In this study, we present a multi-node acoustofluidic chip working over a large range of frequencies. This approach opens the path to a multitude of acoustophoretic manipulations including the accurate control of the force applied onto cells and cell spheroids, but also the ability to move the levitation nodal planes, the merging and the assembly of spheroids. The design of a transparent cavity and the use of a broadband ultrasonic transducer allow the characterization of the acoustic energy and the comparison with a simple 1D model. The acoustic properties of the system were first estimated through the effects of the acoustic radiation force (ARF) on suspension of particles. From the particles velocities induced by the ARF, measured by Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), we deduce the acoustic energy over a large frequency range. The automation of the setup allowed the acquisition of a large amount of data with the possibility to make parametric and statistic studies. The results show a wide continuous operating range for the acoustic radiation forces. We also show that it is possible to apply a constant amplitude for the ARF even while changing the acoustic frequency. This approach is applied on human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hMSCs). We show that it is possible to create large hMSC spheroids on each acoustic node, as demonstrated recently in [Jeger-Madiot et al., Scientific Reports, 2021, 11, 8355 ], before moving and merging them while maintained in acoustic levitation.

Diseñar y presentar una propuesta sobre un manual de políticas contables para la empresa Estrategias Empresariales AC S.A.S con la cual se establezcan los principios y procedimientos necesarios para el manejo de la información y presentación de estados financieros, logrando un mayor crecimiento en la prestación de servicios de consultorías, asesorías tributarias y manejo de contabilidades. En este trabajo se sistematiza la experiencia de la práctica profesional, realizada en la empresa Estrategias Empresariales AC S.A.S, en donde se realizaron labores de causación, archivo de documentos contables, conciliación bancaria, inducción sobre el manejo del programa contable SIIGO, el uso del portal de la DIAN, el portal de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, la renovación de registro mercantil de las empresas, entre otras. En el siguiente documento, se evidencia la práctica profesional realizada, durante la cual se pone en marcha todos los conocimientos adquiridos durante el proceso académico de contaduría pública, por medio de cinco capítulos; proceso en el cual identifica a través de un método de observación y diagnóstico, la ausencia de un manual de políticas contables, los cuales son la base fundamental para la preparación y presentación de los estados financieros, ya que permiten el manejo fiable y óptimo de la información financiera y contable para la buena toma de decisiones de la empresa. In this work the experience of the professional practice is systematized, carried out in the company Estrategias Empresariales AC SAS, where causation work, archiving of accounting documents, bank reconciliation, induction on the management of the SIIGO accounting program, the use of the portal were carried out of the DIAN, the portal of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, the renewal of the commercial register of companies, among others. In the following document, the professional practice carried out is evidenced, during which all the knowledge acquired during the academic process of public accounting is implemented, through five chapters; process in which it identifies, through an observation and diagnostic method, the absence of a manual of accounting policies, which are the fundamental basis for the preparation and presentation of the financial statements, since they allow the reliable and optimal management of the Financial and accounting information for the good decision making of the company

El objetivo del estudio es determinar la viabilidad tecnológica, económica, de mercado y social para la instalación de una planta productora de crema exfoliante a base de saponina de quinua, a través de un aprovechamiento íntegro de este grano andino. Mediante una encuesta realizada al público objetivo se encontró que el producto sería bien aceptado en el sector socioeconómico “A”, “B” y una parte del “C” de Lima Metropolitana, además, los canales de venta serían los supermercados, farmacias y tiendas naturistas. Se halló la demanda para el proyecto para el año 2024 con un total de 62,708 unidades de producto terminado (cremas de 75ml). En cuanto a la localización de la planta, se evaluaron tres regiones: Lima, Ayacucho y Puno. Se determinó que sería más factible localizar la planta en Lima, principalmente por la cercanía al mercado objetivo. La planta estaría ubicada específicamente en Lurín, dado que este distrito cuenta con un menor costo de terreno y mayor seguridad frente a las demás alternativas evaluadas. Por otra parte, se estableció el tamaño de planta, determinado por el mercado, con 62,708 unidades anuales, y el punto de equilibrio es de 10,885 unidades por año. Al analizar la capacidad instalada se encontró que la operación cuello de botella es la extracción. La inversión total requerida asciende a S/. 2,012,391. El 50% de la inversión se financiaría con un préstamo bancario, obteniendo un TIR de 59.62% y un VAN de S/ 1,416,343 en 5 años. Asimismo, el periodo de recupero de la inversión sería de 2.20 años y se obtendrán S/.2.408 por cada sol invertido. Se concluye entonces que el proceso de producción es viable, que existe potencial de mercado para el producto, que el proyecto es atractivo y rentable y que tendrá un impacto social positivo al generar empleo y al aprovechar un residuo de la producción de quinua. The objective of the study is to determine the technological, economic, market and social viability of installing a production plant of exfoliating face creams made of saponins of quinoa, thus making a full use of this Andean grain. A survey made to the targeted audience found that the product would be well accepted on the socio-economic level “A”, “B” and a small fraction of “C” of Lima Metropolitana. On the other hand, the chosen sales channels are the supermarkets, pharmacies and health food stores. The demand was calculated for the year 2024 with a total of 62,708 finished products per year (75ml creams). The regions evaluated for the plant location were Lima, Ayacucho and Puno. It was determined that Lima is the most feasible of the three locations, mainly due to the proximity to the target market. As for the micro localization of the plant, the district of Lurín was chosen because it has lower land costs and better security in comparison to the other evaluated districts in Lima. Also, the production level was determined by the market size, with a total of 62,708 products per year, and the break-even point is equal to 10,885 products per year. Additionally, the bottleneck operation is the extraction of the saponins. The total investment needed is S/ 2,012,391 (Peruvian soles). Half of the investment would be covered by a bank loan, thus obtaining an IRR (internal rate of return on investment) of 59.62% and a net present value of S/ 1,416,343 in 5 years. In addition, the payback period is 2.20 years and each invested Peruvian sol brings S/ 2.408 in return. It is thus concluded that the production process is viable, that there’s market potential for the product, that it is an attractive and profitable project and that it would have a positive social impact by generating employment and utilizing an element that is currently considered a waste by the quinoa producers.
