This study applied the SERVQUAL scale of Parasuraman et al. and the scale of previous research models to measure the quality of Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint-Stock Bank. The study used Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test method and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify and evaluate the scale conducted with a sample size of n = 215 respondents are customers who use the services of the bank. The research results serve as a basis for Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint-Stock Bank to know the factors of service quality that affect satisfaction, the relationship between service quality and satisfaction, level of customer evaluation of these factors, from which an appropriate strategy is carried out to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

We are witnessing the evolution from Internet of Things (IoT) to Internet of Vehicles (IoV). Internet connected vehicles can sense, communicate, analyze and make decisions. Rich vehicle-related data collection allows to apply artificial intelligence (AI) such as machine learning and deep learning (DL) to develop advanced services in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). However, AI/DL-based ITS applications require intensive computation, both for model training and deployment. The exploitation of the huge computational power obtained through aggregation of resources present in individual vehicles and ITS infrastructure brings an efficient solution. In this work, oneVFC , a tangible vehicular fog computing (VFC) platform based on oneM2M is proposed. It benefits from the oneM2M standard to facilitate interoperability as well as hierarchical resource organization. oneVFC manages the distributed resources, orchestrates information flows and computing tasks on vehicle fog nodes and feeds back results to the application users. On a lab scale model consisting of Raspberry Pi modules and laptops, we demonstrate how oneVFC manages the AI-driven applications running on various machines and how it succeeds in significantly reducing application processing time, especially in cases with high workload or with requests arriving at high pace. We also show how oneVFC facilitates the deployment of AI model training in Federated Learning (FL), an advanced privacy preserving and communication saving training approach. Our experiments deployed in an outdoor environment with mobile fog nodes participating in the computation jobs confirm the feasibility of oneVFC for IoV environments whenever the communication links among fog nodes are guaranteed by V2X technology.

The genus Goniurosaurus (tiger geckos) currently consists of 23 species distributed in China, Japan and Vietnam. Several species complexes and recent discoveries of cryptic species pose challenges to the species identification, which is crucial to effectively implement the recent listing of the species from China and Vietnam in CITES Appendix II and the species from Japan in CITES Appendix III. Based on the results of our field work in northern Vietnam and data compiled from literature, we herein provide a taxonomic review of the genus Goniurosaurus. Our phylogenetic analyses showed that all recorded populations of tiger geckos from Vietnam, which were found to be monophyletic with low intra-specific genetic divergences, are assigned to one of the four species: G. catbaensis, G. huuliensis, G. lichtenfelderi or G. luii. Both genetic and morphological analyses confirm that the species from China and Vietnam can be split into three major groups. Based on the newly collected data, we provide an extended morphological description of the Vietnamese species. In addition, we provide an identification key for all Goniurosaurus species from China, Japan and Vietnam in order to assist authorities in the enforcement of the recent CITES listing.

We study the problem of event coreference resolution (ECR) that seeks to group coreferent event mentions into the same clusters. Deep learning methods have recently been applied for this task to deliver state-of-the-art performance. However, existing deep learning models for ECR are limited in that they cannot exploit important interactions between relevant objects for ECR, e.g., context words and entity mentions, to support the encoding of document-level context. In addition, consistency constraints between golden and predicted clusters of event mentions have not been considered to improve representation learning in prior deep learning models for ECR. This work addresses such limitations by introducing a novel deep learning model for ECR. At the core of our model are document structures to explicitly capture relevant objects for ECR. Our document structures introduce diverse knowledge sources (discourse, syntax, semantics) to compute edges/interactions between structure nodes for document-level representation learning. We also present novel regularization techniques based on consistencies of golden and predicted clusters for event mentions in documents. Extensive experiments show that our model achieve state-of-the-art performance on two benchmark datasets.

