Education in automotive vocational high schools faces challenges in improving the quality of learning. This article discusses efforts to improve the quality of learning in automotive vocational schools through the implementation of electronic teaching materials. The implementation of technology in learning is an important solution in today's digital era. This article describes the advantages of using electronic teaching materials, such as flexibility, accessibility, and ease of content updates. This research involves collaboration between teachers, students, and technology experts to create relevant and interesting teaching materials. In addition, electronic teaching materials allow for more personalized learning adaptations, assist students with special needs, and facilitate distance learning. The results show that the implementation of electronic teaching materials in automotive vocational schools has a positive impact on learning, increasing students' motivation, expanding their knowledge, preparing students to enter the industrial world, and improving practical skills in the automotive field. Teachers also reported increased efficiency in the teaching process. The level of practicality of using electronic teaching materials reached 86.5%, with responses indicating that electronic teaching materials are very helpful in the learning.

Over the past few decades, nanotechnology has shown promising prospects in biomedicine and has a proven impact on enhancing therapeutics by facilitating drug delivery. The present study brings an amalgamation of nanoscience and “clean technology” by fabricating nature-friendly nanoparticles (NPs) sans the use of chemical surfactants using Indian mustard seed, Brassica juncea L. The as-synthesized NPs were characterized to assess their average size, crystallinity, morphology, and constituent functional groups through conventional techniques: dynamic light scattering (DLS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The NPs were crystalline in nature and exhibited a mean size of 205.5 nm (PDI of 0.437) being primarily polygonal in shape. Additionally, the therapeutic efficacy of the green NPs was evaluated based on their cytotoxic effect against two human cancer lines, MCF-7 and HepG-2. Both the NPs and the bulk seeds showed a dose-dependent cytotoxic effect. However, an assessment of the antiproliferative/cytotoxic potential of the green NPs versus the bulk seeds showed that the NPs were relatively more efficacious on both cell lines. Taken together, the mustard seed NPs could be potential nutraceuticals considering the green credential in their mode of biosynthesis.

Hybrid project-based learning effectively develops academic writing skills in preparation for a gradual return to face-to-face instruction after a two-year pandemic triggered by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Since this hybrid project-based learning initiative is a pioneering effort, it is essential to reflect on the program's successes and identify areas for improvement. This case study aims to explore the lecturers' and students' reflections on using hybrid project-based learning in academic writing courses. In-depth interviews and end-of-semester reflection were utilized to obtain data. Thematic analysis was conducted using the qualitative data analysis (QDA) miner lite software for data reduction. the findings revealed three prominent themes that emerged in this lecturers' reflections: i) integrating varied learning modalities; ii) fostering critical thinking and involvement; and iii) improving competencies, as they were also crucial to boosting professional development. Meanwhile, students portray hybrid project-based learning as challenging and rewarding and fosters a sense of value and acceptability among students. This research has transformative implications for curriculum development and instructional practices in higher education, especially academic writing.

Effect of naringenin and its nanoparticles on Cd-induced toxicity in Nile tilapia.

High-order cognitive skills (HOCS) are required to solve problems and make decisions. ARVi or augmented reality virus is a learning medium used to enhance HOCS. Aims of this research is to find out the effect of implementing ARVi media on enhancing high-level cognitive skills of students. The research is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research was conducted in MAN 1 Kota Bogor class 10 using the Merdeka curriculum. The research instrument is a multiple-choice test that has been validated to measure high-level cognitive skills. The result of the t-test shows t-value (3.14) > t-table (1.98), indicating that there is a significant difference between the posttest scores of the control group and the experimental group. This means that the use of ARVi media has an effect on high-level cognitive skills. The improvement in high-level cognitive skills was continuous in C5 (evaluation) at 78%, C6 (creation) at 72%, and C4 (analysis) at 70%. These results are not independent of the support provided by the various content offered by ARVi media, such as augmented reality, literacy, and high-level questionnaires. Current education can benefit from technologies like ARVi media that help increase the high-level cognitive skills of students.

