To achieve the objectives of carbon peaking by 2030 and neutrality by 2060, the pivotal approach to solving energy and environmental problems is to implement green credits by improving total green factor energy efficiency. With this background, this paper measures and analyses the trends and drivers of green total factor energy efficiency across 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2020. First, this paper measures inter-provincial green total factor energy efficiency in China based on Porter's hypothesis using the Super-SBM model with non-desired outputs and analyses its trends. Second, it uses the Malmquist-Luenberger index to reflect the dynamics of the green total energy efficiency factors. In addition, a double fixed effects model is constructed to test the direction and transmission mechanism of the effect of green credit on energy efficiency. The results of this study indicate that the overall average value of total green factor energy efficiency in China is 0.464, which has more room for improvement. Green total factor energy efficiency of regions shows that the Eastern region > Western region > Central region, but the overall shows a slow downward trend. Secondly, by incorporating green credit and green total factor energy efficiency into the same measurement system, our results indicate that the promotion effect of green credit on green total factor energy efficiency is not significant in the short run. Commercial credit becomes an alternative means of financing to bank credit, but at a higher cost. Thirdly, by analyzing the decomposition point, green credit promotes green total factor energy efficiency mainly through improving green technological progress, and the ‘Porter hypothesis’ is verified.

In recent years, non-point source pollution has become the main cause of water quality deterioration in some reservoirs in China. Taking the Panjiakou Reservoir as an example, the classical output risk model was improved by introducing a precipitation factor and terrain factor. Combined with high-resolution satellite precipitation products (GPM) and GF-6 satellite images, a high-resolution data-driven risk assessment method for non-point source pollution output was established to study the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of non-point source pollution output risk in the Panjiakou Reservoir basin. The results showed that the non-point source pollution output risk was high in the study area in 2018. The areas with higher and highest risk of nitrogen pollution output accounted for approximately 70.6% of the total watershed area, whereas the higher risk of phosphorus pollution output accounted for approximately 21.9%. The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of non-point source pollution output risk in the Panjiakou Reservoir basin were analyzed. It was found that the non-point source pollution output risk in the Panjiakou Reservoir basin increased first and then decreased from April to September. This was consistent with the spatial and temporal distribution of precipitation in the basin. Combined with the analysis of land use distribution characteristics, the upstream area of the basin was mainly cultivated land, whereas cities were concentrated in the downstream portion of the basin. Affected by agricultural production and human activities, the risk of non-point source pollution output was higher in these regions. In view of the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of non-point source pollution output risk, it is necessary to formulate a reasonable agricultural fertilization method, plan the landscape layout of source-sinks, and construct vegetation buffer zones.