In this paper, we propose a Hierarchical Transformer model for Vietnamese spelling correction problem. The model consists of multiple Transformer encoders and utilizes both character-level and word-level to detect errors and make corrections. In addition, to facilitate future work in Vietnamese spelling correction tasks, we propose a realistic dataset collected from real-life texts for the problem. We compare our method with other methods and publicly available systems. The proposed method outperforms all of the contemporary methods in terms of recall, precision, and f1-score. The incidence of respiratory diseases is increasing rapidly due to environmental pollution affecting everyone around the world. Diagnosis from cardiopulmonary hearing has been made for hundreds of years. However, this method is influenced by noise and subjectivity by the doctor, which creates uncertainty and inconsistency in screening for lung disease. Numerous studies have tried to solve these problems by recording lung sounds digitally and processing them. In this article, we use a discrete Wavelet transformation to classify wheeze, crackle and normal lung sounds to reduce computation time and cost. The dataset is taken from a published database initiated by the Internal Biomedical Health Informatics Conference (ICBHI). As characteristics and machine learning models are used to learn between respiratory traits, reconstructed sub-band energies are extracted. The feasibility and efficiency of our proposed approach have been verified by our findings.

The deviation between the standard model prediction and the measurement of the muon g-2 is currently at 3-4 sigma (can be up to 7 sigma in the upcoming experiment E989). If new physics is responsible for such discrepancy, it is expected that the new contributions to tau g-2 are even larger than that for muon due to its large mass. In spite of that, the tau g-2 is much more difficult to be directly measured because of its short lifetime. In this paper, we consider the effect of the tau g-2 at $e^-e^+$ colliders in a model independent way. Using the tau pair production channel at the Large Electron Position Collider (LEP), we have found the allowed range for the new physics contribution of the tau g-2 assuming a $q^2$-dependence ansatz for the magnetic form factor. In our analysis, we take into account the standard model one-loop correction as well as the initial state photon radiation. We have also investigated the prospect at future $e^-e^+$ colliders, and determine the expected allowed range for the new physics contribution to the tau g-2. Given the proposed beam polarization configuration at the International Linear Collider (ILC), we have analyzed the dependence of this allowed range on the integrated luminosity as well as the relative systematic error., 18 pages, 6 figures

The alternative renormalizable minimal SO(10) model is composed of the Yukawa couplings with 10⊕120 Higgs fields, whereas the right-handed (RH) neutrino Majorana masses are generated via the Witten mechanism. The gauge coupling unification is achieved together with a unique pattern of the fermion masses and mixing at the grand unification scale due to additional contributions of vector-like quarks to the standard model renormalization group equations. We perform the fitting of the model to the experimental data of charged fermion masses and the CKM matrix. The best fit point is obtained with large pulls for mc, ms, mb, and mτ. For the modifications to the minimal model by adding either 10′ or 120′, a large deviation for the tau mass rules out all these models. In the case with the bottom and vector-like quark mixing, the mass matrices are well fitted the charged fermions but the bound on the light neutrino mass scale excludes this scenario. To ameliorate this deficit, we consider the two-step symmetry breaking scenario, SO(10)→SU(5)→SU(3)C×SU(2)L×U(1)Y, with the SO(10) breaking at the Planck scale leading to the radiatively generated RH neutrino Majorana masses being at the ordinary seesaw scale. For this case, we find the best fit point with χ2=7.8 consistent with experimental results including the neutrino sector. The largest deviation is 2.3σ corresponding to the strange quark mass. Hence, a more precise determination of the strange quark mass can test this model. For the best fit point, we find the effective Majorana neutrino mass of mββ=0.22 meV and the sum of light neutrino masses as Σ=0.078 eV, which are consistent with the current constraints from the search for the neutrinoless double beta decay and the CMB anisotropy measurement.

The goal of Document-level Relation Extraction (DRE) is to recognize the relations between entity mentions that can span beyond sentence boundary. The current state-of-the-art method for this problem has involved the graph-based edge-oriented model where the entity mentions, entities, and sentences in the documents are used as the nodes of the document graphs for representation learning. However, this model does not capture the representations for the nodes in the graphs, thus preventing it from effectively encoding the specific and relevant information of the nodes for DRE. To address this issue, we propose to explicitly compute the representations for the nodes in the graph-based edge-oriented model for DRE. These node representations allow us to introduce two novel representation regularization mechanisms to improve the representation vectors for DRE. The experiments show that our model achieves state-of-the-art performance on two benchmark datasets.

