Pandemie COVID-19, která se na českém území začala masově šířit zejména od začátku její první vlny v polovině března roku 2020, významně ovlivnila životy naprosté většiny českých domácností. Její dopady je možné identifikovat nejen v oblasti zdraví (úmrtí, zhoršené duševní zdraví v důsledku sociální izolace), ale i v oblasti ekonomické (omezení pracovní činnosti nebo ztráta zaměstnání), v oblasti sociální (nárůst chudoby a nerovností ve společnosti v důsledku nezaměstnanosti, narušené vztahy v rodinách i mimo ně) a případně i v oblasti životního prostředí (zvýšení kvality ovzduší v důsledku omezené pozemní dopravy). Většina těchto témat a problémů je často přímo či zprostředkovaně centrem zájmu intervencí sociální práce. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je zmapovat ve vybrané ORP v Jihomoravském kraji (město Znojmo) všechna opatření přijatá aktéry utvářejícími tamější lokální sociální politiku od začátku pandemie COVID-19 (březen 2020) do současnosti (červen 2022), která mají zmírňovat její dopady. Současně se pokusíme mezi těmito opatřeními identifikovat ta opatření, která jsou v souladu s konceptem udržitelného rozvoje sociální práce. The COVID-19 pandemic, which began to spread massively in the Czech territory, mainly since the beginning of its first wave in mid-March 2020, significantly affected the lives of the vast majority of Czech households. Its effects can be identified not only in the area of health (deaths, impaired mental health due to social isolation) but also in the economic area (restriction of work activity or loss of employment), in the social area (increase in poverty and social inequalities in society as a result of unemployment, disrupted relationships within and outside families) and also in the area of the environment (increased air quality due to limited land transport). Most of these topics and problems are often directly or indirectly the focus of social work interventions. This contribution aims to map all the measures taken by actors shaping the local social policy from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020) to the present (June 2022) in the selected ORP in the South Moravian region (the city of Znojmo), which are intended to mitigate its effects. At the same time, we will try to identify among these measures those that are in line with the concept of sustainable development of social work.

Diabetic foot syndrome is a serious chronic complication of diabetes mellitus, caused by a number of factors such as neuropathy, angiopathy, infection, and above all, this syndrome is consequence of a poor diabetes compensation and cardiovascular risk factors. It is characterized by particularly impaired wound healing and a higher tendency to chronicity, which can often be a reason for disability of the patient. Nutrition plays a very important role in a patient hospitalized with diabetic foot syndrome, as adequate coverage of energy and nutritional needs is essential for successful treatment and healing of ulcers. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis first mentions diabetes mellitus, its basic characteristics and briefly describes the types of diabetes that are associated with diabetic foot syndrome. Acute and chronic complications of diabetes are also discussed, followed by a more extensive chapter on the diabetic foot syndrome itself. This is the very definition of the term, epidemiology, pathogenesis, classification, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this syndrome. This doctoral thesis is dealing with the correlation of morphological, immunohistochemical and genetical findings in malignant tumors of salivary glands. The first half of the thesis comprises the summary of current knowledge about salivary malignancies. The second half is presenting the research itself. The research results are divided into three parts. The first part is presenting the method of "2-step diagnostic test" of malignant tumors. This screening test aims to find new, so far not described gene aberrations with a focus on malignant tumors of salivary glands. This method takes place in two consecutive steps. In the first step the material is examined by an immunohistochemical mixture of antibodies, which non-specifically detects aberration in the genes NTRK1-3, ALK and ROS1. In the second step all positive cases are subjected to highly sensitive and specific molecular-genetic examination by the method of next generation sequencing (NGS) using the Archer kit. In the second part of the work there has been designed the approach to the cytological diagnosis of salivary secretory carcinoma by the fine-needle aspiration (FNA). A healthy lifestyle plays an important role in both keeping an optimal body weight as well as in the prevention of cardiovascular or metabolic diseases in adulthood. Therefore, it is highly important for children and adolescents to avoid negative aspects of their lifestyles and to be educated and supported in leading a healthy lifestyle in all it's forms. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis defines the terms adolescent and obesity. It also lists all important aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including recommendations related to nutritions and physical activity. Risk factors that may be associated with increased body weight, such as genetic factors, inappropriate eating habits, a lack of exercise, an adverse family and social background, selected diseases and long-term medication, are further discussed. The most common obesity-related complications in children and adolescents are also presented. Additionally, percentile graphs of assessed anthropometric parameters for boys and girls are shown. This bachelor work addresses the issue of the expansion of wood-destroying fungi. It describes the theoretical part of this issue, basic composition of wood, feeding methods, description reproduction, spread of infection and general protection. Wooddecaying fungi are officials, attacking live trees, injured and dead. They cause various changes in wood and then decomposition woods. Furthermore, location was chosen, took place mapping injured trees and found species of woos-destroying fungi were determined. Follow up marking to own maps. Also care of trees been described to every species and the possibility of preventing the emergence of the disease.

