MnZn ferrites and their magnetic, electrical, and optical properties make them highly suitable in a number of applications. These ferrites are used in electronic applications, magnetic fluids, and household appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, and microwave ovens. This paper focuses on a hydrothermal method used to prepare a bayberry spherical manganese–zinc ferrite (Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4), its surface was coated with dopamine (Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4@PDA) and then carbonized to obtain the core–shell structure C-Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4@PDA. Preliminary results show that carbon-coated manganese–zinc ferrite with saturation magnetic properties and coercivity increased from 99 emu and 66.01 Oe to 138 emu and 104.85 Oe, respectively. In addition, the carbonized Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4@PDA (C-Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4@PDA) exhibited favorable microwave absorbing performance with minimum reflection loss (RLmin) of − 17.56 dB and also revealed that the broadest effective absorption bandwidth (RLmin ≤ − 10 dB) 5.36 GHz (11.70–17.06 GHz) can be achieved at 2.0 mm.

Loss factor is one of the most significant parameters of Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) which represents the damping loss characteristics of a system and indicates the ability of its vibration energy consumption. In order to estimate it, the power input method (PIM) and the impulse response decay method (IRDM) have become widely used especially when the object of study is made of Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) of which dynamic interaction is really complicated. Numerical simulation is also applied to analyze the loss factor of the spring-damping-system with single degree of freedom (SDOF) using MATLAB to introduce the identification procedure of PIM and IRDM. With the comparison of the methods, the analytical study indicates these techniques are effective for the estimation of loss factor. This paper focuses on an experimental approach to get the SEA loss factor of FRP plate and the test investigations are performed in detail. The requirements and limitations of each method applied are discussed and PIM is a better solution dealing with this kind of the composite material. The loss factor of test specimen is obtained to provide a valuable reference for the prediction and control of vibration and noise of yachts with SEA.

The approach used to calculate structure surface vibration velocity and sound pressure level (SPL) is provided. Then structural vibration model and panels acoustic contribution are combined to investigate sound radiation from a vibrating structure. As for the shipboard cabin where the mariners work with high level requirement of the SPL, it’s necessary to build the boundary element model of shipboard cabin by obtaining the structural mode information and finding out characteristics of vibration velocity. Considering the effect of thin-shell-structure consoles and switchboards, the acoustic field inside the shipboard cabin and the panel contribution to the cabin are analyzed. The peak frequencies in the sound pressure spectrum at the field points and their corresponding panels with larger contributions to the cabin are found. Based on the modal shape analysis, damping is adopted to inhibit the predominant modes. In front of the console and the switchboard where the engineer on watch operate, at the height of one’s head with sitting posture and standing posture, four field points are laid out respectively. Then, the most obvious peak frequency is picked out as the frequency of attention. Vibration reducing measures like laying damping coatings and modular floating floors and so on are adopted to reduce the noise radiation of the plate in the ship cabin. Through the deck vibration transmission experiment, the damping performance of the modular floating floor is ascertained. A comprehensive assessment of the noise label in the cabin is needed to ensure that the sound pressure level meet the relevant requirements of the ship general rules.

Tumor cells have higher rates of glucose uptake and aerobic glycolysis to meet energy demands for proliferation and metastasis. The characteristics of increased glucose uptake, accompanied with aerobic glycolysis, has been exploited for the diagnosis of cancers. Although much progress has been made, the mechanisms regulating tumor aerobic glycolysis and energy production are still not fully understood. Here, we demonstrate that Pim-2 is required for glycolysis and energy production in colorectal tumor cells. Our results show that Pim-2 is highly expressed in colorectal tumor cells, and may be induced by nutrient stimulation. Activation of Pim-2 in colorectal cells led to increase glucose utilization and aerobic glycolysis, as well as energy production. While knockdown of Pim-2 decreased energy production in colorectal tumor cells and increased their susceptibility to apoptosis. Moreover, the effects of Pim-2 kinase on aerobic glycolysis seem to be partly dependent on mTORC1 signaling, because inhibition of mTORC1 activity reversed the aerobic glycolysis mediated by Pim-2. Our findings suggest that Pim-2-mediated aerobic glycolysis is critical for monitoring Warburg effect in colorectal tumor cells, highlighting Pim-2 as a potential metabolic target for colorectal tumor therapy.

