This study review the available literature about friendships of children and adolescents with chronic pain, focusing on the mechanisms they use to face challenges in their relationships and the theories studies use to address this topic. We conducted a search in PubMed, PsycINFO, and WOS from inception to August 2017. We included peer-reviewed primary studies with a specific subgroup analysis of friendships in children and adolescents (6-18 years old) with the followingconditions: lower limb pain, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, abdominal pain, headache and migraines, fibromyalgia, and complex regional pain syndrome. Twenty empirical articles were selected. From these studies, 18 mechanisms and 6theories were identified. Studies show a high variability in the methodologies employed, as well as in the way they define friendships experience. Finally, very few of the studies selected are theory-based. RESUMEN Este estudio revisa las publicaciones científicas disponibles sobre las amistades de niños y adolescentes que padecen dolor crónico centrándose en los mecanismos que utilizan para afrontar los desafíos que sus relaciones les plantean y las teorías utilizadas por los estudios para abordar este tema. Llevamos a cabo una búsqueda en PubMed, PsycINFO y WOS desde los inicios hasta agosto de 2017. Incluimos estudios primarios de revisión de pares con un subgrupo de análisis específico de las amistades en niños y adolescentes (entre 6 y 18 años), con las siguientes condiciones: dolor en las extremidades inferiores, dolor de cuello y hombros, dolor de espalda, dolor abdominal, dolor de cabeza y migrañas, fibromialgia y síndrome de dolor regional complejo. Se seleccionaron 20 artículos empíricos, a partir de los cuales se detectaron 18 mecanismos y 6 teorías. Los estudios muestran gran variabilidad en la metodología utilizada, así como en el modo de definir la experiencia de las amistades. Por último, muy pocos de los estudios elegidos están basados en la teoría.

El proyecto MOMENT pretende contribuir a mejorar la comprensión del trastorno mental grave a partir del análisis del discurso de los dos grandes colectivos implicados, personas diagnosticadas y profesionales de la salud mental, aplicando como método de análisis la Teoría de la Metáfora Conceptual y la lingüística de corpus. En este marco, se constituirá un corpus anotado manualmente de testimonios en primera persona de ambos colectivos, que a su vez pueda servir como banco de experimentación en detección automática de metáforas. De esta manera, se pretende avanzar tanto en la detección y anotación manual de metáforas, como en la detección computacional. Desde un punto de vista social, el objetivo del proyecto es identificar y sistematizar las concepciones y asunciones dominantes sobre el trastorno mental grave, así como promover el cambio de posibles discursos que nieguen la capacidad agentiva de las personas diagnosticadas. The MOMENT project aims to contribute to a better understanding of severe mental disorders by analyzing the discourse of the two main groups involved, affected people and mental health professionals, in the light of the Conceptual Metaphor Theory and Corpus Linguistics methodology. In this framework, a corpus of first-person accounts from both groups will be designed, built and manually annotated. In turn, the corpus will serve as an experimental bank for automatic detection of metaphors. Therefore, MOMENT aims to improve both manual and automatic metaphor detection and annotation. From a social point of view, the goal of the project is twofold: on the one hand, to detect and systematize dominant conceptualizations and ideas about the disorder; and, on the other hand, to identify and promote the change of potential discourses which deny the agentive capacity of affected people.

The following study aimed at exploring and understanding how higher education students develop interconnections and interaction patterns over time during an online collaborative task using a form of online discussion. A micro-genetic study was carried out by zooming in into four groups of students that showed extreme grading results in their final product. The study took place in a Psychology course at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) where 63 students participated in a two-week online discussion using two different interactive tools. These two different types of online discussion did not appear to affect students' interaction patterns, but groups using the Annotation tool did focus more on cognitive matters, while the space for discussion at the UOC had a more balanced focus on both social and cognitive dimensions. Continuous and meaningful feedback also proved to provide important conditions for this type of online collaborative task, which requires students to construct and maintain a shared conception of a problem over time.

L'ús de la Xarxa en l'àmbit de la salut augmenta significativament i modifica les relacions entre la tecnologia i els models, els usos i les vivències de salut de les persones. Una vegada revisats els punts clau per a un model d'e-salut centrat en la persona, es constata la necessitat d'abordar la salut a la Xarxa des de la psicologia, ja que l'e-salut va més enllà d'una intervenció en salut per a convertir-se en una experiència de salut. Així, cal adaptar les intervencions no solament al camp específic de la salut, sinó també a les característiques de l'usuari a fi de provocar un canvi en les conductes. D'aquesta manera, la qualitat de les intervencions passa a ser un tema crucial que ha de ser avaluat en tots els seus processos per a poder apuntar quins poden ser els horitzons d'actuació. Finalment, es presenten alguns exemples de models d'intervenció reconeguts per la qualitat de les seves experiències.