Analysis of the risk factors and treatment therapies of CVST in ET has yielded controversial findings.Subjects and Methods: We retrospectively investigated the clinical characteristics of CVST events in ET and compared baseline characteristics, causative factors, hematological effects, and treatments between ET patients with and without CVST.Results: Overall, 91 of 115 patients who met the ET diagnosis were included in this study. Among them, 23 (25.27%) patients met the diagnostic criteria of ET with CVST for inclusion, 14 (60.87%) of whom were females, with a median age of 34 (range 25– 50). CVST diagnosis was made concomitantly to ET in 19 patients (82.61%). The most common symptom and sites of thrombosis of CVST was an acute or subacute headache and sigmoid sinuses, respectively. Compared with ET patients without CVST, ET patients with CVST were significantly younger (37.65± 14.45 vs 60.93± 13.46, P< 0.001) and had lower prevalence of hypertension (4.34 vs 32.35%, P=0.003) and coronary artery disease (0 vs 14.71%, P = 0.045). Patients with CVST presented with significant lower platelet count (510.39± 176.71 vs 750.82± 249.10, P< 0.001) and higher score of IPSET-thrombosis (P=0.017). Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that age (P=0.002, OR 1.096, 95% CI 1.035– 1.161), at least one CVRF (P = 0.024, OR 0.037, 95% CI 0.002– 0.649), platelet count (P=0.045, OR 0.994, 95% CI 0.989– 1.001), and lower percentage of antiplatelet therapy (P=0.035, OR 0.307, 95% CI 0.001-1.280) significantly contributed to the risk of CVST in ET.Conclusion: Most patients (95.65%) had a favorable outcome without recurrence after standard anticoagulant and cytoreductive treatment at last follow-up. These findings indicate that CVST may be the initial presentation of ET, with its detection crucial for early diagnosis and appropriate management. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an essential role in cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Developing a new method for sensitive detection of miRNA is constantly in demand. CRISPR/Cas12a system can nonspecifically cleave single-stranded DNA after specific recognition of target DNA, showing tremendous potential in molecular diagnostics. However, CRISPR-based detection methods require synthesizing different crRNAs for detecting different targets, which limit their widespread application. Herein, we design a versatile and sensitive miRNA detection platform based on CRISPR/Cas12a system combined with a hybridization chain reaction (HCR) circuit. In this design, the HCR circuit as the signal transducer converts each miRNA into multiple DNA duplexes, which act as the activators to activate the trans-cleavage activity of Cas12a for further signal amplification. More importantly, this platform can sensitively detect different miRNAs without changing the spacer sequence of crRNA due to the fixed activators formed by HCR. In addition, the consistency between the proposed platform and RT-qPCR in miRNA detection extracted from different cell lines validated its practicability, demonstrating the potential in clinical diagnosis of cancers and monitoring therapy.

Collision tumor is a term denoting two histologically distinct tumor types occuring at the same anatomic site, which is a rare clinical entity. In the thyroid gland, collision tumors are rare. Here we report a case of the synchronous occurrence of follicular thyroid carcinoma (FTC) and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). The current case report describes a 40-year-old woman with synchronous FTC and PTC. Pathologists and surgeons should be aware of collision tumors to avoid possible misdiagnosis.

Peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) is a new technique to treat achalasia, but the effects on esophageal motor function and structure are still unclear. This study aimed to examine the esophageal function and anatomical changes of patients with achalasia treated with POEM. This was a retrospective study of 43 patients with achalasia treated with POEM between January 2013 and January 2016 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University. The patients were grouped as previous treatments for achalasia (n = 19) versus no previous treatment (n = 24). Surgical success (defined as Eckardt score ≤3 points or decreased by >3 points compared with baseline), recurrence, and reintervention were analyzed. Three patients (7.0%) were Eckardt grade I, 16 (37.2%) were grade II, and 24 (55.8%) were grade III. Operation time was 35 to 150 (median = 49) minutes. Both groups showed improvements in the Eckardt score after surgery (both P < .001), without a difference between the 2 groups ( P = .749). The maximal mean diameter of the esophagus was reduced, and the lower esophageal sphincter pressure was improved after surgery (both groups, all P < .001), without difference between the 2 groups (all P > .05). One case of failure was probably due to the presence of an esophageal stent. POEM has a high success rate and is possibly unaffected by previous treatments, except maybe stent implantation. Clinical symptoms of achalasia are significantly relieved by POEM; the function of the esophageal sphincter and the esophagus structure are improved. Previous esophageal stent implantation could increase failure likelihood, but this will have to be confirmed.

The technical system mainly contains the techniques,e.g.,the multi-carrier network composing and real-time transporting, intelligent storage of mass data and the seamless docking of multi-modules of the system, the coupled simulation of multi-dimensional water model, the evaluation and diagnosis of water security risk,the fast and dynamic forecasting model building of water pollution incidents, the multi-objective optimization and control technology of water quality and quantity of cascade reservoirs, the dynamic early warning technology in the unexpected water pollution incidents, the emergency disposal technology of the multi-scale, multi-type and multi-objective unexpected water pollution incidents. The functions framework includes the modules, e.g., intelligent sensing, intelligent simulation, intelligent diagnosis, intelligent early warning, and intelligent regulation, intelligent disposal, and intelligent control, et.al.

