INFORMATION technology security ,NATIONAL character ,INFORMATION policy ,LEGAL rights ,HUMAN rights - Abstract
The article reveals the essence and meaningful content of one of the most important human rights as the right to information security, which is currently up-to-date for any democratic legal state, especially for a state that is subjected to military aggression by another neighboring state, such as Ukraine. In the process of scientific research of the right to information security, it was found that such a right occurs in the context and interdependence with national security, because the latter manifests the nature and policy of the state and is a vector of its development, and accordingly involves conducting the information policy of the state. However, in considering this right, the emphasis is on its content, as well as on the fact that this right primarily belongs to a person on the basis of the right of natural communication, and therefore the right to information security must be fundamentally considered through the plane of natural and legal human rights, as well as through the system of general rights person and citizen. Based on the disclosure of the substantive part of the right to information security, it was found that it is an important independent part in ensuring the national security of the country, that this right determines the state of protection of not only national interests, but also the state of protection of the entire information space, both from external and and from the internal challenges facing modern Ukrainian society. Since the right to information security is an important and independent part of the system of human and citizen rights, and is part of national security, this right represents a number of security aspects, namely, informational and psychological security and informational and technological security of the individual and the state. A person's right to information security should not be protected only by the technical aspects of its implementation or by the security of the information itself (in electronic, paper, communication format). It also applies to all parties to the manifestation of the specified right and its protection in the form of informational data, regardless of the forms of its manifestation. The right to information security has undoubtedly expanded with the development of new computer and information tools. In the light of the development of this right, we are talking not only about the loss of ordinary information, but first of all about the guarantee of its protection with reference to the national characteristics of the state, which also includes some factors in its content: person, system, processes. ELECTRONIC commerce ,LABOR process ,DIVERSITY in the workplace ,INDUSTRIAL relations ,SOCIAL change - Abstract
The rise of the platform economy is one of the most widely debated issues in contemporary studies of work and labor relations. Scholarly work on platform labor has been permeated by claims of radical restructuring, either caused or exacerbated by the disruptive properties of algorithms, networks and data‐driven systems of control. However, a growing body of literature has drawn attention to the weaknesses of such claims, highlighting several continuities in the organization of work between the pre‐platform and platform economy, including in labor processes and in the regulation of labor‐capital relations. This article reviews key theoretical interventions within these areas of the literature, arguing that they eventually point toward the lack of historical distinctiveness of platform labor. It then suggests that a more nuanced and critical understanding of labor restructuring and platformization as part of a process of systemic social change would benefit from engagement with the theory of Uneven and Combined Development (U&CD). This engagement would build on two lines of inquiry: workforce diversity and spatial differentiation in the platform economy. The article concludes that U&CD is a useful meta‐theoretical framework to understand change within continuity, accounting for the variegated experiences of platform workers in interconnected spaces of capitalist accumulation. The use of traditional medicine (TM) is essential for preventing and treating diseases and thus improving human health. Worldwide, TM has been used since time immemorial. In Tanzania, the use of TM was most common during precolonial era before it was discriminated during the Germany colonial rule. However, it regained the attention during the private sector emergence era (1985–2004). Currently, there are ongoing efforts to integrate TM and modern medicine to improve healthcare systems in developing countries for sustainable healthcare management. This review aims to provide an overview of the historical and current status, challenges, and future direction for TM in Tanzania. The analysis revealed that the development of TM was somehow underdeveloped during the colonial rule but regained its popularity after independence. Currently, there are many opportunities such as the presence of legal and institutional frameworks, a varied medicinal biodiversity, with some of them being endemic to Tanzania, political will etc. Despite the available opportunities, there are numerous challenges to the development and use of TM. These include inadequate financial and human resources for research, poor conservation of medicinal biodiversity; modernization; intellectual property rights of TM knowledge; lack of safety, efficacy, and quality data of medicinal products. The development and utility of TM as a resource is crucial to protect practise. Thus, the study recommends more capacity building in terms of finances, technology development, human resources training, advocacy and integration of TM into healthcare system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

ASSESSMENT of education , *EDUCATIONAL quality , *RESEARCH institutes - Abstract