The recent results of the LHC search for electroweak production of supersymmetric (SUSY) particles at $\sqrt{s}=13\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$ have shown improved lower limits for their masses. In addition, the projected experiment E989 will be able to measure the muon anomalous magnetic moment precisely so that the experimental uncertainty can be reduced by a factor of four. It was pointed out that if the center value of the muon $g\ensuremath{-}2$ remains unchanged the deviation between the standard model (SM) prediction and the experimental value will be as large as $7.0\ensuremath{\sigma}$. Such a large deviation will be solid evidence for new physics beyond the SM. Motivated by these results, we investigate the minimal SUSY extension of the SM with universal gaugino masses at the grand unified scale in the light of the muon $g\ensuremath{-}2$ and the updated LHC constraints. The squarks are assumed to be heavy and decoupled from physics at low energy scales to resemble the SM-like Higgs boson mass of 125 GeV and other bounds for squark masses at the LHC. We have pinned down allowed windows for the lightest neutralino and the smuon masses as well as other input parameters relevant to the light SUSY sector. The expected results of the E989 experiment play a crucial role in narrowing these windows. The viability of the model for small mass regions can be tested at the LHC Run 3 and the High Luminosity LHC in the near future.

We investigate an extension of the standard model with vector-like fermions and an extra Abelian gauge symmetry. The particle mass spectrum is calculated explicitly. The Lagrangian terms for all the gauge interactions of leptons and quarks in the model are derived. We observe that while there is no new mixing in the lepton sector, the quark mixing plays an important role in the magnitudes of gauge interactions for quarks, particularly the interactions with massive \(W\), \(Z\) and \(Z'\) bosons. We calculate the contributions of the new vector-like leptons and quarks to the Peskin-Takeuchi parameters as well as the \(\rho\) parameter of the electroweak precision tests, and show that the model is realistic.

The results from the XENON1T/Panda-X and IceCube experiments have set severe upper limits on spin-independent (SI) and spin-dependent (SD) scattering cross section of weakly interacting massive particles on nuclei. In the framework of split supersymmetry scenario supported by the LHC constraints, we investigate the prospect of dark matter (DM) direct and indirect detection experiments. Assuming a relation among gaugino masses at the grand unification scale, we have specified the parameter regions that predict the right DM relic abundance as well as satisfy the constraints on SI and SD scattering cross sections of DM. In the case of universal gaugino masses, the XENON1T/Panda-X results have ruled out completely the well-tempered neutralino region. We have found that 200 times smaller than the current IceCube bound is the sensitivity limit that a future DM indirect detection experiment should have at least in order to have a certain impact beyond the current XENON1T/Panda-X results. The future results from XENON1T will be able to test a signification portion of the Higgsino-like region. Although there are points in the Higgsino-like region that cannot be reached by future DM detection experiments, direct production channels of neutralino/chargino can be used to test the model at the LHC/HL-HLC. In the case of non-universal gaugino masses, beside showing the allowed parameter space, we have specified the regions that can be tested at both future DM direct and indirect detection experiments. One of them are Higgsino-like region, while the others two predict a well mixed bino-wino DM. The DM properties in each region have been examined and demonstrated with a benchmark of-ino spectrum. Interestingly, points in the mixed bino-wino region with rather light chargino can be tested the LHC 14 TeV.

Low-Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) supports long-range communication for hundreds to millions smart devices and enables new types of services in Internet of Things (IoT) context. Several wireless technologies have proposed; LoRa wireless technology is arguable the most adopted, and LoRaWAN is an open standard network stack based on LoRa modulation at the physical layer. That combination promises popular connectivity in outdoor applications, while maintaining simple network structures and managements. This work provides an in-depth analysis and assessment of LoRaWAN functional components: its capabilities (total traffic load, packet delivery quality) versus its efficiency (collision and frequency usage). The evaluation based on extensive simulation study has given the hints for scalability of network deployment as well.