The forecasting capability of the weather research and forecasting (WRF) model for heavy precipitation in the downstream area of the Yalong River Basin in Southwest China was evaluated for the first time through the simulation of three heavy precipitation events with seven commonly used microphysics parameterization schemes (MPS) (Kessler, Lin et al. (Lin), Single-Moment 3-class (WSM3), Single-Moment 5-class (WSM5), Ferrier, Single-Moment 6-class (WSM6), and New Thompson et al. (NTH)) and three cumulus parameterization schemes (CPS) (Kain-Fritsch (KF), Betts-Miller-Janjic (BMJ), and Grell-Devenyi (GD)). Of the three rainfall events, the first two are typical large-area heavy precipitation events in the Yalong River Basin and consist of several continuous storms. The third one is a heavy precipitation event with only one storm. In this study, a triple nested domain with a 3-km grid resolution inner-most domain over the study area was configured for the WRF model. We employed the probability of detection (POD), false alarm ratio (FAR), BIAS, and equitable threat (ET) scores to compare the spatial distribution of heavy rainfall created by the WRF model with the observations from the gauges in the downstream area of the river basin. The root mean squared errors (RMSEs) at each sub river basin and the whole downstream of Yalong River Basin were also calculated for the evaluation. In addition, it is important to include the computation efficiency when choosing a scheme combination. We recorded the time consumption for each model simulation and made comparisons for selecting the optimum scheme with less time consumption and acceptable prediction accuracy. Through comprehensive comparison, the scheme combination of WSM3 and GD holds a stable performance in leveraging the prediction accuracy and computation efficiency for the heavy precipitation events.

A method of simulation modeling and virtual presentation of river evolution was proposed. The method used a variable scale modeling method to generate virtual environment and the data model of irregular triangle network to build the river channel. The virtual environment and the river channel are unified with seamless splicing algorithm to enhance the sense of immersion. And then digital river simulation platform was developed. It displayed the erosion and deposition of river channel with color mapping and presented an efficient algorithm to analyze the change of section shape. The proposed method is validated by application in analyzing the sediment deposition and erosion of Chongqing reach of Yangtze River.

An important concept called Smart Basin and its theoretical framework are proposed to cope with the complex situation of water resources caused by the global climate change and excessive human activities. The paper analyses the strategic demand and the technical impetus factor making Smart Basin emergence, elaborates its implication and the connotation,designs its overall frame, and introduces the key technologies and the supported platform used by it. And then applications of Smart Basin in the field of flood control, drought resist, pollution prevention and water resources management are studied. As the highest development level of water resources informatization, Smart Basin will generate new growth points of discipline and have a good application prospect in the every field of integrated watershed management.

The DDS middleware provides powerful support for data dissemination in the distributed real-time and embedded (DRE) systems, and supports multiple transport protocol (e.g. TCP, UDP and Multicast) that affect the end-to-end quality of service (QoS) properties (e.g. latency, jitter and reliability).In order to evaluate the performance of the transport protocol and then evaluate the affection on the DDS middleware QoS, this paper first briefly compares the common DDS implementations, and then presents performance evaluation and analysis of the transport protocol in OpenDDS with different environment configurations, at last presents the conclusion.

Ag-based low-E films with a multilayer construction of top-Si3N4/SnO2/NiCrOx/Ag/ZnO/ NiCrOx/TiO2/under-SiOxNy were deposited on unheated glass by vacuum magnetron sputtering and then post-treated in the glass tempering furnace at 675±25°C for 4 min, 5 min and 6 min, respectively. The effects of tempering time on the surface morphology, optical and micro-mechanical properties have been investigated. The results show that the edge of the particles become vague with the increasing time. After tempering, the transmittance of 550 nm is higher than that of the as-deposited glass of 75.89%. Ag-based Low-E films tempered at 675±25°C for 6 min possess the biggest value of the figure of merit of 6.86×10-3 Ω-1 and exhibits the optimal optoelectronic properties. The composite nanohardness increase from 8.04 GPa to 9.23 GPa and the elastic modulus increases from 62.39 GPa to 84.58 GPa when tempered from 0 min to 6 min.