The quality evaluation of normal education is a crucial guide for the high-quality development of normal education in China, and a crucial instrument for building a great education country and a high-quality education system. Since the founding of People's Republic of China, China's quality evaluation of normal education has undergone stages of emergence, formation, and innovation, achieving great progress in terms of institutional and practical innovations. However, it still faces severe challenges such as weakened organizational mechanism and lack of regulatory mechanisms, outdated category structures and unclear type characteristics, weakened practical ability and traditional technical means, and weak governance empowerment and insufficient think tank functions. To develop a world-class normal education quality evaluation system with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to improve the competence of evaluation organizations, regulate the operation of normal evaluation market, construct the category of three-dimensional evaluation practice, highlight the characteristics of normal evaluation types, develop categorized evaluation practice models, innovate the digital and intelligent evaluation of normal education, and enhance the governance functions of evaluation conclusions, promoting the improvement of normal education quality. The Chinese Spring Festival Rush Phenomenon (Spring Rush) is a focal reflection of contemporary China's economic and social development. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, industrialization began, the population of cities and industrial and mining areas increased, and the number of passengers during the Spring Festival increased. In 1954, the country first clearly defined the Spring Rush as a month before and after the Spring Festival, and the Spring Rush officially appeared. Due to the industrialization strategy and the dual urban-rural social structure caused by the identity society, social mobility gradually stagnated before the reform and opening up, and the overall passenger flow during the Spring Festival was not large, and the Spring Rush was not obvious. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, identity barriers have gradually been broken, and the speed of social mobility has accelerated; however, the country's investment in social construction focusing on household registration, employment, social security, and other systems is insufficient, making it difficult for migrant workers and other lower-class people in society to urbanize. Their "pendulum"-like the one-way flow of "returning to the countryside before the New Year and returning to the city after the New Year" has been repeated, and the Spring Rush has become more and more serious. TELEVISION broadcasting ,TELEVISION equipment industry ,ART & culture - Abstract
This article discusses various reforms and efforts undertaken in the modern era in the field of Azerbaijani television to develop the national spiritual values of the Azerbaijani people and youth, and to preserve their national spirit. The independence of Azerbaijan following the 70-year collapse of the Soviet Union played a direct role in its culture and the field of television. The article presents facts based on many new programs, including those prepared during the Soviet era. It addresses issues and methods in the Azerbaijani television sector during both periods. The focus is on the entire history of the establishment of Azerbaijan State Television, its stages of development, and all related matters. The article examines the core of program formats related to art, culture, and literature that have historically manifested themselves in the development history of television. Emphasizing the clarification of the role of art in the formation of the aesthetic ideals of society, including its aspects (genres, types), is deemed more appropriate. The widespread interest in culture, in connection with its functions such as educational, heritage, and social existence preservation, is highlighted. Years of experience have once again proven that it is absolutely necessary to learn from professional experts in the Azerbaijani television space. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Studying the mechanisms by which climate change interacted with human societies during the historical period can provide historical insights and cultural roots for climate policy building in the region. In this study, we constructed Stability-Robustness-Resilience Model (SSR model) and used the TOPSIS method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and the entropy weight method to assess the change processes of robustness, resilience, and stability of Ming's society in response to climate threats. We have also compared three extreme droughts that occurred in different periods of social robustness-resilience combinations by using the SRR model. The results are as follows. (1) The stability of the Ming society was high in YongLe - HongZhi period (1402–1505 CE), when both social robustness and resilience were higher than the average level of Ming Dynasty (0.5611 for the former and 0.4215 for the latter), but there was a significant decline in social stability in TianShun period (1457–1464 CE). In ZhengDe - ChongZhen period (1506–1644 CE), the stability of Ming society gradually decreased, and it rebounded shortly in the LongQing-WanLi period (1506–1620 CE). (2) The high stability benefited from higher socio-economic levels, better government finance levels, larger national food reserves, safer social environments (high robustness), and higher levels of ruling class governance and risk response (high resilience); whereas insecure social environment induced by war, declining socio-economic levels and government finance levels were the main reasons for the decline in society's stability. (3)The ChengHua and WanLi droughts both happened at a time with high social robustness, so although their meteorological anomalies were severe, their impact on society was small. While the JiaJing drought happened at a time with low social robustness and resilience, so although the meteorological anomaly was relatively weak, it resulted in a more severe social consequence than the other two events.

