Objective: to unveil the value meanings of nurses in a human milk bank about nursing teleconsultation. Method: A phenomenological study based on Max Scheler's Theory of Values, with phenomenological interviews conducted in October and November 2022 with five nurses from a human milk bank in the second metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. The data collected was then subjected to Bardin's thematic analysis. Results: two categories emerged: Nursing teleconsultation and nurses' actions in the human milk donation process in times of Covid-19 - an expansion value; Nursing teleconsultation in the care of donors and infants assisted at the human milk bank - a useful health value. Conclusion: teleconsultation was understood as having values that expand and guarantee care, improving the representation of access for users, collaborating with the continuity of breastfeeding and the donation of human milk. Objective: to analyze the records referring to reproductive planning consultations and to intrauterine device insertion performed in 2021 by nurses and physicians in Primary Health Care in Brazil. Method: this is a quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive study that resorted to secondary data from the Health Information System for Primary Care and submitted to simple descriptive statistics data analysis. Results: a total of 18,243 procedures about IUD insertion were recorded in the country, with prevalence of physicians, except for the state of Roraima; as well as 54,186 reproductive planning consultations with predominance of 41,184 (76%) nurses in relation to physicians (13,002; 24%). Conclusion: there is a need to invest in the training of physicians and nurses in order to expand access and the right to sexual life care of the women living in the country. This article aims to identify and map the actions to promote, protect and support breastfeeding that are carried out within the prison system. Scope review, whose searches were performed in the Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature and Nursing databases, Virtual Health Library, Medical Literature, Analysis, and Retrieval System Online, via PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online and the Capes Periodicals Portal. A total of 465 studies were obtained, 177 duplicates and 175 by title exclusion were removed, 56 articles were eliminated by abstract, and eight articles were not found. After selection and reading by the review team, 16 articles were removed, thus constituting ten articles with relevant results for breastfeeding promotion in prison, 13 articles with important results for breastfeeding protection in prison, and ten articles with potential findings for breastfeeding support in prison. It is necessary to promote breastfeeding in prison with promotion, protection and support actions, because many children are still prevented from being breastfed soon after birth, which characterizes inequality in relation to the population in freedom. Objective: Describe the use of Yoga in breastfeeding support, from the perspective of nursing mothers. Methods: This is an exploratory, descriptive study with a qualitative approach, with ten lactating women, from the municipality of Niterói - RJ, in the period between May and September 2018, using the structured interview, workshop as data production tool Yoga and field diary. The data were submitted to discourse analysis in the thematic modality. Results: Three categories were identified: Yoga as emotional and physical support for mothers; The assistance of the health team, and the meanings of the experience during the parturition and breastfeeding process; and The mother-baby relationship as a basis for maternal well-being and continuity of breastfeeding. Conclusion: The convergence between Yoga and breastfeeding is identified, since the physiological and psychic processes are manifested in the health of the physical body, holistically interconnected. The senses and negative emotions, reported in the breastfeeding process were minimized with the use of yoga as a therapeutic resource. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: This article shares the experience of the members of the National Commission of Women's Health and Communication Department of the Brazilian Council of Nursery (Cofen) addressing the questions by nursing professionals on pregnancy, lactation and puerperium during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: Experiences Report regarding demands sent to the Ombudsman Unit of Cofen regarding pregnancy, lactation and puerperium during the Covid-19 pandemic by the nursing professionals during the covid-19 pandemics. Results: Their workplace is a source of concern for pregnant nursing professionals during the covid-19 pandemic. The most frequent question involved the situation of the pregnant professional herself and access to labor rights. Conclusion: The pandemic multiplied anxieties and uncertainties during pregnancy. Objective: To describe experience of workers/researchers in performing the Webinar: Obstetric Nursing and its workforce in COVID-19 pandemic: a portrait of actions in Brazil. Method: Experience report on there flections regarding the work force of Obstetric Nurses represented by five regions of Brazil in Webinar of the actions of the Brazilian Association of Obstetrics and Nurses Obstetricians. Results: The experience demonstrated the work force of Obstetric Nursing articulated to the women's health rights in reproductive phase in COVID-19 pandemic from critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. Conclusion: The need for interaction, through the use of available technologies, among obstetric nursing professionals from all regions of the country is fundamental, in order to share experiences and find new possibilities for the care of women in pregnancy and postpartum a this time of crisis. Objective: Reflecting on the experience of researchers in conducting interviews with refugee women about food care due to steps of selection, hygiene and food preparation in times of COVID-19. Method: It is an experience report on the reflections regarding the process experienced by researchers in maintaining information collection from interviews with refugee women living in the state of Rio de Janeiro in times of pandemic. Results: reflecting on weaknesses to maintain healthy eating habits, individual protection measures and the acquisition of safe information contributed to reinforce the need for guidelines on food security, linked to recommendations for social isolation, hand washing and the use of important masks to face the pandemic and maintenance of life. Conclusion: This experience made it possible to create groups of guidelines for refugees in the area of food health, especially in providing information about food, selection, hygiene and preparation during the pandemic. Aim: to evaluate the available evidences in the literature about the processes involved in access to obstetric services in the parturition process of usual risk. Method: it is an integrative review of literature that sought articles published between 2011 and 2016. The databases were Web of Science, SCOPUS, PubMed, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, in addition to the Virtual Library Scientific Electronic Library Online, using, in the selected articles, the thematic content analysis. Results: seventeen articles were selected. Such articles presented an obstetric care that is still disjointed, with disparities in access that affect mainly young, black, women, with unfavorable socioeconomic conditions and with low schooling. Conclusion: there is a need for expanded and networked assistance to minimize the difficulties encountered by pregnant women to ensure the completion of their access to quality obstetrical services at the various levels of women's health care.