This research explores the collaboration between Indonesian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) educators and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in content development. Employing a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted to delve into the perspectives, experiences, and interactions of educators in the realm of AI-enhanced content creation. The study adopts a phenomenological approach, seeking to uncover the underlying essence of the evolving educator-AI relationship in content development. The findings reveal a spectrum of AI integration among educators, from heavy reliance to a balanced approach. Educators demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness, combining school textbooks with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, magicschool.ai, and you.com, creating dynamic and engaging instructional strategies. Their approaches to lesson planning, content development, presentation, teaching methods, and assessment display a diverse range of AI incorporation, emphasizing flexibility and student-centred learning. Educators are blending textbook analysis, AI tools, and multimedia resources to enhance learning environments. Interactive and student-centred teaching methods, such as pair work, role-play scenarios, and dialogue practice, foster language acquisition, communication skills, and student confidence. In assessment and evaluation, the integration of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Twee, and Questionwell is emerging, enriching evaluation methods and promising improved student learning experiences. This research sheds light on the dynamic nature of AI-augmented content development in Indonesian EFL education, highlighting educators' adaptability and resourcefulness in embracing technology to enhance pedagogical practices and foster enriched language acquisition experiences for their students.

Environmental problems are a factor that influences the health of the world's great population. Developed countries make pollution part of a serious problem in urban industrial centers. The aim of this research is to address the following objectives: (1) to analyze the trend in the number of environmental literacy research conducted annually; (2) to identify the methodologies employed in investigating environmental literacy in Indonesia; (3) to determine the demographics of research subjects involved in studies related to environmental literacy; (4) to ascertain the geographic locations utilized as research sites for studies concerning environmental literacy. This research focuses on content analysis that has been determined from various research published in scientific journals in Indonesia and international journals. In this research, the focus is on articles discussing environmental literacy in Indonesian journals indexed by SINTA. There are 24 articles discussing environmental literacy. positive trends were found in research related to environmental literacy. Among these articles, quantitative research is often found. The samples found in the article were mostly found in junior high schools. Apart from that, the data collection used was a test instrument. and most often use independently composed instruments. In light of the findings of this study, several recommendations have been made for further research.

In recent years, green synthesis of nanoparticles has been the cornerstone of development of nanotechnology and its applications, as it emphasizes on promoting environmental sustainability. The aim of the present study was to investigate the potential health benefits of the green-synthesized titanium nanoparticles (TiO2NPs). TiO2NPs were synthesized using titanium(iv) isopropoxide and lupin bean extract. The synthesized particles were characterized to assess the average particle size by dynamic light scattering, and X-ray diffraction method was used to study the crystalline nature. The average particle size recorded was 9.227 nm with a polydispersity index (PDI) of 0.382. The morphology of the particles was assessed by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscopy which showed varied shapes of the nanoparticles, uniform spherical and crystallite rod shaped. Further, the cytotoxic efficacy of the nanoparticles was assessed against the breast cancer (MCF-7) cell line using 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromidefor (MTT) assay. The antibacterial activity of the nanoparticles was evaluated against clinical pathogens via the disc diffusion assay. The key findings showed that the TiO2NPs exhibited potent cytotoxicity against the MCF-7 cell line with an IC50 of 41.1 µg. It also showed profound antibacterial activity. Thus, the synthesized nanoparticles could have potential biomedical applications owing to their therapeutic efficacy.

Prolonged drug release has been made available through the use of such hydrogels. The synthesis of pH-sensitive hydrogels is also quick and cost-effective. This review presents a background on the properties of pH-sensitive hydrogels and discusses some of the hydrogels with different sensitivity ranges and their possible applications. Head injury is one of the main causes of death and disability in the productive age group and most occur due to traffic accidents. Patients with a head injury can experience permanent damage to brain tissue or secondary injuries such as brain ischemia due to hypoxia, hypercapnia, hyperglycemia or electrolyte imbalance, even respiratory failure and heart failure. The head injury patients are initially examined using a standardized scoring system to assess the consciousness level of patients with impaired consciousness, namely the Glasgow coma scale (GCS). One of the possible treatments for decreasing intracranial pressure (ICP) and cerebral perfusion managements to position the patients with a head elevation of 15˚-30˚. This treatment aimed to increase venous drainage from the head and to reduce systemic blood pressure that may be compromised by cerebral perfusion pressure. This study aimed to determine the effect of giving oxygen through a simple mask and the 30˚ head elevation position to the changes of the consciousness level for the patients witha head injury in the emergency department at Dr. Kariadi Hospital, Semarang. This study was quasi-experimental research without control with pre-test and post-test one-group design with used a sample of 23 respondents. The instrument used an observation sheet containing the GCS examination results and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. This study investigates the interaction pattern in SMAN 1 Curup Kota, based on Coulthard theory (2002). This study analyzed the interaction pattern and type of act used by teacher and students to see the ideal pattern in the classroom. The data analysis shows that (a) the dominant pattern used in the classroom is complete pattern (IRF) and there are also semi-complete pattern (IR) and incomplete pattern (IF); (b) In the type of acts section, the elicitation is the highest followed by informative and starter in the initiation move, reply as the highest act in the response move, and in the follow up accept as the highest followed by comment. It can be concluded that interaction pattern in the classroom is dominantly occured is ideal pattern but it’s not good interaction pattern because delimit student opportunity in the classroom.

