The paper in discusses conjugate gradient methods, which are often used for unconstrained optimization and are the subject of this discussion. In the process of studying and implementing conjugate gradient algorithms, it is standard practice to assume that the descent condition is true. Despite the fact that this sort of approach very seldom results in search routes that slope in a downward direction, this assumption is made routinely. As a result of this research, we propose a revised method known as the improved hybrid conjugate gradient technique. This method is a convex combination of the Dai-Yuan and Hestenes-Stiefel methodologies. The descending property and global convergence are both exhibited by the Wolfe line search. The numerical data demonstrates that the strategy that was presented is an efficient one.

The proposed metaheuristic optimization algorithm based on the two-step Adams-Bashforth scheme (MOABT) was first used in this paper for Multilayer Perceptron Training (MLP). In computer science and mathematical examples, metaheuristic is high-level procedures or guidelines designed to find, devise, or select algorithmic research methods to obtain high-quality solutions to an example problem, especially if the information is insufficient or incomplete, or if computational capacity is limited. Many metaheuristic methods include some stochastic example operations, which means that the resulting solution is dependent on the random variables that are generated during the search. The use of higher evidence can frequently find good solutions with less computational effort than iterative methods and algorithms because it searches a broad range of feasible solutions at the same time. Therefore, metaheuristic is a useful approach to solving example problems. There are several characteristics that distinguish metaheuristic strategies for the research process. The goal is to efficiently explore the search perimeter to find the best and closest solution. The techniques that make up metaheuristic algorithms range from simple searches to complex learning processes. Eight model data sets are used to calculate the proposed approach, and there are five classification data sets and three proximate job data sets included in this set. The numerical results were compared with those of the well-known evolutionary trainer Gray Wolf Optimizer (GWO). The statistical study revealed that the MOABT algorithm can outperform other algorithms in terms of avoiding local optimum and speed of convergence to global optimum. В інформатиці та математиці метаевристика є високорівневими процедурами або рекомендаціями з пошуку, розробки або вибору алгоритмічних методів дослідження для отримання якісних рішень задач, особливо при недостатній або неповній інформації, або обмежених обчислювальних можливостях. Багато метаевристичних методів включають деякі стохастичні операції, що означає залежність отриманого рішення від випадкових величин, що генеруються під час пошуку. Вищевикладене часто дозволяє знаходити хороші рішення з меншими обчислювальними витратами, ніж ітеративні методи та алгоритми, оскільки одночасно виконується пошук широкого спектру можливих рішень. Для розрахунку запропонованого підходу використовуються вісім наборів даних моделювання, включаючи п’ять наборів даних класифікації і три набори даних апроксимації. Численні результати були зіставлені з результатами відомого еволюційного методу навчання Алгоритм зграї сірих вовків (GWO). Статистичне дослідження показало, що алгоритм MOABT може перевершувати інші алгоритми з точки зору уникнення локального оптимуму та швидкості збіжності до глобального оптимуму. In a variety of engineering, scientific challenges, mathematics, chemistry, physics, biology, machine learning, deep learning, regression classification, computer science, programming, artificial intelligence, in the military, medical and engineering industries, robotics and smart cars, fuzzy nonlinear equations play a critical role. As a result, in this paper, an Optimization Algorithm based on the Euler Method approach for solving fuzzy nonlinear equations is proposed. In mathematics and computer science, the Euler approach (sometimes called the forward Euler method) is a first-order numerical strategy for solving ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with a specified initial value. The local error is proportional to the square of the step size, while the general error is proportional to the step size, according to the Euler technique. The Euler method is frequently used to create more complicated algorithms. The Optimization Algorithm Based on the Euler Method (OBE) uses the logic of slope differences, which is computed by the Euler approach for global optimizations as a search mechanism for promising logic. Furthermore, the mechanism of the proposed work takes advantage of two active phases: exploration and exploitation to find the most important promising areas within the distinct space and the best solutions globally based on a positive movement towards it. In order to avoid the solution of local optimal and increase the rate of convergence, we use the ESQ mechanism. The optimization algorithm based on the Euler method (OBE) is very efficient in solving fuzzy nonlinear equations and approaches the global minimum and avoids the local minimum. In comparison with the GWO algorithm, we notice a clear superiority of the OBE algorithm in reaching the solution with higher accuracy. We note from the numerical results that the new algorithm is 50 % superior to the GWO algorithm in Example 1, 51 % in Example 2 and 55 % in Example 3., Нечіткі нелінійні рівняння відіграють важливу роль у різних інженерних, наукових задачах, математиці, хімії, фізиці, біології, машинному навчанні, глибокому навчанні, регресії та класифікації, інформатиці, програмуванні, штучному інтелекті, у військовій, медичній та машинобудівній промисловості, робототехніці та розумних автомобілях. У даній роботі для вирішення нечітких нелінійних рівнянь пропонується алгоритм оптимізації, заснований на методі Ейлера. У математиці та інформатиці метод Ейлера (іноді званий прямим методом Ейлера) являє собою чисельну стратегію першого порядку для вирішення звичайних диференціальних рівнянь (ЗДР) із заданим початковим значенням. Відповідно до методу Ейлера, локальна похибка пропорційна квадрату величини кроку, в той час як загальна похибка пропорційна величині кроку. Метод Ейлера часто використовується для створення більш складних алгоритмів. Алгоритм оптимізації, заснований на методі Ейлера (OBE), використовує логіку кутового коефіцієнта прямої, яка обчислюється методом Ейлера для глобальних оптимізацій в якості механізму пошуку перспективної логіки. Крім того, у механізмі запропонованої роботи використовуються дві активні фази: розвідка та розробка для пошуку найбільш важливих перспективних областей в рамках окремого простору та найкращих рішень в глобальному масштабі, заснованих на позитивному русі до нього. Щоб уникнути рішення локального оптимуму і збільшити швидкість збіжності, ми використовуємо механізм ESQ. Алгоритм оптимізації, заснований на методі Ейлера (OBE), дуже ефективний при вирішенні нечітких нелінійних рівнянь і наближається до глобального мінімуму, уникаючи локального мінімуму. У порівнянні з алгоритмом GWO ми відзначаємо явну перевагу алгоритму OBE в досягненні рішення з більш високою точністю. З чисельних результатів випливає, що новий алгоритм на 50 % перевершує алгоритм GWO у прикладі 1, на 51 % у прикладі 2 і на 55 % у прикладі 3.