Currently, the research of marine dual fuel engine is rare, while the combustion process of marine dual fuel engine is no precise conclusion. This paper built a combustion model of dual fuel engine by AVL FIRE software, and compared experimental data to prove the accuracy of the model, analyzed the characteristics in combustion process of marine dual fuel engines, provided a theoretical basis for the further optimize and design of marine dual fuel engine.

Decomposition rate of raw meal is decided by decomposing furnace temperature directly, which influenced quality and energy-consumption greatly. But the set-point of decomposing furnace temperature is always given by manual mode in most of Chinese cement enterprises. So one solving scheme is put forward to give the optimal setting value of decomposing furnace temperature automatically. Firstly the model of Least square support vector machine (LS_SVM) is used to realize the online estimation of decomposition rate of raw meal. Then based on the fuzzy rules, the optimal values of decomposing furnace temperature is given, and it is modified by the current of the rotary kiln motor. The simulation results and the practical application results both showed that the system is practical and effective in a certain extent.

In this paper, the multi-body dynamics software EXCITE was used to simulate the connecting rod big end bearing of two-stroke marine diesel engine. The result showed the stress analysis of connecting rod big end bearing. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the actual conditions of connecting rod big end bearing, and to improve the design of the crankshaft structure.

Modal analysis of crankshaft for two-stroke marine diesel engine is carried out on the block lanczos method. The finite element models of crankshaft is created in ANSYS. The crankshaft first 13 natural frequencies and mode shapes are shown as the result and lay the foundation for optimal design of the crankshaft and dynamic response.

The multi-body dynamics software EXCITE was used to simulate the marine diesel engine in this paper. The result shown the analysis of the crankshaft transient motion. The purpose provided a theoretical basis on the actual conditions of crankshaft vibration, deformation, stress distribution and improve the design of the crankshaft structure.

Currently, the research of marine natural gas engine is rare, while the combustion and emission characteristics of natural gas engine are affected greatly by the diesel ignition. This paper built a finite volume combustion model of diesel ignited natural gas engine by AVL FIRE software, and compared experimental data to prove the accuracy of the model, and numerical simulation of the combustion process that the diesel ignited natural gas was carried, analyzed the combustion and emission characteristics of natural gas engines, provided a theoretical basis for the further optimize and design of marine natural gas engine.

Taking into account the formation of thermal NO, the local balance method and Extended Zeldovich model were used in the paper to simulate the combustion and emission of a marine diesel engine with the AVL FIRE software and to verify the model. The effects of exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) ratios of 0%, 10%and 20% on combustion and emission of a diesel engine were discussed. The purpose of the paper provided a theoretical basis for the marine diesel engine upgrade of Chinese small and medium sized vessels, especially fishing vessel engine. The results show that with the increasing of EGR ratio,the cylinder pressure and combustion temperatures decreases and the peak of soot also shown a downward trend and more gentle, under the same load conditions.

According to the characteristics of non-linear, time-varying and large time delay in the control of grate cooler, a multi-mode intelligent control method is proposed in the paper.The multi-mode intelligent controller is builded up by variable integral PID control, fuzzy control, Bang-Bang control and expert control. This control method through a multi-mode intelligent control rules automatically identifies different modal and chooses a corresponding control algorithm to correct variable integral PID control.Industrial applications show that the control system has good robustness, achieved good control effect.

Aiming at the vibration characteristics of cylindrical shell, the different cases of cylindrical shell are analyzed through FEM, and the cases are determined according to the circular angle. The free modality results show that with the same dimension of shell, the modal shape of cases are similar to each other, the frequency increased with the increase of circular angle, but for circular angle (say 90°), the increase trend becomes lower as the frequency difference ratio is lower. In excited vibration analysis, there is a relationship between acceleration peak value and circular angle, which is illustrated by a non-dimension parameter.

In order to analyze the vibration performance of partially-filled liquid tank of ships, this paper takes the integration of measures including numerical simulation with finite element method and experimental verification with LMS vibration test and model analysis system of steel liquid tank under different liquid level conditions to study the fluid-structure interaction phenomenon. With the software of ADINA, the FEM model of the tank is developed and the model analysis which indicates the vibration modes and natural frequencies is completed. The simulation is compared with the experimental results which shows the natural frequency of the structure decreases with the level increases.

