In the dynamic landscape of rapid changes and fierce competition, Innovation Work Behavior (IWB), along with effective leadership and employee competence, plays a crucial role in ensuring the survival and growth of cooperatives. This research examines the influence of leadership and competence on employee performance within the Employees' Cooperative of PT. Indosat, Tbk., with innovative work behavior as a mediator. The study collected primary data using purposive sampling through a survey of 64 participants. Data analysis utilized the path analysis method to better understand the relationships between variables. The findings suggest that both leadership and competence significantly and directly impact Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). Furthermore, IWB directly enhances employee performance. Additionally, leadership and competence indirectly influence employee performance through their effect on IWB as a mediator. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Financial Performance is a series of financial activities in a certain period which are reported in financial reports including the profit and loss report and balance sheet. The aim of this research is to find out the comparison of the financial performance of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the Malaysia Stock Exchange in 2023. The financial ratios used in this research are Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio ( DER), Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Price Earnings Rasio (PER). The statistical analysis used in this research is the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon signed rank test. There is a trend of decreasing stock price data in the period 2022-2023 in the Banking sub-sector, and there are differences in the results of previous studies related to the variables used. In this study, the Moderation Regression Analysis Method is used to test the role of moderating variables in influencing the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to test the effect of Profitability (Return on Assets), Company Size (Total Assets), and Liquidity (Loan to Deposit Ratio) on the stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023 by choosing dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) as a moderating variable. The population selected in this study were banking companies listed on the IDX, then determined to be 17 sample companies that could be continued for the research process. After conducting the study, the results showed that Profitability (Return on Assets), Company Size (Total Assets), Liquidity (Loan to Deposit Ratio) had a positive and significant effect on the company's Stock Price, both directly and when moderated by dividend policy. The existence of the insurance company industry in Indonesia is considered very important by the government in overcoming the risks faced by society at any time. Because of this, the government imposes provisions for insurance companies regarding the financial health level requirements for insurance companies, namely by using Risk Based Capital. For insurance companies, premium income, claims and profits are important in the survival of insurance companies. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of premiums, claims and profits on Risk Based Capital. Research was conducted on insurance companies registered on the IDX in 2022-2023. The research sample consisted of 17 insurance companies for 2 years taken by purposive sampling with data completeness criteria during the research period. Data analysis was carried out using Panel Data Regression Analysis. The research results obtained are that there is a positive influence of Premiums on Risk Based Capital, there is a negative influence of Claims on Risk Based Capital and there is a negative influence of Profits on Risk Based Capital. The National Library of the Republic of Indonesia is a non-ministerial government institution that carries out government duties in the library sector which functions as a supervisory library, reference library, deposit library, research library, preservation library and library network center and is located in the nation's capital. As a library institution, the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia must strive to increase the number of visits and reading interest of the Indonesian people. The aim of this research is to analyze reading interest at the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia and user satisfaction as a mediator variable. The variables used as factors influencing reading interest in this research are promotion and visits. The research was conducted by surveying 100 visiting users using convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis. The results of the research are that there is an influence of promotion and visits on user satisfaction and user satisfaction has an influence on reading interest. User satisfaction is a mediating variable, meaning that reading interest is influenced by promotion both directly and indirectly through user satisfaction and reading interest is influenced by visits both directly and indirectly through user satisfaction. This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at PT. Pesona Taman Indo. The sample size used consisted of 39 employees, selected using purposive sampling method, representing the entire population of 73 employees. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical techniques used were descriptive analysis and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The research results indicate that leadership style has an influence on work motivation, work discipline has an influence on work motivation, leadership style has an influence on employee performance, work discipline does not have an influence on employee performance, and work motivation does not have an influence on employee performance. In the future, it is recommended that for leadership style, when some employees disagree with the leader's good behavior, leaders should strive to exhibit good behavior towards their employees. In terms of work discipline, there are some employees who do not adhere to the dress code, and this should be addressed to ensure uniformity. Regarding work motivation, some employees may become bored with repetitive tasks, so introducing new innovations may help keep employees engaged. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation on work satisfaction, the effect of organization commitment on work satisfaction, the effect of compensation on turn over intention, the effect of organization commitment on turn over intention, the effect of work satisfaction on turn over intention, the effect of compensation through work satisfaction on turn over intention, The influence of organization commitment through work satisfaction on turn over intention. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 221 managers of the pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia. The method for processing and analyzing data is by using PLS and using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The questionnaire was distributed using simple random sampling technique. The goal of this paper is to analyse the effect of career on organisational culture, to examine the influence of the organisation's commitment on organisational culture, to study the influence of career in the intention of turnover and to examine the influence of organisational commitment in the intention of turnover. The analytical approach for this research used the LISREL software for SEM analysis. The population in this research included permanent employees of the Indonesian car industry, totalling 351. The study included Structural Equation Model (SEM). Easy random sampling methods distributed the questionnaire. The results of the survey were 263 respondents. The findings of this study are career-related and have a positive effect on organisational culture, meaning career plays a major role in improving the corporate culture. Organizational engagement is positively and significantly influenced by organisational culture. The career has a negative and significant impact on corporate intent. The aim of this research was to find the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on asset on dividend payout ratio in subsector automotive and component-listed Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016. The sample selection in this research is done using purposive sampling method and six companies that matched the criteria were chosen. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis, and it was found that the more appropriate model to be used is a random effect. From the result of research got a value of adjusted R-Square equal to 68.69%. The result shows that debt to equity ratio and return on asset have a significant effect on dividend payout ratio with a regression coefficient equal to -0.065189 and 0.679691. However, the result of current ratio has no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio with a regression coefficient of 0.037200. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
