A “body activism” movement, with roots in fat activism and body positivity, has developed in Sweden during the last decade. As new forms of activism emerge, boundaries and approaches are being negotiated. Who is the movement for? Who can engage in it, and how? Through semi-structured interviews, we seek to understand how young Swedes who follow and engage in “body activism” on social media experience and reflect on the activism, belonging and entitlement, and their own participation. The informants discussed activism in terms of inclusiveness and political potential, where the most accessible activism is also the one ascribed with the least political potential. Entitlement is linked to collective identity, where an active participation requires belonging to the marginalised group. This article highlights the significance of boundary work in movements, where too narrowly drawn boundaries can lead to decreased participation and result in an unexploited potential for social change.

The bile concentrations of trypsinogen-1, -2 and tumour-associated trypsin-inhibitor (TATI) were determined in 23 patients with benign biliary tract disease, two with biliary tract cancer, and in 15 with pancreatic cancer. We also examined the trypsinogen and TATI expression by immunohistochemistry in tissue specimens from biliary tract cancer and non-neoplastic extrahepatic biliary tract. High levels of trypsinogen-1, trypsinogen-2, and TATI occur in bile of most patients. In contrast to the trypsinogens, the levels of TATI were significantly higher in patients with malignant disease than in those with benign diseases (p=0.04). There was no significant correlation between trypsinogen-2 and amylase (r=0.13, p=0.40), indicating that the occurrence of trypsinogen in bile is not a result of reflux of pancreatic fluid into the bile duct. Immunohistochemically, trypsinogen-2 was detected in five and TATI in 12 out of 15 non-neoplastic biliary tract specimens, and in four and seven out of 11 cholangiocarcinomas, respectively. High concentrations of trypsinogen-1, trypsinogen-2 and TATI occur in the bile of patients with non-neoplastic and malignant biliary tract disease and in patients with pancreatic cancer. Background: Trypsinogen-2 and the trypsin-2-α[sub 1]-antitrypsin complex are recently introduced new laboratory markers for acute pancreatitis. They show high sensitivity and specificity for acute pancreatitis on admission, but little is known on their time course profiles. Methods: The serum concentrations of trypsinogen-2 and trypsin-2-α[sub 1]-antitrypsin were monitored in 92 patients with verified acute pancreatitis. The follow-up period was 42 days in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (N = 73) and 9 days in mild disease (N = 19). Results: On admission the mean serum concentration of trypsinogen-2 was 2880 μg/l in severe and 920 μg/l in mild acute pancreatitis. These values were 32- and 10-fold the upper reference limit, respectively. Trypsin-2-α[sub 1]-antitrypsin concentrations were 1250 μg/l (100-fold the upper reference limit) and 635 μg/l (52-fold), respectively. The differences were statistically significant (P = 0.026-0.001). The concentrations of trypsinogen-2 and trypsin-2-α[sub 1]-antitrypsin decreased gradually during the follow-up period, but they remained elevated for the entire study period in patients with severe and mild disease. Conclusions: The time course profile of trypsinogen-2 and trypsin-2-α[sub 1]-antitrypsin is favorable for diagnosing acute pancreatitis. The elevation starts within hours after the onset of the disease and it is very steep. Both markers remain elevated longer than amylase and the magnitude of the elevation correlates with the severity of the disease. This is further evidence to support the use of trypsinogen-2 and trypsin-2-α[sub 1]-antitrypsin for the evaluation of patients suspected of having acute pancreatitis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Measuring serum pancreatitis associated protein (PAP) in acute pancreatitis has proved valuable to monitoring the course of the disease and the recovery of the patient. AIMS: The aim was to analyze the utility of PAP on admission as a diagnostic and prognostic marker of acute pancreatitis. PATIENTS: Values of PAP were prospectively analyzed in 80 healthy volunteers, 164 patients with abdominal pain but without pancreatitis, 109 patients