The similitude requirement of excited load was deduced to maintain the consistent vibration between scaled model and prototype structure, based on the modal theory of multi-DOFs systems. The similitude of load frequency was another demand to maintain the consistent vibration, with the similitude of structure size and load magnitude. The dynamic similitude problem of a liquid tank was studied by finite element method and test analysis respectively. The results show that the similitude of load frequency is the insurance for the consistency of prototype and scaled model structures vibration. In a case the magnitude error of displacement is 8% to 10%, and the displacement and acceleration have all changed distinctly without the similitude of load frequency. All the results indicate that the similitude of load frequency is the key factor to analyze the scaled model dynamics correctly.

The development of parametric calculation module program based on APDL, the completion of 3D acoustic modeling of a ship floating cabin, the selection of constraints according to the actual work situations, the finite element modal analysis of the overall cabin in the ANSYS environment and comparative analysis of a low-order vibration frequency of the cabin under different fire ratings. Acoustic calculation program of the fluid-structure interaction is used to analyze harmonic sound field and verify the impact of different thickness fireproof rockwools on the cabin acoustic performance. Parametric Design and Finite Element Analysis are combined to achieve the adjustment of the structural parameters of the complex models, automatically generate solid models and complete finite element analysis, which is important for the optimization of the acoustic design of the ship cabins.

As disinfection by-products, the taste and odor (T&O) compounds were produced by chlorination at the end of water treatment. The existence of T&O compounds causes the pipe water with unpleasant odor and reducing water quality. Based on the latest research achievements at home and abroad, the characteristics and formation mechanisms of typical T&O compounds produced by chlorination are introduced. The new analytical method of electronic nose is also expounded. In addition, the common control technologies, such as pre-oxidation, activated carbon adsorption and bio-membrane, are reviewed. Since the precursors of T&O compounds shows small molecular, stable structure and low concentration, some coupling technologies including ozone-GAC, permanganate-PAC, and bio-membrane and GAC treatments, are employed effectively.Key words: chlorination; odor and taste compounds; disinfection by-products; precursor; electronic nose

The experiment was carried out to measure the effect of membrane treatment on the kinetics of chlorine decay in PE pipes in the water distribution systems. The results revealed that water had the potential to form halomethane compounds with chloroform being the most dominant. The formation of THMs is no longer relatively exponential relationship with the reaction time, but also decided by complex elements, including DOC, pH, conductivity, flow rate, and several other indexes. Since Chloroform (CHCl3) has the maximum concentration of the four THMs, clear understanding of its causes, pathway and mechanism will help to regulate and solve the THMs problem.

A method which can be used to analyze and separate the vibration signals of diesel engine is proposed. The vibration signals contain a great deal of information about the engine’s fault state, and it is hard to obtain the fault characteristic parameters because of the complex mechanical movement and operating conditions. Study on vibration by fourth order blind identification is carried out in this paper. And FOBI model that estimate the separation matrix by independent component analysis is established and applied to diesel engine vibration to separate the different signals. The results show that signals of different characteristics can be separated perfectly. This method can be used as the pre-processing step to obtain the fault characteristic parameters.

Floating floor coverings are widely applied in ship structures. With regard to the laminated composite shells made up of floating floor coverings and cabin deck and based on ANSYS system, a dynamics analysis on structures of three different kinds of floating floors is performed using FEM built upon laminated shell elements. The influence of rockwool board in terms of thickness, density and elastic modulus on structure dynamic characteristics is discussed. The performances of vibration control of three different floating floor structures are compared. The FEM performs well in analyzing and calculating the vibration control characteristics of structures, the results of which offer certain reference to the design and research on cabin deck covered with floating floor coverings.

The static element in static deformation analysis was used to simulate the boundary condition of local structure when studying the modality of local structure. Using this method, the vibration modality of a beam system and the main engine lubricating oil tank were researched. The results show that the usage of static element in dynamic analysis can solve the vibration modality of local structure accurately, the difference ratio of first order frequency is less than 1/10000 in the beam model analysis, and the modal analysis of main engine lubrication oil tank has a good performance, which is a helpful base for the coupling vibration research in ship structure.