Ecological literacy (Eco literacy) along with creative thinking skills can be utilised to overcome environmental problems to achieve environmental sustainability. This research analyses the correlation between ecological literacy and students' creative thinking skills of environmental problems. The research method is quantitative with a correlational study. The research respondents include 281 pupils of Grade 11 MIPA (Science) from three areas in Indonesia: Jakarta, Sumatera, and Gorontalo. Data collection consists of a write test and an opinion-seeking questionnaire. Ecological literacy analysis consists of caring, practical competence, and knowledge dimensions. Creative thinking skills are analysed through fluency, originality, flexibility, and elaboration dimensions. The results indicate that ecological literacy and creative thinking skills levels in grade 11 MIPA in a medium category. Female students have a higher average score in ecological literacy and creative thinking skills than in male students. The research finds a positive relationship between ecological literacy and creative thinking skills.

Biology learning in the 21st century makes students understand concepts, including excretory system learning. Selfregulated learning is how students learn independently, with digital literacy skills, which should be maintained as students must control their use of technology and information in learning. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between self-regulated learning with the conceptual understanding of the excretory system and digital literacy with the conceptual understanding of the excretory system. Then also, the relationship between self-regulated learning and digital literacy as a whole with the conceptual understanding of the excretory system in a high school with a post-pandemic learning situation. This research was held for two months, from March until April 2022, in SMAN 6 Jakarta, involving 94 students of class XI Science as samples. A descriptive correlational study was chosen, while questionnaires and tests were used as instruments. The hypothesis test shows a multiple linear regression model in Y=-12.495+0.345X[subscript 1]+0.680X[subscript 2] with the model significance of 0.000 and 0.062 as relationship linearity, then concludes that there is a positive relationship which is significant and linear between self-regulated learning and digital literacy simultaneously with excretory system conceptual understanding.

The purpose of this research is to develop the learning media, i.e., a digital magazine, to improve the biological literacy skills of the students. The research method used Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE develops models. The developed learning media, HAIBIO, consists of biofact, bio lab, bioword, and biogame. The instrument test of biological literacy consists of 30multiple-choice items based on four stages of biological literacy: nominal, functional, structural, and multidimensional. The validity test is conducted by paying attention to presentation, content, and language by two expert validators who say that media is valid to use in the class. The test of empirical validity is conducted for 30 students in class XI Science 1 in MAN 1 Bogor City. The empirical validity test results show that learning media are valid, and the instrument test found that 15 items are valid and five items are not. The reliability test result shows that 88% of respondents said that the instrument of biological literacy is reliable. The result of the normality test shows a significance value of 0,117 in [alpha] = 0.05, indicating that the data is normally distributed. The T-dependent test result shows a significance value of -7.679 with a t-table of -2.042 in [alpha] = 0.05. It shows that there is a higher enhancement score post-test than pre-test. The result of the N-Gain test is 0,44 in the medium category, and the effect size score is 2.93. That shows that HAIBIO e-magz is improving the biological literacy skills of the students.

Even though linguistic or grammatical competence has been of paramount importance for language development and research in English language teaching and learning, other related competence types (i.e., pragmatic competence and sociolinguistic competence) should not be neglected. The objectives of this paper were to investigate Thai university learners' understanding of mock politeness expressions in English, comparing English major and non-English major students, and to discern the factors influencing their understanding. The data were collected from a stratified purposive sample of bachelor degree English majors and non-English majors enrolled in a public university in Bangkok. A mixed method approach was used; the quantitative data were collected from a mock politeness judgement task while the qualitative data were obtained from individual interviews. The qualitative findings revealed that the majority of both English majors and non-English majors seemed to understand English mock politeness without much difficulty, yet details of each individual's understanding differed in details. As for quantitative findings, an independent sample t-test revealed no significant differences between the accurate answers of majors and non-English majors, while a one-way ANOVA test revealed no significant differences in the accuracy of answers among the four years of study/enrollment of both majors and non-English majors. The participants' understanding of mock politeness in English is shaped by their differences in English proficiency, anxiety levels, and views regarding the importance of understanding English mock politeness, opinions about cultural influence, and strategies used for learning mock politeness. This study sheds some light for language teachers and policymakers, highlighting pragmatic or implicit meaning in English language use in general, and promoting appropriate strategies for teaching and learning different types of politeness and impoliteness in communications, including mock politeness. This enables learners to become more successful in understanding and using the English language accurately.

