Здійснено розроблення сигнальних перетворювачів високочутливих сенсорів різницевої температури. Первинними перетворювачами таких сенсорів є схемні каскади на біполярних транзисторах. З метою розширення функціональних можливостей та підвищення роздільної здатності вимірювання різниці температур у сигнальному перетворювачі використано схему інтегратора. Проведені експериментальні дослідження підтверджують високу ефективність використання аналогового інтегратора в сенсорах різницевої температури, сигнальні перетворювачі яких поєднують високу точність та часову роздільну здатність вимірювання. The work is devoted to the problem of signal transducers of high-sensitivity differential temperature sensors. The conducted studies have shown that the scheme of the signal converter with the stabilization of the total emitter currents of a transistors pair is characterized by a combination of high sensitivity and stability of the steepness of a transformation function. In particular, as compared to the circuit with the stabilization of the collector current of a reference transistor, the instability of steepness is reduced 20-fold. The research of the developed signal converters and their parametric analysis was carried out on the basis of transistors SPICE models. For the number of modern sensors problems, in particular in micro and nanocalorimetry, a combination of high resolution of measurement of differential temperature and the speed of such measurement is necessary. Obviously, these requirements are inherent in the contradiction, i.e. increasing the speed leads to an inevitable loss of measurement accuracy. To eliminate this contradiction, the scheme of the signal converter on the basis of an integrator, which allows increase the resolution of the temperature difference measurement, is proposed. In the schemes of the signal converter of differential temperature and the integrator, the high-precision operational amplifier of series AD8551 / AD8552 / AD8554 have been used. They operate on principle of the signal modulationdemodulation, which allows reach the minimum values of the bias voltage and its instability of 0.005 mV/°C. The characteristic relationship between accuracy and measurement time on the basis of the high-precision micro converter ADuC834 based on 24-bit sigma-delta (S-D) ADC used in the developed sensor of differential temperature is considered. Experimental results of the developed sensor investigation have underlined the significant exactness: depending on the ADC range, the non-reproducibility of the voltage measurement is within ± 1 (10) μV, which corresponds to the resolution of the temperature measurement ±(10–4…10–3)°C.

Розглянуто застосування органічних матеріалів, таких як органічні напівпровідники та рідкі кристали для створення оптично активних середовищ, світловипромінювальних та фоточутливих структур для оптичних сенсорів фізичних величин. Наведено експериментальні результати досліджень фізичних властивостей отриманих структур та запропоновано низку конструктивних рішень для реалізації на їх основі сенсорів фізичних величин. The usage of organic materials such as organic semiconductors and liquid crystals for creation of the optically active medium, light-emitting and photosensitive structures for optical sensors of physical quantities is considered in the paper. Experimental results of investigations of the obtained structures physical properties are presented. A number of constructive solutions for the realization of the sensors of physical quantities based on these structures are proposed.

Розглянуто проблему SPICE модельних досліджень мікропотужних джерел опорної напруги для пристроїв фотовольтаїки, які використовують для побудови автономних сенсор- них пристроїв та систем автономного живлення. Встановлено необхідність дослідження мікропотужних режимів, які особливо актуальні для побудови мікроелектронних сенсорів з альтернативними джерелами живлення, зокрема сонячної енергії. Розроблено SPICE моделі мікропотужних джерел опорної напруги та запропоновано методику проведення структурно- параметричного аналізу. На відміну від наявних, розроблені моделі дають можливість прово- дити дослідження параметрів функції перетворення в мікропотужному режимі. Встановлено залежності вихідного сигналу стабілізатора від ширини смуги пропускання трансімпеданс- ного операційного підсилювача, досліджено вплив параметрів елементів у колах зворотного зв’язку та визначено допустимий діапазон для малих вхідних напруг, встановлено тривалість перехідних процесів елементів мікропотужного джерела опорної напруги. Результати моделювання використано для побудови мікроелектронного сигнального перетворювача на основі мікропотужних прецизійних операційних підсилювачів AD8504. Typically, the photovoltaic devices used to build autonomous touch devices and power systems. The problem of SPICE-simulation of micropower reference voltage sources for this photovoltaic devices was showed. The necessity of research of micro-voltage regimes, which are especially relevant for construction of microelectronic sensors with alternative power sources was established. The SPICE models of micropower reference voltage sources have been developed and the method of structurally-parametric analysis was proposed. It is possible to carry out research on the parameters of the transformation function in a micropower mode unlike the existing developed models. The dependence of the output signal of the stabilizer on the width of the bandwidth of the transimpedance operating amplifier was established. The influence of the parameters of the elements in the feedback circuits was investigated. And additionally, the allowable range for small input voltages was determined, duration of transient processes of the elements of the micropower reference voltage source was determined. The simulation results were used іn the process of constructing a microelectronic signal converter based on the micropowered AD8504 operating amplifiers.