The gauge kinetic mixing in general is allowed in models with multiple Abelian gauge groups. In this paper, we investigate the gauge kinetic mixing in the framework of $U(1)$ extensions of the MSSM. It enlarges the viable parameter space, and has an important effect on the particle mass spectrum as well as the $Z_2$ coupling with matters. The SM-like Higgs boson mass can be enhanced with a nonzero kinetic mixing parameter and the muon $g-2$ tension is slightly less severe than in the case of no mixing. We present the results from both benchmark analysis and global parameter scan. Various theoretical and phenomenological constraints have been considered. The recent LHC searches for the $Z_2$ boson are important for the case of large positive kinetic mixing where the $Z_2$ coupling is enhanced, and severely constrain scenarios with $M_{Z_2} < 2.8$ TeV. The viable dark matter candidate predicted by the model is either the neutralino or the right-handed sneutrino. Cosmological constraints from dark matter searches play a significant role in excluding the parameter space. Portions of the parameter space with relatively low sparticle mass spectrum can be successfully explored in the LHC run-2 as well as future linear colliders and dark matter searches., 32 pages, 14 figures, published in Physical Review D

The supersymmetric (SUSY) minimal SO(10) model is a well-motivated grand unified theory, where the Standard Model (SM) fermions have Yukawa couplings with only one ${\bf 10}$-plet and one $\overline{\bf 126}$-plet Higgs fields and it is highly non-trivial if the realistic quark and lepton mass matrices can be reproduced in this context. It has been known that the best fit for all the SM fermion mass matrices is achieved by a vacuum expectation value of the $\overline{\bf 126}$-plet Higgs field being at the intermediate scale of around ${\cal O}(10^{13})$ GeV. Under the presence of the SO(10) symmetry breaking at the intermediate scale, the successful SM gauge coupling unification is at risk and likely to be spoiled. Recently, it has been shown that the low-energy fermion mass matrices, except for the down-quark mass predicted to be too low, are very well-fitted without the intermediate scale. In order to resolve the too-low down quark mass while keeping the other fittings intact, we consider SUSY threshold corrections to reproduce the right down quark mass. It turns out that this requires flavor-dependent soft parameters. Motivated by this fact, we calculate particle mass spectra at low energies with flavor-dependent sfermion masses at the grand unification scale. We present a benchmark particle mass spectrum which satisfies a variety of phenomenological constraints, in particular, the observed SM-like Higgs boson mass of around 125 GeV and the relic abundance of the neutralino dark matter as well as the experimental result of the muon anomalous magnetic moment. In the resultant mass spectrum, sleptons in the first and second generations, bino and winos are all light, and this scenario can be tested at the LHC Run-2 in the near future., Comment: 20 pages, 2 figures. In the MSSM, the tension between the observed Higgs boson mass and the experimental result of the muon $g-2$ measurement requires a large mass splitting between stops and smuons/charginos/neutralinos. We consider a 5-dimensional (5D) framework of the MSSM with the Randall-Sundrum warped background metric, and show that such a mass hierarchy is naturally achieved in terms of geometry. In our setup, the supersymmetry is broken at the ultraviolet (UV) brane, while all the MSSM multiplets reside in the 5D bulk. An appropriate choice of the bulk mass parameters for the MSSM matter multiplets can naturally realize the sparticle mass hierarchy desired to resolve the tension. Gravitino is localized at the UV brane and hence becomes very heavy, while the gauginos spreading over the bulk acquire their masses suppressed by the 5th dimensional volume. As a result, the LSP neutralino is a candidate for the dark matter as usual in the MSSM. In addition to reproducing the SM-like Higgs boson mass of around 125 GeV and the measured value of the muon $g-2$, we consider a variety of phenomenological constraints, and present the benchmark particle mass spectra which can be explored at the LHC Run-2 in the near future., 21 pages, 1 figure, Published in Physical Review D, October 2016

The Lagrangian of a theory possessing two Abelian gauge symmetries may contains a gauge kinetic mixing term without violating any known symmetries. In this paper, the formulation of theories extended by an additional Abelian gauge symmetry in the superfield formalism is presented. By rotating in the space of the gauge fields, the gauge kinetic mixing term can be eliminated, and the relevant charge and coupling are shifted in comparison with the original quantities. This process is valid for both theories with or without supersymmetry. We demonstrate, for example, the effect of the gauge kinetic mixing term in the case of the U(1) extension of the minimal supersymmetric standard model. Various physical observables are computed for a given benchmark point. We find that the gauge kinetic mixing is important for the model to predict the observables in a good agreement with experimental data.