The research article is based on Vaishnava Doctrine and its Development from a historical perspective. This essay examines the development of the doctrine of Vaishnavism from an orthodox perspective. The development of Vaishnavism can also be seen in the research on Vaishnavism that has developed along a historical pattern. This opportunity is to explore how Vaishnavism's theory of God has developed from its origin to the present times. Various related literature has been taken as data sources for this article. This review is a literature-based analysis. Vaishnavism, which is one of the six sects of Hinduism, is similar to Saivism. Similarly, Vaishnavism has developed into Vaishnava Vedanta. A historical view of Vaishnava Vedanta is essential as it is fundamental to its doctrine of God. That is why this study takes Vaishnavism's doctrine of God as a historical point of view and strengthens the foundations of Vaishnava Vedanta philosophy.

- Abstract
This paper, aims to investigate the impact of historical perspective on some contemporary studies. This affect is apparent in comparisons made between assessments of Arabic scholars and modern linguistic theories and notions in the West. The Arabic world, after gaining their independence, had tried their hardest to import the knowledge from the West due to political, scientific, and sociological reasons. While Arabs accepted the superiority of knowledge in several fields that produced in the West, their look, on the contrary, at the modern linguistics has always been suspicious. Nevertheless, they did not hold back from finding out the similar or better correspondent linguistic theories or conceptions in Arabic language tradition. However, the aim of the early Arabic language scholars and the context of the knowledge they produced were quite different from those of the modern period linguists and the conditions of the emergence of linguistics. In this respect, it is a methodological error to decontextualize the concepts mentioned in the history of Arabic language or to subject them to forced interpretations to match them with modern linguistic concepts, and it also disrupts the epistemic value of linguistic knowledge that has gone down in history. The wealth and depth of Arabic language tradition has been useful in ascribing those new linguistic theories and concepts to Arabic tradition as it was asserted that these concepts dealt with by scholars without nomination. We assume that the effect of historical interpretation worked out well here. The ideological dimension of the historical interpretation exceeds the limits of this paper, for that, this paper limited with some examples in which the effect of honorific interpretations of history on Arabic studies is obvious. These examples are selected from the works of people who are known for their linguistic contributions in the Arab world in the modern period. The historical and social conditions of the theories and knowledge referred to in this paper have not been discussed as they would exceed the limits of this article. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In 2011, the first high-quality genome assembly of a squamate reptile (lizard or snake) was published for the green anole. Dozens of genome assemblies were subsequently published over the next decade, yet these assemblies were largely inadequate for answering fundamental questions regarding genome evolution in squamates due to their lack of contiguity or annotation. As the "genomics age" was beginning to hit its stride in many organismal study systems, progress in squamates was largely stagnant following the publication of the green anole genome. In fact, zero high-quality (chromosome-level) squamate genomes were published between the years 2012 and 2017. However, since 2018, an exponential increase in high-quality genome assemblies has materialized with 24 additional high-quality genomes published for species across the squamate tree of life. As the field of squamate genomics is rapidly evolving, we provide a systematic review from an evolutionary genomics perspective. We collated a near-complete list of publicly available squamate genome assemblies from more than half-a-dozen international and third-party repositories and systematically evaluated them with regard to their overall quality, phylogenetic breadth, and usefulness for continuing to provide accurate and efficient insights into genome evolution across squamate reptiles. This review both highlights and catalogs the currently available genomic resources in squamates and their ability to address broader questions in vertebrates, specifically sex chromosome and microchromosome evolution, while addressing why squamates may have received less historical focus and has caused their progress in genomics to lag behind peer taxa. Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a serious and most frequent health complication during pregnancy which is associated with a significant increase in the risk of maternal and neonatal outcomes. GDM is usually the result of β-cell dysfunction along with chronic insulin resistance during pregnancy. Seshiah et al. pioneer work led to the adoption of Diabetes in Pregnancy Study Group in India criteria as the norm to diagnose GDM, especially in the community setting. In 2014, the Maternal Health Division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, updated guidelines and stressed upon the proper use of guidelines such as using a glucometer for self-monitoring and the use of oral hypoglycaemic agents. The 2018 Government of India guidelines stress the importance of counselling about lifestyle modifications, weight control, exercise, and family planning. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Simple Summary: Entomophagy has a long and rich history in human culture. In fact, insects have been a part of human diets for thousands of years, with evidence of their consumption found in prehistoric archaeological sites. Throughout history, entomophagy has been a common practice in many cultures, particularly in parts of Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Oceania. In some societies, insects were considered a delicacy and were reserved for special occasions, while, in others, they were a staple food source. The roots of entomophagy vary depending on culture and region, but common reasons include the nutritional benefits of insects, their abundance and accessibility, and the cultural and religious significance of certain species. While the practice of entomophagy has declined in some parts of the world due to the influence of Western culture and industrialization, it continues to be important in many societies. Despite its long history and potential benefits, entomophagy has faced cultural and social stigmas in many parts of the world. However, recent efforts have been made to promote entomophagy as a sustainable and nutritious food source and to challenge cultural biases against insect consumption. The relationship between insects and humans throughout history has always been complex and multifaceted. Insects are both a source of fascination and fear for humans and have played important roles in human culture, economy, and health. Nowadays, there is growing interest in using insects as a sustainable and environmentally friendly source of protein and other nutrients. Entomophagy can be seen as a new opportunity for the food industry and global food security. In fact, insects require far fewer resources than traditional livestock, and there are many references to insect consumption in human history. The ancient Romans are known to have eaten various insects, including beetles, caterpillars, and locusts. Insects such as crickets, grasshoppers, and ants have been eaten for centuries and are still considered a delicacy in many parts of the world, especially in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Oceania. Entomophagy has, thus, been a part of human history for thousands of years and continues to be an important food habit for many people around the world. These topics are explored in this article from a historical and cultural perspective (e.g., ecological, nutritional, spiritual, and socio-psychological), with a focus on the progressive acceptance of edible insects in Western societies, since this novel food has also its roots in the Western world. Dilemmas around differences among people may encapsulate ideological assumptions deep‐rooted in modernity, according to work on ideological dilemmas. In this article, we suggest that ideological struggles such as the one between racism and antiracism may further ingrain ideological dilemmas around difference and put certain identities at stake. In a qualitative study addressing constructions of difference in lay talk about diversity, lay people in Greece argued about the meaningfulness, value, and public character of difference, deploying two lines of argumentation: an 'objectivist' line affirming categorical differences and hierarchies; and a 'subjectivist' argumentative line which deprived categorical differences of any importance and simultaneously celebrated differences assuming that differences only lie in individuals' minds. For this latter line of argumentation, constructions of difference appeared to perform a non‐racist identity, making systematic comparisons to racists' alleged constructions of differences. Such comparisons were far less important for the objectivist argumentative line. These findings suggest that constructions of difference may be nested in ideological struggles, selectively reflecting the categorizations of the social world – and associated identities – advanced by ideological projects such as antiracism. The discussion points to theoretical implications for historical accounts of social categorization and social implications for current inclusive perspectives centred on diversity. Despite recognition of the value of music in education, the policies of governments have not always been reflected in the provision for music teaching in schools. This article represents a retrospective analysis and review of government policy in relation to the provision of music teachers and teacher training