Field work practice is crucial for aligning college education with workplace skills, but manual management poses challenges such as time-consuming processes and limited information access, particularly within the Informatics Program at Mulawarman University. This research explores integrating field work practice with mobile technology through Rapid Application Development, resulting in a comprehensive field work practice management mobile app. Data collected from direct observation and student questionnaires inform the app's development. The app covers various field work practice aspects, facilitating efficient student engagement, and Black Box testing confirms its functionality without errors. This research significantly contributes to field work practice management, offering stakeholders an efficient, transparent, and well-integrated solution for field work practice implementation in academic settings, ultimately aiming to enhance convenience and accelerate the field work practice process for all involved parties.

Abstract This paper investigates the generation and properties of gravitational radiation within the framework of generalized Brans–Dicke (GBD) theory, with a specific emphasis on its manifestation in compact binary systems. The study begins by examining the weak field equations in GBD theory, laying the foundation for subsequent analyses. Solutions to the linearized field equations for point particles are then presented, providing insights into the behavior of gravitational fields in the context of GBD theory. The equation of motion of point mass is explored, shedding light on the dynamics of compact binary systems within the GBD framework. The primary focus of this study lies in the comprehensive exploration of gravitational radiation generated by compact binaries. The energy momentum tensor and the associated gravitational wave (GW) radiation power in GBD theory are investigated, elucidating the relationship between these fundamental concepts. Furthermore, detailed calculations are provided for the GW radiation power originating from both tensor fields and scalar fields. Based on our calculations, both scalar fields contribute to GW radiation by producing dipole radiation. We also study the period derivative of compact binaries in this theory. By comparing with the observational data of the orbital period derivative of the quasicircular white dwarf-neutron star binary PSR J1012+5307, we put bounds on the two parameters of the theory: the Brans–Dicke coupling parameter $$\omega _{0}$$ ω 0 and the mass of geometrical scalar field $$m_f$$ m f , resulting in a lower bound $$\omega _{0}>6.09723\times 10^6$$ ω 0 > 6.09723 × 10 6 for a massless BD scalar field and the geometrical field whose mass is smaller than $$10^{-29} \text { GeV}$$ 10 - 29 GeV . The obtained bound on $$\omega _0$$ ω 0 is two orders of magnitude stricter than those derived from solar system data. Finally, we find the phase shift that GWs experience in the frequency domain during their propagation. These calculations offer a quantitative understanding of the contributions from different components within the GBD theory, facilitating a deeper comprehension of the overall behavior and characteristics of gravitational radiation.

Abstract Sitosterolemia is a rare inherited disorder caused by mutations in the ABCG5/ABCG8 genes. These genes encode proteins involved in the transport of plant sterols. Mutations in these genes lead to decreased excretion of phytosterols, which can accumulate in the body and lead to a variety of health problems, including premature coronary artery disease. We conducted the first genome-wide association study (GWAS) in the Middle East/North Africa population to identify genetic determinants of plant sterol levels in Qatari people. GWAS was performed on serum levels of β-sitosterol and campesterol using the Metabolon platform from Qatar Biobank (QBB) and genome sequence data provided by Qatar Genome Program. A trans-ancestry meta-analysis of data from our Qatari cohort with summary statistics from a previously published large cohort (9758 subjects) of European ancestry was conducted. Using conditional analysis, we identified two independent single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with β-sitosterol (rs145164937 and rs4299376), and two others with campesterol (rs7598542 and rs75901165) in the Qatari population in addition to previously reported variants. All of them map to the ABCG5/8 locus except rs75901165 which is located within the Intraflagellar Transport 43 (IFT43) gene. The meta-analysis replicated most of the reported variants, and our study provided significant support for the association of variants in SCARB1 and ABO with sitosterolemia. Evaluation of a polygenic risk score devised from European GWAS data showed moderate performance when applied to QBB (adjusted-R2 = 0.082). These findings provide new insights into the genetic architecture of phytosterol metabolism while showing the importance including under-represented populations in future GWAS studies.

