generated during the preparation, which can solve the problem of a heterojunction. In addition, the one-step modification process can also improve the yield of the photocatalyst and solve the problem of preparation efficiency. Compared with the unmodified photocatalyst, the degradation rate of rhodamine B (Rh B) by the photocatalyst TBBB (BWO-BSO-BiOBr modified by the two-step process) and OBBB (BWO-BSO-BiOBr modified by the one-step process) obtained by the two-step method and the one-step method increases by 83.8% and 88.67% within 50 min, respectively. The study provides a new idea for the efficient preparation and modification of bismuth-based photocatalysts by the solid-phase method and provides a new way for the control of defects and multiheterojunctions.