with mild acute pancreatitis, and 38 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. METHODS: The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis was verified with clinical, laboratory, radiological, and in some cases findings at operation or necropsy. RESULTS: Mean (95% confidence intervals) serum PAP values were 27 (24 to 29) micrograms/l in healthy volunteers, 78 (59 to 96) micrograms/l in patients with abdominal pain, 191 (134 to 247) micrograms/l, in patients with mild acute pancreatitis, and 599 (284 to 914) micrograms/l in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Differences between the groups were significant (p = 0.04 - 0.01). Despite the differences in means, the ranges overlapped between the groups. The sensitivity of PAP on admission to detect acute pancreatitis was 38%-53% and the respective specificity 89%-77% depending on the cut off level. The sensitivity of PAP to detect severe acute pancreatitis was 45%-68% and the specificity 74%-59% depending on the cut off level. CONCLUSIONS: Admission PAP did not distinguish severe from mild acute pancreatitis better than C reactive protein. Background: A simple, rapid test is specific and sensitive enough to distinguish, in patients with clinically suspected acute pancreatitis, those whose abdominal pain is indeed of pancreatic origin has proved elusive.Methods: In two consecutive series of surgical patients in a teaching hospital, whose acute abdominal pain turned out to be due to acute pancreatitis (n-57) or extrapancreatic in origin (n=40), we studied urinary trypsinogen-2 in two ways. A test strip, incorporating monoclonal antibodies to two epitopes on trypsinogen-2, recorded a blue line when concentrations exceeded 50 microgram/L; we also measured trypsinogen-2 concentrations in the laboratory.Findings: In the patients with acute pancreatitis the test strip was positive in 52 and negative in five, whereas in the 40 extrapancreatic controls there were four false positives. In a further set of 57 orthopaedic controls, one urine was strip-test positive. Concentrations of urinary trypsinogen-2 and the test-strip results were in good agreement and in only three of the 154 patients were the two approaches discrepant, at the 50 microgram/L cut-off.Interpretation: These findings, in patients whose acute abdominal pain was known to be pancreatic in origin or not, are encouraging but need to be confirmed in a consecutive series of patients in whom the diagnosis of pancreatitis is in doubt. Purpose: To evaluate the correlation between the macular ganglion cell complex (GCC) thickness measured with manually corrected segmentation and visual function in individuals with chronic Leber hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON)., Methods: Twenty-six chronic LHON subjects (60% treated with idebenone or Q10) from the Swedish LHON registry were enrolled. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), visual field tests, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) were performed. Visual field was evaluated with the Haag-Streit Octopus 900 with the Esterman test and a custom 30° test. Canon OCT-HS100 scans were exported to the Iowa Reference Algorithm. GCC thickness was obtained after the segmentation was corrected manually in nine macular sectors., Results: The GCC thickness was overestimated by 16 to 30 µm in different macular sectors with the automated segmentation compared with the corrected (P < 0.001). GCC thickness in all sectors showed significant correlation with all functional parameters. The strongest correlation was seen for the external temporal sector (BCVA: r = 0.604, P < 0.001; mean defect: r = 0.457, P = 0.001; Esterman score: r = 0.421, P = 0.003). No differences were seen between treated and untreated subjects with regard to GCC and visual field scores (P > 0.05), but BCVA was better among treated subjects (P = 0.017)., Conclusions: The corrected GCC thickness showed correlation with visual function in chronic LHON subjects. The frequently occurring segmentation errors in OCT measurements related to chronic LHON can potentially be misleading in monitoring of disease progression and in evaluating the treatment effects. Precise measurements of GCC could serve as a sensitive tool to monitor structural changes in LHON. We therefore emphasize the importance of careful evaluation of the accuracy of OCT segmentation.

