In this paper we have presented, firstly, an evolution of the concept of fuzzy normed linear spaces, different definitions, approaches as well as generalizations. A special section is dedicated to fuzzy Banach spaces. In the case of fuzzy normed linear spaces, researchers have been working, until now, with a definition of completeness inspired by M. Grabiec’s work in the context of fuzzy metric spaces. We propose another definition and we prove that it is much more adequate, inspired by the work of A.George and P. Veeramani. Finally, some important results in fuzzy fixed point theory were highlighted.

The International Conference on Computers Communications and Control (ICCCC) has been founded in 2006 by I. Dzitac, F.G. Filip and M.-J. Manolescu and organized every even year by Agora University of Oradea, under the aegis of the Information Science and Technology Section of Romanian Academy. ICCCC2018 has been co-sponsored by IEEE Region 08. The goal of this conference was to bring together scholars and researchers, from academia and industry practitioners to present and discuss in a friendly environment their latest research findings on a broad array of topics in computing, computer communications and control. The Program Committee received papers describing original, previously unpublished, completed research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas related to computer networking and control.

We describe a method of speed (velocity) computation, named mixt profile. The method assures an accurate positioning at the end of movement, in a well determinate time lapse; the method is linked with position vector computation of position matrix, about an industrial robot.

The method is linked with computation of location (position) matrix, about an industrial robot. Mixt profile of speed may be applied about motion on linear or circular trajectories. The paper continues the explanation from [6] regarding this method.

E-cash enables the exchange of digital coins with value assured by the bank's signature and with concealed user identity. Many electronic cash systems have been proposed with the proliferation of the Internet and the activation of electronic commerce. In this paper we propose a secure offline electronic cash system based on bilinear pairings. The security of the new system is under the computational Diffle-Hellman problem in the random oracle model.

An electronic cash system allows the exchange of digital coins with value assured by the bank’s signature and with concealed user identity. In an electronic cash system, a user can withdraw coins from the bank and then spends each coin anonymously and unlinkably. In this paper we propose a secure and efficient off-line electronic payment system based on bilinear pairings and group signature schemes. The anonymity of the customer is revocable by a trustee in case of a dispute. Because the amount of communication in the payment protocol is about 480 bits, the proposed off-line electronic payment system can be used in wireless networks with limited bandwidth.
