平板に発達する乱流境界層とショック・ジェネレータによって形成される斜め衝撃波との3次元干渉場について超音速風洞を用いた実験的研究を行い、主として以下の2つのことを明らかにした。第1に、マッハ数Mの変化による平板上の流れの干渉場の挙動について、圧力分布、流れの可視化などにより解析を行った。マッハ数は3.25(Reδ=2.9×10{5})、3.11(Reδ=2.9×10{5})、および2.63(Reδ=2.3×10{5})であり、平板上に装着した15度のショック・ジェネレータを用いて斜め衝撃波を形成させ、これと平板上乱流境界層を干渉させた。この結果、ショック・ジェネレータの前縁のわずかに上流を原点とする円錐座標系にほぼ沿った扇形の擬似円錐状の領域に、干渉渦が平板上に形成され、この大きさおよび強さがマッハ数と共に増大することが分かった。渦の強さは、渦の形成によって起る平板上静圧の局所的な低下によって評価した。このことから、データは斜め衝撃波と境界層の干渉線との交点を原点とする円錐座標系を適用して解析した。加えて、ショック・ジェネレータ近傍の平板上およびジェネレータ面上の局所的流れ場についてもその構造を明らかにした。第2は、抽気による干渉場の抑制についての効果の解析である。ここでは特に抽気の位置が与える干渉場の抑制効果に対する影響について実験を行った。抽気は、斜め衝撃波に平行に帯状に配列した面直角の抽気孔列により行い、衝撃波の上流部、下流部および全面の3位置について実験を行った。これにより、干渉場の領域の大きさの抑制には斜め衝撃波上流部の抽気が効果的であり、剥離渦の強さの抑制には下流部抽気が有効であることが判明した。したがって、斜め衝撃波位置の上下流をまたいだ抽気が、大きさおよび強さを抑制する意味で効果的であることが判明した。, An experimental investigation of a three-dimensional flow field with a swept shock wave and a turbulent boundary layer interaction was made in NAL's 1 m x 1 m Mach 4 supersonic wind tunnel. The emphasis of this study is placed on understanding the behaviors of the flow interaction with Mach number variation and the effects of bleed on the surface flow. A shock generator of 15 deg wedge placed normally on the flat plate was applied to generate an oblique shock wave. The experiments were conducted at Mach numbers of 3.25, 3.11, and 2.63. The conical coordinate system was adopted to analyze the flow. Air-bleed was also tested utilizing rows of bleed holes located at the foot print of the swept shock wave on the flat plate surface. It is generally accepted that the size and the strength of the separation vortex generated along the shock wave on the surface become wider and stronger as the Mach number increases. The corner flow around the leading edge of the shock generator was also clarified. As for the air-bleed, the suppression effects of the bleed on the separation vortex were also clarified at several bleed locations. The bleed upstream of the shock wave foot print was effectively reduced the size of the vortex, while the downstream bleed suppressed the vortex strength. Therefore, it is concluded that the combination of the upstream and downstream bleed effectively suppresses the interaction between the shock wave and the boundary layer., 資料番号: AA0000097000, レポート番号: NAL TR-1227

平成18年度から活動している(独)宇宙航空研究開発機構航空プログラムグループならびに総合技術研究本部(現研究開発本部)の「航空・基盤技術と社会に関する懇談会」(以下「航空基盤懇談会」と言う。)では、平成19年度に第一号の報告書［1］を発行した。本報告はその第2号である。懇談会は平成19年度以降も引き続き、技術動向ならびに技術ニーズ動向、産業の現状と将来に向けた課題、世界の市場動向などを調査検討することを通して、JAXA 航空プログラムと基礎基盤技術領域の研究開発の、より適切な進め方について考察し、さらには我が国航空技術関係者に向けて、実効性の高い効果的な施策や計画、方策等についての提案を発信することを目指してきた。平成19年度から20年度にかけては、国産旅客機MRJのプログラムローンチや150から200席次世代機の検討、オープンロータエンジンの研究再開などの動きが活発に起こった。また、我が国の宇宙開発・活動を統合的に政策化し推進するための「宇宙基本法」の制定(平成20年5月)と宇宙開発戦略本部の発足は、JAXA の組織再編への展開が予定され、航空技術研究開発への影響も避けられない。さらに、平成20年半ばから始まった世界同時不況や、世界主要各国による航空機産業振興策の推進なども、我が国を厳しい環境に置くものとなっている。これらの、状況の調査分析、研究開発プロジェクトや、大型試験評価設備を含む技術基盤強化などの検討を引き続き進めてきた。特に、複合材技術の優位性確保、エンジン技術の動向とプロジェクト推進の必要性、防衛省などとの連携による技術基盤強化策の検討、今後の大型試験設備整備など、国の国際競争力強化のための方策の検討や市場調査、SST 等の研究を進めた。本稿はその一部を取りまとめたものである。, This is the Second report of Advisory Group for the Social Relationship on the Aeronautics and Basic Technology in JAXA of the Aerospace Research and Development, now and Aviation Program Group (APG) of JAXA. In 2007, the committee published the first report on the subject of concern for the appropriate management of the research works to be performed in JAXA APG and IAT(ARD, presently) in such a drastically changing circumstance around JAXA in the technology and the industry and industrial sectors in the IAT and APG. The objectives of the committee are for giving the insight and basic idea for continuous improvement of the way and strategy for operation of IAT and APG done by the executive director of those through the presentation of the emerging topics and discussion among the committee members. The topics, being dealt with in the committee, include the varying trends of the technology, industry, and market, and movement of the economics, social things and the worldwide trend of the technologies and productions, together with the human developments. This report describes the results of the research and investigation results done in 2007 and 2008 including the regional transports, SST, domestic development of the aero-engines, structural technologies, testing and evaluation infrastructures and so force. 2006年度に、総合技術研究本部長と航空プログラムグループ統括リーダのもとに航空宇宙産業と学界の有識者からなる、「航空・基盤技術と社会に関する懇談会」を設置した。懇談会は、JAXAにおける航空プログラムと基礎基盤技術の研究開発のより適切なあり方について、現実的かつ多角的な視点から議論し、不断の改善のための指針や示唆を得ることを目的とした。懇談は、航空基盤技術動向、航空機製造・運輸産業の動向、科学技術、我が国および国際社会あるいは人材に関する課題などを話題として、月例の懇談会の型式でメンバーの持つ問題意識と改善提案を提示し、メンバー間で議論して来た。本稿は、関係者の参考に供したいと考え、これらを小論集としてまとめ直したものである。今年度は、国産旅客機、超音速機技術とプロジェクト、国産エンジン、複合材と構造技術、人事育成などの課題を取り上げた。議論は、それぞれにおけるJAXAの役割、今後に重視すべき事項、周辺の情勢、市場動向などの観点から行い、多くの重要な提言や示唆を得た。, This is the 2006 report of the advisory committee of the Institute of Aerospace Technology (IAT) and Aviation Program Group (APG) of JAXA.