We assessed the repeatability and agreement of ganglion cell complex (GCC) in the macular area and the peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (ppRNFL) with individual and combined macula and disc scans. The macular GCC and ppRNFL thicknesses from 34 control eyes and 43 eyes with glaucoma were measured with the Canon Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) HS-100. Two repeated measurements were performed with both scan modes. The repeatability limit (Rlim) and agreement analysis were performed. The individual scan showed better repeatability than the combined scan in both groups. However, the differences in the Rlim for the GCC in most sectors were lower than 3 μm (axial resolution of the OCT), and this was larger than 3 μm for most of the ppRNFL sectors. The mean differences in the thickness between both scan modes for the GCC and ppRNFL measurements were less than 3 and 6 μm, respectively. The interval of the limits of agreement was about 10 μm in some sectors for the GCC, and about 40 and 60 μm in some sectors in controls and glaucoma eyes, respectively. Objective: The objective was to examine the outcomes of cholecystectomy and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) during pregnancy and compare these outcomes with those in nonpregnant women of fertile age., Summary Background Data: Although both laparoscopic cholecystectomy and ERCP are considered safe and feasible in pregnant patients, there is still concern and uncertainty regarding gallstone intervention during pregnancy. This study aimed to investigate outcomes in pregnant patients compared to outcomes in nonpregnant patients., Methods: Data on all female patients aged 18-45 years were retrieved from the Swedish Registry for Gallstone Surgery and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography. The patients were divided into groups according to intervention: cholecystectomy, ERCP, or a combination thereof. Differences between pregnant and nonpregnant patients were analyzed., Results: A total of 21 328 patients were included, with 291 cholecystectomy and 63 ERCP procedures performed in pregnant patients. At the 30-day follow-up, more complications after cholecystectomy were registered for pregnant patients. However, pregnancy was not a significant risk factor for adverse events when adjusting for previous complicated gallstone disease, intraoperative complications, emergency surgery, and common bile duct stones. There were no differences in outcomes when comparing cholecystectomy among the different trimesters. It is well established that women's sexual and reproductive health (SRHR) is negatively affected by war. While global health research often emphasises infrastructure and systematic factors as key impediments to women's SRHR in war and postwar contexts, reports from different armed conflicts indicate that women's reproduction may be controlled both by state and other armed actors, limiting women's choices and access to maternal and reproductive health care even when these are available. In addition, it is important to examine and trace disparities in sexual reproductive health access and uptake within different types of wars, recognising gendered differences in war and postwar contexts. Adding feminist perspectives on war to global health research explanations of how war affects women's sexual and reproductive health might then contribute to further understanding the complexity of the different gendered effects war and armed conflicts have on women's sexual and reproductive health.

Background: Gallstones intervention during pregnancy might be a stressful event for both mother and fetus and stress might affect outcome. The aim of this study was to identify factors that might improve the care of pregnant patients in need of intervention for gallstone disease., Methods: By crossmatching the Swedish Registry of Gallstone Surgery and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (GallRiks) and the Swedish Medical Birth Registry, we identified patients with gallstone intervention during pregnancy. A questionnaire covering patient experience before, during and after surgery and the Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI-II) were distributed., Results: In total, 275 patients subjected to cholecystectomy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) or both were identified, and 146 (54%) patients responded. Surgery was in median performed in pregnancy week 16 (12-20), and 62 (42%) patients had symptoms of gallstone disease before pregnancy, with 17 of these patients scheduled for surgery before pregnancy. Thirty-four (24%) patients felt that the information regarding the upcoming surgery was inadequate, with differences comparing patients with overall favorable versus overall non-favorable experiences (103 (89%) vs. 8 (27%) p < 0.001) and similar differences regarding information on disease/symptoms (95 (84%) vs. 12 (43%), p < 0.001). A majority (57%) were very worried about their expected child, and 51% thought that no measures were taken to relieve their worries. Recurring as suggested improvements was more information about the disease and the surgical procedure., Conclusion: Intervention due to gallstone disease during pregnancy is a stressful event that impacts many patients negatively, both before and after surgery. Background: The aim of this study was to adapt the instrument and evaluate the psychometric properties of the Swedish version of the Swallowing Quality of Care questionnaire (S-SWAL-CARE) in patients with oropharyngeal dysphagia., Methods: Translation and adaptation of the original SWAL-CARE into Swedish was performed according to established international guidelines. Field testing was performed using 100 patients with oropharyngeal dysphagia due to multiple reasons such as head and neck cancer and neurologic/neuromuscular disease, who had undergone swallowing evaluation within 6 months prior to the study. The patients answered the S-SWAL-CARE, the Quality from the Patient's Perspective (QPP) and the Swallowing Quality of Life (SWAL-QOL). Test-retest was performed in 20% of the participants. The reliability and validity of the S-SWAL-CARE were assessed by Pearson correlation coefficient and Cronbach's alpha as well as convergent and discriminative validity, respectively., Results: The field testing of the S-SWAL-CARE resulted in sufficient reliability, with Cronbach's alpha values exceeding 0.90 for all domains. All items correlated strongly to their own domain, with weaker correlations to the other domains, indicating proper scale structure. Results also indicate sufficient convergent and discriminant validity when tested for association to the QPP domains and the SWAL-QOL Total score. The test-retest reliability of the S-SWAL-CARE demonstrated sufficient intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) for the General advice domain (0.73) and Clinical advice domain (0.82). The ICC for the Patient satisfaction domain was lower (0.44)., Conclusion: The S-SWAL-CARE can be considered a reliable and valid tool to assess the dysphagia-related quality of care in a mixed Swedish dysphagia patient population.

