The bachelor thesis called Analysis of the work of hosts, commentators, reporters and experts during sports broadcasts in the Czech Republic and the USA focuses on the analysis of the structure, capabilities and quality of specific sports broadcasts in the Czech Republic and the United States. It focuses on the evaluation of broadcasts from the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Czech TV and American FOX Sports and the final matches of the Czech and American top American football competitions on the same stations, the so-called Czech Bowl and the famous Super Bowl. This selection allows several ways to compare individual broadcasts. First, it offers a comparison of the approach of both TV stations to the same sporting event in the form of a World Cup. It also provides an insight into the difference between the size of the largest American football match in the Czech Republic and the famous Super Bowl and their television coverage. It is also interesting to compare broadcasts of different sports on the same TV station, while in the Czech Republic it is the mainstream football and not-so-popular American football, whereas in the USA the situation is exactly the opposite. Immersion is a notion of graph inclusion related to the notion of graph minors. While the structural theory of graph minors is extensive, there are still numerous open problems in the structural theory of graph immersions. Kuratowski's theorem claims that the class of graphs that do not contain a subdivision of the graphs K3,3 and K5 is exactly the class of planar graphs. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the structure of the graphs that do not contain an immersion of K3,3. Such graphs can be separated by small edge cuts into small graphs or planar 3-regular graphs. 1

The aim of this thesis is -- based on the theoretical knowledge of human resource manage-ment and theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) -- to design the Business Intelligence solution over the human resource management systems in the company AVG Technologies (hereinafter AVG). The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I describe methods, principles and practices of the human resource management, especially in context of employee performance management, performance evaluation and calibration. Then I focus on employee development. The next stage of the theoretical part describes functioning of the HRM (Human Resource Management) sys-tems. The functionality is explained by description of the systems used in the AVG. At the end of the theoretical part I mention some specifics of BI solutions for HRM systems. In the practical part I describe the creation of the BI solution. This part begins with the analysis in which -- based on the theoretical knowledge and analysis of the AVG's needs and requirements -- I define the actual assignment for the BI solution implementation pro-ject. Then I describe other analysis and implementation steps leading to the creation of the complete BI solution. In the conclusion I evaluate the achievement of the objectives and also real benefits of the solution for the AVG. I also define the suggestions and recommendations for further de-velopment of this solution.