This diploma thesis primarily deals with anglicisms in magazines Bravo, Cosmopolitan and Popcorn in 1994, 2004 and 2014 in terms of linguistic, journalistic and pragmatic point of view. The thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part provides an interpretation focusing on the issue of acceptance of English loanwords into the Czech language, their work with them, their eventual integration into the language and stylistic force in the Czech articles. Finally, it takes into account the pragmatic aspect of the texts. The analytical part presents and explains specific examples of anglicisms in the selected magazines, works with adapting processes, and also shows its pragmatic and journalistic functions. On the basis of particular examples from selected magazines, the aim of this thesis is to describe the role of anglicisms in the texts, the way they are treated in the texts, how they are changed in order to serve the journalistic purposes, and how they influence the final form of media content, respectively the whole language system.

In this thesis I will focus on tourism in the ossuary in Kutná Hora. In the first part I plan to describe theoretical background of anthropology of tourism. In the second part I will discuss the history of ossuaries and the changes in the perception of death in society. In the final part, I will present the results of my own research of tourism in the ossuary. My aim is to relate the research I conducted, through interviews transcribed, to the theoretical approaches. Furthermore, I will present my own typology of visitors of the ossuary and also focus on the motives these tourists have to visit there. Key words: tourism, tourists, ossuary, cemetery.

This thesis will deal with the work of Claude Lévi-Strausse, famous personality of French structuralism. It will focus on his application of structuralism in antropology, particularly the structural analysis of myth and art. The aim of the thesis will be to show contribution of Claude Lévi-Strauss to the structuralist investigation of culture and, alternatively, to theory of aesthetics.

This thesis deals with issue of volunteering in work with drug addicted people, which is still not so expanded among the volunteers. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is dealing with volunteering in general - who is the volunteer, what is the motivation for volunteering or look at the volunteering by society. The second part is dedicated to the syndrome of addiction and drugs. The last is introducing the social services for drug addicts. Primarily Contact center in Prostějov in which the research was done. The objective of the thesis is to find out the attitudes of users and workers from Contact center in Prostějov on the presence of volunteers. The research was done by qualitative strategy, method of questioning and the technique of half-structured interview was used. The first part of the research is focused on the attitudes of users of Contact center Prostějov on the presence of volunteers. I tried to get information about if they perceive the volunteers in the contact center positively and if it gives them any benefits. Or the other way they will not come to the contact center because the presence of volunteer intrudes them the safe environment of the contact room. The second part of the research deals with the partial goal of the thesis - the attitudes of workers of Contact center Prostějov on the presence of volunteers. Some organizations can perceive the volunteers as a burden because of the mentoring, the supervision of their work and so on. But on the other hand, there are workers who are grateful for any help because then they have more time for another important work. The thesis is important for practice since it will be given to the workers of the Contact center Prostějov and they could use it for work with volunteers.

Markéta Horáková Consultant: PharmDr. Hana Sklenářová Ph.D. Title of Thesis: Study of chemiluminescence properties of metformin using sequential injection analysis Chemiluminescent properties of metformin were studied using a sequential injection analysis in the three systems with different composition of the reagents. The first system used potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid, the second cerium sulfate tetrahydrate and (tris (2,2 '-bipyridyl) dichloro-ruthenium hexahydrate. The third system used the N- bromsukcinimid and fluorescein. The flow rate, concentration and volumes of reagents, scheme of the measuring cycle and used solvents have been optimized into the first two systems. The concentration of N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) and fluorescein in the third system were based on data found in literature [Zhouping Wang, Anal. Lett. 2003]. The volume and speed were detected automatically using the program FaFSIAOptim, created the Department of Analytical Chemistry. Scheme of the measuring cycle was optimized in the same way as in the previous two systems. Executive information systems or Business Intelligence (BI) systems are implemented in the majority of companies today. Contemporary trend is to focus these systems on the Corporate Performance Management (CPM), in which special processes, methodologies and metrics necessary for measurement and management of the business performance are used. This thesis explores how principles and tools of Competitive Intelligence (CI) may be applied in these systems. CI is another discipline useful for strategic management of a company. In the theoretical part of this thesis are briefly described principles of BI, CPM and CI. The main aim is to analyze the possibility, whether we can extend a potential of the executive information systems through the usage of Competitive Intelligence principles and technologies. This part is based especially on technical literature and other relevant sources. The practical part of the thesis explores these questions on a real system called the Business Navigation System (BNS). The aim is to analyze BNS in a viewpoint of Competitive Intelligence serviceability and to design new functionality. The contribution of this thesis in the theoretic area is the consideration; whether it's possible to derive benefit from the principles of CI in the executive information systems. The practical contribution is an evaluation of BNS and the suggestions, how to involve technologies of CI to the some modules of this system.