Background: Biliary complications during pregnancy is an important issue. The aim of this study was to examine if there is an increased risk to perform cholecystectomy during pregnancy in patients with previous bariatric surgery in comparison to other females subjected to cholecystectomy., Methods: The Nationwide Swedish Registry for Gallstone Surgery (GallRiks) and the Scandinavian Obesity Surgery Registry (SOReg) were combined. Female patients 18-45 years old were included. The study group was patients with a history of bariatric surgery whom were pregnant at the time of cholecystectomy. This group was compared with pregnant patients without previous bariatric surgery and non-pregnant with and without previous bariatric surgery., Results: In total, 21,314 patients were included and 292 underwent surgery during pregnancy. From 1282 patients identified in both registers, 16 patients were pregnant at the time of cholecystectomy. Acute cholecystectomy was performed in 5922 (28%) non-pregnant and 199 (68%) pregnant (p < 0.001), including 11/16 (69%) pregnant with previous bariatric surgery. When comparing all pregnant patients, those with previous bariatric surgery had longer operative time (p = 0.031) and length of stay (p = 0.043), but no differences were seen when only comparing patients with an acute indication for surgery. There was no difference in complications comparing pregnant patients with previous bariatric surgery with non-pregnant, both with and without previous bariatric surgery., Conclusions: Cholecystectomy during pregnancy in patients with previous bariatric surgery seems to be safe. The increased risk seen in the non-pregnant group after previous bariatric surgery is not seen in pregnancy, possibly due to an optimization of the circumstances at surgery.

Background and Purpose: Dysphagia is a common, severe and dose-limiting toxicity after oncological treatment of head and neck cancer (HNC). This study aims to investigate relationships between radiation doses to structures involved in normal swallowing and patient-reported as well as clinically measured swallowing function in HNC patients after curative (chemo-) radiation therapy (RT) with focus on late effects., Materials and Methods: Patients (n = 90) with HNC curatively treated with RT ± chemotherapy in 2007-2015 were assessed for dysphagia post-treatment by telephone interview and videofluoroscopy (VFS). A study-specific symptom score was used to determine patient-reported dysphagia. The Penetration-Aspiration Scale (PAS) was applied to determine swallowing function by VFS (PAS ≥ 4/ ≥ 6 = moderate/severe dysphagia). Thirteen anatomical structures involved in normal swallowing were individually delineated on the patients' original planning CT scans and associated dose-volume histograms (DVHs) retrieved. Relationships between structure doses and late toxicity were investigated through univariable and multivariable logistic regression analysis (UVA/MVA) accounting for effects by relevant clinical factors., Results: Median assessment time was 7 months post-RT (range: 5-34 months). Mean dose to the contralateral parotid gland and supraglottic larynx as well as maximum dose to the contralateral anterior digastric muscle predicted patient-reported dysphagia (AUC = 0.64-0.67). Mean dose to the pharyngeal constrictor muscle, the larynx, the supraglottic larynx and the epiglottis, as well as maximum dose to the contralateral submandibular gland predicted moderate and severe dysphagia by VFS (AUC = 0.71-0.80)., Conclusion: The patients in this cohort were consecutively identified pre-treatment, and were structurally approached and assessed for dysphagia after treatment at a specific time point. In addition to established dysphagia organs-at-risk (OARs), our data suggest that epiglottic and submandibular gland doses are important for swallowing function post-RT. Keeping DVH thresholds below V60 = 60% and V60 = 17%, respectively, may increase chances to reduce occurrence of severe late dysphagia. Dysphagia is a common and severe toxicity after oncological treatment of head and neck cancer (HNC). The study aim was to investigate relationships between patient-reported dysphagia and clinically measured swallowing function in HNC after modern curative radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy to identify possible alarm symptoms for clinically manifest dysphagia. Patients with tumors of the tonsil, base of tongue, hypopharynx, and larynx treated in 2007-2015 were assessed for dysphagia post-treatment by telephone interview and videofluoroscopy (VFS). A study-specific categorized symptom score was used to determine patient-reported dysphagia (DESdC = presence