in Australia, with a focus on the government school system in the State of Victoria. This analysis takes account of changing social influences and particularly economic circumstances, and identifies the lessons to be derived from past policies and practices that need to be considered in future policy formation. Music was introduced to school education in Victoria during the 1850s. Over the following decades of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, there were several oscillations in government policy that have failed to adequately address adequate provision for music in schools. Drawing on findings from government reports and commissions of inquiry over a period of 170 years, the evolution of music education policy is documented. The value of an historical perspective on issues such as educational policy enables us to gain an understanding of past deficiencies so that we can become more informed and impartial as decision-makers and therefore avoid making the same errors in the future. Franklin ([30]) wrote, "There is also a critical need to integrate biodiversity objectives into management of all our landscapes because preservation of selected tracts of land, even at the largest scale possible, will not by itself achieve the desired goal of maintaining Earth's biodiversity." Recognizing the complex socio-economic nature of the biodiversity crisis, this commentary proposes the expansion of indigenous territories and protected areas, the establishment of a global biodiversity monitoring network, and the training of a new generation of translational ecologists, as potential pathways toward a more promising future. Although the historical changes in children's perceptions of the landscape have not been studied in depth, according to the different authors, this topic is of great importance for understanding children's perceptions of the environment and the factors influencing these perceptions, as well as for understanding which urban environments are best suited to meet children's needs. This study aims to determine the changes in children's ability to perceive and explore landscapes in a historical context. The main findings are obtained using studies of artwork content and literature systemic analysis. This research has indicated the most important sociocultural factors, such as social reforms, the establishment of compulsory education, and changes in the attitudes of parents that influenced children's perception of the landscape in different historical periods, and how, considering these aspects, children's relationship with the natural environment has changed. Today, children spend more and more time indoors and in virtual environments, and due to that their relationship with the natural environment is getting weaker compared to historical times. The results of this study underline that children have little options to engage with natural settings in today's cities, which are not safe enough. As a result, children go to virtual spaces that provide opportunities to have the experiences they want. This research has also highlighted the importance of understanding what places and environments were important to children when they were still able to experience them independently and applying this knowledge to create a city suitable for children to grow up in. Abul Ḥasan Ali b. Mohammad b. Ḥabib Basri Māwardī was one of the great Šafi'i jurists in the 4th and 5th Hijri centuries, who occupies an important place in the history of political thought in Islam due to the numerous works he wrote on the subject of politics. “A’lām al-Nubuwwah” is one of Māwardī's surviving works written on the subject of proving the prophethood of the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) by referring to his prophetic signs. Considering the fact that this book is one of the biographical works, and also considering the fact that the historical perspective means the historian's way of historical thinking, the present study attempts to find an answer to the question of what was the historical perspective or Māwardī's historiographical thoughts in “A’lām al-Nubuwwah”, and on the other hand, what was the impact of his theological thoughts on his historiography? The authors arrived at these results through a descriptive-analytical approach and, the use of library sources: Māwardī had a historical insight when he spoke about the miracle-based narratives and also presented the history of Prophet’s (pbuh) life. Despite the theological approach to the issue of miracles, he showed his historical insight by paying attention to historical elements (time-place-situation), showing tolerance in knowing the narrator, paying attention to the possibility of the arrival of news as much as possible, as well as criticism and analysis. His theological approach in discussing the miracles of the Quran and the acceptance of infallibility before prophethood was also similar to that of the Muʻtazila. Due to Ash'ari 's opposition to infallibility before prophethood, his theological approach in this work can be considered similar to that of the Muʻtazilites.