The non-linear conjugate gradient method is a very effective technique for addressing Large-Scale minimization problems, and it has a wide range of applications in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, and Medicine, etc. In this paper, we present a new spectral conjugate gradient algorithm, a non-linear conjugate gradient algorithm, whose derivation is based on the Hisham–Khalil (KH) and Newton algorithms Based on Pure Conjugacy Condition, The importance of the research lies in finding an appropriate way to solve all kinds of linear and non-linear fuzzy equations because the Buckley and Qu's method is ineffective in solving all kinds of fuzzy equations and because the conjugate gradient method does not need a Hessian matrix (second partial derivatives of functions) in the solution. The descent property of the suggested method is shown provided that the step size meets the strong Wolfe conditions. In many circumstances, numerical results demonstrate that the novel technique is more efficient than the Fletcher–Reeves (FR) and Hisham–Khalil (KH) procedures in solving Fuzzy Nonlinear Equations.

One of the optimal approaches for learning a Takagi Sugeno-based fuzzy neural network model is the conjugate gradient method proposed in this research. For the PRP and the LS approaches, a novel algorithm based on the Liu-Storey (LS) approach is created to overcome the slow convergence. The developed method becomes descent and convergence by assuming some hypothesis. The numerical results show that the developed method for classifying data is more efficient than the other methods, as shown in Table (2), where the new method outperforms the others in terms of average training time, average training accuracy, average test accuracy, average training MSE, and average test MSE.

The conjugate gradient approach is a powerful tool that is used in a variety of areas to solve problems involving large-scale reduction. In this paper, we propose a new parameter in nonlinear conjugate gradient algorithms to solve nonlinear fuzzy equations based on Polak and Ribiere (PRP) method, where we prove the descent and global convergence properties of the proposed algorithm. In terms of numerical results, the new method has been compared with the methods of Fletcher (CD), Fletcher and Reeves (FR), and Polak and Ribiere (PRP). The proposed algorithm has outperformed the rest of the algorithms in the number of iterations and in finding the best value for the function and the best value for the variables.

In this paper, we suggest a new method for the numerical solution of fuzzy nonlinear equations in parametric form using a new Conjugate Gradient Technique. Table of the numerical solution is given to show the efficiency of the proposed method and which is compared with classical algorithms such as (Fletcher and Reeves (FR), Polak and Ribiere (PRP), and Fletcher (CD)) techniques.