A nonlinear spring-mass model is established to study the dynamic characteristics of nonlinear vibration isolator. By use of ADAMS software, the influence of stiffness, foundation displacement excitation and frequency of external excitation on the nonlinear vibration isolation systems are analyzed. Results indicate that the linear vibration system needs 4s to achieve stability, but the nonlinear vibration system only needs 0.1s. The response value increases with the increase of excitation frequency, the response pick value increases by 61.58% and 102.35% and each corresponding stable value increases by 159.35% and 309.87%.

o prevent further environmental pollution hazards after the accident of vessel sinking, shipwreck environmental pollution risk evaluation model was established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on systems engineering ideas, risk system consisted of shipwreck-cargo-shipwreck area-environment was established. Through statistical analysis of historical accidents and summary of expert experience, shipwreck risk evaluation indices system and the classification standards for indices were determined and the weight of each index was determined. The shipwreck environmental pollution risk evaluation model effectively improved our country’s shipwreck risk assessment mechanisms, and scientific management of shipwreck by maritime safety administration were achieved.

The research of this paper is on the free sloshing mode of liquid tank with baffles. The liquid tanks FEM model is made in ANSYS, and some investigation is done on its sloshing mode and the shape of free surface, under different filling ratio conditions. After comparing the tanks without baffles with the one with baffles, it is found that the sloshing mode, basic frequencies and free surface shape are all affected by baffles. And the same free surface shape appears in different liquid tanks, but in different mode. It also can be concluded that there are close mode frequencies in symmetrical tanks.

For disposal of the shipwrecks in the coastal and inland waterways timely and properly to ensure navigable vessels safely and smoothly, the process and mechanism of navigable vessels collision with shipwrecks was analyzed and shipwreck accident probabilistic risk assessment model was established based on event tree analysis. Assuming the traffic pattern in normal distribution, geometric probability of navigable vessels into collision route was determined according to the location of shipwreck. Reference deviation probability was employed to describe the failure probability of collision avoidance due to abnormal navigable vessels and was determined according to the historic accidents at domestic and abroad waterways, taking into account wind, current, visibility, passageways and traffic density for correction. The model was proved to be practical and operational for shipwreck treatment decision support in specific waterways.

The characteristic vector of cylinder vibration signal is extracted by wavelet packet decomposition. The factor of selection is proposed to take adaptive integration on basis of improved super parent one dependence estimator Bayesian method and back propagation genetic algorithm neural network method. Experimental results on WD615 diesel engine showed that the method has high accuracy rate of detection.

Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis) as a popular herb has been used for the treatment of various diseases such as diarrhea, eye inflammation and women's abdominal ailments. Alkaloids are considered to be responsible for its pharmacological effects. In this investigation, Huanglian and its six alkaloids (coptisine, epiberberine, berberine, jateorrhizine, palmatine and magnoflorine) were systematically evaluated for their inhibition of six cytochrome P450 isoforms (CYP1A2, CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6 and CYP3A4) in human liver microsomes by the LC-MS/MS method. Huanglian showed the strongest inhibition of CYP2D6, followed by CYP1A2 and CYP3A4_T. The IC50 values were 5.8 µg/mL, 36.8 µg/mL and 59.2 µg/mL, respectively. Of the constituents tested, coptisine and epiberberine showed strong inhibition of CYP2D6 with IC50 values of 4.4 µm and 7.7 µm; berberine, jateorrhizine and palmatine showed weak inhibition of CYP2D6 with IC50 values of 45.5 µm, 49.4 µm and 92.6 µm, respectively; jateorrhizine showed moderate inhibition of CYP3A4_T with an IC50 value of 13.3 µm; coptisine showed weak inhibition of CYP1A2 with an IC50 value of 37.3 µm. In addition, activation was observed in coptisine/CYP2C9 and palmatine/CYP2C9/CYP2C19. Other CYP450 isoforms were not affected markedly by the six alkaloids. In conclusion, Huanglian showed in vitro inhibition of CYP2D6, the inhibition might be contributed mostly by protoberberine alkaloids, especially coptisine and epiberberine. The equations of the structure motions are accomplished in terms of the displacement form, and the liquid formulations are expressed by pressure, with or without considering the effect of sloshing. The unknown coefficients in the two domains are expanded into velocity potential and vibration functions by Galerkin's method. The coupled vibration of the elastic baffle with two sides' fluid, in a rigid tank, is also carried out by finite element method, which regards the structure and fluid element global degrees of freedoms as row index and column index, and the coupled matrix is assembled to the global matrix. Finally, the coupled frequencies of a simple supported beam and liquid are computed, which are in good agreement with the FEM results. The effects of the liquid filling height and beam flexibility on the slosh response are also investigated. The baffles with two sides' fluid vibration numerical results by the proposed FEM are compared with the test example, which agree well.