GREAT Famine, Ireland, 1845-1852 ,TEXTBOOKS ,ECONOMIC policy ,FOOD relief ,IRISH literature - Abstract
This article considers the representation of the controversial issue of the Great Irish Famine (1845-50) in 27 recent Irish and UK history textbooks for the secondary level. Key contested issues - imports and exports, the British government's laissez-faire economic policy, providentialist interpretations, and victim-perpetrator discourses - have long formed part of the narrative repertoire of Famine history; their representation and narrativisation in textbooks is analysed through narrative and content analysis. Historical contextualisation and perspective taking are considered key skills for students studying history; these skills become even more important when dealing with controversial issues. The questions central to this research are: How do secondary-level history textbooks from Ireland and the UK represent the key contested elements regarding the Famine? Do they provide sufficiently complex accounts, thereby facilitating historical contextualisation and perspective taking? While some Irish and UK textbooks offer learners complex representations of the Famine, several others provide students with insufficient opportunity for perspective taking, and for developing a thorough understanding of the historical context. Specifically, the majority of the textbooks provide simplistic victim-perpetrator discourses. As such issues complicate historical contextualisation, perspective taking and, relatedly, empathy formation, the article suggests including more complex subject positions in textbook discussions of the Famine. In contemporary debates, it is regularly overlooked that working from home already has a long history, while the phenomenon of 'tele(home) working' has even gained momentum since the 1970s, being increasingly technologically enabled and socially prepared. This article aims to identify the self-perpetuation of work from home by investigating phases, turning points and diverging temporalities of gender- and parenthood-specific discourses and use patterns of tele(home)work in Germany and the United Kingdom from an interdisciplinary perspective, combining historical and comparative social analysis. The temperance movement has had substantial public health impacts. • Impacts on individual consumption, where studied, have always been positive. • Six of the nine temperance countries continue to have national or regional government stores particularly for the sale of heavily taxed spirits, with limits as well on the accessibility of alcohol. • There have been associations with other movements - most importantly women's suffrage. • There is an historical connection between the historical temperance movements and recent developments in alcohol consumption in the relevant countries. The study aims to assess firstly, the historical (pre-2000) achievements in the control of alcohol and its adverse health consequences in the nine developed countries with mass temperance movements. Currently (post-2000), it looks at achievements in developed countries more generally, including these nine countries. The study is a policy analysis conducted within an historical timeframe. This principally involves the historical impacts on government schemes regulating alcohol as well as individual alcohol consumption and its consequences. Trends since 2000 in alcohol consumption in young people in high-income temperance cultures are also examined. Substantial alcohol-related public health impacts have occurred in almost all of the nine countries, either on relevant government schemes and/or individual alcohol consumption. Regarding government schemes, five of the nine temperance countries, and in part a sixth (the US), retain government store monopoly systems, offering heavily-taxed spirits with limits on their accessibility. Impacts on individual consumption in these countries, where studied, were positive. Consumption in young people since 2000 in high income countries is lower in temperance than non-temperance countries. It is concluded that temperance culture has had substantial and enduring governmental and individual public health impacts relating to alcohol consumption. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article criticizes the origins and results of Aryanism theory in the historical perspective of Iran, which is based on racial superiority, and also discusses the motivations for the emergence of this idea and its consequences. In this research, it is shown that this theory had no precedent in Iran’s pre- and post-Islam history, so the racial conflicts with the followers of other religions and ethnicities never became popular. The hypothesis of this article is that A’bdol-Rahmān Seif-e āzad paid attention to the theory of Aryanism for personal motives, including to benefit from economic privileges especially in Germany. For this reason, he was unable to find an intellectual basis for his views, and since his ideology had no intellectual roots, he found no influence in Iranian cultural and intellectual society. The research method of this article is descriptive, and then based on the descriptions, a specific analysis of the nature of the Aryanism movement has been presented. The main sources of this article are some of the contents of the Nāmey-e Iran-e Bāstān journal as well as views which opposing the Aryanism thought; also, some secondary sources have been used to better understanding of the contents of the issue.

The purpose of this paper is to compare the biological research carried out in North Korea with the modern outcomes in the same field, from a historical perspective. In the 1960s, the group led by Bong-Han Kim asserted the existence of a fundamental circulatory system in the human body. Their findings were introduced in five papers as well as in the newspaper Rodong Sinmun. The size of the group, the range of equipment, and their findings expanded gradually, and the final paper on blood cells would be only published one of over sixty papers reported at that time. In the five papers, some unclear and inconsistent contents were found. Meanwhile, in the 2000s, PVS (primo vascular system) researchers have published over one hundred papers to prove the existence of this novel system. Some trends have emerged in approximately sixty papers as follows: The research on the identification of the anatomical and histological characteristics has gradually expanded to encompass the system’s own functioning. Also, new visual results (e.g. before and after dyeing, and its comparison with blood clots) and the exploration of possible medical applications (e.g. cancer metastasis channels or stem cells location) have been proposed. However, it is difficult to identify papers which comprehensively represented the elements claimed by Bong-Han Kim’s group. In addition, papers have been published more in alternative or Oriental medicine journals than in Western biomedical journals. It seems necessary to report more existence of the system in one laboratory animal and in more influential journals.