In recent years, the construction of roads and bridges in China has been made remarkable achievements; the construction quality and road performance have been greatly improved. But the soft foundation settlement processing still prevents the quality of driving from improving. The improper handling of soft foundation settlement would result in vehicle bump at bridge head, and cause damage to the road surface of the bridge and telescopic device. On the principle of effective stress of the soil, a method is used to accelerate the foundation settlement in the negative pressure zone, and it has effectively reduced the differential settlement of bridge-head which improves the stability of roadbed.

Expanded graphite is a new porous carbon-based adsorption material with well-developed pore structure and large adsorption capacity for nonpolar molecules pollutants. In this paper, research of the expanded graphite as novel functional carbon material in the fields of environmental remediation of oil pollution and wastewater treatment are reviewed. Based on this, the problems that exist in the current research on expanded graphite in treatment of environmental pollution are analyzed, and the main development trend of research on expanded graphite in the field of water environmental protection is put forward.

This paper studies how to use the cognitive model to model the behavioral decision-making for the tactical level simulation. The decision making process includes initial behavior planning and behavior modification. This method has the advantages of accuracy and real-time, this makes the behaviors of the simulation entity more realistic and improves the credibility of simulation.

Reducing ferromagnetic particle size is an important strategy to improve their positive effect on imaging through the suppression of their negative effect, demonstrated by ultrasmall manganese ferrite nanoparticles prepared from an environmentally-friendly aqueous route. These ultrasmall particles exhibit pronounced paramagnetic characteristics and nontoxicity, making them efficient T1-positive contrast agent and manganese contrast agents for manganese enhanced MRI.

In Shuping area, it is difficulty to find enough nature coherent targets to use InSAR technique to monitor the landslide. In order to solve the problem, CRs(Corner Reflectors) were used to improve the effectiveness of this technology. In this article Pyramidal Corner Reflector, Asymmetric Cubic Corner Reflector, Double Direction Asymmetric Cubic Corner Reflector are designed. In order to achieve maximum reflection intensity of CR, it's attitude must be carefully adjusted to match with the SAR imaging parameters exactly. After the CRs were deployed, the strong echo signals can be retrieved from SAR images. Analyzing the SAR image peak signals to locate the CR is the premise of differential processing. Through image location and phase analysis of ASAR and RADARSAT-2, the CRs’ signals can be recognition certainly. During the data processing of ASAR and PALSAR, the CRs can be regarded as ideal coherence target points.

N (here n is from 2 to 5) water molecules hydrated glycine complexes have been studied by MP2/6-31++G**//B3LYP/6-31++G** method and influences of number increasing of water molecules on the proton transfer have been investigated. Proton transfers either by direct mode or by water-bridged mode, and in the water-bridged mode the number of water molecules in bridge can be from 1 to n. Number increasing of water molecules helps the zwitterionic glycine forms to be more stable, and helps the proton to transfer by lowering the transferring energy barrier.

More detailed information about the bearing capacity and integrity of the pile can be obtained by high strain dynamic test than by dead-load test [1]. Engineering examples show that the bearing capacity of the prestressed pipe pile gradually increase with the growth of the resting time, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile can reach up to 2 times more than the initial bearing capacity. Through the study of the time effect mechanism, it is found that the increment of ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile is mainly caused by side soil resistance. The end resistance has little influence on the time effect of bearing capacity of pile.