of Drinking, Eating, Swallowing difficulties, and Coughing when eating/drinking (any combination); scores between 0 and 4 with 0 = no symptom); the penetration-aspiration scale (PAS) to determine swallowing function by VFS. Swallowing difficulties were defined as DESdC ≥ 1 and PAS ≥ 2. Relationships between clinically relevant cut-offs for DESdC and PAS were determined by Pearson's correlation coefficient (Pr). Swallowing difficulties according to DESdC were reported by 89% of the patients and according to PAS by 60% at a median of 7 months post-treatment. Averaged correlations between DESdC score 1/2/3/4 and PAS were 0.16/0.10/0.27/0.18. Almost one in two patients with DESdC score ≥3 had severe swallowing difficulties according to PAS. Correlations between individual DESdC:s were highest for swallowing and eating (Pr = 0.53) and lowest for swallowing and coughing (Pr = 0.11). Our data suggest that if a patient reports having swallowing difficulties, it is likely that he or she also has eating difficulties but not necessarily coughing problems when eating/drinking. However, if all these three symptoms are reported, it is likely that the patient will present with moderate or severe impaired swallowing function according to PAS and thus should be referred for further evaluation and treatment.

To compare two consecutive swallowing attempts to study if there is a difference in Rosenbek's penetration-aspiration scale (PAS) scores between the first and second swallowing attempt of the same bolus type in videofluoroscopic examination of swallowing (VFS). Additional aims include reflecting on which bolus sizes and consistencies are the most relevant to include in further studies for head and neck cancer (HNC) patients. The VFS for 38 patients curatively treated for HNC was studied. All included patients showed swallowing difficulties (PAS ≥ 2). The examination protocol included two swallows each of six different boluses: 3, 5, 10, 20 ml thin, 5 ml mildly thick, and 3 ml of extremely thick liquid. All boluses were compared between the first and second swallowing attempt with regard to PAS scores. No statistically significant differences in PAS were found between the first and second swallow for any of the boluses in this study on group level. For 20 ml thin and 3 ml extremely thick liquid, there were low Intra-Class Correlations, indicating a low within-bolus agreement. The greatest within-bolus differences were found for 20 ml thin, 5 ml mildly thick and 3 ml extremely thick liquid, which demonstrated high intra-individual coefficient of variation (0.458-0.759). The data of this study show a high within-bolus variability of the PAS score between two subsequent swallows for all different consistencies. In order to assess swallowing safety, the highest PAS score for each bolus type is suggested for use in studies of HNC patients.

Objectives: Gallstone-related disease is the second most common non-obstetric cause, following appendicitis, for acute abdomen in pregnancy. This study aimed to investigate treatment strategies, changes over time and outcome., Materials and Methods: All consecutive patients with symptomatic gallstone-related disease during pregnancy admitted to Skane University hospital in Lund and Malmö 2001-2015 were analysed retrospectively. Information regarding the patient, pregnancy and fetus/child was recorded. The material was analysed by dividing it into two equal time periods and by comparing conservative management and surgical intervention., Results: We included 96 patients with 97 pregnancies. The age was 30 (26-34) years and BMI 28 (24-31). Median length of pregnancy at first admission was 23 (13-31) weeks. The three most common diagnoses were biliary colic (n = 63), cholecystitis (n = 22) and acute pancreatitis (n = 16). Conservative treatment was practiced in 62 (64%) patients and intervention in 35 (36%). Conservatively treated patients were admitted later during pregnancy (week 26 (20-33) versus 17 (10-22), p < .001). Surgically treated patients had a longer total length of stay (all admissions) than conservatively treated patients (p = .001), less readmissions (p = .001) and equal birth outcome. Surgical intervention was more common in the later time period (48% versus 22%, p = .011). Of the conservatively treated patients, 56% were subjected to surgical intervention within 2 years after delivery., Conclusions: We found that intervention was more common in the later time period, with good results concerning safety, and less readmissions. A majority of the conservatively treated patients had surgical intervention within two years after delivery. Our results support surgical intervention in pregnancy.