This article puts forward the concept of street-level bureaucrats and their role in public policy in its full complexity. In the first two parts the authors define street-level bureaucrats and the roots of the basic ideologies that determine their behaviour (principles of bureaucracy, professionalism, bureau-professionalism and managerialism). They draw on previous analytical studies they conducted on this theme and present the latest empirical findings on the behavior of street-level bureaucrats who work with unemployed people. In this way they try to demonstrate the importance of principles of bureaucracy, professionalism, and bureau-professionalism in contemporary public policy.

This work analyse the current discussions and theoretical approaches to personal and corporate taxation (not only in OECD countries). After the introduction, which is focused on theory of income taxation, follows chapters, that analyze the attitudes and issues of personal and corporate taxation. This two main chapters contain synthetic parts, whose outputs are the emerging trends in the future. The emphasis was put on OECD outcomes and recommendations.

Práce seznamuje pokročilejší uživatele webu s principy sémantického webu a s technologiemi webových služeb. Také uvádí možnosti budoucího vývoje webových služeb směrem k sémantickým webovým službám. Text je rozdělen do tří hlavních částí. První část pojednává o sémantickém webu, jeho hlavních principech a technologiích pro jeho realizaci. Také se zmiňuje o možnostech využití těchto technologií. Druhá část se zabývá webovými službami. Seznamuje čtenáře se standardy, na kterých jsou webové služby založeny, a zabývá se i způsoby jejich uplatnění v praxi. Poslední část pojednává o sémantických webových službách, které využívají obou technologií popisovaných v předchozích částech. Uvádí možné výhody kombinace těchto technologií a několik návrhů takového řešení.

Teoretická práce se snaží přiblížit dobu 50. a 60. let let ve 20.st. a umění pop artu. Na příkladu hrdiny ukázat jak důležitý má význam nejen ve výtvarném umění a proč je Superman tak oblíbený. Didaktická část má za úkol pomocí hrdiny a příběhů přivést žáky zpět tradicím.

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ekologické daně ČR v podmínkách EU. Budu se zde zabývat teoretickými otázkami funkce daní a rozborem Směrnice 2003/96/ES. Dále zde nastíním průběh a obsah ekologické daňové reformy ČR. Potom se budu zabývat dopadem reformy na jednotlivé skupiny obyvatel a podnikatelské subjekty. V závěru práce porovnám český koncept se zavedeným německým modelem a uvedu vlastní názory na reformu.

Můj dědeček se věnoval numizmatice. Jako malá jsem ho mnohokrát pozorovala, jak svou sbírku mincí doplňuje a třídí. Snad abych ho nerozptylovala, naučil mě objevovat tajemství rubů i líců kovových penízků, z nichž jsem pak sama za pomoci tužky a papíru odkrývala neznámé reliéfhí předlohy. Myslím, že mi tato zábava i napětí vydržely hodně dlouho. Později, a to především díky svému otci, jsem obdobným způsobem získávala tvary a strukturu listů, květů i kůry stromů a vytvářela si tak svůj vlastní pseudoherbář. Ani děda, ani otec, ani já jsme však nikdy nepojmenovali naše otisky, respektive způsob jejich získávání, frotáží. S tímto slovem jsem se poprvé setkala až při studiu výtvarné výchovy na střední pedagogické škole, kde jsem, krom teoretického poučení, realizovala i několik praktických úkolů. Později, když jsem své žáky výtvarné výchově sama vyučovala a s touto technikou jsme pracovali, pozorovala jsem, že i oni přijímají frotáž se stejným zájmem jako já kdysi. Někdy jsme si uměle vytvořili motivy z lepenky - těmi byly například fragmenty stavebních prvků jihočeského selského baroka nebo zvětšeniny cechovních pečetí, které pak nalepené tvořily reliéfhí podklad pro frotáž. Jindy nám posloužily předlohy z přírody - listy, dřevo, kůra apod. A nakonec nemohu nepřipomenout kamenné náhrobky na zdejším židovském...