The Randall-Sundrum solution to the hierarchy problem in the brane-world scenario has made a significant impact on the development of model building.We investigate in this paper a model of supersymmetry in a 5D spacetime with the Randal-Sundrum warped metric.The minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model (MSSM) superfields propagate in the bulk between the UV and IR branes at separated orbifold fixed points, while the hidden sector in charge of supersymmetry breaking is confined on the UV brane.We derive the 4D effective action from the original 5D action of the underlying theory.The effective 4D Yukawa couplings and all the soft supersymmetry breaking terms are calculated in terms of the 5D theory's coefficients. We comment on the important role of the bulk mass parameter in the relation with the geometrical properties of particles.

We investigate the phenomenology of a class of model that at the same time solves the tachyonic slepton problem of the pure anomaly mediated supersymmetry breaking (AMSB) model and generates neutrino masses. We introduce heavy fields in the seesaw mechanism that are the messengers in the deflected AMSB scenario. Various theoretical and phenomenological constraints have been taken into account, especially the Higgs mass limits. The viable parameter regions have been specified, and the properties of dark matter candidate have been studied. We point out that the type III seesaw with three generations of 24-messenger is excluded, while the type II seesaw and type III seesaw with two generations of 24-messenger are still allowed. The sparticle masses are heavy as in usual SUSY models. The spin-independent crosssection of the scattering between the lightest neutralino and proton show the possibility to see evidences of new physics from future dark matter search experiments. We find that the lepton flavor violation effects caused by the Yukawa mediation are suppressed due to the electroweak symmetry breaking condition.

Anomaly-mediated supersymmetry breaking (AMSB) is a well-known mechanism for flavor-blind transmission of supersymmetry breaking from the hidden sector to the visible sector. However, the pure AMSB scenario suffers from a serious drawback, namely, the tachyonic slepton problem, and needs to be extended. The so-called (positively) deflected AMSB is a simple extension to solve the problem and also provides us with the usual neutralino lightest superpartner as a good candidate for dark matter in the Universe. Motivated by the recent discovery of the Higgs boson at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) experiments, we perform the parameter scan in the deflected AMSB scenario by taking into account a variety of phenomenological constraints such as the dark matter relic density and the observed Higgs boson mass around 125-126 GeV. We identify the allowed parameter region and list benchmark mass spectra. We find that in most of the allowed parameter regions, the dark matter neutralino is Higgsino-like and its elastic scattering cross section with nuclei is within the future reach of the direct dark matter search experiments, while (colored) sparticles are quite heavy and their discovery at the LHC is challenging., Comment: 16 pages, 5 figures, Version to be published in PRD

We examine the single-photon processes in the frame work of supersymmetric models at future e+e- linear colliders. According to the recent experimental achievement, the optimistic polarization degrees for both electron and positron beams are taken into account to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio revealing the observable difference between supersymmetry breaking models. The minimal supergravity model and the minimal SU(5) grand unified model in gaugino mediation have been examined as examples. We see that after several years of accummulating data, the difference of the number of single-photon events between the two models received from the collider would be in excess of three times the statistical error, providing us the possibility to probe which model would be realized in nature. We consider supersymmetric grand unified theory (GUT) with the gaugino mediated supersymmetry breaking and investigate a possibility to discriminate different GUT models in terms of predicted sparticle mass spectra. Taking two example GUT models, the minimal SU(5) and simple SO(10) models, and imposing a variety of theoretical and experimental constraints, we calculate sparticle masses. Fixing parameters of each model so as to result in the same mass of neutralino as the lightest supersymmetric particle (LSP), giving the observed dark matter relic density, we find sizable mass differences in the left-handed slepton and right-handed down-type squark sectors in two models, which can be a probe to discriminate the GUT models realized at the GUT scale far beyond the reach of collider experiments., Comment: 14 pages, 4 figures, version to be published in PRD