Interferometric baseline plays a very important role in InSAR data processing, and it will directly affect the accuracy of interferometric result. Shuping area is covered by all of vegetation, so the coherence is very low. In Shuping area, it is very difficulty to generate clearly residue stripe to use the FFT method and to find natural coherence pixels points as GCP to refine the baseline to meet the need of monitoring the deformation accurately. But through CR stability phase information can be got. So It is also highlights to the apply CR in this region to refine the baseline parameters. In this article, the baseline got from coarse orbit file is regarded as initial value, and that got from precise orbit file is regarded as True. By comparing and analyzing the parameters of refined baseline with that of the precise baseline, it can be concluded that the refined method based on CRs is correct and feasible.

Subsidence has been affecting Tianjin since 1960s. It posed comprehensive detrimental effects on natural environment, the economy and society. Considering the actual monitoring demand for land subsidence in Tianjin area, multi-baseline D-InSAR technique was studied. Using the multi-baseline DInSAR technique more interferograms can be generated, which is useful for retrieving the subsidence velocity accurately. And then regression algorithm and least square method are used to deal with the time series to get deformation result. In this paper, the multi-baseline DInSAR technique is used to measure the subsidence velocity in Tianjin area. It can be concluded that the algorithm is effective and feasible especially in the study area.

Objectives To explore whether transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) can improve the outcomes of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Design A prospective, randomized and controlled study. Setting IVF center in a university hospital. Participants Four hundred and eighty-one infertile patients with bilateral tubal blockage who were referred for IVF. Patients were randomized into four groups. Intervention TEAS was administered for 30 min, respectively at 24 h before TVOR and 2 h before ET. The acupoints included SP10 (Xuehai, bilateral), SP8 (Diji, bilateral), LR3 (Taichong, bilateral), ST36 (Zusanli, bilateral), EX-CA1 (Zigong, bilateral), RN4 (Guanyuan), PC6 (Neiguan, bilateral) and RN12 (Zhongwan). Based on different frequencies of TEAS, patients were grouped into a TEAS-2 Hz group, a TEAS-100 Hz group and a TEAS-2/100 Hz group. Patients in the control group only received routine IVF treatment and no TEAS were applied on them. Primary and secondary outcome measures The number of mature oocytes, normally fertilized oocytes and good-quality embryos were used to evaluate oocyte developmental competence of the patients. Data of clinical pregnancy rate (CPR), implantation rate (IR) and live birth rate (LBR) were also obtained. The levels of neuropeptide Y (NPY), transforming growth factor alpha and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in the follicular fluids were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results No significant differences were found between the control, TEAS-2 Hz, TEAS-100 Hz and TEAS-2/100 Hz groups on the numbers of metaphase II oocytes, normally fertilized zygotes, early cleavage embryos or good quality embryos (P>0.05). The purpose of the present study was to establish a new microRNA seed mediated controllable genetic operation, namely MicroRNA Targets Finger Print (MTFP), for screening microRNA targets and detecting target gene expression profiles. Based on combining the complementary sequence of seed sequence, upstream and downstream anchor sequence including special adaptor, microRNA targets were amplified by means of the reverse transcription and special two step PCR. The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the sizes of amplified microRNA targets and their abundance of expression, which were used to screen specifically expressed genes in different physiological or experimental conditions. Specific target genes were obtained through isolation of DNA fragments and sequencing methods. As an example, by screening the targets of miR-203 in goat skin, five genes were amplified and sequenced with the sizes of 718 bp (JN709494), 349 bp (JN709495), 243 bp (JN709496), 159 bp (JN709497), and 97 bp (JN709498) from goat skin collections. The novel universal MTFP method could be applied for finding microRNA regulation targets or assessing target gene expression profile.

