Naringenin (NRG), a flavanone compound present in citrus fruits, has a variety of beneficial physiological active functions such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hypoglycaemic. In this study, an sensor was constructed by electrodeposition and used for the electrochemical study of NRG. Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and glutathione (GSH) showed the ability to synergistically amplify NRG signals and possessed good linearity in the concentration range of 10.00–1200.00 μ mol l−1. The linear equation is Ip = 0.0776logc + 0.9353 (R2 = 0.9901), and the limit of detection is 3.33 μ mol l−1. The sensor performed well in terms of reproducibility, stability, and selectivity, which in turn enabled the detection of NRG in tomatoes. The average recovery of the sensor is 95.68% to 111.92%, with RSD less than 11.89%. The results were also verified by Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy(UV-vis). The experiment was to explore the effect of momordica charantia polysaccharide on immune function and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens. A total of 300 thirty-day-old Hylan brown commercial laying hens were selected and divided into five groups, with 60 hens in each group. The KOBA group was set as basal diet, the ZXMZ group was supplemented with 0.2 g/kg levamisole hydrochloride in basal diet. The KGDT1 group, KGDT2 group and KGDT4 group were supplemented with 1, 2 and 4 g/kg momordica charantia polysaccharide in basal diet. The trial period was 12 w. The results showed that the titers ofNewcastle disease virus (NDV) antibody in serumof laying hens inZXMZgroup,KGDT1 group, KGDT2 group and KGDT4 group were extremely higher than those in KOBA group (P<0.01). The serum content of interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interferon- γ (IFN- γ), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and total protein in ZXMZ group, KGDT1 group, KGDT2 group and KGDT4 group were significantly (P<0.05) or extremely (P<0.01) higher than those in KOBA group. Background: The oncogene IGF2 mRNA binding protein 3 (IGF2BP3) could function as an m 6 A reader in stabilizing many tumor-associated genes' mRNAs. However, the relevant oncogenic mechanism by which IGF2BP3 promotes ovarian cancer growth is largely unknown., Methods: The IGF2BP3 expression in ovarian cancer was identified by retrieving the datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). GEO datasets evaluated the relevant signaling pathways in IGF2BP3 knockdown in ovarian cancer cells. IGF2BP3 positive correlation gene in TCGA was calculated. MTS proliferation assay was identified in IGF2BP3 knockdown and rescued by PLAG1 like zinc finger 2 (PLAGL2) overexpression in ES-2 and SKOV3 cells. Bioinformatic analysis and RIP-qPCR were predicted and identified the IGF2BP3 binding site and PLAGL2 mRNA stability. The animal experiment identified IGF2BP3 proliferation inhibition., Results: IGF2BP3 was upregulated in ovarian cancer tissue and cells. The depletion of IGF2BP3 in ovarian cancer cells leads to an enhancement of the pathway involved in cellular proliferation and mRNA stability. IGF2BP3 positive correlation suppressed pro-proliferation gene PLAGL2. IGF2BP3 knockdown suppressed ovarian cancer cell proliferation and was rescued by PLAGL2 overexpression. Luciferase reporter assay confirmed that IGF2BP3 could bind to 3'-UTR of PLAGL2 to maintain the mRNA stability.