To assess the long-term effect and safety of non-occlusive intra-vas device (IVD) for male contraception in comparison with no-scalpel vasectomy (NSV).We conducted a follow-up investigation on 100 males who had received IVD and another 50 who had undergone NSV 6 years before. We compared the rates of sperm absence and complications between the two groups.Follow-up visits were successfully performed on 95 males (95%) of the IVD group and 44 (88%) of the NSV group. Pregnancy was not found in any of the cases. Spermatozoa (or = 5 x 10(6)/ml) were not detected in 87 cases (91.58%) in the IVD group and in 44 cases (95.45%) in the NSV group, with no significant differences between the two groups (P0.05). The rate of postoperative complications in the IVD group (11.58%) showed no significant difference from that of the NSV group (4.55%) (P0.05).IVD is as effective and safe as NSV for male contraception.

To observe the effect of Qihuang Decoction (QHD) on mRNA expression of apoptosis genes Bcl-2, Bax, and signal transduction molecules Caspase-3, 9 in intestinal mucosa epithelium of ischemia/ reperfusion (I/R) injured rats.Forty Wistar rats were randomized equally into 4 groups, the control group, the model group, the glutamine group, and the QHD group. Rats in the latter two groups were gastric infused with glutamine and QHD respectively for 3 days, but saline was infused instead to rats in the control group and model group. After then, except those in the control group intervened only by sham operation, rats were made into I/R injured model by 45 min occlusion of superior mesenteric artery followed by 1 h reperfusion. Immediately after modeling, mRNA expressions of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-3, and Caspase-9 in intestinal mucosa epithelium of rats were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Compared with the control group, mRNA expressions of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 were higher in the other three groups (P0.05). Compared with the model group, Bcl-2 mRNA expression was higher, while the expressions of the other three indices were lower in both the glutamine group and the QHD group (P0.05); and comparisons between the glutamine group and the QHD group showed a more depressed Bax mRNA expression (0.281 +/- 0.087 vs 0.350 +/- 0.053) and higher Bcl-2/Bax ratio (1.648 vs 1. 374) in the QHD group.QHD can reduce the I/R injury in the intestinal mucosa epithelium by inhibiting the cell apoptosis. The mechanism may be correlated with increased Bcl-2 mRNA expressions and decreased mRNA expressions of Bax, Caspase-3 and Caspase-9.

Among the various possible causes for drug interactions, pharmacokinetic factors such as inhibition of drug-metabolizing enzymes and transporters, especially cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoenzymes and P-glycoprotein (P-gp), are regarded as the most frequent and clinically important. Limonin is a widely used dietary supplement and one of the most prevalent citrus limonoids, which are known to have inhibitory effects on CYPs and P-gp. In this study, the in vitro inhibitory effects of limonin on the major human CYP isoenzymes (CYP1A2, CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, and CYP3A4) activities in human liver microsomes were examined using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The inhibitory effects of limonin on P-gp activity in a human metastatic malignant melanoma cell line WM-266-4 were examined using a calcein-AM fluorometry screening assay. It demonstrates that limonin has negligible inhibitory effects on human CYP1A2, CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, and P-gp. However, potent inhibition of CYP3A4 by limonin is observed with IC50 values of 6.20 μM (CYP3A4/testosterone) and 19.10 μM (CYP3A4/midazolam). This finding has important implications with regard to food-drug interactions between limonin and several narrow therapeutic index drugs that are metabolized by CYP3A4.