"The Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics" (STEAM) approach is increasingly used as it is believed to be capable of facilitating students to understand subjects and adjust to the 21st century competency framework. Integrating a project-based learning (PjBL) model with STEAM is part of good teaching practice. The PjBL-STEAM learning is conducted online (e-learning) to facilitate students in accessing learning content due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research analyzes the PjBeL-STEAM learning model on the improvement of students' concept mastery in ecological concepts. The learning emphasizes project activities by conducting an independent practicum and creating an animation of biogeochemical cycles. The research involves 72 students of Grade 10 in one of the senior high schools (SMA) in Jakarta. Instruments employed in the research include pretest and posttest of the mastery of ecological concepts. Data is analyzed using independent sample t-test. The research results indicate that the PjBeLSTEAM learning model improves students' mastery of ecological concepts. The research has a limitation related to the assessment of students' attitudes that is not conducted due to online learning.

The learning process with modern technology is an absolute requirement in the digital age. As a science subject with unique characteristics, biology also requires a unique and technology-based learning process. Flipped Classroom--Digital Game-Based Learning (FC-DGBL) is a learning model that combines flipped classrooms and evaluations using digital game-based learning Kahoot. This study on the effect of the FC-DGBL learning model on the conceptual understanding of Genetics was conducted on secondary school students in the grade nine bilingual program. The research was located at Penabur Christian Secondary School Kelapa Gading Jakarta, Indonesia. This study used a quasi-experimental design; the students involved were 46 students, and data on understanding genetic concepts were collected using a 12-question essay test that refers to Bloom's taxonomy. The analysis was performed by ANCOVA testing at the significance level a = 0.05. The results showed that FC-DGBL had a significant effect to enhance the conceptual understanding of the Genetics of bilingual secondary school students. Students who obtained the Flipped Classroom--Digital Game-Based Learning (FC-DGBL) significantly understood the Genetics concept than students with traditional learning models. Based on the dimensions of conceptual genetics understanding in the aspect of applying genetic knowledge, analyzing the concept of genetics, and proposing new ideas about genetics FC-DGBL had a higher increase, whereas the evaluating aspect of ideas related to genetics was lower than that of the control group. FC-DGBL is a good learning design for learning genetics in bilingual learning programs.

Based on the development of education in Indonesia today, teachers still teach in ways that make students memorize lessons. A learning model is needed that can support students to think critically. One of the learning models that can support students to think critically is through guided discovery learning model with argument mapping. This study aims to find out the influence of guided discovery learning models with an argument mapping to develop critical thinking skills. The research method used was quasi experimental and pretest-posttest control group design, the sample of the study consisted of 66 students drawn from 89 Senior High School Jakarta. This sample was divided into two groups to assign the experimental and control group. The experimental group was exposed to guided discovery learning and argument mapping, while the control group with conventional learning. The result of independent sample t-test with a significance level of [alpha] = 0.05 experimental group showed that p-value was 0.000. It can be concluded that there is the influence of the guided discovery learning with argument mapping on senior high school students' critical thinking skills. The result of Normalized gain also show that the experimental group was effective to develop critical thinking skills (N-gain = 0.45). Furthermore, the study found out that N-gain for each indicator of critical thinking skills in the experimental group was higher than the control group. Basic clarification (N-gain = 0.31), bases for decision (N-gain = 0.68), inference (N-gain = 0.19), and advance clarification (N-gain = 1.2) were reported. Guided discovery learning with argument mapping should be an alternative learning medium to develop critical thinking skills.