Objectives: The management of Parkinson's disease (PD) has been improved, but management of signs like swallowing problems is still challenging. Deep brain stimulation (DBS) alleviates the cardinal motor symptoms and improves quality of life, but its effect on swallowing is not fully explored. The purpose of this study was to examine self-reported swallowing-specific quality of life before and after caudal zona incerta DBS (cZI DBS) in comparison with a control group., Methods: Nine PD patients (2 women and 7 men) completed the self-report Swallowing Quality of Life questionnaire (SWAL-QOL) before and 12 months after cZI DBS surgery. The postoperative data were compared to 9 controls. Median ages were 53 years (range, 40-70 years) for patients and 54 years (range, 42-72 years) for controls., Results: No significant differences were found between the pre- or postoperative scores. The SWAL-QOL total scores did not differ significantly between PD patients and controls. The PD patients reported significantly lower scores in the burden subscale and the symptom scale., Conclusions: Patients with PD selected for cZI DBS showed good self-reported swallowing-specific quality of life, in many aspects equal to controls. The cZI DBS did not negatively affect swallowing-specific quality of life in this study.

Introduction: The somatogravic illusion (SGI) is easily broken when the pilot looks out the aircraft window during daylight flight, but it has proven difficult to break or even reduce the SGI in non-pilots in simulators using synthetic visual scenes. Could visual-flow scenes that accommodate compensatory head movement reduce the SGI in naive subjects?, Methods: We investigated the effects of visual cues on the SGI induced by a human centrifuge. The subject was equipped with a head-tracked, head-mounted display (HMD) and was seated in a fixed gondola facing the center of rotation. The angular velocity of the centrifuge increased from near zero until a 0.57-G centripetal acceleration was attained, resulting in a tilt of the gravitoinertial force vector, corresponding to a pitch-up of 30 degrees. The subject indicated perceived horizontal continuously by means of a manual adjustable-plate system. We performed two experiments with within-subjects designs. In Experiment 1, the subjects (N = 13) viewed a darkened HMD and a presentation of simple visual flow beneath a horizon. In Experiment 2, the subjects (N = 12) viewed a darkened HMD, a scene including symbology superimposed on simple visual flow and horizon, and this scene without visual flow (static)., Results: In Experiment 1, visual flow reduced the SGI from 12.4 +/- 1.4 degrees (mean +/- SE) to 8.7 +/- 1.5 degrees. In Experiment 2, the SGI was smaller in the visual flow condition (9.3 +/- 1.8 degrees) than with the static scene (13.3 +/- 1.7 degrees) and without HMD presentation (14.5 +/- 2.3 degrees), respectively., Conclusion: It is possible to reduce the SGI in non-pilots by means of a synthetic horizon and simple visual flow conveyed by a head-tracked HMD. This may reflect the power of a more intuitive display for reducing the SGI.

Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression is up-regulated in transformed cells and in malignant tissues, including tumours of the head and neck, and it has prognostic significance in many types of cancer. COX-2 expression is suppressed by the wild-type but not by the mutant tumour suppressor gene TP53. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between the expression of COX-2 and the clinical outcome in patients with oral and pharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and to examine its relationship to p53. Immunohistochemistry showed an elevated COX-2 expression in 88% (n = 57; strong 38, weak 19) of the 65 tumour samples. The staining intensity was not associated with patient or tumour characteristics, nor with the immuhistochemical expression of p53. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed no significant correlation between COX-2 expression and recurrence-free or overall survival, but a strong p53 expression was associated with a poor recurrence-free (p = 0.001, log-rank) and overall survival (p = 0.003). We conclude that, unlike strong p53 expression, COX-2 expression does not have prognostic significance in advanced oral and pharyngeal SCCs.