Organic photosensing composite polyaniline:pentacene structure with a wide spectrum of photosensitivity (1.7-2.7 eV) by means of vacuum co-deposition of polyaniline and pentacene on flexible substrate (PET) with ITO layer was fabricated. As rectifying contact the deposited aluminum film on composite structure was used. The bulk and barrier properties of composite structure were evaluated by means of current-voltage measurements., Сформована органічна фоточутлива композитна структура ПАН:пентацен з широким спектром фоточутливості (1,7-2,7 еВ) методом одночасного вакуумного напилення пентацену та поліаніліну на гнучку підкладку (PET) з шаром ITO. Випрямляючий контакт забезпечувався напиленням алюмінієвої плівки на поверхню композиту. Досліджено об’ємні та бар’єрні властивості композитної структури за допомогою вольт-амперних та імпедансних вимірювань., Сформирована органическая фоточувствительная композитная структура полианилин:пентацен с широким спектром фоточувствительности (1,7-2,7 еВ) методом одновременного вакуумного напыления пентацена и полианилина на гибкую подложку (PET) со слоем ITO. Випрямляющий контакт обеспечивался напилением алюминиевой пленки на поверхность композита. Исследовано объемные и барьерные свойства структуры с помощью вольт-амперных и импедансных измерений.

Описані результати вимірювань характеристик амплітудного сенсора, виготовленого на основі пластикового оптоволоконного сенсора. Також досліджено вплив довжини хвиль на властивості сенсора. The paper presents the results of proprieties measurements of the amplitude sensor which is made on a base on an optical plastic fibre sensor. This element can be served to marking shifts, powers etc. This work shows also an influence of length of waves on sensor proprieties. All measurements are executed to the results which were obtained by the extensometer sensor subjected the same influential factor measured.

В даній статті представлено конструкцію керамічного сенсора тиску, який базується на п'єзорезистивному ефекті в товстоплівкових резисторах, виготовлених з паст з високим значенням розмірного коефіцієнта. Для резисторів, використаних в даному сенсорі, розроблено товстонлівкові пасти, які базуються на діоксиді рутенію і свинцево-боро-силікатному склі. Представлено характеристики і параметри сенсорів тиску. The construction of ceramic pressure sensor based on piezoresistive effect of thick film resistors made of paste with high Gauge Factor is presented. Thick film paste based on ruthenium dioxide and lead-boro-silicate glass has been elaborated for resistors applied in the sensor. The characteristics of the resistors as well as the parameters of the pressure sensor are also presented.

Метою цієї статті c дослідження керамічних матеріалів, які утворюються на основі кераміки, відпаленої при низькії температурі (НТК), яка зазвичай є крихкою при згинанні. Дійсно, такий характер зміни властивостей часто обмежує використання кераміки в сенсорах та інших електронних пристроях. Досліджувалися граничні можливості вигнутих ьагатошарових модулів і аналізувалися мікроструктури та поверхні розриву вигнутих ьагатошарових зразків. Шари НТК було отримано з Du Pont Green Tape™ : Low Temperature 951 and 851 Cofired Green Tape. The aim of this work was to investigate the ceramic materials based on LTCC (Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics) that are usually brittle and breaking in bent condition. Indeed, this behaviour often limits the use of ceramics in both sensor and unconventional electronic applications. There was investigated marginal possibility of bent laminated modules, and also analyzed the microstructure and the fractured surfaces of bent laminated samples. LTCC layers were produced from Du Pont Green Tape™ : Low Temperature 951 and 851 Cofired Green Tape™.
