ObjectiveTo compare the macular area parameters and aqueous humor factors between myopia and emmetropia.MethodsConvenience sampling was used to select patients who visited the Changzhi Aier Eye Hospital’s department of ophthalmology from December 2018 to December 2022 as the study participants. They were divided into three groups according to whether they were diagnosed as mild myopia myopic, highly myopic or not as follows: the mild myopia group (60 cases, 108 eyes), the high myopia group (46 cases, 78 eyes) and the healthy emmetropia group (40 cases, 65 eyes). The differences in the macular integrity (MI) assessment, optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography angiography parameters and aqueous humor factors were compared between the three groups.ResultsAL in high myopia group was the highest, and that in emmetropia group was the lowest. The BCVA of mild myopia group was the highest. The RS in the high myopia group were significantly lowest in the three groups (26.42 ± 1.04 vs. 28.34 ± 0.76 vs. 31.92 ± 0.77) (F = 5.374, p = 0.013). The measurement indicator system of carbon lock-in was constructed from four dimensions: fixed investment, technique, institution and social behavior; and the projection pursuit evaluation model based on the Real-coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm, (RAGA-PP model) was established. In this study, China’s carbon lock-in level was measured and analyzed based on relevant data from 2003 to 2016. The model application contributes to solving problems such as the subjectivity of weight estimation and premature convergence. The results indicate that, in addition to the increasing degree of social behavior lock-in, for China, the overall carbon lock-in and lock-in levels of fixed input, technique, and institution have decreased dramatically. The overall carbon lock-in level of the eastern provinces is the weakest, followed by the central and northeastern regions, with the western regions being the strongest, and the polarization of provincial carbon lock-in levels being the most significant in the central and western areas. The government should make prudent decisions on the main investment and construction of social infrastructure from a long-term perspective. It is essential to make breakthroughs in the core technologies of complementary and coupled energy utilization to accelerate the formation of new power systems.

Objective: To investigate the relevant risk factors of proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) in patients with Type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and their correlations with the central macular thickness (CMT). Methods: This is a retrospective study. The clinical data of 300 patients with T2DM were collected and divided into a PDR group (observation group) and non-PDR group (control group) according to the occurrence of PDR in Aier Eye Hospital (Taiyuan) from February 2019 to February 2022. The relevant risk factors were screened out through the t test and the χ2 test, and analyzed by logistic regression. Results: Logistic regression analysis showed that systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, course of diabetes, fasting blood glucose (FBG), two hours postprandial blood glucose (two hours PBG) and urinary albumin were independent risk factors for T2DM complicated with PDR. ROC curve revealed that systolic blood pressure, course of diabetes and urinary albumin had the highest diagnostic efficiency. Correlation analysis demonstrated that CMT was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, course of diabetes, HbA1c level and urinary albumin level. Conclusion: For patients with T2DM, blood pressure, course of diabetes, FBG, 2hPBG and urinary albumin are independent risk factors for PDR, and increased systolic blood pressure, course of diabetes, HbA1c level and urinary albumin level will increase CMT. Combining the above indexes to predict the occurrence of PDR has a synergistic effect, and the increase in systolic blood pressure, course of diabetes, HbA1c level and urinary albumin level will increase the CMT of the patients. This study examined the age at which Mandarin-speaking children can resolve a syntactic ambiguity associated with the focus particle zhi 'only' in an adult-like way by means of prosody. It tested eight age groups, from three-year-olds to ten-year- olds, by having the children perform a picture-choice task. They were asked to identify the picture that correctly illustrated the intended meaning of an ambiguous sentence served by prosody. Results showed that the NP closer to the focus particle was resolved earlier, likely due to proximity or limited working memory. Furthermore, this type of ambiguity exhibited a very late acquired phenomenon: only ten-year-olds showed an adult-like performance in the resolution of the ambiguity. The results of this study support the view (Singh and Fu 2016) that, due to the interaction between tone and intonation, a tone language is acquired more slowly than a non-tone language.