As human life progresses with the development of advanced civilisation, people's perceptions of various things tend to often change. One of them is the notion of exclusivism. Postmodernists say that truth is subjective, that is, it is based on oneself. Truth is determined by the individual, which is one's personal human right. Similarly, relativists say that truth, including Christian faith, is also relative. If it is relative, it means that the word of God is no longer the absolute truth, that Jesus is not the only Saviour because there are other ways to be saved. This thinking is contrary to the Holy Bible, which declares that God is the absolute truth. One of the negative effects of the many changes that are taking place is, for example, the attack or rejection of the truth of God's Word. Even the servants of God today are less selective in accepting changes. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to see how the perception of churches in the postmodern era is changing towards exclusivism the understanding of religious pluralism. The religious pluralism model promotes the belief that there is indeed virtue in all religions, just as all religions are good and are of relatively equal value. The research approach adopted a descriptive quantitative methodology. The scale used for measurement a Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed through a link on google forms to communities in some areas around Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, and Tangerang. The amount of data obtained was from 187 respondents of Protestant churches comprising 51% males and 49% females. The results of the research demonstrate that the general understanding of religious pluralism in Protestant Christianity is still at a very low level. The reasons are 1) Church sermons that do not mention ideas such as pluralism, 2) The church is more focused on soul winning, 3) The church is complacent in the routine of its worship, 4) The church lacks information about religious pluralism, 5) The church lacks servants of God who are knowledgeable about emerging theology, 6) Churches are competing for the souls of other churches.

This study aims to discover how the Indonesian Local Government Rural Bank improves the quality of the anti-fraud team to prevent and detect fraud based on a mechanism of the anti-fraud strategy issued by Bank Indonesia. A qualitative analysis approach was followed, including 12 semi-structured interviews with the anti-fraud team and related officers. The data analysis process was supported by the software NVivo 11.0 and discovered several competencies needed and competencies developed by the organization for the anti-fraud team in conducting fraud prevention and detection. Therefore, this paper provides a detailed discussion of how these competencies are used in the anti-fraud mechanism. By identifying the gaps in the competencies needed and competencies developed, it will provide recommendations for the organization to enhance the quality of the anti-fraud team in conducting fraud prevention and detection.

Vitamin D deficiency poses a widespread health challenge, shaped by environmental and genetic determinants. A recent discovery identified a genetic regulator, rs11542462, in the SDR42E1 gene, though its biological implications remain largely unexplored. Our bioinformatic assessments revealed pronounced SDR42E1 expression in skin keratinocytes and the analogous HaCaT human keratinocyte cell lines, prompting us to select the latter as an experimental model. Employing CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing technology and multi-omics approach, we discovered that depleting SDR42E1 showed a 1.6-fold disruption in steroid biosynthesis pathway (P-value = 0.03), considerably affecting crucial vitamin D biosynthesis regulators. This research challenges the materialistic view of humanity by offering a biblical and orthodox anthropological counter-narrative. It posits that human existence transcends mere matter, encompassing the body, soul, and spirit created in God's image and destined for divine communion (theosis). By examining key New Testament terms, such as natural, carnal, and spiritual man, through the lens of Patristic thought, particularly Gregory Palamas and Philokalia, this study reveals a dynamic transformation process from the natural to the spiritual man. This contrasts with the reductionist approach to materialism, demonstrating the richness and depth of the biblical and Orthodox understanding of human nature. This study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of human identity and purpose by bridging the gap between biblical theology and contemporary philosophy, offering a fresh perspective on the complex interplay between the physical, spiritual, and divine aspects of humanity.

Companies that have high company values tend to increase level of investor confidence in the progress and development of the company. Fluctuations in firm value in banking and insurance sector are the focus of the problem in this study. The objective of this study is to examine the moderating role of company size between gender on firm value on Indonesia Stock Exchange in banking and insurance sectors in 2018-2022. This method uses purposive sampling to collect data samples. There are 58 companies from the banking and insurance sectors as samples in this study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and outlier tests with SDR using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 as well as convergent validity tests, discriminant validity tests, collinearity model tests, structural model tests, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study (1) firm value is significantly positively affected by gender diversity; (2) firm size does not play a role in moderating the relationship between gender diversity and firm value.

Pteridophyte classification has undergone many changes both from morphology as well as phylogeny aspects. Thus, a variety of learning experiences are required to promote understanding on concepts and managing learning activities--this study aimed at determining the impact of CIRGI and CirGi Unification on students' metacognitive skills. A quasi-experiment was applied with pre-post control group design. The sample used was 70 students of Botany Phanerogam class at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was collected with metacognitive skills, student questionnaire responses to learning, and observation sheet of syntax implementation. The metacognitive test instrument was verified as valid and reliable. One-way ANCOVA was used as data analysis technique. This study's conclusion revealed that there was an influence of CIRC and CirGi unification on the student's metacognitive skills. The influence was higher compared to those using conventional learning models.