To observe the effect of Qihuang Decoction (QHD) on epithelial cell apoptosis of ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injured intestinal mucosa in rat.The I/R injured intestinal mucosa rat model was established by clamping superior mesenteric artery (SMA) for 45 min and reperfusing for 60 min. The pathomorphological Changes and epithelial cell apoptosis in the injured intestinal mucosa were observed and compared among groups: the sham-operated group (A), the model group (B), the glutamine treated group (C) and the QHD treated group (D).pathomorphological examination showed that in group A, the intestinal villus was intact; in group B, the intestinal subepithelial space were dilated, and showed evident cleavage between the epithelial top and the lamina propria with bare capillaries, bleeding and ulceration; in group C and D, the above-mentioned pathomorphological changes were alleviated to some extents, appeared only in part of the villa, and the alleviation was more significant in group D than in group C. Chiu's scoring showed that the lowest score (zero) presented in group A and the highest presented in group B; scores in group C and D was significantly lower than that in group B (P0.05), but showed insignificant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Epithelial cell apoptosis detection showed that the least apoptosis rate presented in group A, and the highest in the group B; while in the group C, it lied between group A and B (all P0.05), and showed no statistical significance to group D (P0.05), though appeared a lowering trend.QHD could reduce the I/R injured intestinal epithelial mucosa, and its protective mechanism may be related to the inhibition on apoptosis of intestinal mucosal epithelial cells.

Checkpoint can store and recovery applications when faults happen and is becoming critical to large information systems. Unfortunately, existing checkpoint tools have some limitations such as: not transparent to applications, ignoring file system states, cluster checkpoint is not well supported, and so on. We present a light weight virtual container based cluster checkpoint. Firstly, a virtual container, IPG (Isolated Process Group), is designed to wrap all target applications together and produce checkpoint transparently and completely. Secondly, each IPG has its independent namespace built on an exclusively owned LV (Logical Volume), which can be checkpointed synchronously with the IPG’s memory to guarantee the consistency. Finally, distributed applications can be deployed on many IPGs and a cluster checkpoint protocol is presented to orchestrate all IPGs to produce global checkpoints. Experiments and evaluations results illustrate that no overhead will be introduced for applications running in IPGs, and our prototype system works more stable than the library base checkpoint tools.

To investigate the expressions and clinical implications of kruppel-like factor 6(KLF-6) and APC in human colorectal carcinoma.The expressions of KLF-6 and APC in tumor and normal tissues from 32 patients with colorectal carcinoma were investigated by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical technique.The expression rates of KLF-6 and APC mRNA were 37.5% and 34.3% in tumor tissue, 96.9% and 93.8% respectively in normal tissues (both P0.05). The expression rates of KLF-6 and APC protein were 28.1% and 25.0% in colorectal carcinomas, 81.3% and 84.43% respectively in normal tissues (both P0.05). There was a significant correlation between the expressions of KLF-6 and APC in colorectal carcinomas (P0.05). The expressions of KLF-6 and APC were significantly correlated with tumor differentiation, depth of infiltration, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P0.05).Down-regulations of KLF-6 and APC might play an important role in the carcinogenesis, development, metastasis of human colorectal carcinoma.

The determination of the additive contents of marine lubrication oil by using atomic emission spectrometry is described. A new measuring method is suggested in accordance with the working principle of MOA atomic emission spectral instrument. The additive element contents, if not within the precision limits of MOA atomic emission spectra, are to be measured by being diluted with a standard oil. Error analysis is conducted and the calibration curve method is used. The testing result indicates that the RSD of Ca, P and Zn is 1.6%, 4.8% and 4.6% respectively, and the error result of oil sample before and after diluting is 4.21%, 6.99% and 5.09% respectively.

This paper establishes a new mathematics model of fault diagnosis basis of oil spectrometric analysis by means of long time following up the mechanical equipment's lubrication oil. The characteristic parameter of oil spectrometric analysis has been confirmed using a new way that the laboratory experiment study and the mechanical equipment's lubrication oil spectrometric analysis are combined in order to confirm the time of fault and avoid serious fault. It will provide the academic and actual basis for RCM and enhance the dependability. The result of examples proves that the characteristic parameter of oil spectrometric analysis has very high stability and veracity. This method has been proved that it was effective in fault diagnosis basis of oil spectrometric analysis.