Aiming at the deficiencies of tubing-conveyed oriented perforating technology for horizontal well, a pumping perforation technology in horizontal well has been developed. Pumping perforation technology process is a perforation process transferring the perforating gun string into perforation section of the horizontal well with pumping fluid, and then completing the perforation while perforating bullets exploding after powering on, and finally towing back the perforating gun to the ground with cable. It is of the advantages such as simple perforation column, simple and convenient process and the shorter operating time. Perforating gun string is acted on by the impact, gravity and buoyancy of pumping liquid during moving in the horizontal section. Based on the theory of metal friction and the hydraulics principles, the calculation model of the critical injection rate (namely pumping displacement ) in the horizontal section is established by considering the effect of the composition of the gun string, buoyancy, friction coefficient, heavy guns, gun ramps, pumping fluid density, and calculated the impact of impact, effects of assembly components of gun string, pumping-fluid buoyancy, frictional coefficient, weight of gun, angle of gun-string, pumping-fluid density and computing method of impacting force. Field applications show that the calculation model established can meet the construction needs.

In this study, an experimental setup is designed and built to investigate the feasibility and performance of the proposed dual-mode cascade refrigeration cycle. The apparatus can be operated in two modes: dual-stage mode and single-stage mode such that the low temperature cycle (LTC) can be operated together with the high temperature cycle (HTC) or can run independently. Experimental results validate the feasibility of independent operation of LTC. The performance of the independent operation of LTC mode is theoretically investigated using experimental data as bases. Detailed suggestions are made for the improvement of the coefficient of performance (COP) of the experimental system. Theoretically, high COP of the cycle provides excellent application for the presented refrigeration cycle.

Monodispersed water-soluble and biocompatible ultrasmall magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (UMIONs, D = 3.3 +/- 0.5 nm) generated from a high-temperature coprecipitation route are successfully used as efficient positive and negative dual contrast agents of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Their longitudinal relaxivity at 4.7 T (r1 = 8.3 mM-1 s-1) is larger than that of clinically used T1-positive agent Gd-DTPA (r1 = 4.8 mM-1 s-1), and three times that of commercial contrast agent SHU-555C (r1 = 2.9 mM-1 s-1). The transversal relaxivity (r2 = 35.1 mM-1 s-1) is six times that of Gd-DTPA (r2 = 5.3 mM-1 s-1), half of SHU-555C (r2 = 69 mM-1 s-1). The in vivo results show that the liver signal from T1-weighted MRI is positively enhanced 26%, and then negatively decreased 20% after injection of the iron oxide nanoparticles, which is stronger than those obtained from Gd-DTPA (

In tunnels, the spread of the smoke along the ceiling can be seen as one-dimensional. In this study, a theoretical formula was derived to predict the smoke temperature when the fire source was set at the center of the train in a tunnel with uphill slope θ by establishing a simplified model, considering the heat loss to the wall of the tunnel and the train. It appears that the reduction in temperature down the tunnel of train fires can be fitted by exponential function on the distance, but there are some differences between the decay law above the train and that behind the train. Besides, on the basis of the first extra-long underwater railway tunnel in China, three train fire tests were carried out in a 1:9 reduced-scale model tunnel to study the distribution of smoke temperature along the tunnel, and through the fire tests the unknown parameters of the theoretical equation such as the smoke layer velocity and smoke layer thickness were determined, contributing to the prediction of the smoke temperature decay down the tunnel. Finally, the predictions of the theoretical model were compared with the measured data on smoke temperature in two train fire tests, and the dimensionless excess smoke temperature distributions along the ceiling were compared in tunnels with or without a train. Results show that the temperature curve of the theoretical model agreed well with experimental data of the train fire tests, the model reasonably represents the decay of smoke temperature down the tunnel, and the smoke temperature decays faster in tunnel with a train than that without a train.

Three kinds of calculations are used in this literature based on the calculating modes on water resources carrying capacity in my literature [2]. The different level year & different guarantee rate water resources carrying capacity of Rizhao City will be calculated by the water-using efficiency factor and environment contribution (baffled) factor of America in 2005.
